    I've purchased poco ft mobile on 7th October and it's delivery date is 10th, it has reached to my nearest area hub on 9th but they failed to deliver on time and I contacted flipkart support team and they promised me to deliver that product on 12th and again they failed. They didn't even tried to deliver the product both times.

      My name is Neelesh Sharma, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with Order ID OD[protected]Invoice attached). On October 10th, I ordered a portable projector and received the product on October 11th.

      However, upon inspection, I was disheartened that the product's quality was subpar (blurry picture on edge with pixelated display | image attached) and appeared damaged. I immediately contacted your customer care executive and requested a return, but I was informed that it could not be accepted due to their policy. I was surprised to learn that policy does not allow for returns.

        I had ordered a laptop through pay later emi option through Flipkart. I don't know why they cancelled my order after my amount debited. They refunded the amount but why did they cancelled my order?? Then I had tried to order a same product again but the pay later option was unavailable after that issue. I don't know why its happened. I called 50+ calls to Flipkart customer support but they don't know to how to resolve the issue they simply said wait for 2 days and wait for 5 days. And after that one guys sent a mail and I replied to the person about my issue but after that no response from that guy. One girl called me and asked my issue but she said different answers like remove my cart item and try to order or uninstall the app and try to order I don't know what is the difference between cart and pay later option and I even tried that thing but nothing happened pay later option is still unavailable. Totally worst experience ever in Flipkart. They don't know resolve a problem atleast they should have responded for my message. All executive are simply telling to wait they don't know how to resolve a problem. They just try to move the issue to other person. No one will respond if you have any problem. Totally worst experience. I contacted even IDFC Bank and they said the issue is with Flipkart only. But I don't know how to contact the person to resolve this issue. I sent a mail and messages to many persons but no one responded me till now the sales will end.

            Adding to my previous concerns, the EMI of the returned product has been processed and a processing fee of Rs-99 has also been charged to my credit card linked bank account. I WILL not pay another single dime for this fraud and legal actions should be followed if necessary against the FLIPKART company if the whole amount is not refunded to my bank account.

              This is to inform you that I ordered a laptop from Flipkart with an exchange offer on October 7th. The price I paid for this product is 36921 rupees. First of all the delivery was delayed citing huge delivery pressure as a reason. However, I received a call from the delivery guy today and after inspection, he told me that he was going to send the details of my old product (Dell Inspiron) which was supposed to be exchanged with this HP Pavillion laptop. After furnishing the details, I got a message from Flipkart that my exchange value was going to get reduced to 6700 from the original price of 13500. Moreover, it was told to me before I placed the order that the price would defer up to 10500 if any defect was to be found during the delivery. I wanted to talk to customer care service about this price discrepancy but was met with no response. Finally, I contacted them and they told me the price was final and they couldn't help with anything regarding this matter. As I paid the entire amount from a credit card, they are saying that it is going to take around 2 weeks to credit the amount to my account whereas the standard time is 5/6 days. I would like to draw your attention to this matter as I have noticed that online platform like Flipkart has been doing these psychological tactics after alluring customer like me with huge exchange offer before placing the order and at the time of delivery, they are reducing the exchange value thus compelling the customer to accept the renewed price after performing a sham inspection. I can vouch for the fact that my old laptop " DELL Inspiron" is working flawlessly and it has got no physical damage as such. The person who came for delivery. he even acknowledged this fact but customer care was neither willing to talk to him directly about this nor willing to talk to me about this. Now I verified from other sources that this had happened to other people who ordered electronic gadgets from Flipkart in exchange offer and they were psychologically put under pressure to accept the reduced price and move on. They are not certainly abiding by their commitment, as the minimum exchange value was showing 10500 before I placed the order which suddenly decreased to 6700 after the delivery guy sent the photo of the product to the company after inspection. This is the scam and it's unfortunate that I was about to become their prey this time. I would like to draw your attention to this sort of scam as I believe this has to be stopped. As a concerned citizen, I beg your intervention regarding this matter. I had been affected financially and psychologically due to this incident. I want you to take stringent action against Flipkart as they violated the mutual agreement, tantalizing customers with dubious offers, and finally compelling them to accept a botched discount inflicting psychological, financial, and mental harassment on its customers.

                  I placed an order on 7th Oct and while placing the order it showed the product will be delivered in one day, but still, it is not delivered after 4 days also. Ekart Tracking # FMPP[protected]. I checked with a nearby hub but they are not properly responding. It is very unprofessional.

                    I have ordered grocery multiple times from Flipkart. Whenever I get damaged products or few times the product is missed by delivery person. I call and raise the issue.

                    The delivery agents tell to call to customer care, but now they have blocked my account saying I have" unusually high return".

                    Mostly the delivery agents don't count the grocery or they deliver broken things. Just for raising this issue they blocked the account and no help from them

                      Flipkart Order not being delivered from nearest hub

                          I purchased a motorola washing machine and after 6 weeks the gasket was damaged. I have been trying to avail of a repair service for 5 weeks. I have emailed and messaged and called Flipkart, moto support @Flipkart and Motorola. No one is taking responsibility and just issuing empty promises. A complaint is registered, messages sent to say i will be contacted by a technician then I receive a message within hours stating the complaint is resolved and completed. Nothing is resolved and no repair has been done, when I call to ask why this message has been sent, I am told lies that i refused to pay when no one has asked for a payment to be made or that someone has tried to contact me and I did not answer, again not true. Besides which where does it state to obtain service you have to answer a call immediately or at all. Motorola sold a product, and the understanding is there is a 2-year warranty, and repairs ought to be made by a company technician or the warranty becomes void. I have waited and I am now out of patience. There is no clear redressal procedure. No one answers questions or responds to emails. No supervisor returns a call. All empty words and promises. I have a call history and emails illustrating my attempts for service, communication and I am utterly frustrated with both Flipkart and Motorola who simply show no concern customer care and lack of resulting in high levels of stress. This is especially shameful when I have explained that I have recently been in hospital for surgery and instead of recuperating peacefully I am having to argue daily for a service which should be simple. Motorola are causing harm to y well-being with the failure to provide after-sales service.

                            There is an offer of Rs 1500 off on an Infinix Mobile using ICICI Credit card EMI transaction, but when I wrote my card details, it only gives Rs 500 discount. I checked the terms & conditions as well and I'm complying with all those, still not able to get the discount. Please help with this issue as soon as possible!

                              Order is putting on hold

                              Why my orders are putting on hold when i am making payment prior to delivery and when calling customer support they are saying the 24 hours stuff that this will be resolved. previously it was cancelled. so not sure that this time it will get confirm. Please help. Flipkart service is now sucking. I am the customer from a very long time, near about 10 years....

                                I have Ordered Iphone 14plus from flipkart on 7oct 2023 on 9th oct i recieved a notification from Flipkart that my order is out for delivery. But on same date at 10:22 pm I recieved a messege that the order has been rejected at the time of delivery. No wishmaster has contacted me on that date.
                                Now the price of that Iphone has increased. I need my order on my previous ordered price.
