Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your Flipkart in regard to my recent purchase. On October 4th, 2023, I placed an order for a laptop, which, as of today, has not been delivered despite numerous delivery date updates.

I understand that delays can sometimes occur in the delivery process, but the lack of transparency and support from your customer care team has been both frustrating and disappointing.

The situation has become increasingly frustrating as I have been monitoring the order's status daily, only to witness the promised delivery dates repeatedly change without any concrete resolution. This has not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in my funds being tied up in a product that I have yet to receive.

I have attempted to reach out to your customer care team on multiple occasions to seek clarification and request information on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the customer care representatives have not been helpful or responsive in addressing my concerns. It is disheartening to feel ignored and left in the dark about the status of a significant purchase.

I value your company's products and services, and I initially chose your store because of its reputation for quality and reliability. However, this experience has tarnished my perception of your brand, and I am left with no choice but to demand immediate action to rectify this situation.

    Have ordered cat litter from Flipkart worth Rs.1109/- and it was supposed to be delivered today but while delivering the product, the delivery assistant denied to deliver the product at doorstep! I kept complaining this to Flipkart about this but they don't resolve my issue! Moreover I went to pickup the product and paid the full amount and gave extra RS.10/- to the Delivery Agent so He Demanded more money! I said it is not your right to demand extra money so he threaten me that do whatever you want to do.
    Whenever I order any product delivery assistant keep threaten me to not deliver the product at doorstep and they threaten to cancel the product from their side if I don't collect the product from their decided location! I want strict action against them.

      I have placed an order for product : iphone 13 128GB (starlight) on 23 september 2023, amount paid in advance - RS.32, 297.00 trough the platform FLIPKART, Order ID - OD[protected] . And the delivery was expedcted by 25th september and got delayed and was expected on 28th september 2023. Raised a complaint ref: IN[protected] . And was promised a delivery date : 2nd october 23 and then when called again was again promised wrongly and said they will deliver it by 5th october 23. And when called today they again said that they will deliver it by 9th october 23. They have been false promising me and i am very upset due to the same. Now they have cancelled the order and said they are unable to deliver it to me and cancelled the order without my consent raised a complaint on national consumer care helpline as well with ref :4998541

        My order was to be delivered on 6 October but was rescheduled for 8 October 2023 due to an unknown issue and i was not notified about it on time. While contacting customer care no positive response has been offered and they are saying to wait for your order and nothing can happen about it, no compensation no complaint anly wait for your order. I needed the product urgently so i ordered it now it's being delayed .

            Flipkart Order not showing in "My orders" Tab even though I have paid money for the ordered product.

            I ordered for MG WATER SOLUTION RO 10'' PP Kemflow Spun 100 on 4th October. Amount got deducted from the bank however it is not getting listed in my order list page. Unable to reach out the customer care of Flipkart. Below is the bank transaction details.

            I am writing this complaint regarding the fake advertising of smart watch "Qexle Android Smart Watch Men 4G Network BTCall GPS X8 Ultra S8 smartwatch Smartwatch Black | USW-BLK-4", date of purchase:[protected], in this as you can see there is clearly written that it is a android smart watch with 4g compatible also, but the one which i received doesn't have any features that are mentioned above I request the company to compensate me for the fraud of false advertisement regarding his watch.

              Dear Flipkart Team,
              I ordered a sparx canvas shoes on 17 September 2023 through flipkart app. This product was delivered on 19 September 2023 at my address. The product i received was used and damaged. I shared the pics of product to flipkart and generated a return request from my behalf. After generating return request wish-master came to me and denied to pickup the product without any proper reason. After that i generated return request again and again but the wish-master rejected my request every time without coming to my address and without contacting me. Till then, my return request is rejected 12 times by your wish-master and circulated me the fake messages that the product is mismatched. The real fact is that the product is same but it is used and damaged. Meanwhile i tried to contact the wish-master and asked the reason for rejection but he cut down my call. It is a matter of 12 times pickup rejection by your wish-master and circulation of fake messages by him. You have killed my time from the very first day, i received the product and forced me to go through a mental pressure. On the other hand, it is a matter of money loss and fake news also. Now, i am forced by the Flipkart Service Team to pursue my case through consumer court. Its a reminder from my side that i now will pursue a case of money loss, mental health loss and fake news circulation by Flipkart Service Team. I have all the proofs, pics and voice recordings to handle my case through consumer court. I have attached a screenshot of the ordered product having order ID.

