I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 741138 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost every product from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 741138 from 7th October. But when I check the same product for a another person's account and another pincode which nearest hub is same as my, it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the my pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. My order ID: OD[protected] . I order 6 product on 3rd October but only one is shipped and others still not shipped. please help me on my orders and availability of products. There are some problems definitely. Please check that and resolve it.

Only 2 product has been shipped out of 5 another 3 didn't shipped yet and other products which I mentioned and gave screenshot that the status is "not deliverable" for almost 80% product, is still showing the same "out of stock for 741138" or "not deliverable". It can happen with some seller but not with everyone, while other person's account shows it deliverable. I will look forward for your further help, thank you.
"Not deliverable" status problem is now solved but another 2 product out of 5 still not shipped.

    I placed an order of iPhone 12 (128gb, black) on 3-Oct-2021 and got an assured delivery date of 7-Oct-2021 as per the seller's convenience but unfortunately I didn't receive my order yesterday. After checking the order status, I found that my order is yet to be shipped. I was not expecting such ambiguity and irresponsibility from your end as Flipkart has always been one of the most trusted companies in India. Kindly update me with my order details as I've already done the entire payment and I don't want my money to go in vain. I want the order to be delivered urgently.

      Sir I ordered a washing machine on 6th of September and I received different model of that product, I was applied for replacement 4 times but all time they rejected my replacement on 5th time they approve the replacement and again I received Different model which I received earlier, then I was applied for Refund many times and shared all documents which they asked me to send and 3 times again after replacement they Rejected my Refund. They wasted my 1 months time only saying will wait till that day or this day provided by them. I was talked to about 30+ customer support, In last i was predicted that of you will unable to solve my problem you will Block my account and same thing happened next day on 3rd October they blocked by 4 years old Account without any Notification on Gmail. I was complaint for this also why my account block, after 3 days i got a notice that High number of return filed by me. Sir this is not the valid reason for Block the account because if a person order 10 products may he cancelled or return 2/10 products same if a person places 100 orders he may cancel or return 5-10 product in this case it's not correct to say High number of return. One more if you provide the correct product then why customer apply for return.

      Flipkart customer support only know 2 words i.e Sorry and Please Wait. They are unable to solve my problem. Flipkart is Worst platform for me from now. They have no any information their support just waste of time. Flipkart stolen my Wallet ammount and gift cards.

            I have placed an order for iPhone12 - 64GB- A blue colour variant with an order id OD[protected] on 2nd October 2021. The initial date of delivery as shown on 3rd Oct 2021 and after placing an order it got moved to 5th Oct 2021 and on 5th Oct the delivery date got again changed to 8th Oct 2021. But, till today I don't see any update from Flipkart in tracking the product delivery after the last update on 5th Oct.

            I had a similar kind of experience with my older product order, where they asked me to cancel the product after 1 month due to the package missing.

            Since I have made the payment via credit card on 2nd October, now the statement also got generated, but my order was not delivered yet.

            Please help me in resolving the issue.

              My product is not delivering on my address and my product is going again and to different city and this happen to me each n every product order in big billion day sale and they also cancelled some items and they said that they were unable to deliver the orders
              But I want the order anyhow because I charged a emi conversation fee from my bank of the order but product is still not delivered to me

                  Purchased Hp laptop from flipkart on 21st September 2020. It got dead on 15th July 2021. Logged complaint in Flipkart on 22nd July, they said they will arrange technician visit and if still doest work they will pickup the product and will refund. For this they gave promise date of 6th August. But they were unable to do anything. In this manner they have extended dates 6-7 times but were unable to do anything. Last promise date of pickup was 7th Oct. Again they failed. Everytime I call customer care they just keep fooling me that the product will be picked up. Now I'm literally harrassed as I have purchased laptop for my kids online schooling. They are unable to attain classes. Flipkart is not refunding my amount because of this I'm unable to purchase new laptop.

                        Have place an order on 4 October with order ID OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 5 October. But it was not delivered. Then they reschedule delivery for 9 October. But till 7 October the product has not been shipped.

                          Scam done by flipkart and delivery team.

