I've placed an order for laptop on october 14th and it was supppsed to be shipped by 16th october and was supposed to be delivered by 22nd october.
The product has not even shipped by the seller and it is still saying that "Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner".
I've waited for this whole week and didn't recieve any update and as I got the laptop with 20k bank offer but now ther is no offer.
So i request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.

      I ordered POCO C51 ( Locked with Airtel prepaid)in Flipkart. I received on Thursday 19th this month. After receiving it, I bought new Airtel prepaid sim and recharged it for three months. But it didn’t work properly. Sim slot not working. I cannot use the mobile till now. Kindly resolve this as early as possible. If possible, kindly replace it with POCO C55. I Wii give the remaining amount when I receive the mobile.

        I have ordered a fridge on 08th October 2023 and it should’ve shipped by 11th of October but they haven’t shipped it. I started calling flipkart from 16th of October as it was not even shipped. Till today they haven’t given me a resolution. This is not first time that i am facing issues with flipkart. Last time they have given me a refund of 28k after almost 1month that too after too many calls and after giving warning that I would complain on consumer court they have sent me refund. As such there are many issues, There is a mental torture with flipkart as we expect products to be delivered on time. I request to take serious action on flipkart

        I have placed an order in filpkart on 7th Oct 2023 till now I haven't received my product.just to show case there brand with other competitors they are putting false offer after payment no response from any one.even I called customer care they are disconnected with any proper resolution.they are just cheating people like me just to become famous with other companies but common people getting in fraud scamme.

          I ordered tv on 7th of October and received on 9th. As per warranty check tv is activated 15 sep 2023 already on Last month, I shared the image to Flipkart to raise return request. Flipkart send me a old TV and it's defective, TV is not playing more than a 10 minutes, it turns off automatically every 10 minutes. So I waiting for return request approval. Please accept the return and refund my amount as soon as possible.

          Any updates on this?. Flipkart has not contacted us after the issue has been raised.
          We have already placed the return request on 14.10.2023 while we placed the order on 07.10.2023 and received the product on 09.10.23. So the return request was well within the one week period and it should not be rejected from the Flipkart side. Kindly consider this and do the needful.

            I had ordered a home theater online from F&D company from Flipkart platform which has been canceled without my permission. And the delivery boy has further informed that I tried several times to talk to the customer but he did not respond, hence he got my order canceled. Whereas he did not try to contact me even once and canceled my order by calling it a false attempt. I want justice. To order again, I checked the price of that product and it is coming more. When I spoke to customer care they said that you will have to reorder that home theater, now why should I buy that item at a higher price. So I want justice and I want that thing at that price.

              IMEI/SERIAL number not matching in invoice i received fro flipkart
              i bought realme 126cm (50 inch) ultra HD (4k) LED TV. 11 months back from flipkart. 3 months ago i amfacing display screen issues in that LED tv so i contact with the realme customer service along with the invoice that i received from the flipkart.there i found that IMEI/SERIAL number on tv is different from the IMEI/SERIAL number mentioned in the invoice so i called flipkart customer service to resolve my issue about IMEI/SERIAL number mismatched in invoice and product but they couldnt solve my issue.
              i never thaught this kind of mistake could be happen from flipkart.
              so plz solve my issue quickly as soon as possible.
              give me new corrected invoice or return my product and refund me

                    I booked the flight ticket two times because I tried 7-8 times that didn't work, and the last two times, it secured for the same person on the same flight, and everything was the same. So I canceled the flight within 1 Hour and I talked to customer care, and they told me I would get a refund for another flight, but I got 0.0 out of 139000.0. So again, I talked to Flipkart, and they told me we couldn't do anything. You have to call the Airline, so I called the Airline, and they told me we refunded your money. Flipkart gave me the wrong information because they don't want to provide a refund.

                    So, I need help with that because it's significant for me, and I feel depressed and frustrated.

                      I called for help on Flipkart and I got informed that it should have been reached to you,
                      They asked me to wait for a day and still the product is at same motherhub of Varanasi, I even asked to pick it up from there itself as it is my brother’s birthday I wanted to gift him.

