Respected sir

I ordered a tv from Flipkart on 11th may 2022 which cost Rs.46098/- using AU small financial Bank Credit Card. On next day morning i cancelled the tv due to personal reasons. But i didn't received refund till now. Recently AU Bank advocate sent me notice about overdue of my credit card balance and it is mentioned in the notice that immediately do the overdue payment otherwise legal action will be taken against me. So I paid the full amount 46098/- from my bank account.

    Hello,
    I have query regarding cash on delivery for my pin code.which I had been ordered by COD only.i have already spoken with Flipkart customer persons, they said like I cancelled/ return more product.that is reason they have blocked my disable COD.
    I am a existing customer of flipkart.i have bought so many things but cancelled less product which was very cheap quality and size issue.there is clearly mentione that COD available...

      Placed an Oder for Strauss Grid Foam Roller (OD[protected] on 26th August and received the product on 2nd Sep at 9 PM in the night.

      Product received was very small box which is not the ordered product. So the delivery guy cancelled the product and it is not updated in the site.

      I had similar experience of receiving wrong product with Flipkart before and it was not getting updated in the site then as well. With my prior experience with them am very sure they will take months to solve the issue.

      So putting my concern here for a quicker response!!

        I cancelled a prepaid order id OD[protected]
        worth rs 2.54 lac on 21st july but flipkart has not issued the refund for this order. i registered so many complaints regarding the refund but till dat nobody has a clue about what is going on and when will i get the refund. i am contacting their customer support on almost daiy basis but everyitme they promise a new date for the refund. they say that their team is working on this complaint and the team will contact me regarding update on the issue but till date nobody has contacted me regarding any update on the situation. no phone calls or any mails. it has been almost 42 days since the cancellation of the order.

        there is still no respnse from flipkart. no phone calls or email. seems like flipkart is not interested to resolve this complaint. i think i may finally have to move to consumer court to get the resolution of this matter.

          I purchased Asus Laptop from Flipkart on 3rd August, 2023. Product was delivered on 4th of August, 2023.
          Product was overheating and was not 14 inch as mentioned in specifications of product. Also, it has very low sound issue.
          I raised the complaint to Flipkart within 7 working days. A technician visited the product and issued DOA certificate for the laptop on 17/8/2023 and packed the laptop for replacement from Flipkart.

          As per DOA procedure, flipkart should replace the product within 30 days of DOA issued.

          As you can see in the certificate provided that it is mentioned that it has overheating issue and sound issues.

          When I complaint to Flipkart, they said that policy has ended. But I raised the issue within 7working days.
          I want replacement of my laptop.

            I have created Flipkart account 7 years back with a mobile number and Email id now I lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and E-mail OTP, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

              Item was in Broken condition . Was opened in the presence of the delivery agent. Handed over to the delivery agent. Refund has to be done by the vendor since amount was paid in full.
              Unable to send the snaps since it says the size of the snap exceeds 2 MB limit.

                Hi, i just order a maternity pillow on august 11 and its delivery date is updated by flipkart is 18 th of august, they not delivery the product by the date and changed the date to 21 of august, i give the office addres and updated the delivery time between 6 pm but the delivery boy call at 7 .45 pm on 21st they again changed the date of delivery within two days, i am connect with the flipkart they said will be updated within in 26 th of august, delivery agent again called on 23 rd after 6 pm do not delivery the product, i just tried with flipkart customer care they again changed the date to 28th of august, and after call with customer care they are cancel my oredr without my permission and refund the amount within an hour i am not placed the order to cancel i am waiting to receive the till 24 th i just want the reason of cancellation of the product without my permission

                  I am a Flipkart plus customer but some days I am unable to use Flipkart Paylater. Although I have sanctioned Rs.50000 by Flipkart and associated with IDFC First Bank. Calling customer support but they are saying all are ok and account is active.

                        I got ₹500 Flipkart Gift Card on August 29, 2023 which I am not able to add my wallet. I am getting this error, "This card belongs to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card." I've contacted Flipkart customer support many times but they aren't solving my problem. They are only saying we can't see your gift card. I have no such information. It's 4 days now and seems they don't even want to solve my problem.

                            I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like OnePlus 55 inches Y series 4k ultra hd which costs 17000 in market but their offer says the price of OnePlus 55 inches Y series 4k ultra hd for rs.499

                            I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                            Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                                I have purchased a Lenovo yoga duet 7i from flipkart on 26th August 2023. There was no option to give the GST details. I have contacted them several times after that and they have told me that it depends on the seller if he wants to give the input credit or not. This is obviously in violation of law and i believe that immediate and strict action needs to be taken about it.

                                  My order was about to deliver on 27 August and today is 1 sep still my order is not received. it was gift for my sister for rakshabandhan. When I checked tracking of Ekar logistics it's shows unsuccessful attempt no response from customer. but I didn't received any of the call or update of order from any delivery agent.. last time also my same order was delayed and then canceled.such a pathetic service from flipkart and ekart logistic

                                    I ordered a watch, then due to some issues I created a return request and on 24 August, my product is picked-up by a delivery boy and he cancelled my request instead o[censored]pdating, on 25 August by saying product mismatched.

                                    Then I ask for help from the customer service, they are saying that product is not picked-up, they can't help.

                                    This is a mistake of delivery boy, he cheated, please take any action for this fraud.

                                      i am a flipkart long term customer, dr r aashish
                                      i have bought a mobile phone (redmi k50i) via exchange offer for my old phone (redmi note 8 pro) on 11.08.23, order id od[protected]
                                      my new phone was delivered on 11th of august 2023 after paying the full amount for exchange for my old phone which was announced in my flipkart account on 21st of august 2023 but a delivery partner called me on 18th for exchange of my old phone, i told him that the promised date was on 21st, so my phone my is at home and i was at my work and he said he will come tomorrow for the pick up. In next few mins i receive a message from flipkart saying my exchange for old phone is cancelled. I made a contact to customer service and they promised to sought out the issue by 21th august 2023, nothing happened, made a contact to customer service again, they promised to sought out before 25th august 2023, nothing happened, contacted customer service again, this time they were saying to sell phone via flipkart, which was not promised during the sale of my new phone and again i contacted customer service, they said they will sought out the issue before 31st, nothing happened. As you can see a honest customer is being harassed and i would like to take things legally from here. I want my old phone to be picked up and promised money to be credited as early as possible as promised by flipkart. Kindly do the needful !
