I have placed an order of Samsung Galaxy f62 on 5th Oct 2021 from Flipkart with an exchange offer. (OrderId -OD[protected]
A delivery person came for delivery on 9th Oct, 2021 & check the exchange phone condition. He raised some issues with the phone and asked me to pay difference amount(ie. Rs2250) in cash only. I told him I will pay him online/by card as no cash was handy at that time. He refuses to take online payments or card payments. Only ask for the cash payment.
Then he left without delivering the product.
I called Flipkart customer care immediately and raise my concern that the product was not delivered to me due to a cash amount request by the delivery guy. The customer care executive assured me that the next day they will do a re-attempt of delivery when I can pay online also.
But no re-attempt of delivery happen.

I had continuously follow-up with customer care and always mentioned that I need the product. So please don't return/cancel it.
Every time I was being assured that I will get my product, don't worry.
I got an email from Flipkart that my issue will be resolve by 14th Oct 2021.

Today (on 13th Oct), I got an email & message that My order got canceled.
I have again called customer care and asked them why this is happening.
And this time I was told, we can not help you in this case as my order is canceled.
Now flipkart is saying to place new order as previous order is cancelled. Why should i place a new order with revised increased price. Customer did not cancel the product, so why should customer bear the loss.

Why should I place a new order with a revised increased price? I did not cancel the product, so why should I bear the loss.
I need the product instead of the refund amount.

    I am a daily user of flipkart and it never happen but all of sudden all the product are non delivarble . And when I called customer care the customer support guy is not ready to understand its a glitch and he says I ha e an option to call back if I am not satisfy with his answer when I know it's a glitch I deleted my account switching to so e where else I have my daily need fmso have to see for some other app or any one from flip Katt can address this issue if any one interest . ??

          My product "Realme watch 2 pro" Order ID - OD[protected] which was to be delivered on 12th October 2021 hasn't arrived yet and the application is showing shift of date. According to your policy, the product ordered should be delivered earlier or on promised date which has already passed. You big companies has got the opportunity to treat customer in ways you think you're comfortable. I'm getting disturbed because of your this irresponsible behaviour and I hope your customer support will look on this otherwise I seriously warn you to be prepared for some legal proceedings. Just improve your management system. We order with some good hope and trust order items from you. You can't just break your promise.

            I have placed an order with flipkart on october 5th, 2021. It has not been shipped yet and promise date is already exceeded. I'm waiting for my order and they have not even shipped it since a week. Please help me in this.

                I placed order for a toy on 04th October from seller Nizomi for 854/-. it was delivered on 09 Oct 2021. I received toy in opened form with bubble wrapped and no price tag??? I didn't buy used product, flipkart is refusing to pick the order for more than 5 days n asking me to wait, they are postponing the pick up date again n again. I need compensation for cheating me and allowing seller to sell fake n used product. no action is taken against seller, my negative review is removed and not published, this allows seller to cheat customers

                  My phone was scheduled for delivery on 5th october 2021 which was rescheduled on 8th and further to 13th october and then it was cancelled without any consult. Now I cannot order same phone with same price as sale is finished.

                    This is the worst service i am ever facing and when i call up they dont pickup nor they call back !! The automated machine says they will call back in 30 mins bt no one calls back bcz they dont need to pay and they are just taking our money as if its there !! I have ordered tv and now tv has stopped working and i have purchased Flipkart complete protection plan bt they are saying that u have purchased on EMI so within 7 days the technician will come bt wat if i had paid through emi or any other payment method !! I have paid fully and already the emi are over 6 months back than why sooo delay in service ? Have i not paid for there Flipkart complete protection plan ?? I have paid it fully and they have received it than why such delay in service and they are still telling that even after 7 working days if they dont come u call us again sooo is this the way they treat customers and we have paid it fully than why such things ??? And no one hase that much time for calling them and they dont even pickup phone within seconds or mins !! It should be easy for customers to get service easily !! Bt i dont think Flipkart need customers they just want to loot customers and fill there pockets 😡😡😡!! I think there should be strict action for them and waiting time for customers should be less.

