Complaint about Green Line Issue on My Motorola Edge 30 and Invoice Request

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the service I have received from Motorola and Flipkart concerning my Motorola Edge 30 smartphone.

On [11 sep 2023], I visited your service center to address a serious issue with my Motorola Edge 30, specifically a green line issue on the screen. I was hopeful that your service center would resolve this issue efficiently, given your reputation for quality service. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

To my disappointment, I was informed that in order to initiate the repair process, I would need to provide an invoice for my Motorola Edge 30. I explained to your staff that I had purchased the phone from Flipkart and was unable to download the invoice from their platform. I had made numerous attempts to contact Flipkart's customer support to request the invoice, but they informed me that they are unable to generate invoices for products sold by third-party sellers, and therefore, they could not assist me.

This situation has left me in a predicament, as I cannot proceed with getting my phone repaired due to the lack of an invoice. As a customer who has invested a significant amount in a Motorola product, I find it extremely frustrating that I am being held responsible for a document I cannot obtain due to circumstances beyond my control.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to reconsider your policy of requiring an invoice for warranty services. As a responsible consumer, I should not be penalized for a deficiency in your company's processes. I believe that Motorola should have alternative methods of verifying the authenticity and purchase of their products, especially when the customer faces difficulties in obtaining invoices.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to my problem, such as an alternative way to verify my purchase or a waiver of the invoice requirement for warranty service in my case. My aim is to have my Motorola Edge 30 repaired promptly so that I can continue to use it without the inconvenience caused by the green line issue.

I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter, as it reflects the quality of service and customer care associated with the Motorola brand. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate this issue through consumer protection agencies and social media, which I hope to avoid.

I have attached a copy of my purchase receipt from Flipkart, which should serve as proof of my purchase. Please review this document and expedite the repair process for my Motorola Edge 30 without further delay.

    Don't order in fraud Flipkart product. My order OD[protected] was Dr Beauty shower gel but I received different brand Dr.Bright face wash. Its like ordering Male shirt by receiving female bikini and when i asked for refund or return, they closed my request saying no returns for this product, if i ask for replacement of the same product received then its my mistake but they sent totally different product and different brand too .Now there is no option for requesting call back to my number [protected]. Don't waste money in Flipkart the fraud service I wont stop propagating until they give the right product which i ordered or refund, i should create awareness to the people about this fraud flipkart, when wrote this review in flipkart they sent an email they wont put my review online

      I had ordered a charging cable on urgent basis, and after i received the order I realised that it was the wrong cable and so I wanted to return the order, but now there's no option for returning the product.

        I ordered an iPhone on 15 September 2023, and it was supposed to be delivered on 18 September 2023. My phone is being held up at Farukhnagar flipkart facility since September 16 and it has not been dispatched to my location. I want my phone ASAP. Today is 18 September and the flipkart hub near me has confirmed that they have not received it. When i tracked it, it is still at Farukhnagar. I WANT MY PHONE.

            I had raised a query for my FK Paylater account being blocked due to non-adherence to FK Paylater policy/EMI policies. However, I have paid all the dues on time.
            I have not received any clarification from the FK help section.
            Kindly look into this matter and let me know how can I unblock my FK Paylater as I have further EMIs to payoff. Also, I am not able to contact FK help as it is displaying "All the channels are busy"

              I am writing you this regarding Order Id- OD[protected].

              I have received the product on September 14, 2023 and as per the return policy its a 7 day return policy.

              I have raised the return request on 14th September 2023 itself and I have received the message regarding the same that my product would be picked up on 15th September 2023.

              But on 15th September 2023 in the evening I got the message from your delivery partner regarding product pickup rejection because of product mismatch but the truth is nobody came to pick it up so that day itself i contacted the customer care and they from their end raised the return request again.

              Again on 16th September 2023 i got the message regarding my pickup and again in the evening got the message regarding rescheduling of the pickup.

              On 17th September, 2023 I got the message regarding my pickup and again in the evening got the message regarding rejection because of mismatch but the truth again is nobody came to pick up the product.

              Since last 3 days I am facing this harassment and when 7 days would be over you will say its not eligible now then who will be responsible for my hard earned money?

              3 days have already passed just have remaining 4 days and if everyday I receive such rejection messages without any fault from my end who would be responsible for my money?

