    I have made an order of PROVOGUE Bingo -3 Compartment Premium Quality Laptop Bag for an quantity of 2 Nos with order ID OD[protected] but 1 have received only 1 bag. I have called to the customer care the immediate day and they told that they will resolve the issue. But few days later i received again 1 bag stating that the bag has to be replaced. My issue is with the missing of bag but not the replacement so i have cancelled the replacement. Many times i tried to call the customer care but the automated system is of no use as there is no clarity of what it is saying. I tried to contact the customer care service many times but it is not at all user friendly. Kindy resolve the issue at the earliest

      Voltas Ac Servicing Denied

      We had purchased the Voltas Ac order id:-OD[protected] in June 2020.
      Ac is not working from 02-July-2021 month to Till Date.
      We have purchased an extended warranty for 2years.
      In invoice mentioned 5year compressor warranty.why voltas is denied for
      service.

      I have raised replacement for my Order ID OD[protected] as product was faulty and have screen issue. System generated replacement is till 21 Aug 2021 and technician visit on 19 Aug 2021.I have call 3 time on 19 Aug 2021 to check why technician visit details are not shared and what happening with tech visit but every time customer care lied that visit will happen and finally its not happened I have raised complaint on 20Aug and after so much of argument and fake promises about replacement, my replacement got cancelled without my knowledge by flipkart with comment that Issue resolved by troubleshooting . How on earth issue is resolved by troubleshooting without visit and on the basis that fake comment and fake visit flipkart has cancelled my replacement. I lost my 42000 with fraud and faulty product from Seller: PETILANTE Online

        Hi,

        This is regarding the Order ID:OD[protected] and the Product is UV-Exim Cloth Organiser Fabric Foldable Box steel Frame wardrobe storage organiser -5 items were not delivered to. I was in Flight landed in Bangalore Airport on 14th AUG when I received call from Delivery Personal Santhosh S stating that I was didn't picked the call. I told him that I just landed in Airport and asked him if he can come tomorrow -15th AUG he said no sir I need to deliver the Product today itself and if not delivered it will be send back to HUB. Then I requested him to handover to security, after some time while I was still on my way he called me again stating that he reached my Apartment and asked me to share the OTP which I had provided.He mentioned in the call that handed over to security. I reached My Apartment and found that my product is not delivered at all. I called him immediately on the EKart number-[protected] and spoke to delivery guy Santosh S and he claimed that he delivered it which is not True. He suggested me to talk to customer support and find out then I called the first call to customer care and found out on their system its showing as Out for Delievry-however in my flipkart app its showing as Delivered.I was told to call after 24 hours and i did called abck on Monday and there was a complaint logged with incident number-IN[protected] and I was told that on 19th I will be getting a call from Backend Team to resolve the issue. I did called on 20th again and was got disconnected by 3 customer support executives after they mentioned that call will be transferred to supervisors.

        I am really frustrated and deeply hurt by the service of Flipkart for cheating me and delivering my Product.

            Company is cheating with sellers. Not providing payouts to what sellers have earned money through sales. Incorrect payment, zero Seller support, high customer returns and robbing activities by logistics.

            1.5lakh amount has not yet TRANSFERED to my account. Very cheating and looting company. BIG SCAM

            Every Return is damaged packing or Main product above damages Flipkart not claim approval . Mostly Main product Damaged not claimed due to No seller support. they have hired illiterates who don't know anything amd dont have answers for anything. Flip-kart is just looting money from the sellers.

            total un- settlement amount rs 86319/-

              Unnecessary too much delay in delivering my product, it's have been gone too long after placing order and still not taken initial step like shipping also. Since the amount is deducted from my credit card the basic charges are applied for me n its going continue.. Tell me straight forward weather it is possible to you or not to fulfill your promise to deliver the product. The service from other shopping app is far better

                I ordered the item from Flipkart but it's not delivered on time and also they are continuously changing the delivery date.
                They are also not updating the status of item. I also talked to their representative but they are not commited any compensation. Due to this behaviour of Flipkart I already loose rs 800 .I have to buy the same item from outside.

