      I had placed an order of TV with exchange item having buyback offer on 27 Sept 2023. Order ID - OD[protected].
      On 28 Sept 2023 I cancelled the order. So, along with cancelled order, all associated offers including buyback exchange offer also showing cancelled.
      As per Flipkart cancellation policy, all offers after cancellation will reflect valid with in 24 hours. Refund of payment amount also received.
      As on 1 oct 2023, I am not showing claim buyback offer on any TV product page.
      The buyback offer item to be exchanged was purchased on 30 oct 2021 (Order ID - OD[protected] with Complete appliance protection having gauaranted exchange valid till 4 Nov 2023.
      Please do needful at the earliest to credit buyback offer back to my account.

                I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent blockage of my Flipkart Pay Later account with a credit limit of INR 45, 000. I have been a loyal and responsible customer of Flipkart for several years and have always adhered to your payment and EMI policies. However, I recently found my account blocked without any prior notice or explanation, which has left me in a state of distress and inconvenience.

                To provide context, I had utilized my Flipkart Pay Later account to purchase a laptop and opted for the EMI payment option. I diligently made all the EMI payments on time and ensured that there were sufficient funds in my bank account to cover the EMI deductions. I have never missed a single payment, and I have always abided by the terms and conditions of my Flipkart Pay Later account.

                Despite my responsible payment behavior, I was shocked to discover that my account had been blocked, and the reason provided is "non-adherence to FK payment/EMI policies." This statement is both vague and unsubstantiated, leaving me with no clear understanding of what I may have done wrong.

                I would like to request the following actions from Flipkart:

                Immediate Unblock: I kindly request that my Flipkart Pay Later account with a credit limit of INR 45, 000 be unblocked at the earliest. The sudden blockage has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering my ongoing shopping needs.

                Explanation: I urge Flipkart to provide a detailed and transparent explanation for the account blockage. It is crucial for me to understand the specific policy violation or issue that led to this action so that I can rectify it and prevent such situations in the future.

                Timely Communication: Going forward, I expect Flipkart to communicate any concerns or issues regarding my account in a timely and clear manner. Transparency in communication is essential to maintain trust and ensure that customers like me can continue to enjoy the services provided by Flipkart.

                  I am writing to you to bring to your notice about the pathetic services being provided by flipkart paid account managers. Actually this is not a service, this is humilation of sellers, because seller pays to take the pain from flipkart paid account manager team, who never respond to sellers.
                  I was contacted by Abhay Verma ( After cheating of Karan Sharma for Ignite Program ) i trusted to Aman Verma and got cheated again in Sept 2023 regarding a paid account management services for basic level seller started by flipkart for 9000+gst where Abhay committed a dedicated account manager.
                  I have made the payment and it has been more than 15 days there is no reply from there side neither they are replying to my emails.

                  Abhay Verma Assign my account to Anubhav ( who never respond to me ) then i got only Single Email from Shiv Nagar ( sent me 1-2 email just to say wait for his response nothing else) and also he never respond to my email and into CC there was entire Team : Akriti Mishra, Zeeshan Ahmed, Kajal Singh, Ashok Chandra

                          I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products
                          on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends.As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart and return these product .Due to hight rate of return and ordered product Flipkart block my account.So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again

                                I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                  I had placed an order for a Tcl tv on 27th September 2023. But the order is not reflecting in the order section though money has been debited. I called the customer service but was told to wait for 24 hrs. Today, I called again and was told to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs. Then I was told by another that the order had been cancelled and the amount refund has already been initiated. She will share the refund id with me over mail and phone. But I dint receive any intimation. Then another person told me to wait till 2nd October and said that the earlier person had lied. This is highly unacceptable and unexpected response from a company like flipkart. I can now neither cancel my order nor buy another TV. I have to just wait. And there is just no order reflecting on flipkart.
                                  What to do?
