I have order on Sun, 3rd Oct 2021, online, one new mobile set for my daughter from my personal hand to mouth earn saving. The payment has been done instantaneously on Sun, 3rd Oct, 2021. At the time of payment it was assured for delivery by 07/10/2021. The details are as below:

It is regret to say that on 08/10/2021 till I am not getting my order product whereas M/s flipkart is enjoying my hand to mouth earned money for the whole period. This causes not only monetary loss to me but also my causes high mental agony and illness.
You are requested to provide me the details of certainty wrt getting my product and monitory compensation for Breach of trust and mental agony.
You are also requested to provide, why the legal action are not be taken against M/s flipkart for Breach of trust and illegal enjoyment of my hand to mouth earned money as per the law of land.