                I have received a product from flipkart grocery on 05/10/23. That was pay on delivery and ekart delivery person said it was sealed pack delivery so i have paid the amount of the products to him(ekart delivery person) through upi. After receiving when the delivery person gone i opened the sealed package and found that 5 quantity of 500 gram agro freah dalia instead of 5 quantity of 500 gram agro fresh sattu(5*56 rs). Then i contacted flipkart customer supporst through call and the executive(contact number [protected]) said that click the picture of the wrong products delivered and put the image on return section and click on return .They also said we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.but after around 5-6 hours a message received that return request rejected and the account has been blocked. There was also a paid order that was placed and shipped amount 179 rupees. I could not access the order also as the account has been blocked by flipkart.

                    I have ordered STARKENDY Air Tight Bottle (Pack of 7) in 4 Quantity. But I have received only 1 quantity, the other 3 quantity I haven't received yet, whereas in my flip kart account it says all the 4 set of items I ordered has been delivered.                       Why is this huge amount of 1600 Rs deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge?

                      How can you guys deduct so much amount without informing the customer and what is it regarding?

                      I want this money reimbursed in my account asap.

                          During the prior orders, the logistics agent was rude on delivering the product. I placed the new order on groceries on 2 nd october, as the delivery date was 3rd oct, however it was not delivered on that day and postponed to 4th oct, on that day too it was not delivered and i reached customer service n they asked to wait, now it has been scheduled to 6th oct, i am sure this would not be delivered by that logistics person as he is playing with my orders. I have complained with the incident number. I have the photo attached. I don't understand what flipkart to action on this. I have paid for the order n waiting for groceries order. It's shame on flipkart that it is unable to deliver daly needs groceries on time. It's better to shut his business on groceries. I m totally frustrated with flipkart. I strong recommend not or order on f. Flipkart.

                            I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              I ordered a laptop from Flipkart, but it had a battery and charger issue. So I requested for replacement. S0 replacement was out for delivery on 28 Sept, but still it is not been delivered and it is 4th Oct today. On contacting Flipkart support, they are saying to give us some time and we will deliver, but it is more than 6 days from being out for delivery, and the expected date for delivery was 30 Sept.

                              Also, every day delivery person calls and says that he has too much workload and will deliver tomorrow and hangs up the call, and does not pick the calls if I call him.

                              It is totally creating mental pressure and stress.

                                Firstly, I have been attempting to initiate a return for this order for over 20 days now, and despite multiple attempts, my return request has not been approved. I have submitted return requests a total of five times, and it is incredibly frustrating that my request has not been processed. This delay in return approval is causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

                                Furthermore, I am yet to receive the Gift Card PIN via email, as promised during the purchase. The confirmation stated that I should expect to receive the Gift Card PIN within 24 hours, but it has been far longer, and I have not received any communication or email regarding this matter.

                                Approve my return request for Order.
                                Expedite the delivery of the Gift Card PIN to my email address associated with this order.
                                I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter as I need the funds returned for the return request and the Gift Card PIN for future purchases. Please provide me with an update on the status of this complaint as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered an Realme 10 from Flipkart it was damaged as per guidance of flipkart took mobile to realme service center then refused for replacement/return instead give me DOA and as per flipkart guidance i send it to flipkart but then they confirm it and told me return process will initiate within 48hr, it's been 14-15 day no response, every day i reach out to them through app, social but they simply ignore and resolved any open query

                                      I have purchased a apple charger from flipkart but it has some issues. I went to apple service center but they asked for invoice they I tried to download it from my Flipkart app but there is no option to download it, the product is under Warranty and I need my Invoice ASAP
