      Hi, I'm Piyali Paul. I booked my order on pre-book deal in this big billion day season. Flipkart cancelled my order. Order IDs are OD[protected] and OD[protected]. I tried calling customer care, she said that my address is wrong. How is this possible? I got many orders on this same address. All the orders price hiked. Now they are saying there no other option rather than placing a new order. If Flipkart does not want to sell at lower price, then why they are saying sale? I'm very disappointed this time.

        I placed an order amounting 34000 for iphone 12 Mini 64GB Black on 1st October 2021. On 6th October I received a call from Flipkart team and without any strong reason they were saying me that order could not be delivered to me and was saying to re order the same product.
        I told him as well that I do not accept any cancellation and you have to deliver same product and in same price for me.

        I am not understanding that if already you have product available for reorder, then why you are not sending it for the order which I have done on 2 Oct 2021.
        Also the price of the product is now way higher, there was a sale and hence I ordered it.

        Without my consent my order is cancelled.

        Have gone through a very Bad experience with flipkart, will recommend others to think twice before ordering any product from flipkart because they’re cheaters and do not take any action against fraud seller supercomnet even after knowing the reviews for supercomnet.

        Flipkart support also start ignoring your calls once such Issue occurred.

            I made a purchase for Iphone 12 Mini and paid online on Flipkart during big billion days 3 days back. The phone was about to be delivered in next 2 days.

            While tracking the product on the day of arrival LUCKILY early morning I see that delivery address, name and contact number has been changed completely. And the product was reaching Ahmedabad while we stay in Mumbai.

            This was clearly a fraudulent activity and BREACH of privacy of my account on FLIPKART process. I almost lost my product and could have lose my money as well if it had to be deliver to random person. My bank details were at risk. We have changed the password though.

            Request you to please help me around this as serious action has to be taken.

              My name is Dinesh Sharma. I have placed an order on 2nd October, 2021 through a friend's Flipkart Plus account and they have given me the date of delivery 6th October, 2021. They have changed the delivery date on 6th october to 9th October. Moreover, my product's delivery address was of Sonipat, Haryana, and they have shown in the tracking details that product to be shipped from Farukhnagar, Haryana. But instead of sending product directly from Farukhnagar to Sonipat, they have erroneously sent it to Cuttack, Odisha. When I called customer care on their toll free number, he said it may happen with some orders. I am attaching screenshots.

                I've no longer access to the phone number saved in my Flipkart account & I can't change it to the number I currently use because whenever I try changing the number it always asks for an OTP sent to the old number. please help me with it

                I called the customer care number mentioned here on the flipkart customer care page & they connected me to a customer care executive. He listened to my problem, verified few stuffs with me, asked me to send a scanned copy of either my Aadhar or Pan Card to a specific email he provided & he told me that they will change my number within 2 days.

                  Product - Sansui 32 inch HD led smart tv - JSW32ASHD

                  I have ordered sansui 32 inch smart tv on flipkart on 2nd OCT and i have received it on Sunday and during the delivery of the product delivery person just opened the top seal and i have seen the tv was present so did not took it out as i took delivery near parking area. Then when we opened after coming inside i noticed it has scratches on the screen and when we connected youtube has connected with some account and lot of search history in it and tv name is already set when we tried to connect with phone .

                  next day morning i received a call from the installation person he reached my home . I already informed him about the issue and he said we will come and verify he came and checked the product and said yes this looks like used product and mentioned same thing in his app and ignored installation .And said you can request for replace .

                  If i am wrong . the person came from flipkart has also checked the product and said this is used product you can request for replace or return and if i am really not happy with the product i would have requested for return why will i ask for replace with same product.

                  I have called customer care on same time they said it will be replaced . And next day i received the message saying return cancelled .

                  I have again called the support team and explained everything they took my request again for 2nd time and said it will be replaced now they are asking me for submission of aadhar card, driving license for verification . I wanted to know and raise my concern what they wanted to verify with my aadhar .

                  Is this my fault to receive the used product with scratches . i received product Sunday evening and in next 30 mins i have raised the complaint .

                  they product was also under return policy . If i am not happy with the product why would i request for replace i would have cancelled it . Is flipkart announcing big billion day and other offers to sell the used or left over products to customers ?

                  And i am really concern with this policy what would you need to verify with the customer aadhar and driving license.

                  I feel its better to visit store and buy rather then getting this 2nd class goods in flipkart . I wanted to take this legally. please suggest

                  I think u guys will take years to check for customer queries.. I have submitted required proof of product and you are asking for my I'd proof I dnt know how my aadhar card will help u for validate product issue. My still I gave it and it's in pending verification .