                    Even after giving the order details flipkart has not yet taken any action and yesterday i again complained in flipkart jeeves customer care and they said your 7th October complaint is closed so i asked for wat reason and still no one has came to repair my tv and still they have closed it !! I think flipkart just need money and doesn’t believe in giving service 😡😡😡 !!

No one is getting money for free expect flipkart bcz they r just looting customers like us and not giving service !!

                      I have placed my order on 7th October and today is 13th October, my order didn't got placed in Flipkart while my payment was successful from Paytm to them..i have called and checked with paytm, they say payment has been made 100% but flipkart CS dept is just not buzzing.. They tell some new reasons everytime and are not providing any resolution..i am tired of taking there reasons for past 1 week and 3 times a day.. Its so pathetic so see such kind of irrresponsible behavior of flipkart.

                        I purchased a product from flipkart 29 October 2021. The product was shipped by the seller and was at the nearest hub and should have been delivered by October 2nd, however there was a delay in delivery and new date was given 5th October. However the product was not yet delivered, I called multiple times related to the delivery and every time a new date was given and the last date was given 13th October.

                        Each time I called flipkart I was harrased by flipkart. Die the pending product I was not allowed to buy fresh items. Called multiple times with no resolution. However on 13th the product was cancelled by flipkart and the issue was marked as resolved. On 13th I called flipkart regarding the cancellation after such harrasment and they put my called on hold for 30 mins with out any resolution.

                        I have been mantally harrased by flipkart please help.

                          I have ordered a grocery basket by using a coupon given by flipkart on 7th September 2021 .. Today's date is 13th October and still my products are not delivered yet. Since one month Whenever I contact with flipkart customer service they're giving me some nonsense dates.. Every single time they're giving me a new date but the Main products in order section still showing the delivery date as 17th September...and the products haven't shipped yet...Am feeling too much helpless and want my product got delivered.

                            My order Order ID:OD[protected]. It was ordered at 5OCT 2021 nd today it is 13 oct 2021 nd Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever

                                My order was said to be delivered on 13th oct and still it hasn't been shipped yet. I ordered it during the big billion days and now the big billion days are over. And now if they cancel the order I will have to pay atleast 20k. Very disappointed from Flipkart's service.

                                  I ordered aristocrat wave strolley on 2 October 2021 having my residence as delivery address. There delivery partner sent me sms for self pick on 10th oct
                                  On 12 oct morning i had a conversation with flipkart where i requested for delivery of my product but to my surprise after some tie product was canceled.
                                  I contacted flipkart customer care they replied that due to security issue cited bu there delivery partner product was not delivery and cancelled. Moreover flipkart executive asked me to re order the same. The price difference of the product on 2 oct and today i.e 12 oct is around Rs 537.

                                    I ordered a product 'Wakefit Leo Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed' bearing Order I'd OD[protected] on 15.09.2021. As I shifted to a new place I wanted the order to be cancelled for which i made a request to the seller of the product i.e Wakefit who assured me on 29.09.2021 that the order had been cancelled and that refund regarding the same would be initiated within 7 days.However, much to my disbelief I received a message on 12.10.2021 from wakefit informing me that the product delivery has been postponed to 20.10.2021 which only meant that the cancellation hadn't been processed as assured by wakefit on 29.10.2021. Adding to my agony, I had made a fresh order of the similar product based on the assurance given to me by wakefit that my previous order had been cancelled. Moreover, several calls have been made to flipkart customer care but till date none of them have been able to clarify my issue. This is a gross negligence from flipkart who are harassing me from past one and half months and taking no responsibility of the issue since I have already done the payment.

                                        In game zone and video zone showing error suspicious activity... And game zone showing fair play with our term and condition... But I'm not break any rule of both zone... Contact customer care but he didn't solve my problem...
