The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

    Hello Team,

    I'm very frustrated with Flipkart services, I ordered Optimum Nutrition Gold standard 100 % protein powder but got Optimum Nutrition mass gainer, so I requested to return the item and provide a refund, but they (Flipkart) canceled my request again and again, now I have raised third-time return request and still the same issue is happening, the wish master (pickup man) is denied to pickup with false information or saying that we will not pick up this.

    Actually, they are making a kind of joke with customers, I'm mainly disturbed due to this.

    Please take legal action or help me to get my money back.

          I placed an order on 13th October on flipkart for a mobile phone which was supposed to be delivered on 16th. On 16th I did not go to office because the delivery was supposed to happen and i had to give my old phone in exchange.
          After waiting for the whole day, I called the customer service, and they said wait until 9PM it has reached your nearest hub (an information that i could see on the platform) and the delivery date was changed to 18th.

          Today again on checking with the tracking number I could see that it has reached my nearest hub on 16th 5:35AM and still the product is not showing as out for delivery.

          There is no effort taken by the flipkart customer service to get the delivery done ASAP.

          I would request flipkart to work on delivery and deliver product as per promised date or give a clear picture of the order.

          Please get my product delivered today at any cost or give me your hub address I will go and pick it up from the hub.

            I bought a whirlpool double door 308L refrigerator on Oct 8th 2023 and got delivered on 11th oct. The delivery person was in a hurry and left my place within 10 mins after unloading. After an hour I noticed a physical damage well hidden beneath the machine. As this was a open package delivery, flipkart didnt offer me an option to file a replacement. On the same day of delivery the brand authorized personnel came for installation. They too recommended a replacement of the product and they have raised this issue on oct 13. Since then there was no actions taken by the flipkart. Now they tell me that I have exceeded the replacement time period by the seller hence they wont help me in this issue. Most importantly they are telling me to use that damaged product even though the service personnel adviced no to switch on.

              Received defective monitor

              I have ordered LG 29WQ600 monitor from flipkart, I received defective screen as per flipkart policy if product received defective with in 7 days get replace from seller/brand, when i contacted LG brand they denied to replace new monitor, LG brand says if I would have purchased from LG E commerce site they would have replaced with new product with in 7 days,

              Flipkart is not helping to solve this issue with seller Mtailmodeecom,...

              I want to know the reason that why my order has been canceled. What is the reason behind this?
              Your customer care service is saying that the product was damaged that's why it got canceled. But it is not my fault what should I do?
              I request you to give me the same product at the same price.
              Or else I have to go to consumer court.

                Hi All,

                I ordered a product (ZEBRONICS ZEB-JUKE BAR 9800 DWS Pro Dolby Atmos With Wireless Subwoofer 450 W Bluetooth Soundbar (Black, 2.1 Channel) on 10th October for which full payment is done. For that product the delivery date was 15th October 2023.

                Till today 17-10-23, the order is not shipped yet.

                  Paid Rs.2000 for apple pass for guaranteed delivery 7th October and Today the Product is cancelled without any notifications. Upon checking with customer care- the Parcel was returned to seller from Shipment hub.

                  I am not provided with any notifications, also not provided with refund for my iphone 14 plus and Apple Pass ( which i paid for guaranteed delivery at low price) is not being refunded as well.

                  This is a scam and theft that flipkart is doing in the name of offer sales.

                    I buy a product heavy duty electric angle grinder machine, that product was defective. This product was delivered on 9th oct, same day i created a return request but the pickup partner of flipkart not came. After 4 days that pickup auto canceled saying that customer want to keep this product which is completely wrong, i again created a request it shows this will be picked up earlier, its been 1 week still they are not coming and customer support not responding to my mail or any message. Flipkart doing scam by the name of big billion sale, giving duplicate product or damage product, please help me on this. Everyday they are sending today pickup but night they are canceling and in next day they are updating customer cancel pickup. The wrong words they are saying.. Attaching the screenshot. Shame on kalyan (Ceo) who hired the 3rd class employee and indian govt by seeing this issues from several customer not taking any action against flipkart.