                  My request was canceled and rejected for 3 times and this is the 4th time I have raised again and it suppose to validate pictures I shared by oct 10 this was the date showing on app but still not done yet. When I called support they says due to technical issue it's not moving forward they wanted to cancel and start again from new and it will take 4 more days . How many days should customers suffer because of flipkart neglency. Worrest service and I have every seen by this team :(

                    I ordered oppo a33 in big billion days, my order has been shipped to be delivered on 4th October it got delayed and 6th of October was final date for order to be delivered but still now I haven't received my product customer support is saying that we can not give you surety that your order will be delivered that means they can even cancel my order from their end...I want my product which I ordered on discounted price how they are not sure that means I can not relax till I get the product in my hands...!!

                      I ordered a television from Flipkart on 4th October which was expected to be delivered on 6th October. I'm not able to track it because the order status is not updated since Monday. It's not even shipped as per the order status in App.

                      The information is the Application is too conflicting. As per the order status, it was supposed to be shipped on Tuesday. It's already Thursday today but it's not even shipped till now. I tried to connect with customer support but they are not able to provide any update as well.

                      I'm attaching the screenshots for the reference. It still shows that it will be delivered on Wednesday which was Yesterday. I don't know how it's gonna be delivered to the past.

                      The social media support team has called me twice but gave no answers. They're asking me to wait and wait. First they asked me to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours they called me and asked me to wait for another 48 hours. I'm not gonna take the cancellation patiently. I've seen many instances when Flipkart cancels the order itself on the user's basis without taking any consent. I'm hoping my order to be delivered to me in next 24 hours. The worst part is that they are not telling me anything about the issue. They're saying we're trying to connect with logistics partner. That logistic partner must be a phone call away. Right? It feels like they're dealing in letters.

                      It's been 17 days but product is still not delivered. I've called CST team more than 25 times, raised it multiple times on social media as well but no help.

                        Ordered iphone 12 from flipkart and charger and screen guard on october 3rd. Charger and iphone 12 from same seller. Both charger and iphone reached my nearest hub on october 5. I got the delivery of charger on october 5th. But my iphone is not delivered yet it they ar keep on changing the delivery dates and fooling me.. Kindly help me the iphone 12 as soon as possible. I have prepaid for the products still they are not delivering on time. Requesting you to help me to get the iphone 12 as soon as possible. Dont let flipkart cheat customers by looting hardearned money. Kindly help call me in [protected].

                          I bought a e-giftcard rps of 1080 in Mar 21st 2021. and filpkart spam and offer mails are full of my inbox so i decided to delete Flipkart mails, Unfortunately i deleted that giftcard details mail also.. then later only i know i delete that.. nearly I wait 3 month and everyday i try to ask customer care service no one will help .. everyone says within 24hrs 48hrs 72hrs but still i can't get any emails.. but asking feedback for customer care its just lol... Please consider and do something in Flipkart

                                    I am a Flipkart Plus member with many points.

                                    On 02/08.2021, I could not login either my emailid/password or mobile phone OTP (not accepting my OTP). Complained to Flipkart. They solved my problem on 05/08/2021. I logged in and even purchased products on 07/08/2021.

                                    The above problem resurfaced on 01/10/2021 and I again complained to Flipkart. They did not solved my problem this time. On 06/10/2021, they replied that I will not able to login because o[censored]nusual high freturns which I told them it is untrue and baseless when I have so many Flipkart Plus points. I told them to explain it to me with facts but they are not doing it.

                                    There were few returns since 2019 because of the following reasons:
                                    1. Damaged product
                                    2. Less quantity supplied but charged for more quantity
                                    3. Delivery stopped at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra godown due to Covid-19 first lockdown in Mar 2020.
                                    4. Couple of times delivery man did not contact us although we are at the address 24/7 and returned the product even after we called him over phone.

                                    I have already informed Flipkart of above at the time of the problem as well as now.

                                    In the past I have purchased many products from Flipkart including smart TV, other electronic products, jewellery, clothing, curtains, blower, vacuum, grocery, etc.

                                    If I create another login, I will lose my Flipkart points.

                                      I have ordered an iphone SE on 30SEP2021 order id: OD[protected] and promised delivery date was 2nd October 2021 but they have postponed the delivery date 4 times and still till 6th OCT product is not delivered and no expected delivery date is given. I had called customer care multiple time but still no satisfactory action was taken only they are extending the delivery date. I have already payed the offer amount through debit card and i want my product to be delivered on the offer price and exchange offer for that i have already payed.

                                        I place an Order OD[protected] on 3rd and 6th Oct is promised delivery date. My order already reached nearest hub Medchal and now I got a message that it will be delivered after 3days. I am confused that why it takes 3days for a 1hr drive from my location.

                                        I requested a call back and raised same question with Flipkart Customer support Executive and Mr. Responsible Flipkart Executive disconnected my call with giving any answer.

                                        However I managed to request another call and raised a compliant IN[protected]. to check if I can get my order delivered by atleast by tomorrow.
