I ordered a laptop on 3rd October from flipkart, the estimated delivery date was 7 October but my product is not shipped yet, I am in a huge trouble, it is a bad shopping experience, do ship it fastly.

        I ordered iphone 12 mini on 2 nd october, 2021 the estimated date of delivery was 5 th october but the product was not delivered on oct 5 th and the delivery date was changed to oct 9 th . But still the phone has not been shipped, and the customer service has no reply to the situation .

          My mobile order cancelled without my permission

          First of all my order was cancelled without any update to me. I did not ask to cancel my order. The delivery agent visited my house on 8th October 2021as he was not taking the exchange phone I said him to reschedule the delivery and he said me that ok he has rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow i.e on 9th October 2021 but suddenly next day early morning at 3.56am I get message from Flipkart that order has been cancelled.           Sir i bought iphone 7 from flipkart which cost ₹14534. When I received the parcel and I opened it then i found that mobile was missing in the box. I received only a empty box. I also complained to flipkart many time but they didn’t solve my issue.They also blocked my flipkart account. Please unblock my flipkart account. And solve my issue regarding missing product.

            I have raised several complaint on flipkart app but It's been a month and i am just getting new dates but no resolution. This is seriously mental harassment of the customer. Flipkart team have been giving fake promises and commitments but no refund since last one month. i have created several incidents and almost had around 100calls but no one is able to find solution. Please refund my money and dont give me any new date. I m sick n tired of getting new dates . Really unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Daily i just get an update that some one is working on my issue but it's been a month an no solution after multiple followups .i cant waste my energy any more ...the product has been picked up 1month ago and still refund has not been received

              I had ordered an AC which was delivered without installation kit. I have been trying to connect to the Flipkart customer service representative but none address my issue. I have asked for replacement but Flipkart is asking for aadhar card or driving licence copy to validate my ID. It is being absolutely difficult to get into contact with the customer care for
              a replacement. AC cannot be installed without the installation kit which is missing. On the other hand, it is being next to impossible to get connected with the Flipkart team that takes care of replacement

                  This is absolutely shocking that I was honestly playing and watching videos devoting my valuable time and hard work to watch flipkart videos and earn extra rewards. But this is so pathetic that Flipkart blocked me for claiming the reward. Absolutely unacceptable and unconvincing. Through this forum I request Flipkart to unblock my account.

                        I have been assured by flipkart executive (named shreya) since long time but there is no resolution from her side. There is big communication gap flipkart is currently facing. They are busy taking orders on BBD and so they dont care about customer with complaints as of now. Never thought a company this grown to be this pathetic in delivering customer.
                        I have issue with my buyback guarantee which i have purchased with my MI 10t phone on 1st march 2021. The said guarantee is exercisable within 6-12 months from the purchase and so i have claimed it to order my new iphone 12 mini. But then i was told by the delivery agent that your imei number doesnt matches with the device. Thereafter i looked into the matter and found that buyback guarantee was not updated due to flipkart’s fault because i got my mi 10t replaced due to issue in the phone. The buyback contained the imei of old phone due to which i m facing the problem. I have ordered the iphone after so many trials coz BBD’s first 2 hrs where too busy also flipkart faced server issue in that tym. Now i m not getting the new phone after it has been more than a week of ordering.
                        Please help me out with the problem ASAP

                              That laptop's conditions are good... But there are severe problems that can't be eliminated with replaced item!!

                                  Been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 834001 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 226005 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 226004 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah

                                    Product not delivering to my address saying address pin code mismatch

                                    Hi,
                                    I am more than 9 year customer with Flipkart and I am living in a small village near Sattur, Tamil Nadu, 626203.
                                    Previously I used to give my office address and they are delivering the products. Now a days I am giving my home address, but they are not delivering the goods saying address pin code mismatch.
                                    Actually the other e-commerce partners like Amazon, Meesho are delivering to my address then why can't the Flipkart...

                                    Hi I have ordered crucial 16 gb ram worth of 6300 last week and I got this delivered today everything looks good on the outside box when I open the package I have got crucial plastic package with nothing inside nothing but air. I was shocked a moment and started to check the package there is nothing wrong with package it is genuine and the delivery guy I have known him for months so he is good.
