    I ordered
    Motorola Edge 30 ultra for 30k with 16k exchange of my phone then they shipped my order the next day they cancelled the order themselves without prior notice i want this scam to be stopped as it's been running for years on Flipkart

        To Whom It May Concern,

        I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding a recent incident that has left me deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by the company. I believe my rights as a consumer have been violated, and I seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

        On Sept 3rd, I placed an order for a pair of shoes with the Order ID: OD[protected] through Flipkart. The order was delivered by Flipkart's designated delivery partner(Anoop Kumar). However, to my utter dismay, the shoes were mistakenly delivered to someone else without any prior notification or consent from me.

        Upon discovering this error, I immediately contacted the delivery partner, Mr. Anoop Kumar, to rectify the situation. Mr. Kumar acknowledged the mistake and assured me that he would retrieve the order from the incorrect recipient and deliver it to me within 1 or 2 days. Trusting his words and believing that such mishaps can occur, I patiently waited.

        However, after the promised timeframe had passed, I attempted to contact Mr. Anoop Kumar again. To my surprise, he informed me that the order could not be delivered to me and, instead, suggested refunding the purchase amount. He also pleaded with me not to escalate the matter to Flipkart's support, citing concerns about his job.

        Reluctantly, I agreed to the refund, placing my faith in Mr. Kumar as a representative of Flipkart. Regrettably, he soon started to ignore my calls and messages, leaving me feeling utterly betrayed. Left with no other option, I initiated a complaint through Flipkart's customer support.

        To my astonishment, Flipkart's response to my complaint was far from satisfactory. They simply ignored/delayed my concerns/queries by stating that such actions were "human nature" and advised me to be more vigilant in the future. I was left speechless and dismayed by this response, as I had placed my trust in a reputed company like Flipkart and its representative, Mr. Anoop Kumar.

        Therefore, I am writing to request an immediate refund of the purchase amount for the shoes. I believe it is only fair that I am reimbursed for a product that was never delivered to me, and I have lost faith in Flipkart's ability to address this issue in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, I urge Flipkart to take strict disciplinary actions against Mr. Anoop Kumar, their delivery partner, for his unprofessional conduct and breach of trust.

        I hope that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that justice is served. I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to this issue. You may contact me at ([protected]) to discuss this matter further.

          I had FK Axis Card. I applied it at launch (FYF). In an year I realized, it didn't even use it much. Primarily, I'm more comfortable using Amazon,
          Why because dear flipkart you avoided free delivery from flipkart plus members so closed if I buy something from FK (during sales) most card like SBI/ICICI/HDFC have discount. As, I wasn't using it much, so closed it (requested them for LTF, but they denied), but still shows as active card in FK app.
          "After I closed now your Started FLIPKART PREMIUM PLUS FOR FREE DELIVERY WHAT A FUNNY INCIDENT 😄 " IAM ALSO A FLIPKART PREMIUM PLUS MEMBER

          I have called FK team times and every time they reverted, it's showing Active from AXIS, and they fetch info from Axis. On the other hand, Axis has clearly saying that your card is totally closed. What's going who the responsible for it DEAR FLIPKART AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD YOUR TWO COMBINED WITH BUT NOT TAKING FOR YOUR RESPONSE FOR THE ISSUE VERY BAD THINNG YOUR DOING IT
          PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE ASS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                I have ordered a seagate Portable Hard Drive through Flipkart. After I received the product, I tried to connect it with my computer its connecting. When I try to return it, there is no option to return because its an open box delivery. What the delivery boy is done open the box and took a photo and gone. When I try to connect it with my computer its not working. Then I registered complaints 3 times. But Flipkart saying they can't do anything. I have to contact seagate directly. I took seagate's Kochi authorised dealer number from their site and contacted. But its says Its not Seagate's number. I can't able to contact seagate company directly, Flipkart is not giving me the seller number and they are not providing me any support to resolve this issue. I have registed 5 compalints with them. Every time they give me invalid seagated customer care number and closed my customer ticket. Really pathetic customer support. Its a real cheating

                  The delivery was originally scheduled for September 21st but was subsequently postponed to the 22nd and then further delayed to the 23rd of September. Currently, there is no specified delivery date. I contacted customer service, and this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. One of the customer service representatives seemed unresponsive when I asked to speak to someone else. Every time I interact with a customer service agent, the only response I receive is that I will eventually receive my order. However, they cannot provide any information on why it has been delayed or when it will arrive. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I'm unsure if I'll consider ordering from Flipkart in the future.

                    Sir this is a very worst experience i had never pitched in so much money on an article, apart from that i have some assignment from my class for which i have no laptop. I'm a student of arena animation

                    I am a college going student and i had bought asus tuf gaming a15 laptop from flipkart worth 90k on 05/09/2023, the laptop arrived on 08/09/2023 then same day i used laptop 30 to 40minutes then i put it on shutdown, after that laptop is not turning on.

                    I contacted flipkart and asus and visited asus service centre also.
                    Then the asus executive checked my product and told me that your laptop warranty will expire in 8 days.

                    Afterthat he asked me about the packaging
                    And i told each and everything about the package then he told me that flipkart sent you a refurbished product.

