      I booked a phone it was supposed to be delivered on 08th oct 2021 but i haven't recieved it yet.. who be responsible for my losses. Abhishek [protected] new delhi

      you will never get any phone, after few days either you or Flipkart will cancel the order and you will then start chasing for the refund, after 25-30 days, you will get refund, Flipkart will earn interest on that money and you will be returned as Fool... imagine millions of rupees are collected by Flipkart in such a way.

          Product ordered is not matching with the product delivered .Item ordered is Crucial P5 SSD 500GB(CT500P5SSD8) but the product delivered is SSD MX500.As the product having no return policy there is no process to raise this issue. Hope flipkart will look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

              I received a laptop from Flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] which is defective and damaged, after receiving the delivery I noticed screen gets blank if you start some heavy application and also it is a little damaged. I contacted Flipkart many times but they were disconnecting my calls. After calling so many times they agreed to replace but after technician visit. They will send damaged and defective product after that they will send technician. I have paid full amount and this is the service I am getting. Really very frustrated with this. I want a replacement as soon as possible. I can't wait for 30 days because i'm going abroad.

              I told the delivery agent that this is a damaged product, he said you have to request a return then only this will be taken back. This is how Flipkart is scamming people.

              First Flipkart said issue will be resolved by 11 oct and then by 12 and now they are saying by 13 October. I have paid money for a new laptop, not for some second hand defective piece. I'm really facing trouble doing all this. Please replace my laptop with new one in next week. Replacement policy is ending on 15th October and they're sending technician on 25th October.

                    I ordered a product trough flipkart on 2nd of october with order id OD[protected] . Its delivery date was 6 oct but i didn't received it yet. On 5 oct it was dispatched for my nearest hub but their is no update after that. Please rectify the issue and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                      Upon receipt of the product, it was yellow and there were fewer stems than was displayed in the product page. When I complained to Flipkart, the customer executive replied that they are responsible for the quality of the product, and they do not sell directly to the consumer. I'm not sure if Flipkart accepts this as their Standard or if they place an incompetent customer service representative to handle customers.

                        There is an exchange program offered by Flipkart where they provide an exchange discount of Rs 1, 500/- for any smartphone provided that phone is in Working condition and if it has any dents, scratches or screen issues then Rs 1, 000/-. I opted for this and at the time of delivery the delivery personnel just asked which phone I informed him the particulars and simply said this is not eligible for exchange and rejected it. Neither did he check imei no, whether phone working or not, nothing and provided a false claim that the phone’s battery was swollen. First of all that isn’t a guideline stated in Flipkart exchange guidelines, secondly even if that was the case I should have been eligible for the reduced minimum exchange amount of Rs 1, 000/- I have been reaching out to Flipkart for this and simply those people are saying if I had paid the amount of exchange discount at the time of delivery and accepted the new product as per guidelines the seller won’t arrange for a pickup. At the first instance the exchange guidelines itself was not followed and now they are coming up with these resolution.

                          I ordered Tokyo talkies super skinny women blue jeans and paid for it online but due to fault of seller my mom again paid the amount when I was not at home. I have called so many times but customer care is not helping at all. They say that seller will refund the amount but they don't. Please help please help.

                            Facing so many issues since last 15 days because I am not able to raise return return from my ID. Need to return products due to size issue. Every time I am facing mentally torture as every time they gives different deadline for resolving the issue. Products are same which I want to place return request only the size and colour issue is there. Kindly understand and help

                                I ordered a product from Flipkart for 5139 Rupees. Few days later, I got a sms that Order is Rejected and shipment is returning to seller for no apparent reason.

                                Since then, Flipkart is keeping my money hostage and denying to refund money

                                They said that package is lost but completely denying me order cancellation and refund. New strategy of fraud from Flipkart.

                                  I order a charger with Type c data cable but received micro USB data cable but that my need is only adaptor so I didn't returned the charger . But I ordered same charger again with type C cable but again i didn't not received type c data cable so I ask for replacement and seller again send same package with micro USB cable so I contacted flipkart customer care they said only one option available for refund so after long conversation I said ok then apply for return but I also said if I will find good deal on type c then I will cancel my return they also said okay you can cancel your return request any time but I didn't find any good deal on this price and that charger price also increased and time also wasted.                                     Product not delivery even after 3rd date

                                    Dear concern,

                                    Requesting to act on my below query-

                                    - I ordered a product on 3rd and delivery date was showing as 5 oct ( not delivered on that day).
                                    - 2 date provided as 8 oct still not delivered.
                                    - Now customer care says wait till 13 October, if not delivered by 13th customer care team ask me to cancel the order ( which not at all acceptable from my side)

                                    I have ordered on 3rd Oct and the status is showing as your item is out for delivery on 6th October.I received a call on 6th October from delivery agent but i have not received the order.still the status is showing as out for delivery with date 6th October.I was in a plan to gift this order for Friend Marriage.Due to this delay it is not possible.Order is at hub neares to me. I am not sure why they are delaying to deliver the order.Kindly help to get my Order ASAP.

                                      I ordered an smart watch ( replacement ) from Flipkart on 5nd of October .But the product is not yet shipped
                                      It was to be delivered on 07th of October. No updates from Flipkart. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now.