                  I have ordered one Springtek Dreamer mattress from Flipkart on 29th July 2021 with replacement policy of 10 days and payed Rs 9791 through card. The product got delivered on 5th Aug 2021 to me. I faced issue with quality, foam and zip of the mattress and raised return/replacement request after 4 days. Post that i received call from Sprintek and guy ensured me for the replacement. But after 2 days, i got msg of rejection of replacement request. Post that i have words in Flipkart customer care and they gave me assurance to resolve the issue and raised another replacement request. But after 2 days this request also has been rejected. I again called flipkart customer care and again they give assurance to resolve the issue by raising another return request. The new request also got rejected without technician visit in 3 days. The repeated replacement requests has been raised 5 time and all got rejected on next day of technician visit day, however no technician visited my site till now. Now i am hopeless with Flipkart because customer care giving false commitment and rejecting requests from backend.

                  Now i don't want this product anymore and need my money back.

                                My name is Manish and I am a flipkart customer. I ordered realme narzo 30 on 5th August and it was expected to be delivered on 7th August (within 2 days), but it wasn't delivered till 10th August. I contacted the customer care service and they took a lot more time to resolve the issue. Eventually the order was cancelled by the seller and as a compensation the customer agent told me that flipkart would be crediting a gift card of ₹1250 in my flipkart account within next 7 days if I order a fresh smartphone from flipkart. I ordered Poco M3 on 14th Aug and it got delivered on 17th Aug(i.e within 7 days).
                                I contacted the customer care and they were so unprofessional in their behavior as they weren't able to resolve my issue and after making 5 calls, They said that me to wait for 24 hours and they insured me that I would definitely get that compensation amount, but after waiting for 2 days also there is no update regarding the same.
                                I am fed up calling the flipkart customer care so I have no choice rather than complaining.

                                I am attaching all the necessary photos and order id for your reference.

                                    My name is ravinder singh and i ordered a POLICE SUITCASE on last month and received the wrong parcel from the retailer. But they clearly mentioned that your product is replace or refund. First, I create a issue regarding the replacement of the product but it is rejected by the EKART. Actually, which product i received is KILLER brand not the POLICE but the tag on that product is a police brand.

                                    After rejected the request i create a multiple issue so many time to refund my money because this is not that product which i ordered. They always reject my request.

                                      I have been regularly ordering on Flipkart for several years. Recently started ordering grocery items. Out of 10 items ordered on my last order, only 3 items were right and 7 were wrong. Instead of cooking oil and grocery items i was given all non-grocery items like shaving foam, harpic, lizol, flushmatic, kitchen chopper and handwash ( in excess of one ordered by me.) Just 10 mins after my staff paid and collected the order, i saw the mistake and called the wish-master. He didnt answer my call. I called on customer care number snd raised a complaint. My matter was closed after 2 days saying that the seller had delivered the products, so no return is possible. I raised another complaint and was told that last time the complaint was put under wrong head hence the matter wasnt resolved and that i will get full refund and i can dispose the products if i do not need them. Again matter was closed. I placed return request again. This time my account was blacklisted as i was placing lots of returns according to flipkart. They need to understand that i want the products i ordered initially and if the seller has delivered wrong items it is not my fault.And who is Flipkart to blacklist a customer, just because the seller isnt willing to rectify his fault. Had it been Amazon or Bigbasket, my grocery complaint would have been looked at immediately. Flipkart is the worst website to shop if customer isnt heard and blacklisted for fault of seller. I have nothing to lose, maybe Flipkart will- Slowly they will lose all customers. The customer care representatives have neen given no authority other than writing down complaints, that too they cannot do. I called two more times again and they can only pass on my complaint IN[protected] to another team who isnt properly aware of facts.

                                      I also have money in my Flipkart wallet along with earned Coins. All that is blocked too.