              Hope to receive support from your end soon.

                    I complained several times but got no response from Flipkart. I purchase Samsung refrigerator but i got damage product by Flipkart when delivery boy delivered product he said check if any problem you return or replace from your order but there is not any option of return or replacement. I will try many times after that one day I called to coustomer care and they said it is 7 days replacement policy. Can you tell me one thing when we order any little product you call that person for confirmation but when any purchase big items like tv, fridge it is also your duty to call and confirm are you happy with the product or any problem but no there is not any call or msg from your side. Your work is done only cheat the coustomer with big amount items. It is a big mistake of mine that I trust Flipkart. I think if I ordered from Amazon they listen their coustomer and solve their problem but from your side not any reply. If Flipkart not return or replace my refrigerator infact gave better service for the repair the product. I hope my problem will be resolve as soon as possible.

                      Missing item in grocery order

                      I have placed a grocery order in Flipkart which got delivered on 11th September 2023. But 5 items are missing in that order. I informed the same to delivery person he told that those products are not packed while doing packaging and asked me to place return request.                           Hi,

                          I have ordered a Biteefender Mobile antivirus 1 year pack for RS: 55 on 01 September 2023 and as per the details the product was to be delivered on the same day. Flipkart agent confirmed that the order has been approved and will be delivered within 24 hours. I waited for 72 hours and called back again and they asked me to wait for another 2 days. Finally on 05th of September when I called again to ask the status, I was told to provide my bank details so that Flipkart will refund the money to my account. I have provided the bank details on 05 September and I was told that within 7 days the money will be refunded to me. It's been 10 days now and I still have not received the refund.

                          I have called your help desk again today and they were not ready to provide me with any bank transaction number for the transaction made. Then when asked for the refund they asked me to wait for another 3 days but I insisted to escalate this issue as I have lost my y patience. Now your executive is asking me to share my bank transaction details from 01 September till 17th September and I do not understand the logic here. We are in a digital age where we get the confirmation for a UPI transaction within 30 minutes and on what basis am.i supposed to share my bank transaction details. I make 100' s of transaction a week and why should I share all those with Flipkart? What is the guarantee that those details will not be misused?

                          I need to know what happens to my refund? Ok am sorry to say, I cannot share my entire transaction history unless the request is from a govt agency or a authority whom I can trust.

                          If you still insist on seeing my bank transaction history before getting me the refund then I would require the same.in fo in email for which I would approach legally.

                          Also without provide any valuable information or resolution the tickets opened are closed abruptly.

                          It is extremely sad to see how companies.like Flipkart scam people. If Flipkart is a marketplace they should take rull responsibility to ensure the consumers get their products and are satisfied. When there is a issue they put the blame on the vendors and do not take any responsibility and ownership. The money that I made for the transaction was to Flipkart through flipkart's app hence Flipkart is responsible for my refund and it is their duty to prove they have made 5he transaction when there is a dispute. Here they shamelessly ask the customers to share their bank transaction logs for the 20 days period . Do they really have the guts to ask their vendors to share the same to confirm if he has genuinely made the refund? Shameless creatures. When I ask them to mention the same.in the email or on the ticket logs they hesitate and till date have not put it in email. Flipkart is next Jamtara... The cyber swindling Hub... There is no resolution provided yet and this issue is still open.

                            Sir, my Flipkart account has been blocked in view of returning the item again and again while my return request is pending and my 900 rupees are also pending. Flipkart doesn't want to return my item even though it is small in size.That's why they have created my account without any notice or notification.so please help me to unblock my Flipkart account

                                    I ordered a 65-inch Kodak Qled TV from Flipkart on 11th of August 2023, order No. OD[protected]. The TV was delivered on the 14th of August 2023 and the installation of the TV was scheduled on the 16th of August 2023; however, the installation did not happen till the 19th of August and there was no communication either from Jeeves or Flipkart about the delay in installation. The person who came for installation was so naïve that he did not know how to drill a hole in our TV unit tile. He completely damaged the TV unit tiles and cracked the tile. I had to install the TV unit on the cracked tile. After complaining the same to the Flipkart executive, I was assured that they will resolve my issue in 24 hrs, however no follow up call came from Flipkart.
