I have ordered an iphone from flipkart on oct 3, 2021. Due to delivery issues in my location i have to cancel it on oct 5, 2021. Flipkart claim to credit the amount to my bank account by oct 7, 2021 but till now nothing have been there in my account.
When i call the flipkart, they say amount have been refunded by us you have to check with your bank with ____ refund reference number, we cannot do anything in this.
When i contact to my bank, they say we as a bank donot have any info about ____ refund reference number, contact your app(i.e, flipkart) as they are the one who is responsible.
Now I'm literally feeling like a basketball getting passes from flipkart to bank and then bank to flipkart.
I would be grateful, if anyone could help me
