    I have ordered Nothing ear 1 bluetooth headset. The product ricieved was defective. The headset is automatically pause and playing. Alsothe transparency mode, Noise cancellation modes are also switching automatically. So I requested for a replacement. A representative from Jeevas visited as technician and he just look athe product and went. Alos he rejected my return request. How is that ? The product is full of bugs. This is a new product.

      I order on 2nd of oct, and the promised date on 5th of Oct, the product is showing at the nearest flipkart hub, however, its not deliverable to my place. Its seven days now, I have been getting same message, that you'll get update within 24 hours, however, I did not get any update yet.
      FMPP[protected].
      Even flipkart customer care department doesn't have any update, they keep saying that you'll get update within 24 hours.
      Even not getting any help. The product is still pending at the same place.

        I had ordered an iPhone (and 6 other products and paid for all products in advance), which was supposed to deliver by 7th October 2021. However, while tracking my shipment, it showed "Your item has arrived at a Flipkart Facility" at my District place, which is 25 KM from the address I had mentioned in the order. However, the next day the trcking status showed that "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)". Post that, Flipkart postponed the delivery date to 9th October 2021. However on 9th, it didn't delivered and suggested me that they will resolve the issue by 14th October 2021. I had also visited the Flipkart delivery hubs in my taluka place and district place. But the personnel there said that we do not deliver in your area and the shipments have been returned to seller. If Flipkart has accepted all my orders from my Pin Code, they are supposed to deliver there. However, the lack of co-ordination between Flipkart and its delivery partners (Ekart) is delaying my order. Also, I believe there is lack of control on delivery partners, as they try to reject customer, when any customer asks query about their shipment (I experienced this at Ekart office). This whole scenario shows Flipkart's careless nature about its customers. Today, its 11th October and my other shipments are also showing the same status and the delivery dates are postponed. If Flipkart do not want to sell their products at particular PIN code, they should not accept such orders. Otherwise, they should deliver the accepted orders at any cost. All my shipments travelled more than 1000 KM distance in 2-3 days and arrived in my district but they did not reach from 25 KM distance. Isn't this a joke or harrassment of customer? I have to gift these products to someone on 15th October 2021, but because of this frustating I don't think I'll be able to do so.

          सर मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से एक आई पैड ऑर्डर किया था जिसकी देने की डेट 8अक्टूबर थी बार बार कंप्लेन करने पर भी कोई सही जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा है में इसको ले कर बहुत परेशान हूं मुझे इतने दिन से सिर्फ बेवकूफ बनया जा रहा है में ये जानना चाह रहा हूं की अपनी समय सीमा पर समान ना देने पर इनकी कोई जिमेदारी बनती है या नहीं अगर बनती है तो अभी तक मेरा प्रोडक्ट क्यों नही मुझे मानसिक पर्तरित कर रहे है ये लोग इस संबंध में कोई कैश बनता है इन पर अगर है तो प्लीज मुझे बताए तो में इन पर कैश कर दू अगर आप अपने यहां मेरा कैश ले ले तो बड़ी महारबानी होगी मुझे मेरा पैसा नहीं चाहिए प्रोडक्ट चाहिए टाईम बहोत खराब किया है उसके साथ में क्या कोई कंपनसेशन मांग सकता हूं

              I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected]. After received my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box.Then I raised the issue but they state that issue resolved and not informing what is the resolution. After that I raised my issue request again i did 3 times but every time flipkart cancelled it. I lost my money paid through credit card
              Flipkart cheat the customer.

                I ordered iPhone 12 mini through Flipkart on 08th October before ordering delivery date showing close to 12 but after ordering extended the delivery date to 18th without my permission And if an order is order today, it will be delivered within 2 days, you can see on the site now no one on customer care Can't help please take appropriate action against the seller and Flipkart.

                  I have ordered a new phone from flipkart
                  Order I'd :OD[protected] yet
                  My phone didn't got delivered I don't know why, the same issue happened on Oct 2nd I have ordered same phone but it got cancelled after reaching nearest hub center, now again I ordered the same the order was due for delivery on 10oct but after reaching nearest hub again they are resheduling despite my address being full correct and is being just 2 km from nearest delivery center I don't know why they are creating ruckus ??

                    I hereby bring this matter to your notice that, I have ordered for a Patelraj Multipurpose Folding Table Ironing Board from Flipkart with an order OD[protected] on 26 September 2021, by making a payment of Rs. 1299/- (One thousand two hundred ninety nine only) through Phonepe on the same day.

