Hey, i ordered a titan regillia watch from Flipkart it's been more than 30 days but there is no refund, I have also contacted the Flipkart support many times but no response from them it's already 30 days I request you to please escalate this issue asap.

    Hi here gururaj reddy from Unixy Enterprises from bangalore location, actually i took a PAM PLUS Service from flipkart on seller account amount 22000 on 11/08/2023.

    after one week on the person name rahul allocated for account manager they not working properly and no update from that person, thye telling daily lying and still from one week they not responding and picking my call and chats otherwise please refund my amount...

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Flipkart & jeeves.

    I am writing to you today to address a matter o[censored]tmost importance regarding my Complete Mobile Protection plan for Motorola Mobile, which I purchased on March 8, 2023, and registered under the reference number CMFKGR[protected] on July 8, 2023.

    After a week of time, Jeeves returned my mobile due to Lidquid Damages were not applicable as per my Mobile protection plan.

    Then, I sent a mail regarding my mobile complete protection plan covering the Liquid Damages (LD) and I spoke with their customer care, They logged a new claim ID: CLCMR[protected]. Again they agreed to pick it up. After receipt of my mobile at their end, they asked for the processing fees of Rs.1000. I asked for the proof of photos for LD.
    They sent the photos and specified that water was entered.

    I paid the amount of Rs.1000, and after a week of time, Jeeves wrote a mail that your mobile was unable to be repairable Hence, a 70% refund amount.

    I kindly requested a replacement for my mobile device with the same features, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in their policy. However, I did not receive any response to my initial request. Instead, I have been informed that my claim has been approved for a 70% refund, citing that my device falls within the 5-8 month range for coverage.

    I would like to bring to your attention that, in accordance with their Terms and Conditions, I am entitled to either a replacement mobile device or an 80% refund, with an already paid processing fee of Rs. 1000. This policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for customers like me who have faced extended delays and inconveniences due to issues.

    In the above instances, very surprising that Jeeves was not responding properly, then I contacted Flipkart, but they simply told me that we were not supporting this. This issue will be cleared by only Jeeves, Flipkart is not responsible. But I had sent all emails cc to Flipkart too. I used their platform and Jeeves was also their sister concern and also Flipkart only recommended Jeeves for a mobile protection plan, but Flipkart has not taken responsibility.

    Regrettably, I have been experiencing severe service delays and a considerable loss of time, spanning approximately three months, as a result of the subpar service provided by both Flipkart and Jeeves. This has caused me significant stress and financial loss, as I have been forced to purchase a new mobile device out of necessity.

    I implore you to review my case thoroughly and provide a prompt resolution in accordance with your own policies. I believe that a fair resolution, such as a replacement mobile device or an 80% refund with the specified processing fee, is both reasonable and in line with your terms and conditions, please see the link of tnc https://www.flipkart.com/pages/complete-mobile-protection-tnc

