I had ordered a Samsung dual door refrigerator (order no : OD[protected] in exchange of my old Lg refrigerator, for which flipkart offered me an exchange amount of Rs 3650, which was supposed to be deducted from the actual product cost. On the day of delivery, the executive came empty handed, to check my old fridge, took almost 45 mins, looked all sides and corners carefully and told that my refrigerator is not up to the standard as there are rust on the surface. Although my fridge was fully rust free, no dents fully functional. I have attached a video for your reference. The delivery guy told me that I have to pay extra if I want to purchase the new one. Which really pissed me off, I literally cleaned the all surfaces with detergents to show that those are just dust stains and nothing old, the fridge was 6 years old and it is expected atlist some minor dust stains to be there. I really did not expect such rudeness and burglary from a reputed company like flipkart. I have purchased several things from Amazon also in exchange offer, but never saw such unprofessional-ism. Now when I browsed into this forum, I got to know so many people across the whole country have faced the same issue many times. Whoever seeing this post, never fall for the flipkart big billions scam, and dont ever expect solutions from their customer care team, they are just sitting their to let you know the status of things that you already get to see from the app, and those illiterate delivery guys are gods for them, what ever they say is bible to them. Customer is just a poor lamb to be slaughtered.

    Flipkart doesn’t recognize my phone’s IMEI number when I enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered IMEI number did not match with selected brand and model’.
    I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognize now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using IMEI number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognizing. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com

    I wanted to purchase new mobile using exchange offer now in this big billion day offer. Check this as soon as possible.

          I had purchased a colour cartridge through Flipkart (HP 682) in March-2021.
          When I fixed the cartridge to printer, it was found that colours are quite faint. When I had taken the cartridge to HP dealer at jamnagar, Gujarat where I live, I was told that cartridge appears to be duplicate. Due to various Covid-19 related constraints could not take us this issue earlier. I still have the cartridge. Request Flipkart to return the money. Attaching relevant details & photos.

            I have ordered Motorola Edge 20 Fusion OID: OD[protected] by Sept 11th 2021, and i have received the device by 14th Sept. The actual issue with the device is battery gets drained very fast. So i have raised a return request by 16th Sept. For tel-verification they took 3 days and confirmed my request and mentioned that the technician visit would happen by 21 Sept. but the technician visit didn't happen till now.
            There is no update from flipkart and it says my return has been cancelled and suddenly new request created and that had extended time to process my return (24th Sept) and again time got extended till 27th Sept and again same happened and my return got converted to replacement request without my knowledge by 29th Sept and again time got extended till 2nd Oct and i have call each and every time to flipkart customer care you can see all the records and history. Yesterday my technician visit had to happen but none visited. So i called flipkart care and as usual they raised a request and that resolution date is 6th Oct.
            I am really frustrated as this is the repeated process happening. I ordered as i don't have mobile but because of this lengthy process i had to arrange some other device now this replacement doesn't make any sense and one main thing is this technician visit never happened this JEEVES guys are not picking the call also they haven't called us but they reject the return request as such without even visiting.
            Kindly help me on the same and process my return request.

            Flipkart cheated me. Now without my knowledge it closed the return and saying you need to visit the brand. The process was totally fake. They restricted us from all point of contact even email and always directing us to the customer care where they repeat the same. They dont take any action. Flipkart please dont play with consumers. The worst ever experience I faced with Flipkart that too spending my rs21499 rupees.

                I placed order for one headphones and since I didn't need the product anymore, I contacted flipkart regarding the same. They asked me to refuse the product at doorstep. I did the same but after that I didn't get my refund. After contacting regarding the same for so many days, they said wait for 24 hrs, 3 days and like that. Finally they said this product can't be cancelled and no refund possible, you have to accept the product. NOW when I accepted that too they are not showing when it will be delivered, team will contact me after 1 week regarding same and like that. IF I need this product, I need it urgently, but they are making me helpless by not delivering it on time, by not cancelling it so that I can purchase it from outside and the mental agony which I have to go through is another case. Please take strict action against this.

On Delivery Day I pay online with my credit card and the delivery person call me to pick my order, but at that time he told that i have to pay the order I told him that i had payed my order payment online through credit card. But he didn't get it and i pay again with my debit card and i received it. But where's my first payment refund I didn't received it.