                    I have received the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON 29 SEPTEMBER 2021, and I placed the same product for replacement and next day, i.e., 30TH SEPTEMBER 2021 YOUR EKART LOGISTIC COMPANY people have taken the product, but they didn't even bother to give acknowledgement intentionally (or with the intention to cheat) and told they will replace with new Multipurpose Folding Table.

                    From that day I didn’t receive the product. I’m following with your (7 to 10 approx.) Flipkart associates through chats and 7 to 10 approx. Flipkart associates through calls, but those associates are just giving robotic responses without having a little bit of sensitivity towards customers and keep giving false promises.

                    I have confirmed with one of your Flipkart associates that the defective product which was delivered to me has picked up or not, for that he replied that it has been picked up and a new genuine product will be delivered the next day itself. From that day till now they have not delivered the product and are not refunding my payment which was made by me for the same as mentioned above.

                    I want this issue to be resolved with immediate effect or this matter will be escalated to another level which will be known to you in the future.

                      Hi,
                      my order id : OD[protected].
                      My order was to be shiped back on 10th ctober 2021. Firstly the delivery agent number provided was as ususal not reachable every time i tried . Secondly the customer care is just putting curtains on the delivery issue and delaying the product delivery day by day. Today i am again given a new delivery date of 12 october 2021.

                      first they provide you offers to buy products in sale, and when you buy them its just not delivered and indirectly forces you to cancel the order. So in first place whats the use of this sale and all.

                      I've ordered the same product, the expected delivery date was 03 Oct 21 which is yet not delivered.
                      Flipkart is really pathetic. By fooling consumers they will never succeed.
                      Yes they announced sales with limited stock and let the costomers buy beyond the stocks and then forces indirectly to cancel the product by harrassing consumers

                        I ordered iphone12 on 2nd October. It was supposed to be delivered on 7oct. They extended it to 9oct and today i got message that you can either wait till 14th or order new item, we’ll give you gift card of 2000 for APPRECIATION OF YOUR PATIENCE. Now even if i agree to place new order, they are not giving me in old price as sale is over.
                        You can’t satisfy customers anger with rs2000 gift card.

                          With full faith in your services. On 1st October i ordered an Noise ColorFit Qube Smart watch. Order ID - OD[protected]. Which was expected to be delivered by 4 of October. But when i checked the status on 4th October it was showing not shipped yet . I called the customer care they promised me to deliver it by 9th of October. Asked me to wait for 5 more days. I wanted to gift this watch to my friend on her birthday which was on 8th of October. But still i was ready to co-operate and instead of cancellation I waited for 5 more days. On 9th of October i was waiting for watch to be delivered but unfortunately again it was showing "not shipped yet". I again contact with customer support and they again requested me to wait for two more days they will deliver it by 11th October for sure. Again I was ready to co-operate and waited for two more day instead of cancellation i chose to wait. But unfortunately today is 11th of October and it is still showing "not shipped yet". And today when i contact with customer support they advised me to cancel your order or wait till 16th of October. But this time i am not in state to co-operate. I do not want to cancel my order because I already waited for 11 days and now i don't want to cancel it. If you are not able to deliver items then please don't accept orders. I called customer care multiple times but i didn't get any solution. I just want to know for how many days should I wait. Don't suffer you customers like this. I have already wasted lots of time for this. I want solution as soon as possible or you can tell me clearly that you can't order this please order it from another site. I have been your customer from so long but this time i am feeling like i will never use this site again in my life. This was the worst experience. And still not getting any solution. P

                            Hello
                            I have ordered realme buds wirless 2 with dart charge from flipkart on the name of MOHAMADH SHARIF and i got the different one it seems like fake realme pro earphone
                            I got the delivery of this product today at 10 am (ORDER ID: OD[protected]and I identified that this is the wrong product the collor of the device is strange and magnets in the earbuds are not working at all and when I try to connect it to my phone headset name shows REALME WIRELESS PRO and when I opened package there was no wraper on the earphone box and the seal of the EARPHONE Box was broken luckily I took the video o[censored]nboxing
                            So i have raised replacement request yesterdayt and the request is not accepted yet
                            The box of earphone does not had rapper on it and user manual was also not there this is fake product it seems and i have researched about the seller of this product that is SHREYASH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED - BHIWANDI and i came to know that there are so many people got scammed by this seller and received fake product
                            So please replace my product with the original one
                            I was not expecting this coming in flipkart !!