                            I had purchased motorola 10.5kg front load fully automatic washing machine from Flipkart on 10th October, which was out for delivery on 15th October.
                            I would like to inform you that I am currently residing in Pune for my office work and this product got delivered to my hometown i.e. Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, where only my 10yrs sister and Mother reside.
                            When Delivery person came to doorstep at that time only my sister was there at home. So delivery person kept the product and went back asked her to send the otp when mom will come back.
                            When my mom came back she saw a dent over washing near door over front side. So she called me and then I called delivery person, so he told me that your product is in replacement policy and this product can easily be replaced better you keep this product with you and I will also complain from my end and then you will get replacement.
                            But I had doubt, so I called flipkart customer support, she told me the same thing if delivery person is not taking or forcely asking to deliver the product then I can accept the product and she will create replacement for this and this will be replaced and she also created replacement request.
                            Now from 15th October till now I have called more than 25 times to Flipkart to help in my issue.
                            I also have call recordings with delivery agent and customer support executive call.
                            But today they simply denied to replace by stating that this product comes under open box delivery and it will not be replaced.
                            They just made me fool and left no option either to kept this damaged product by taking complete new product money.
                            This is really frustrating and I heartily request please help me to this resolved as I am so depressed by getting damaged product in return of my hard earned money. I need justice.

                              I am writing to you for the seventh time in utter frustration due to the unresolved issue surrounding the delivery and installation of my Motorola Envision X TV worth Rs. 50, 000, which was delivered on October 19th, 2023, at 12:30 pm.

                              Immediately after delivery, I received a call from a technician promising installation by 4 pm on the same day. However, after 1 pm, the technician became unreachable and failed to respond to my repeated calls. In fact, I made 38 attempts to contact him from 19th oct to 20th oct, all in vain. This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is appalling and completely unprofessional.

                              Subsequently, I contacted Flipkart customer care three times, only to receive hollow apologies and vague promises of a resolution. One of your executives assured me that the issue would be resolved by October 20th, 2023. Unfortunately, this promise went unfulfilled.

                              To make matters worse, the installation date was first extended to October 21st, 2023, and now it has been further pushed to October 26th. This continuous delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service quality of Flipkart.

                              I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter. I implore you to take immediate and decisive action. Please ensure that my TV is installed before 1 pm on October 21st, 2023, through any means necessary. If the assigned technician is unavailable or uncooperative, kindly arrange for another technician to complete the installation.

                                    Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
                                    I am a plus member from past 3 years. Currently I have more than 300
                                    supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
                                    I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
                                    I am willing to pay.
                                    Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
                                    not a reseller, I always order products for my personal use. Recently I
                                    ordered 3 shirts (Killer brand) from you but the seller cheated me with wrong ones since
                                    the product was under return policy. Although you people helped me but
                                    after making several calls but I never complaint regarding the same. Then I
                                    ordered Flying machine jeans and seller sent me jeans of different shape, size and brand. After
                                    returning them flipkart blocked me.
                                    and my multiple order is on a way which payment is done by flipkart paylater how i will get the updates and payment is already done,
                                    Why should one keep defected items with
                                    them?? Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
                                    I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
                                    taking actions on sellers and flipkart who are trying to cheat your customers you are
                                    blocking your own customers.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                                      I am writing to bring to your attention the delivery issue of a product I purchased during your "Big Billion Day Sale" on 8th October 2023. The product in question is the "BenQ TK700 (3200 lm / 1 Speaker / Remote Controller) 4K UHD HDR, Excellent Colors 96% REC 709, Up to 200 inches Screen Size, Sports Mode, eARC, 16ms Low Input Lag, 2D Keystone, 3D, Inbox Amazon 4K Fire Stick Home Cinema Projector (White)." The order ID for this purchase is OD[protected].

                                      I placed my order on 8th October 2023 with the assurance of a delivery date provided as 15th October 2023. However, as the 15th October approached, I received a notification that the shipment had been delayed and the new estimated delivery date was pushed to 18th October 2023. I found this delay quite inconvenient, but I understood that such delays might occur. To resolve the issue and seek clarification on the delay, I tried to contact Flipkart's customer care support four times on the following dates: 15th October, 17th October, 18th October, and 19th October. Regrettably, I received no confirmation or update regarding the status of my delivery, which left me extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Flipkart. In an attempt to bring this matter to your attention, I also reached out to Flipkart through your official Twitter account on 17th October 2023. However, despite my best efforts and repeated attempts to communicate my concerns, I have not received any substantial response or information regarding the whereabouts of my order. The only response I received was an assurance that they are "looking into the issue, " which does not provide me with any concrete information or a resolution to the problem.

                                      I find this situation to be highly inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional, as I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of the product, which I purchased with the expectation of receiving it on the initially promised delivery date. The delay in delivery has caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment.
