Date of Incident: 07/10/2021

on that day in morning nearly 10:30 AM ordering a Product from Flipkart which was cost 52999 Rupees At the First AT the time of transaction due to delay of OTP Session Was Expired And Payment got Cancelled Also the Order. After Few Minutes I tried Again to order Then The payment also done also the order from flipkart. After tht i got to SMS from Bank Related TWo Transaction Got Debited Form my Account Amount 52999 Two Times.

    I have ordered an iphone from flipkart on oct 3, 2021. Due to delivery issues in my location i have to cancel it on oct 5, 2021. Flipkart claim to credit the amount to my bank account by oct 7, 2021 but till now nothing have been there in my account.
    When i call the flipkart, they say amount have been refunded by us you have to check with your bank with ____ refund reference number, we cannot do anything in this.
    When i contact to my bank, they say we as a bank donot have any info about ____ refund reference number, contact your app(i.e, flipkart) as they are the one who is responsible.

    Now I'm literally feeling like a basketball getting passes from flipkart to bank and then bank to flipkart.

    I would be grateful, if anyone could help me

      I have ordered an iPhone 12 From Flipkart on the 3rd of October. & the promised delivery date was 6th Oct. But they revised the delivery date to 10th Oct.
      Now as of today the order has not been shipped yet, I don't think it will be delivered before 10th Oct.
      I have reached many times to Customer Support But no one is giving any update about shipment.

        Order not yet shipped beyond delivery date

        I had placed smart watch with order ID OD[protected] from HYDTEL RETAIL SALES on 5th october 2021 and given assured delivery on october 8th 2021 but till now the product has not been shipped by the seller . And when I reached flipkart customer care to my amazement they too do not have answer to this situation.This is why people are afraid to trust even big ecommerce sites like yours also.
        Please kindly resolve my issue asapbr...

        Hi, I have ordered an Apple Airpods with order no OD[protected].
        Had ordered the same on the 4th of October but the customer care advised me to cancel it and reorder due to delivery issues.
        Ordered it again on the 5th with a delivery date of the 6th, and today on the 8th the order has not yet even shipped. The customer care just says that we have taken a complaint but have no further update.
        We are not even getting an update as to when will the products be delivered.

        Today since morning all the numbers, the customer care, the greviece office number etc are bared from incoming calls

            Iam purchased realme s in this bbd sale(04/10/21), But the product battery draining issue is very high...6 hr using the battery remaining 48%.

            Iam try to return the product..but flipkart said to go to service center...

              Delay in delivery - 2nd time - Realme mobile - still not pickup

              I have ordered realme gt master edition it's 8 gb and 128 gb on 3rd Oct 2021 and initial delivery on 5th Oct 2021, I got a message from Flipkart - unable to deliver due to logistical constraints and reset date on 8th Oct 2021, but still on 8th Oct 2021 the order not yet picked up for courier. It has not shipped yet plz resolve the issue

              Hi, My order number OD[protected] has 3 different items ( 2 suffola oats, 2 dettol handwash refill, 1 dabur chaiwanprash) but only oats and dettol handwash was delivered. Now when I see my order summary in Flipkart it shows that dabur chaiwanprash was also delivered which is wrong. I never received dabur chaiwanprash. Please loacte the item as soon as possible and deliver it. I already called complaint centre to register a complaint but did not receive any messag or mail communication yet.

                  I ordered an item on flipkart on 2nd of October .But the product is not yet shipped
                  It was to be delivered on 07th of October. no updates from Flipkart. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now. Being a plus member i did it prepaid but no responsibility from the flipkart as well from the seller

                    Product order confirmed but not yet shipped

                    I ordered a item a flipkart on 2nd of October but the product is not yet shipped till date 8th of October. Being a plus member i did a prepaid order but not yet shipped. It was to be delivered on 7th of October but no updates till now. I called customer care they told they are trying to resolve till date no any update. Flipkart take a look into the matter for this worse experience...

                    Money deducted from my paytm wallet but order was not placed. first they said wait for 24 hrs, now they are saying wait for 8 more days

                      I ordered a laptop from Flipkart on mon 4 Oct 2021.
                      It is prepaid order.
                      It might be delivered on 7 Oct 2021 but they changed the date to 11 Oct 2021. The product not even shipped yet.

                          I have ordered TWS earphones from Flipkart on 5th Oct, 2021, order was supposed to be delivered on 8th Oct, 2021. But the order is not yet shipped even on 8th Oct, 2021. I tried reaching customer care but they kept telling that they were escalating the issue but there was no response from them. I ordered those earphones as a parting gift to my brother who supposed to leave to abroad on 8th Oct, 2021. If only they would have mentioned earlier that order was going to be delayed earlier. I would have cancelled and ordered for another website. I despise Flipkart.

                            I have ordered the product Realme neo buds 2 in flipkart sale on 2nd October and delivery expected date is given 6th October. Now, on 6th October they given me new delivery expected date is 11th October. The problem is that, product is still not shipped and my order is getting delayed and delayed without any prior information.                               I have order samsung galaxy F62 on 3rd october 2021. My order id is OD[protected]. Delivery was Scheduled for Today 7th October 2021, but i think flipkart and their delivering agent making fool to its customers. Delivery boy refused to take exchange product as according to him their is small/minor dent on the phone.

                              First of all there is no dent on phone and in good condition.
                              Second, you or your delivery agent want that customer will first buy brand new phone from shop and then give them to you for exchange.
                              For minor dent he asking 2500/-, i asked him to show exact value of my phone but he refused. Then i checked flipkart site they are showing for dent only 700/- would cost you extra, but that person refused to it and forcefully cancelled my order.

                              Is that how Flipkart and their unexperienced delivery boy treated their customers.
                              Now i am thinking of lodging complaint in consumer court.

                                I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 741138 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost every product from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 741138 from 7th October. But when I check the same product for a another person's account and another pincode which nearest hub is same as my, it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the my pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. My order ID: OD[protected] . I order 6 product on 3rd October but only one is shipped and others still not shipped. please help me on my orders and availability of products. There are some problems definitely. Please check that and resolve it.

                                Only 2 product has been shipped out of 5 another 3 didn't shipped yet and other products which I mentioned and gave screenshot that the status is "not deliverable" for almost 80% product, is still showing the same "out of stock for 741138" or "not deliverable". It can happen with some seller but not with everyone, while other person's account shows it deliverable. I will look forward for your further help, thank you.
                                "Not deliverable" status problem is now solved but another 2 product out of 5 still not shipped.

                                  I placed an order of iPhone 12 (128gb, black) on 3-Oct-2021 and got an assured delivery date of 7-Oct-2021 as per the seller's convenience but unfortunately I didn't receive my order yesterday. After checking the order status, I found that my order is yet to be shipped. I was not expecting such ambiguity and irresponsibility from your end as Flipkart has always been one of the most trusted companies in India. Kindly update me with my order details as I've already done the entire payment and I don't want my money to go in vain. I want the order to be delivered urgently.
