I am a Flipkart Plus member with many points.
On 02/08.2021, I could not login either my emailid/password or mobile phone OTP (not accepting my OTP). Complained to Flipkart. They solved my problem on 05/08/2021. I logged in and even purchased products on 07/08/2021.
The above problem resurfaced on 01/10/2021 and I again complained to Flipkart. They did not solved my problem this time. On 06/10/2021, they replied that I will not able to login because o[censored]nusual high freturns which I told them it is untrue and baseless when I have so many Flipkart Plus points. I told them to explain it to me with facts but they are not doing it.
There were few returns since 2019 because of the following reasons:
1. Damaged product
2. Less quantity supplied but charged for more quantity
3. Delivery stopped at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra godown due to Covid-19 first lockdown in Mar 2020.
4. Couple of times delivery man did not contact us although we are at the address 24/7 and returned the product even after we called him over phone.
I have already informed Flipkart of above at the time of the problem as well as now.
In the past I have purchased many products from Flipkart including smart TV, other electronic products, jewellery, clothing, curtains, blower, vacuum, grocery, etc.
If I create another login, I will lose my Flipkart points.