    Dear team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing handling of my complaint, which has been dragging on for over three months since July 8th. During this time, I have engaged in numerous email exchanges and phone calls with both Flipkart and Jeeves, yet there has been no satisfactory resolution to my issue, raising serious concerns about the customer service provided by both companies. I want to emphasize that there are clear and explicit terms and conditions established by Flipkart, Jeeves, and F1, which should be followed with a high degree of responsibility by both parties. To provide a clear timeline of events: On July 8th, I initially registered a complaint regarding my Motorola mobile, which I purchased on March 8th. Jeeves arranged for the pickup of my mobile, which was returned to me after a few days. At this point, Jeeves cited liquid damages as the reason for not covering the repair under my mobile protection plan. Despite numerous communications and providing screenshots of the terms and conditions, Jeeves was eventually compelled to accept their responsibility. Subsequently, a second pickup was arranged, and I was informed that I needed to pay a processing fee of Rs. 1000 as per the terms and conditions, which I promptly paid and communicated via email. To my surprise, Jeeves later informed me that my mobile was irreparable due to water damage, requesting photographic proof. Notably, during the first diagnosis/service of my mobile, liquid damages were already mentioned. It appears that Jeeves is more interested in collecting additional fees than providing the intended service, which is concerning, especially given that Flipkart exclusively offers this mobile protection plan, and Jeeves is a sister company of Flipkart. Jeeves subsequently stated that a 70% refund would be provided, but as per the terms and conditions, 80% should be refunded within four months. Despite my mobile protection plan commencing on March 8th and the repair complaint being registered on July 8th, Jeeves has not responded adequately. I reached out to Flipkart for assistance, but they informed me that they are not responsible or accountable for the issue and advised me to contact Jeeves directly. Consequently, I filed a consumer complaint against both Flipkart and Jeeves. After two days, Flipkart proposed a 70% refund, which I declined. Instead, I requested an 80% refund in accordance with the terms and conditions and the refund of my Rs. 1000 processing fee. Ultimately, Flipkart agreed to a 10% refund, with the remaining 70% to be handled by Jeeves, leading to the closure of the complaint on the consumer complaints portal. On September 11th, Flipkart returned Rs. 1604 to my Flipkart wallet, and I agreed to close the complaint. Subsequently, I also provided my bank account details for the 70% refund. However, Jeeves informed me that my mobile had been returned and that the 70% refund could not be processed due to non submission of bank details on time. I promptly sent an email to address this issue to again. Today, I was surprised to receive a call from a Jeeves customer executive who claimed that due to non-payment of processing fees, my mobile had been returned. After arguing my case, she confirmed my payment and stated that they were ready to process the refund. However, she mentioned that I had not confirmed the 70% refund, even though I had done so via email on September 11th. She attributed these issues to technical problems but assured me that they would be resolved, with the refund expected within 7 days, attached screenshot for your ready reference. However, I would like to point out that as per the terms and conditions, it should take 7 working days. She insisted on a 7-day timeline starting from today. Attached customer executive recorded conversion is attached herewith for your realisation. Last 3 months Flipkart and Jeeves wasted my time, but now simply escaped the reason saay that "time". I have diligently recorded and documented each and every conversation and email exchange throughout this ordeal. Despite my efforts, it seems that Jeeves is evading its responsibilities in an unethical manner, contrary to the expected conduct of a premium corporate entity. This prolonged delay in service has compelled me to purchase another new mobile, causing unnecessary stress and wasting valuable my time. I hope I have conveyed the details of my interactions clearly. Unfortunately, I have little hope that Jeeves will resolve this issue in a satisfactory manner. I am urgently seeking a resolution to address my disputes. Should both Flipkart and Jeeves fail to resolve this issue, I am prepared to escalate it through various open channels, including consumer court and social media, to seek a resolution for my long-pending issues.           I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Flipkart through the Flipkart Business Expert Program, which I subscribed to on the 7th of August. This program was supposed to assist us in optimizing our product listings on the platform, but to date, we have not received any tangible service, and our attempts to contact your team have been met with frustrating silence.

          When we initially signed up for the Flipkart Business Expert Program, we had high hopes for improving our online presence and sales. Regrettably, our experience thus far has been nothing short of a disappointment. The following issues have arisen:

          Lack of Communication: We have made multiple attempts to reach out to your team to discuss the progress of our project and clarify our expectations. However, we have not received any response from Flipkart representatives.

          No Work Initiated: Despite our subscription to the program, it is disheartening to note that no meaningful work has been initiated on our product listings. We expected prompt and professional assistance, but it appears that no effort has been made to address our needs.

          Unreasonable Delays and Excuses: On the rare occasions when we did manage to get in touch with your employees, they provided us with vague and unsatisfactory excuses for the delay in service. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

          We believe that our trust in Flipkart's Business Expert Program has been misplaced, and we are deeply disappointed by the level of service we have received so far. We entered into this arrangement with the expectation of a professional and responsive partnership, which is sadly lacking.

              I ordered AirPods Pro on July 19th 2023. It got delivered on 21st July 2023. The warranty for this product should be 1 year but it was showing the warranty as expired. I contacted apple and they said it is seller issue contact them. I contacted flipkart and nobody assisted. Finally after writing several emails after 1 month I was contacted by a gentleman from flipkart and informed that the AirPods will be returned and picked up & money will be refunded. It has been more than 2 months and now im refused for return & money transfer. Customers service of flipkart is pathetic they promise something and never fulfill it. You can’t even call them and get assistance. I’m still chasing them with no luck regret buying from

                    I ordered grocery item on 1 september 2023 which shown that will be delivered on 3rd sept but on 4th September I got massage from Flipkart that due to rush delivery order delivered by 6th sept and on 6th sept at 4:00 p.m I got call from delivery person and I will explained the address but after waiting 1 hour I called him multiple times but his number was busy.
                    At 10:30p.m. I got massage from Flipkart that order cancelled due denied by me how ever I didn't rejected the order.afterward I call to customer care and miss aparna told me that I have order again she mentioned that else nothing to do.
                    Just imagine I don't have grocery item I am waiting eagerly for delivery even after late I still wait for so why should I cancelled the order and also I allready paid the amount. I don't know what should I do it's really important issue but there is no plan of action in Flipkart for such type of issues. It need to aware the customer from such type of issues we need to aware people through social media since if someone like me dependent on such order like face the issue.