                        I am using from about 2 years and i am also a Plus member.I have ordered so many products from expensive ones to lower price range products.But was happy with them.
                        But on 20th September I ordered Boat Airdopes 131 Bluetooth headset And i got it on 21st September. When I opened the package, I found the box of Boat Airdopes 131 but the problem was that the seal of that box was broken and there was another product inside ( Bluetooth headset of a brand 'call mate' which I never heard of).
                        After, that i quickly placed a replacement request and explain my issue and attached a picture of what i got.
                        The replacement got accepted and a delivery executive came on 23rd Sept to replace my product but he refused to pickup saying that he want boat airdopes 131 then and only he will pick up my product and he will have to pay the amount of the boat 131 Bluetooth headset if he will pick up my product (which i have received of a brand call mate).
                        I tried to explain him that i have raised the replacement request because I myself have not got the original product and that's why you have came for replacement.
                        How can you ask a person for the thing he himself hasn't got.
                        But he still didn't understand and said me to call Flipkart customer care so, I called the coustomer care and informed them about the situation and they said that's the delivery executive has done wrong with you and he will be asked why he has refused to pickup. They said that the request that you have raised is correct and it describes your issue correct.
                        Then they placed another replacement request and on 26th September another delivery exicutive came to replace my product and the same thing happened he also refused to pickup my product saying that he has got order from Flipkart to pickup boat airdopes 131 and then and only replace the product. I also explain him same thing that i myself has been scammed and has got a another product inside the box of original product which is boat airdopes 131.
                        The i called customer care another time and they said the same thing and told me to wait until 30th September to get my case resolved. But i asked them that the replacement policy of the product is until 28th September then how will i get my products replaced but they said that your have already raised the request will the time period but Flipkart was not able to replace your product so, it's not your problem Flipkart will replace your product even after the replacement policy period.
                        and they said they cancelling the older replacement request and told me to raise the request after 48 hours. On 30th September i opened my Flipkart order to place replacement request but there's wasn't any option for that and it said that your replacement policy period has been ended. Then i called Flipkart and they said they are raising the request to extend my replacement policy period but even after 4 days of that there's still no option to place replacement one more time and my issue is still not resolved.
                        I have trusted Flipkart so much that i used to order so many products from Flipkart but this experience is breaking my trust.

                          I order iphone 12 mini order I'd OD[protected] at rs 35055 during sell. But my order is cancelled by seller. Now the iphone 12 mini is 38999, if I order now it will get in 37499.

                          Due this activity by seller, I lost 2500 rs. I faced two three times this type where seller cancelled the order. I didn't face this type problem in Amazon.

                          Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I place iphone 12 mini order I'd OD[protected] but after placing the order it was cancelled by seller. Then I place new order of same product I paid 2500 rs extra. Why should I pay if it not my fault. If there is fault in product listing why you not amendment before the sale of Flipkart plus member. I got replied from your is an unforeseen error that has now been fixed. I didn't faced this type of inconvenience on Amazon. Worst Flipkart.
                          It's ok, I will see you in the consumer court.

                                  I have ordered iphone 12 in the big billion day sale on 2nd Oct 2021. Order was confirmed and shipped also. But after 24 hours i got a message that my order is cancelled .

                                  Flipkart is doing fraud in the name of BBD. They are just showing that they are selling at the lowest price in BBD but after that they cancel the order. I just want to register a forgery case against them.

                                        I have been trying to reschedule this flight for almost 1 month now. My sister and my friend both have called and contacted Flipkart as well. We are not receiving any responses. This is a very urgent matter. We tried to reschedule the flight early this year for my father's death and that was not possible and it took over 1 day to be able to book another flight to go to India and I reached 3 days after my father passed away.

                                        My sister is getting married in February 2022, I need to reschedule this flight anyhow please. We cannot lose money on this flight especially when we have tried to reschedule it a multiple times.

                                        Flipkart is only giving excuses and not helping. They said they will send an update on 30th September and I sent them an email on 30th September, they said they will get back within 24-48 hours and didn't reply at all.

                                        I'm very helpless and on the verge on depression and Flipkart is so ruthless and not helping at all!!
