The Order OD[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 11th of October 2023 and it was not delivered but marked delivered. When I raised the complaint to their customer care, they were handling it abnormally slow and on 15th of october, one delivery executive have called and told that the return is initiated for refund. But when I check the same, she have initiated for only 1 item and remaining 14 items were not marked refund. I need refund for all 15 items as they were not at all delivered but unable to raise return request myself. Hence, I need help in getting the refund from Flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They keep on cancelling the Refund request for the costliest product on the order to cheat the customers. It should be rectified.

    Parcel, a gift to my wife a phone purchase, with tracking id FMPP[protected], through flipkart (ekartlogistics.com) which was paid for on 8Oct2023 with a delivery promised by the 09Oct2023 and has not been delivered over 7 days & counting but not delivered to date, despite reaching to the flipkart grievance cell. This is just unacceptable. Please resolve asap.

      My order's Expected date of delivery was 9th October 2023. But still, it has not been delivered to me. I have contacted many times to Flipkart customer care, they say to wait. Every day they are extending 2 days delivery time. It has been in the same city but is still not getting delivered. I have been waiting for my order's delivery for a long time. Please make it deliver fast.

      In the Flipkart app, Nothing is updated so that I can track my order. There is no date given for the product delivery.

      I also registered Grievance on Consumerhelpline for this earlier i.e. 5034539 in which the promised date for the order's delivery is Oct 15, 2023. Still, it's not delivered. They are just wasting the time.

      I have attached the grievance screenshot as well as Flipkart app screenshots. Please look into this matter.

          I ordered a laptop battery from a Flipkart after delivery I received a wrong product and then I make a request for return and got accepted on 2nd October and shows return will be picked up on October 17 but now as I check the status return was cancelled by the Flipkart without any reason on 8 October. And when I call the customer care they said they cannot do anything as it is now a out of their return policy period. Sir/madam I have raised my problem when it was on return policy period.

            The shipping date for the mentioned product was 14/10/23 for the MOTOROLA g84 5G Mobile. Order ID : OD[protected]. However, the product has not yet been shipped. When I spoke with Flipkart customer service, they did not have a solution or answer to my question. I don't understand the purpose of customer care if they cannot answer your questions. I also saw a funny note on the order page. they mentioned "the shipping of your order has been delayed due to an unexpected issue faced by the seller. Rest assured, " . Other than the mobile, I don't know what "REST ASSURED" means.

            Please let me know if the mobile gets delivered by tomorrow as they stated.

              Recently I had ordered 'lenevo loq laptop' during big billion day sale and still i haven't received it yet, the date of dilevery given was 11 October but today is 15 October, and there is no response from Flipkart yet, I had already paid Rs 60K, If you can't deliver the product give my money back, I had already complained on customer care but they are not helping me. Tell me when I will get my product, i have waited a lot. Ekart logistics is sending message 'out for delivery' and then 'not delivered' what's this I am at home no one has came, no has even called me, and then it's showing not delivering what's happening in Flipkart..., I am attaching the proof

                I had ordered an IPhone 14 in the big billion sale on 9th October 2023 and the delivery date was of the same date. The delivery got rescheduled to next day because of logistics issues. It didn’t happen on the next day as well and automatically got rescheduled to next day - 11.10.2023. They provided with a wishmaster number which no one picked and no call came from their end. I called the customer care numerous times and they always say that the matter is being escalated and I will get a call from their back end team. But I never received any call or update on the same. I raised the issue on twitter support and from there also they are asking me to wait till 15.10.2023. Till now there is no response from anyone and the app has no update on the order delivery. I live in the centre of Bangalore and it’s never difficult to deliver any product here. The EMIs of my purchase has been converted already and I need to start paying from next week. I do not want to cancel the order and re-order the product because this is already a re-ordered product. Again cancelling and reordering means a loss of 2000 INR.

                I got it delivered after 11 days.
                I am also facing same problem. They are not delivering...Product is just 1 km away from delivery location. Useless answers we are getting everytime when we call customer care.. Pathetic delivery service... I can't cancel my order even.

                    I established a Flipkart account approximately five years ago, which was linked to a mobile number. However, a few months ago, I encountered the unfortunate situation of losing both my mobile phone and the associated number.

                    The primary issue I am currently facing pertains to my attempts to update my account with my new mobile number. Regrettably, the OTP (One-Time Password) verification is being sent to both my new number and the obsolete, inaccessible old number.

                    While I do possess the OTP for my new number and retain access to my account password, I find mysel[censored]nable to input the OTP from my former, unattainable number. Consequently, this predicament is rendering me incapable of effecting the necessary modification to my mobile number.

