Hello team,
I had ordered a phone on Flipkart with the exchange of my old phone. However, the delivery agent refused to deliver the phone at the same price, because he said that my old phone had some discoloration. However, I assure you that there is no discoloration (Will send pictures if needed). What's worse is, when I canceled my order, I got a refund of 100Rs lesser than originally paid, and one of your customer service agents said it's non-returnable as per policy. Now 3 points-
1)My phone doesn't have any discoloration.
2)I didn't get the new phone at the quotes price.
3)I lost 100Rs.
Whose fault is this? I do not care about your policies, because Flipkart has no right to pay me a lesser amount when there isn't a fault of my own. Let alone the time and effort it took me.
