I'm writing this with full of frustration and after receiving a pathetic service from your customer service team and backend team. I'm a flipkart plus customer and my account is active ever since flipkart is launched. I have purchased a Havells water geyser on 11-Sep and I have received a damaged product. I have raised return request for the same and I haven't received the return.
Whenever I called the customer care service they have told me there is some technical issue due to which current request cannot be processed and they cancelled the current return request and raised new return request. This happened 4 times, I'm repeating literally the same issue happened and they cancelled and created a new request 4 times. If your customer care executive are not sure about what to do why they are cancelling and creating a request again and again. I haven't even created or cancelled the request from my side. Whenever I call and talk with the customer care executive they come up with the answer saying they have escalated the issue to the backend team. .
And now my flipkart account is BLOCKED and asking me to reach customer service and the backend team is coming up with same response telling due to multiple return request your account has been blocked
And your pathetic service didn't stop here, I have been asked for a valid government proof in order to process my return request. I don't know what sake I should provide you my government ID proof to process my return request for your scrap and damaged product I received, yet I have replied on top of that mail with my aadhar card and today I have received a mail stating provided document is not sufficient hence cancelling the return request. Am I looking a like a fool to you guys? For getting a damaged product and to replace it I need to take this much effort and in the end you will block my account and cancel the replacement request too.
Is this the kind of service you provide? I have each and every conversation with you customer care service recorded and I can even take it legally and file a complaint for the pathetic service. I'm being very patient and you guys are seriously testing my patience.
I'm expecting the below resolution from you guys,
1. Why my flipkart account is blocked?
2. I'm fed up with your return service and I don't want your product anymore. Please take your scarp and damaged product back and return my money back.
3. You guys asked for a valid government ID proof and I have sent aadhar card which you guys have asked for, and for god's sake why the hell aadhar card is not a valid document and you don't have enough information? What else do you expect.