                    I earnestly request your guidance on the proper course of action to facilitate the successful update of my new mobile number on my Flipkart account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

                      My order ID is OD[protected]. I am a Flipkart plus customer and I have been shopping in Flipkart for the past 9 years. Only in the past 4 months grocery order, the seller is missing some items in the order. Seller is cheating by missing few items in grocery and not providing refund for missing item. I raised complaint in Flipkart customer support, but they are closing my complaint without any resolution. I want my missing item refund and Seller should make sure that the issue shouldn't be repeated.

                          I have order a product from flipkart on 7th October and delivery date was 9th October but on the date of delivery delivery date was changed and new date was 11th October.                             I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with my recent order, which was placed under Order ID OD[protected]. I received a completely incorrect product from seller MTAILMODEECOM, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue, the matter remains unresolved.

                            I ordered a SanDisk E61 1050 MB/s external SSD drive, but instead, I received a significantly cheaper Samsung memory card. The wrong product was not only a huge inconvenience but also a financial loss for me.

                            I reported this issue on October 10, 2023, and have been trying to seek resolution ever since. Not only was the wrong product delivered, but there was also no invoice in the package, The packing had no breakages or no any sign of breakage which adds to my concerns and raises questions about the legitimacy of the seller's operation.

                            I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I have taken the precaution of collecting evidence to support my complaint. I have uploaded CCTV footage of the Ekart delivery person delivering the package without an open box delivery, and I also have footage of the unpacking of the delivered item. In the footage, you can clearly see that the package contained a Samsung memory card, which is very different from an SSD and cannot possibly be packed in the same way. I encourage you to review this evidence to confirm the discrepancy in the delivered product.

                            If necessary, you can also contact the Ekart delivery person to confirm the details of the delivery, as they were the last point of contact before I received the package.

                            I would like to request the following actions:

                            Replace the incorrect product (Samsung memory card) with the original product I ordered (SanDisk E61 1050 MB/s external SSD drive).

                            Investigate the actions of the seller MTAILMODEECOM to ensure that such fraudulent practices are addressed and prevented in the future.

                            Provide me with a proper invoice for my order.

                            I trust that Flipkart values its customers and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I hope that this issue will be resolved promptly, and the necessary actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

                              So I ordered Apple iPhone14 on Oct7 and it had to be delivered the same day. It is Oct14 now and it has still not been delivered. I have called and raised complaints multiple times to the flipkart customer care and it has still not been resolved.
                              It shows out for delivery and then again unsuccessful delivery.Even if i call the delivery agent he either doesnt pick up or rejects the call. Sometimes its not even out for delivery and shows unsuccessful delivery. I want it to be delivered by tomorrow as I need for work purpose...Please get it delivered by tomorrow at the latest.

                                I'm trying to call the delivery person since morning and he is not picking up the call yesterday was my product yet to be delivered. I spoke with him yesterday he told the product will be delivered tomorrow as I was in my office working. I asked him to call me today and now he has gone to idk which planet he is not picking up my call also he is disconnecting my calls when I call him the next moment he switch off his phone. The product is to be delivered via eKart. I tried to speak with the customer care executive he told me to wait till today and it's almost 7pm and I don't think he will ve delivering the product today. I am feeling completely helpless. I need some solution on this

                                You atleast got the ekart wish master number but in my case have ordered Apple Mackbook on 7th Oct and it was supposed to deliver on 10th but till date flipkart don’t have any clue where is my product and keep asking me every day to wait for 24 hrs.

                                  I have ordered Nothing Phone 1 on Oct7 from flipkart (seller - IndiFlashMart) and its not shipped yet. Its been 7 days since I placed the order. I have contacted Flipkart customer service several times but they don't know what's reason for this. When I ordered Nothing Phone 1 price was 27k and its now 37k. I highly doubt that it will never get delivered. The promised delivery date was oct 11. I don't know what to do? The phone is also in stock and the seller is same .

                                    I ordered nothing phone 2 at 37999 from Flipkart on 7/10/2023 which was supposed to be delivered on 8/10/2023 but today on 14/10/2023 I'm writing it till now it's not delivered and it's constantly showing due to operational issue couldn't be delivered, i prepaid for the order and till now no support is being provided by Flipkart customer support daily they are just extending resolution date of my concern without giving any reason.

                                      I just ordered Acer aspire 7 laptop on 6th of October it was delivered on 10th October. The charger is defective still they are not replacing nor returning it. They are just raising a complaint and return request but that get cancelled on the next day. It is showing wait till 1st nov but I'm a working person my 50k is on stake. Every day a call with customer executive they are doing nothing.
