i am a flipkart long term customer, dr r aashish
i have bought a mobile phone (redmi k50i) via exchange offer for my old phone (redmi note 8 pro) on 11.08.23, order id od[protected]
my new phone was delivered on 11th of august 2023 after paying the full amount for exchange for my old phone which was announced in my flipkart account on 21st of august 2023 but a delivery partner called me on 18th for exchange of my old phone, i told him that the promised date was on 21st, so my phone my is at home and i was at my work and he said he will come tomorrow for the pick up. In next few mins i receive a message from flipkart saying my exchange for old phone is cancelled. I made a contact to customer service and they promised to sought out the issue by 21th august 2023, nothing happened, made a contact to customer service again, they promised to sought out before 25th august 2023, nothing happened, contacted customer service again, this time they were saying to sell phone via flipkart, which was not promised during the sale of my new phone and again i contacted customer service, they said they will sought out the issue before 31st, nothing happened. As you can see a honest customer is being harassed and i would like to take things legally from here. I want my old phone to be picked up and promised money to be credited as early as possible as promised by flipkart. Kindly do the needful !