                        I have ordered iPhone 12(64gb) OD[protected] from Flipkart on7th October 2023 I received it on 10th October with detail’s on invoice name different from what I ordered
                        I ordered with shipping details o[censored]day Prakash sahu as name but I received with invoice name of saurabh patel
                        I had registered complaint regarding that
                        But senior team responded me with reasons that seller can’t change due to legal issue
                        I approached again next 2 times more with getting the same response from Flipkart team and they close the case every time with same reason by saying it’s saurabh patel account and there might be any default from seller staff typing mistake
                        How can the seller /Flipkart change the name without any reason on invoice bill, is it legal
                        I kindly request you too please get me invoice with correct details with name as Uday Prakash sahu
                        I further need it for redemption in my company and due to default from seller/Flipkart I am not able to claim 40068 rupees amount due to said reasons above

                          I had ordered the Google Pixel 8 on the 4th of October, 2023. The phone was available in stores from the 12th of October, and I was promised a delivery of the 14th of October, by 11 pm. Around 9 pm, on the 14th of October, I received a message that my delivery was delayed to the 16th of October. After repeated calls to customer support, I was given multiple bogus excuses about reasons behind the delay, and was finally promised a delivery by 11 pm, on the 16th of October, 2023. I have still not received my order. They are not giving me any valid reasons as to why this delay is happening, and there have been no updates to the tracking information on their website, since the 13th of October, when the order reached the nearest Flipkart hub, which is only 15 minutes from my delivery address. I have now cancelled my order because they have promised to give me a resolution for my issue only by 20th, thus further delaying a priority order, which I needed 2 days ago.

                            Hi, i had ordered an ASUS laptop from flipkart on 8th of october by paying full payment and delivery date was marked as Oct 11. But later they changed it to oct 14 Saturday. Morning i called the delivery agent and informed him i wont be available can u deliver it post 2-2:30. Due to sone circumstances I couldn’t reach my house on time. When the delivery guy called me i told him to delivery at 5. But he refused he can’t. Then once I reached home i requested him can he deliver now but he said he cant. He also said this product will be delivered the very next day i.e 15oct sunday. But from sunday i’m waiting calling the executive no proper response. Today when i called the executive he said it will be delivered on 20th. U need 10days to deliver a laptop which is fully paid ?? This is so not acceptable.

                                Issue: I had purchased the TCL tablet from Flipkart on[protected]. It had the warranty of 1 year as shown on flipkart. Order was delivered on Aug 19 2022. I had approached the Authorized Service center in bhubaneswar who gave me the below saying out of warranty and Flipkart has sold me old product. I had a recent conversation with TCL customer support guy "Indrajeet" where he told they will not provide the jobsheet since it is out of warranty and they give jobsheet for only products accepted/received at the service center. Since my tablet is out of warranty, it will not be accepted at the service center and no jobsheet will be provided in this case by TCL as no service was given. TCL Customer service number- +91-[protected] What I had got from the service center while I had given the tablet for repair 4-5 months back. Flipkart is playing around me and disconnecting my call when I ask to connect to the grievance team.                                   During the period of Big Billion days, a new membership plan was started with some benefits and being Free 1 day delivery as the primary benefit with the charges of 499Rs from Customers. I purchased the VIP members and ordered the product on 15th October 2023 and expected delivery was 16th October 2023 as per the VIP membership plan, even after 17th product is not delivered and when I reached out customer support, they are asking me to wait till 20th Oct 2023.
                                  They have done a fraud in the name of VIP membership providing one day delivery, but not providing the benefits as per the commitment.

                                    I ordered a Product on 9th Of October, It reached nearest Hub on 12th, On 15th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 4:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me he will deliver by evening in evening he call and tell me he deliver product next day but 2 days pass he didnt call me and also his call didnt connect.

                                    On 15th I HAVE not received any call from Ekart neither I can call on the same number provided over the (out of delivery) message.

                                    Please look into this matter ASAP.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent issue I've encountered with my refund request, which was initiated on the 12th of Oct'23. Unfortunately, the refund process has not moved forward as expected, and I have recently received a notification that my refund request has been cancelled, leaving me without a resolution.

                                      I would like to request your immediate attention and assistance in addressing this matter. I expect a resolution to the following issues:

                                      The initiation of the return pick-up process for the product in question.
                                      The reactivation of my refund request, ensuring that the refund is processed without further delays.