                      I have ordered a flipkart assured product (Tempered glass) of Rs 399. There was no return policy. Since it was a flipkart assured product, I have ordered it by keeping faith that they will give us the good product. But I received a totally broken tempered glass. Since they know there is no return policy, it does not mean that they will send the damaged product. Very bad experience. I want my money back as refund.

                        I had ordered Google Pixel 7 pro on 3rd September. My order id is : OD[protected].
                        It was supposed to be delivered on same day(3rd September) but I am yet to receive it.
                        I had contacted customer support multiple times but not getting any proper response.
                        Also everyday they postpone resolution day by one day. Initial resolution day was 7th September, but it changed to 10th September

                          मैने एक Noise Buds VS102 ऑर्डर किए थे जो की पहले रॉन्ग प्रोडक्ट दिया गया फिर उसके बाद मैने रिप्लेसमेंट के रिक्वेस्ट क्या तो 1 सितंबर को रिप्लेसमेंट कर दिया गया फिर वो प्रोडक्ट मैने देखा तो प्रोडक्ट यूज सैम वही था लेकीन बेकार दया गया था की बैटरी के इस्सू आ रहा था कभी 70% परसेंट रहता थोड़ी देर यूज करता तो ऑटोमैटिक 80% 90% पर्सेंट हो जाता और कॉल पर बात भी नही होता कट कट आवाज आता फिर मैने 2 सितंबर को उसको रिटर्न के रिक्वेस्ट डाला लेकीन एक्सेप्ट नही क्या गया की टेक्नीशन विजिट दिया गया फिर 4 सितंबर को टेक्निशन विजिट हुआ उसके बाद रिटर्न अप्रूव्ड हुआ उसके बाद 5 सितंबर मै नही था डिलीवरी बॉय मेरे घर पर आकर मेरी मां से प्रोडक्ट ले गया फिर मुझे थोड़ी देर पता लग मम्मी ने बताया तुम्हारा सामान लेने आया था डिलिवरी बॉय वो मैने दे दिया मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट एप्लीकेशन मे देखा तो उसमे शो नही कर रहा था मैंने वेट क्या की अभी नही कर रहा थोड़ी देर में करें इसके बाद एक घंटा बाद देखा फिर भी वही दिखा रहा था पैकअप नही होने का मैने उसी वक्त कस्टेमर केयर फ्लिप्कार्ट को कॉल क्या बात हुआ जिसमे कस्टमर केअर ने बताया टेक्निकल इश्यू है 24 घंटे वेट कर लीजिए फिर उसके बाद आज मैने 6 सितंबर को शाम 4 बजे देखा तो अभी भी वही शो कर रहा फिर मैंने कस्टमर केअर को कॉल क्या उसने कहा ऐसा क्यू हो रहा है हमें उस बारे में जानकारी भी नही आप वेट करे 8 सितंबर तक हमारे सीनियर आप से कॉन्टैक्ट करेंगे फिर कॉल कट हो गया थोड़ी देर बाद एक डिलिवरी बॉय फिर घर पर प्रोडक्ट रिटन के लिए आया वही प्रोडक्ट के लिए मैंने कहा ये तो कल ही उठा लिया गया है उसने बताया नही आप के साथ फ्रॉड हो सकता हमे है आप कस्टमर केयर से बात कीजिए नही तो आप का रिफंड नही मिलेगा आप का पैसा फस जायेगा फिर मैने आज शाम 7 बजे कॉल क्या कस्टमर केयर फ्लिप्कार्ट को तो उन्हों ने भी यही बोला आप वेट करे हमारे सीनियर आप से बात करेंगे 9 सितंबर तक लेकीन मुझे ऐसा लग रहा कही मेरे साथ गलत ना हो जाय मेरा रिफंड नही मिले या डिलिवरी बॉय धोका कर रहा या फ्लिप्कार्ट या Noise कंपनी प्लीज मेरा मदद करे और हो मेरा रिफंड जो है 999 दिलवाया जाए

                                With reference to my order ID NO. OD[protected]. According to flipkart/seller has completed my refund for order. I would like to inform you that I have not received any amount from seller end in my debit card / bank account. I have submitted my bank statement for the same. But flipkart Continuously delaying my issue day by day marking as resolved without solving. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      Recently i have ordered a power bank from flipkart, but i hVe received damaged parcel packing from inside and than i apply for a refund as missing product, the customer service representative told me to resolve the issue, but now my flipkart account is blocked without any valid reason.
                                      I need my account back as it have some orders to be delivered soon .