                    I'm struggling from 18 days😭

                    Flipkart is doing fraud with us... Please replace my laptop or refund my money. I don't this garbage.
                    Take your product and refund my money or replace my product

                      My name is Priyanka and my registered mobile number on Flipkart app is [protected].I have been asking for a return and refund for a wrong product delivered to me by Flipkart from last one month.I have been contacting Flipkart again and again on my own for a resolution but Flipkart has behaved very badly with me.Ignoring my issue continuously and making me wait for days, weeks and now it is been almost a month that i am seeking for an update from your team.My last conversation with Flipkart customer care team was on 17 September and I was assured that with in 24 hours i will be given an update on my return request.But as you can see it's 22 September today and till now I have received no update and no one has contacted me either.Is this really the way a customer should be treated or I should assume that Flipkart just don't want to care about the problem it's customers are facing.The way i was treated was very badly and no customer deserves this.Flipkart wasted so much of my precious time and i really don't know if they are going to do something about my case now but even though I am writing them to explain their disappointing treatment towards me.You wasted my time and my money which is not at all acceptable.I am attaching the image of my order ID and you can see for yourself what type of lousy services you are providing to your customers.I am attaching the image of the wrong item i have received.Please do the needful in my case.I want refund against my order and an apology for wasting my time.Regards.

                        Flipkart not refunding pending order's amount for weeks nor processing it!

                        Only showing "Delivery expected by Sep 10" but not delivered yet!

                        "₹9 Saved Using SuperCoins"
                        "9 coins paid"

                        Customer care agents only wasting my time and not providing any refund. It's been weeks!

                        Flipkart is also marking issues raised by the customers as "Resolved" from their own end without the issue being actually resolved.

                        This is clear fraud.

                        Please take strict actions against Flipkart. It is regularly indulging in fraudulent activities with its customers.

                              I have ordered one phone in Flipkart 10 August 2023, promised date was 11 August 2023. But they changed the date to 14th aug still didn't receive on that date. After raising complaint they cancelled my order without my knowledge and told me to reorder the same product so i will get some voucher. But the offers where gone when i ordered next time. still i ordered and again the order got delayed from delivery date. Now i dont know what to do to get my order. My order id is OD[protected].                                 On September 18th, I was not able to login my Flipkart account. It was showing 'Blocked Account. Send you registered email/phone no. to [protected]@flipkart.com'. I talked to the customer support 3 times but they are just giving dates. I also sent registered mobile number to their accout validation email that is mentioned above. I have used their pay later feature also and now I am not able to see or pay the amount.

                                After two days I received a mail informing me that my recent request had been canceled due to an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history. Additionally, it was stated that I would no longer be able to log in to my Flipkart account.

                                While I understand the importance of maintaining a fair and balanced return policy, I have always valued my relationship with Flipkart and have been a loyal customer for a considerable period of time. I would like to assure you that my returns have always been made in accordance with Flipkart's policies and guidelines.

                                I want my account to be unblocked as soon as possible.

But on 14 Sep 2023, I had Paid through Google Pay for the amount of Rs. 241 & Rs. 87 rupees respectively. The Payment is successfully done from my end but the Opposite party has not updated the payment mode. On the Order Delivery time, the Delivery Agent recovers the Cash on Delivery Payment as Rs. 241 & Rs. 87 respectively from us.                                       Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

                                      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had with my order, which was placed on September 6th, 2023, for a pair of MOZAFIA Flip Flops (Order ID: [Your Order ID]).

                                      The order was initially scheduled for delivery on September 11th, 2023, as per the information provided by Flipkart. However, to my dismay, the product was not delivered on the promised date. I received no prior communication or notification regarding any delay or change in delivery status. Moreover, I did not receive any calls or OTP requests from the delivery executive, which is the standard procedure for deliveries.

                                      I immediately raised several complaints through the Flipkart platform to seek assistance in resolving this issue. However, I am deeply disappointed with the responses I have received from Flipkart's customer support team. I have consistently been told that the courier service provider confirmed the delivery, despite my clear and unequivocal statements that I did not receive the product. This lack of attention to my concerns is causing me significant distress.

                                      Here is the response I have received repeatedly from Flipkart's customer support team:

                                      "Hi,

                                      We are writing to you about your order.

                                      We have received a confirmation from the courier service provider post all the validation that the product was delivered to your address.

                                      The courier service provider has confirmed that the delivery executive has delivered the product.

                                      We would like to thank you for your understanding."

                                      I want to emphasize once again that I did not receive the product. I have not been contacted by any delivery executive, nor have I shared any OTP for delivery. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a considerable amount of time, and this experience is both disappointing and unacceptable.

                                      As of today, it has been 10 days since my order was placed, and my issue remains unresolved. I have neither received the product I paid for nor a satisfactory resolution to my problem. Therefore, I would like to request one of the following resolutions:

                                      Immediate delivery of the MOZAFIA Flip Flops to my address today.
                                      A full refund of the amount I paid for the product.
                                      I believe these are fair and reasonable requests considering the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced due to the mishandling of my order. I urge Flipkart to take prompt action to rectify this situation and restore my trust in your services.

                                      I expect a swift response and resolution to this matter. If my concerns are not addressed adequately, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further and explore alternative avenues to protect my consumer rights.
