I am trying to exchange my phone (Motorola G9 purchased from Flipkart itself), but when I enter the IMEI number, it says "IMEI number does not match with MOTOROLA Moto G9".
I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean.
Please check and let me know.

    This is order id from Flipkart, the Order is initiated by Flipkart still not Shipped.

    Date of Order - 02/10/2021
    Expected Date - 04/10/2021

    Now date 11/10/2021 But still not yet shipped my product
    1st the give me 5 oct for resolve shipping problem.
    after they day by day they change just date & no any help from help center. after 5oct they give 6 oct after 9 oct then 12 oct then 14 oct and today they give me 16 oct, its is fraud by Flipkart even im plus user. why they not give any information about my product. im paying whole 61999 Rs to Flipkart an my right to know where is my product. flipkart only give me 1 reason its seller problem. but its not my issue i give money to Flpikart and send product is Flipkart responsibility.

    Flipkart Promise in sale that all are lie, flipkar not handel own sale, flipkart's relations with sellers are not good. we see in nowdays seller after sale sending that product to pepoles in 72999 Rs. in the sale they can't send. so its over all flipkart problem.

    i want my product or Refund me Exact after sale value which is 80900/- because of after sale its my losse upto 20, 000. when i go for purchase this product.

        I ordered 4 things together out of which three products got delivered to me but the one for which I am waiting since long because of big billion sale I got in great discount in fact i used coupons for it. For that one product delivery men is saying that address is incomplete I wonder then how other 3 got delivered. Please don't lie I don't expect this from such recognised brand like Flipkart and Ekart

        In fact I visited Ekart branch which is located near panchvati.. I didn't get satisfactory answer they are saying that we are getting more than 5000 couriers everyday so we can't guarantee about each and every product your product is just of rupees 800.

        Like really?!

        If I had to order this again it will cost me 2500 rupees. I have been eagerly waiting for this product please don't do like this.

        Out of those 3 products 2 products got delivered from the same Ekart branch. I am giving tracking id of those 2 which is FMPP[protected] & FMPP[protected] you can check if you want it's having same address and contact number.

          I had a security breach in my account, as per my initial order details my order of Iphone 12 Black (128 GB) of Rs 53999, was supposed to be delivered to me Shruti Garg In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh but it got changed and was delivered to someone named Mahi in Ahmedabad. I didn't not receive any mail or msg regarding the change of such an important delivery service. I do not know this person and the address is vague and the number provided is not active now.

          I was in continuus touch with the customer care team when I realised that my order has been delivered. But your technical system is very faulty, my app was showing delivered and delivering soon within a gap of few minutes. Customer care team couldnt get in touch with the ekart person or this person named Mahi even after my continuous request as in their system the product was still out for delivery and get updated only after 8.p.m. In between I was also logged out of my account and my account was deactivated, I raised an issue regarding this too.

          After 4 hours of continuous effort to get in touch with the customer service team yesterday I was able to report the issue. I am it utmost distress and this is hefty amount.
          I am highly disappointed with the services of Ekart too. I had been trying to contact My delivery agent since morning but I couldnt get through. And this issue I have been facing with ekart for my previous orders.

          Whenever I try to communicate to senior management their customer care executive complained that "their server are down pls raise a call back request again."

          I see this issue is faced with a lot of people on quora and I have hope my issues is resolved before I go on with FIR

          I have not received any update for a week.

          I have multiple issues raised, I have pending tickets, I call everyday for the past 10 days to get a update... avg call last for 25 minutes and still I get no resolution.
          I hope Flipkart understands the mental stress that a person has to go through for a fault of theirs

            In this games i have won gift voucher and coins. After winning the block my account saying suspicious activity detected. Please solve my problem.

                Hello,

                Flipkart team,
                I booked a new ASUS Laptop for 2, 00, 000 Rs. on 7th and received it by 11th October 2021.
                Order ID: OD[protected]

                By default, the new laptop I received should have a 1-year warranty. But it says that my warranty expired on 25th September 2021 even before I placed the order. I tried contacting customer care but it was useless.

                Please resolve the issue immediately.

