I have ordered a coffee table in Flipkart was waiting for installation for 3 days and it was not done. Then I called the customer care and explained the issue and they said the ticket was not logged and hence it would take 2 more days to get it installed. I waited for 2 more days and again called customer care and they were not ready to help and also they continuously was cutting the call and harassing me throughout. So I thought of returning the table. But they wont allow that also and they will provide only replacement.

Ordered on 3rd Oct 2021, Delivered on 9th Oct 2021
I would like to return the order and would like to get the refund. I also need an apology from Flipkart for harassing me.

    I ordered a camera lens for Rs. 11, 975 from Flipkart (order id: OD[protected]. The package had no sign of visible damage or tampering from outside so I accepted the package. I opened the package and found that no lens was available, only box, manual paper and lens hood was there. I took video o[censored]nboxing. I immediately raised this with Flipkart and the agent informed that he had escalated the issue to concern team and the will call me back to resolve it within 10 days. I waited and i did not receive any call from their team but to receive a message saying “Issue resolved by troubleshooting”. I was surprised as no one from the “concerned team” called to resolve the issue. I called them back and explained, they apologised and informed me that they will not close the issue till it is resolved. The agent informed me that she had escalated to the concerned team and they will call me.After 2 days, the issue was marked resolved without anyone contacting me and also was marked as “refund rejected”. I contacted them via social media, the agent said they are the top escalation team and the concerned team will contact within 24 hours but no one did but they marked my issue as resolved the next day. This repeated 3 times without anyone from the “concerned team” calling till now. I need your help to get my refund.

      I have brought some items on 3rd Dec, 20 using Flipkart pay later balance. The same has been cleared on 9th Dec, 20 and updated in Flipkart pay later profile. However when I recently checked my credit report, it is still shown as outstanding and under Default.

        I have ordered iPhone12 on 02nd oct, and my delivery date is 07th oct. I have not yet received my product, had called to flipkart customer care got an update that my product will be delivered on 12th oct. Still I havent received my product, nor any update from flipkart. Calling flipkart customer service but no proper resolution\solution\call back from there end.

        Awaiting proper response from flipkart, now delivery date extended again till 19th oct. So the delivery date went from 05th oct to 19th oct. Another day, another disappointment.

        Really frustrating experience with flipkart, now got the emotions behind sunny deol dialogue 'tarik pe tarikh, tarikh pe tarik'. As flipkart also doing same with me, postponding delivery dates from 5th oct, 07th, 09th, 12th, 15th and now 19th. Flipkart truly only giving me 'tarik pe tarikh, tarikh pe tarik' instead of giving me my package :(

        Till date no package received from flipkart, lost hope of receiving it, also lost trust from flipkart. Cancelling the order as well as quiting flipkart for worst online shopping experience provided.

        No I haven't received my product yet and also no update from flipkart. They just keep on extending my product delivery dates. Earlier it was 05th oct, then 07oct, then 09th oct, then 12th oct and now its 19th oct. another day, another disappointment from flipkart.

            I have ordered iphone 12 128GB on 5th OCT 2021. But as per the status it's not yet shipped. From 12th OCT called customer care 10 times a day but executive only updating that we have escalated it to concern team and you will received call from concern team. I didnot received any call from the team yet. Informed the team that I am traveling aboard on 16th OCT 2021 please help me to get my product by 15TH Oct 2021 but still no update received. Bad customer support I have ever faced.

                I am giving below the transaction details with 1) Flip kart 2) Google Pay

                3) Canara Bank - on deduction of Rs. 212/- from my bank account.

                1) Flip kart

                Flip kart Order ID No. OD[protected] dated 23/9/2021 for Cushion Cover Rs. 212/-

                I had placed the above order on 23/9/2021 but got a message from Flipkart that “Order not placed - your payment was not confirmed by the bank”

                I called customer support many times but the response is that your bank has declined the transaction so I have to contact the bank for refund.

                Received a receipt from Google Pay that the amount of Rs. 212/- paid to “Flip kart Internet Pvt. Ltd. For

                  I bought arm chair from flipkart on Aug 1st of 2021.. Dealer name is oakcraft mesh office adjustable Arm chair . The chair is not proper and product is very cheap within 15 days its shaking and unable to sit. We fall if we sit and cant adjust the seat too. i have escalated many times to flipkart but no response. They asked me to contact Service Centre: Thanks for reaching us.                         I have ordered certain products from flipkart during BBD sale on 02/10/2021. The product did reached to my own city on 05.10.21. It has been 8 days since then, but no attempt of delivery has been made from the logistics dept. The product promised date already has crossed twice and it doesnt seems to be delivering anytime soon. And on top of that the executive keep on suggesting to wait for no reasons. If it has been lost somewhere and cant be delivered, they should accept it atleast. Why to give false assurance to customer. The product order id is : OD[protected].