                          So, i ordered a New Balance men sweatshirt on Oct.3.2021 and expected delivery was on Oct.6.2021.
                          Due to some reasons i wasnt able to collect my order on the same day and it went back to the delivery office. I reached out flipkart customer care explained my issue and they said the delivery guy will try again tomorrow. I got hold of the delivery guy and he said the same.
                          Then yesterday which was 7th the delivery day i received...

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                I ordered Realme Air2 Buds in flipkart and which was defective product. Now, when i asked Flipkart to get replacement and they are asking me to go to Realme service center and work with them. This is totally cheating customer by selling defective or 3 rd grade items by flipkart.

                                    I made an order of sneakers from flipkart of which I paid through my paytm wallet. Amount got deducted but order has not been confirmed and says we did not receive amount from bank. And when called customer executive they says no transaction found and just says they'll call back like what's the issue why can't you speak on the same call. Like really flipkart you fooling customers around .. don't know if I would get my wallet payment back.

                                    Hi this is shahid my contact number through which the order was placed is [protected]. Already mentioned before with the refrence that I've paid for the order id OD[protected] puma bari sneaker on 7th oct 2021 through paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] and paytm order id PZT[protected]M2PO03 payment of 690 was instantly debited but uptill now its been more than 5 days I havent recived any amount. And your customer executive have that audacity to cut the call on face as they listen about refund it seems a legit cheat and fraud and compelling me to take a legal action against the company. No response and when I raise concern you guys mark it as resolved, what's happening. Is this a big fraud. I'm just speaking like a fool and there's no concern no resolution from your side. Never thought of such a worst experience. As per your customer executive request here I've attached below the file and also the screenshot of the statement from paytm confirming the debit of the amount from my wallet. The customer executive asked me to provide the proof statement from paytm. Hoping to get some positive outcome and resolution from flipkart. I'm literally fed up of this.

                                    They literally do nothing and says the payment stuck between gate ways. Also their CUSTOMERs support has that audacity to cut the ongoing call such a ### behavior. Naming themselves big gains. Not just speaking about the amount stucked but the way their CUSTOMER support work literally make us think like a fool. A must learn lesson the lure us to do prepaid transaction for such nuisance never ever do any online transaction believing on their name.

                                      I'm writing this with full of frustration and after receiving a pathetic service from your customer service team and backend team. I'm a flipkart plus customer and my account is active ever since flipkart is launched. I have purchased a Havells water geyser on 11-Sep and I have received a damaged product. I have raised return request for the same and I haven't received the return.

                                      Whenever I called the customer care service they have told me there is some technical issue due to which current request cannot be processed and they cancelled the current return request and raised new return request. This happened 4 times, I'm repeating literally the same issue happened and they cancelled and created a new request 4 times. If your customer care executive are not sure about what to do why they are cancelling and creating a request again and again. I haven't even created or cancelled the request from my side. Whenever I call and talk with the customer care executive they come up with the answer saying they have escalated the issue to the backend team. .

                                      And now my flipkart account is BLOCKED and asking me to reach customer service and the backend team is coming up with same response telling due to multiple return request your account has been blocked

                                      And your pathetic service didn't stop here, I have been asked for a valid government proof in order to process my return request. I don't know what sake I should provide you my government ID proof to process my return request for your scrap and damaged product I received, yet I have replied on top of that mail with my aadhar card and today I have received a mail stating provided document is not sufficient hence cancelling the return request. Am I looking a like a fool to you guys? For getting a damaged product and to replace it I need to take this much effort and in the end you will block my account and cancel the replacement request too.

                                      Is this the kind of service you provide? I have each and every conversation with you customer care service recorded and I can even take it legally and file a complaint for the pathetic service. I'm being very patient and you guys are seriously testing my patience.

                                      I'm expecting the below resolution from you guys,

                                      1. Why my flipkart account is blocked?
                                      2. I'm fed up with your return service and I don't want your product anymore. Please take your scarp and damaged product back and return my money back.
                                      3. You guys asked for a valid government ID proof and I have sent aadhar card which you guys have asked for, and for god's sake why the hell aadhar card is not a valid document and you don't have enough information? What else do you expect.