                    Sir, on 2th Oct I ordered a Realme Gt Master Edition phone for rs-18999 from flipkart by axis bank debit card. My order id - OD[protected]. On 4th Oct I canceled it and the promise date of refund was on 8th oct. After 8th oct when I did not receive the money to my account I called flipkart customer care they told me -- Thanks for reaching us. Seller has refunded Rs. {18999} to your {bank account}
                    on {02 oct} . In case of any delay, please check with your bank using refund reference number {6331973709916087906097}. You can find your bank's customer care number behind your credit/debit card or on their website., Phone Number: [protected]. But when I went to my bank brunch they are saying they have not received the money and the refence number flipkart is giving they don't have such reference number and their reference number contains "axs" at the beginning. Then I again called flipkart but they are giving me the same details. I don't know what to do now. Please help me in this regard.

                    I went to the back already they r saying the reference number flipkart is providing is invalid. Why flipkart is harassing customer while their partner is Axis bank. Please stop playing with me and give me my money back.

                      Just an example first that how much frequently you send notifications, mails and messages.
                      on an average i receive more than 100 mails, messages, notifications calls every month from your side even i haven't ordered a single product from your platform.

                      Now lets talk about your call center facility:
                      I have tried to contact your customer care more than 10 times every times i have to start explaining each and everyone from the scratch that what is the issue. then they promise me that issue will be resolved in new few days... and these days never come to end.
                      Then comes your chat support... they don't care weather the issue is resolved or not but they close your chat and mark it resolve.. and best part is no body is verifying it. no cross check process.

                      Now come to my point you have deducted more than Rs 2700 from my wallet giving reasoning that i haven't used it in last one year and they expired, interesting thing is without any information, not a single message, mail or notification.. Yes!!!
                      and when i called your customer care then one person confirmed me that this has been happened with many people in the covid-19 time so we have extended their money life... and same will be done to me in 4-5 days ...but now it is more than a month!

                      Firstly i request you to improve your support services and make check process for you staff.

                      finally, since i am really fed up and got so frustrated from your support services please provide my wallet balance back.

                        I had raised a complaint for refund of my headphone but they closed the issue stating that troubleshooting has been done hence resolving, without my confirmation they closed the request.
                        Customer centre guys are just pathetic, wastage of time and money.

                          Hello, I am facing problems regarding updating my registered mobile number in my flipkart account. The previously registered number has been lost and is now out of service and when I try to change it the otp is sent to both numbers and I am unable to get it. The same problem is with the Email id that is registered so I need to update both my number and Email id as well.                             I order on 2nd of oct, and the promised date on 5th of Oct, the product is showing at the nearest flipkart hub, however, its not deliverable to my place. Its seven days now, I have been getting same message, that you'll get update within 24 hours, however, I did not get any update yet.
                            FMPP[protected].
                            Even flipkart customer care department doesn't have any update, they keep saying that you'll get update within 24 hours.
                            Even not getting any help. The product is still pending at the same place.

                              On 7 th October, I was trying to order shoes from flipkart and during the payment from my Paytm wallet the website closed abruptly. I wasn't able to place the order but Paytm showed successful transaction with flipkart of Rs1139, even receiving cashback.
                              Now, flipkart is refusing to have received the payment due to transaction issues from bank site and asked me to wait for 24 hrs but even after 4 days the issue is still not resolved.
                              I would like to get a refund for the amount deducted from my Paytm wallet.

                                Hi

                                I have been waiting since last Thursday, 7th Oct 2021. Still not received a single reply from your delivery partner or from your side when I am going to get the delivery. My shipment is at the nearest hub from 7th Oct. And it's only 12 Km away from my address. Does it take 4 days to deliver the shipment 12 km away?

                                I have tried to raise this to flipkart grievance team, but no satisfactory answer from their end. They are just increasing days.

                                Hope this complain will rsolve my issue.

                                        I ordered an item(mobile ph on flipkart on 4th of October.But the product is not yet delivered even though it shows on their website that it has reached near my home city (Medchal, Hyderabad).
                                        It was to be delivered on 07th of October but they extended it to 10th October which again did not happen. I tried reaching out to customer support but got no response.

                                        But today, I have received an SMS from Flipkart shared below:

                                        "Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for POCO X3 Pro Golden Bronze has been delayed. A Gift Card equivalent to the shipping charge will be provided on order delivery. Alternatively, you can place a new order for this item. In appreciation of your patience, a Gift Card worth Rs. 1500/- will be added to your Flipkart account post new order is delivered. "

                                        This is blatant fraud by Flipkart since I have purchased the original item for Rs.15999/- but now their website shows it is Rs.18999/-. Even though they are luring me to cancel and reorder the item for a gift card, it is still a loss of Rs.1500/-.

                                        If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no other option but to take further action against Flipkart.