Whats the point of buying from flipkart after all this pain. Been 10 days now since it arrived here but yet not delivered and no updates.

                        Still no response from anywhere. Felt like cheated. On top of that customer care is continuously extending the resolution date. Earlier it was 8 then postponed to 12, then to 15, then 18 and now 20th october. Will it ever be delivered or i should wait till it get expired. Request consumer court to take strict action against flipkart as there are millions other facing the similar kind of issue. And if at all it is not possible, atleast inform the customer. Why would always the customer suffer.

                        If there is anyone in consumer complaint to help please do something. Flipkart is openly harrassing innocent customer in the name of BBD sale. Neither they are delivering pre paid order nor their customer support is providing any resolution. They keep on extending date. Everyone is lying. And all this is happening under the nose of government, consumer forum etc. All this can be verified from flipkart support twitter page. I tried to post truth but they even blocked my account as well. Cheating on our face. Plz help

                        Is everyone from Flipkart on vacation? What the hell have you guys been doing with all these orders? No resolution, no commitment, only harassment. My product has been in transit since 02nd October but till date except fraud and misinformation I have got nothing. None of your Customer executives have any self respect left. Even Complete Flipkart is a fraud. Was a lifetime experience. and it has changed the complete perception of mine. It was hell.
                        Coming on to my complaint four of my products (Destino soft toys, dove shampoo, fort collins jacket and Himalaya baby shampoo) all are in some part of the universe which no one's able to locate, not even the mighty flipkart bots. Was these products really shipped ever or it was just a well planned scam, wherein Flipkart is earning million of rupees everyday as interest only Every time just when it reaches to my city only, that i got to know it has been mis-routed. What shame, what disgrace, what pathetic service, what disgust. and much more...just that i can't write professionally. If anyone from flipkart ever reads this, have some shame that you belong to Flipkart, .such an awful company.

                        Till date neither of my product has been delivered not any resolution been provided. After harassed by flipkart i thought of geting some help from consumer forum. But to my surprise consumer forum has not provided any support yet. May be there isn't any consumer forum here. The whole system is rotten and corrupt.

                            I order 9449 product from flipkart through credit card payment on 4th oct 21. I cancelled order, they said that amount should be credit to your account within 8th oct. Still that amount bending not refund to my credit card.i asked from my axis bank side also no transaction made my flipkart merchant. But flipkart reply me with amount refunded to your account 8th oct. Flipkart cheating customer with these kind of fraudulent activities

                              I am Jess Mathew. My FLIPKART account is Blacklisted and Blocked from the last 6th October 2021. From 2020 onwards I am a continuous user of Flipkart along with that I am a PLUS MEMBER. I purchased nearly 1 Lakh rupees products from Flipkart.

                              I got a mail regarding my account block and the reason mentioned was the order which I placed is not for my personal use. I can understand my mistake and I am really sorry for that what...

                              I ordered IPhone 12 on 03/10 and it was supposed to reach on 08/10. But suddenly delivery boy came without notifications on 05/10 when I was not home. He told he will come again next day but after that he never picked up my call. I called several time to customer care but they don’t have any control over delivery partner. Even when I wanted to talk with senior customer care, the call disconnected. I don’t have any clue about when I will get delivery of my product rather only to follow the extension of date in the website without any proper justification. Even I told to provide the contact person of your hub so that I can pickup my IPhone from there itself which is very near to my house but again no proper answer from customer care. Really unprofessional treat from Flipkart.

                                  Flipkart delivered me a defective laptop. I filled a return request within 2 days . They sent Asus technician, who said he needs to take the laptop away to issue a DOA certificate. I confirmed from Flipkart that should I give the laptop, they said yes that's the brand process and they will only accept returns after the DOA certificate is issued. While the laptop was still in the service center waiting for DOA Certificate. Flipkart canceled the return from their side. And when I called them, why is the return canceled?, they said not to worry and call them when I get DOA they will file a return for the laptop. After getting DOA, it has been 15 days and they are just wasting time and not filling a return. I have tried everything from requesting a callback, to Twitter and their grievance mail also.

                                      Ordered a laptop (OD[protected] from Flipkart
                                      on 4th October, the delivery date was 9th October, however there was no tracking update after 7th October, The Laptop didn't get delivered on 9th, instead the date was changed to 12th October, its 13th now the delivery date keep getting extended, tried contacting flipkart customer care but no use, being a plus member, i never expected this from flipkart.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