                              I purchased a Mi Vacuum Cleaner during Big Billion Days on Flipkart with order ID OD[protected]. The product was scheduled to be delivered on 04.10.2021. The delivery guy didn't contact us for 6 days for delivery. On 10.10.2021 my order got cancelled by the seller stating that delivery was attempted but could not be made. Sir/Madam I have purchased the product at a steep discount using the coupons offered by Flipkart itself. Now they are saying since the order has been cancelled by the seller they will not be able to get it delivered. This is highly unethical of them to get the order placed using discounts and then deny when it comes to actual delivery. I have two complaints:
                              1. Flipkart has no customer care email ID where I can write my complaints.
                              2. Please get my product ordered during the sale get delivered.

                              See that is the issue with Customer Care. Always trying to avoid the direct issue. This was the root of complaint altogether that I do not want refund, I want my product which I have got at discount after putting so much effort.

                                Without information and any reason Flipkart is blocking my account. So that i cannot purchase any product from flipkart. I cannot raise return request him which is wrong product delivered to me.
                                I am unable to withdraw earning money from Shopsy which is linked to flipkart. Unable to paying bill pay later dues on flipkart.
                                I have call and e-mail to flipkart many times. But they did not resolve.

                                  Jiske liye maine pay kiya tha 6659 Rs with exchange+Icici bank debit card offer.
                                  But jab mujhe wishmaster ka call aaya 09/10/2021
                                  Ko ' mujhe unhone mera old phone lekar bulaya aur phone ko hath me liya aur bol diya ki aapka phone tempar hai aur exchange nhi hoga. Uske bad maine
                                  Do bar new Order place kiya jo mujhe with offer 9499Rs (10/10/2021, Morning+Evening time) ko but seller ne ese cancel kar diya .

                                    I ordered two packs of Kellogg's corn flakes on 29th of September 2021 and paid 770 using Flipkart gift card Rs385 for each.With order ID OD[protected]. One of them was delivered to me on 4th Oct 2021 and it was completely damaged and the other packet was not delivered to me but yet it was marked as delivered I don't know to whom their delivery agent has given my product. I asked to everyone I could but no one has taken it.
                                    so I complained about this on Flipkart customer service on the same day they said my damaged product will be picked up on 5th Oct 2021 but no one came to pick it up on 5th Oct 2021 and for the other missing pack which I didn't got but still it is marked as delivered the company said that wait till 8th of Oct 2021 and you will be refund for it. for the damaged item I again complained this time again a pickup was generated for 6th of October 2021 but this time also no one came to pick it up. In anger I wrote about this on social media and one of Flipkart's social media executive called me I told her all the problems about my issue with the order she said she will get my refund for the damaged product and for the missing product she told me to wait for 5 min I waited for more than 5 mins till the evening but she didn't called again from than my account is also blocked by Flipkart. I my very angry and disappointed with Flipkart service and team and executive also. I also wrote about my account being blockd on social media but no one responded and after that I called customer care for this they said me to wait till 10th of Oct 2021 and my account will be unblocked but on 9th of Oct 2021 at night I received a mail telling that my account will not be unblocked because I have returned high number of products I agree that I have returned about 3 products but I have always told you that I my continuously receiving a damaged or a wrong product from your side. so Kindly unblock my account at earliest and also refund my money for the missing order marked as delivered of Rs385.

This happened two times.Now today is the last day for return but Ekart rejected my return request without visiting for pickup.And in the message it was told that product mismatch. But nobody from Ekart visited to me.I need refund now. I talked with Flipkart customer care but they didnt help me

Now total 3times rejected by Ekart without visiting to me for pickup the product and telling that product mismatch. Tracking ID FMPR[protected]. I got no help. Please refund my amount and take the product.

                                      I had ordered METRONAUT Slim Men Grey Jeans with order id OD[protected]. My registered email is manas.[protected]@gmail.com. Till now Ekart has rejected my pickup 5times without even visiting to me. Though I have talked with Flipkart CS they didnot help me. Now either you pickup my product or refund my money.My return request has been rejected 5 times by Ekart saying product mismatch but they did not even visited to me once. I am mentally harrased now. I need my refund. Please help me
