Dear Sir/Madam,

Flipkart has wrongfully blocked my account quoting in the email sent to my registered email id that you account has been blocked due to high number of returns.

I have clarified them over calls & emails multiple times that the returns were due to a loophole in Flipkart delivery system only. Flipkart launched an online sale in which they asked customers to pre-book products before the actual sale date by paying Rs 1/-, so that customers are assured that they can approve the order later without the products getting out of stock during sale period. Therefore I pre-booked a number of products by paying Rs 1/- and when the sale starts i went to buy the same products again by making a pre payment through my bank cards instead of approving and proceeding with pre-booked products.

Now Flipkart push to deliver me both the prepaid orders and unapproved pre-booked products, that I can't accept. So I accepted delivery of my prepaid orders and denied acceptance o[censored]napproved pre-booked products that were sent to me. For which Flipkart blamed me for unusually high order returns and thereby blocked my account & freezed my hard earned money deposited in their Flipkart wallet associated with my blocked account. Registered email id on Flipkart was [protected]@gmail.com.

I request you to please help me to get back my Flipkart account so that I can access my wallet money & access my purchase history and e-invoices to claim warranties on past purchased products.

Note- I have been a registered user of Flipkart from past few years and was their Plus member who shopped a lot on their platform for self, friends and family, but now regretting after being harrassed repeatedly by Flipkart customer service representatives. Please help

Update- Today they asked me to upload my government approved ID proofs, don't know what they are going to do with that.

    I have created flipkart account six years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. my old number is [protected] my new number [protected]

        My name is Thasneem banu.I ordered butterfly glass top 3 burner gas stove in filpkart and it was delivered on 9aug 2021. In that gas stove (gas is leaking) when I checked... So I returned for replacement on 9aug2021 itself. Your flipkart also approved replacement in same day. The pick up and delivery date was given for me is 12aug2021. But no person will came for pick up and delivery. So I called flipkart customer care I gave complaint.. Again they given date on 15aug2021 for pick up and delivery. In that given date also no person will came for pick up and delivery. Again I raised complaint on customer care they postponed my pick up and delivery date on 19aug20201.In that date also no will came. Again I raised complaint daily for last 10 days.The concern team call me back for about 6 to 7 times in a last 10 days they given promising date for about 6 to 7 times. But still my problem not yet solved. Because of your bad service. Daily I called customer care for my updates they extending the pick up and delivery date only. But my problem not solved. I already waited for so many days so I can't wait any more. I[censored] continue like this I going to give police complaint against you about this issues. Please solve my problem as soon as possible or pick up the defected product and give me the refund for delaying so many days. Order ID OD[protected]. Thank you.

        I received call from filpkart on 2sep2021 that they said we give you refund for delaying . And also filpkart said 4sep2021 product will be picked up and refund will be done on next 2 business days after the pickup. But now again filpkart delaying pick up process. No person will came for pick up. I already waited for about one month so long. I can't wait anymore. Solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I didn't get my refund yet. Filpkart is delaying again and again . Filpkart gave me two promising date for refund. But I didn't get any refund on that day. They extending the date only for refund. My problem not solved.

        I bought a TV console with Flipkart with order number OD[protected] on 10th Aug 2021 and when the installation person came he saw the product is broken and when I request for replacement Flipkart is accessing my account without my knowledge and changing the purchase date and cancelling my replacement request and even blackmailing us that they will not help us if we are not quite, it’s almost 20 days no action was taken and not even retuning our money, really painful situation

            Dear sir,
            I bought a laptop, DELL Inspiron Rysen 3 Dual Core 3250U (Oder ID : OD[protected], from Flipkart. I received it on 12th august. But its not working, . When we switch on laptop it is written that " battery is no detected ". I contacted the Dell support team, they told us to contact Flipkart for the return. From August 13 on wards I contacted Flipkart customer care, they provide so many days for the technician visit but no one reached here. At first they provide the date August 17, the technician called me and says that they will come but didn't come & when i called back the number of technician is switched off. On August 18, I called Flipkart customer care they provide an another date August 20 but no one visit my home. After that my call is not connected to their customer care, I used my brother Vysakh's phone to contact them. (Now also calls from my phone is not connected to costumer care )Then so many dates are provided like August 24, August 25, August 26.
            Every time my return is rejected & says that the problem is resolved, but its not resolved. Its first time I am getting a bad experience from flipkart.
            I tired of calling to their customer service and saying same matter everyday, No one help me to resolve my problem, they all provide another date, which is hopeless..

                I ordered Asus laptop on 20th August. The product was supposed to be delivered by 25th August. It is still not even packed. Customer care team is asking me to wait but what is the order gets delayed further or cancelled. I have to choose another and wait for it to get delivered. Who will pay for the amount kept on hold and delay it caused to the work I planned with it?

                    I have recently purchased a MI television from Flipkart, they have sent a faulty product to me and now they have replaced but now from last two days i am asking my installation status, they are not replying me properly, they said to talk to JEEVES customer support and Jeeves customer support has updated me for installation query you have to contact only Flipkart.
                    There is no coordination between Flipkart and Jeeves, they are just misleading the customer they disconnected my phone many times and harassed me.

                          Regarding this complain I have received a call by flipcart and the officer want to mod of payment or payment done or pending for cash in delivery. I want to clarify that payment are not an issue by my side but I want to delivery who don't delivered until now I am wait for it... From 23rd August 2021 bcoz order placed 18 th August 2021 but delivery not deliver until. Kind request to that do need full. Otherwise I have complain in a Judicial Court.

                                  I bought a HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo 1200 mm BLDC Motor 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (cost Rs 2306 after discount) along with other items from flipkart with total order amount Rs 5284 and the order id is OD[protected] on 26 july. I got the delivery of fan on 30th july. But the fan has electrical issues while working on inverter so I raised the replacement request on 7th Aug for the fan. The Replacement ID:[protected] is given for that fan and on 11aug I received the notification and otp for the delivery of replacement But at night 9:39pm I received the sms of successful delivery of replacement which is fake because neither the delivery boy contacted me nor he received call from my side. I did not share the otp with anyone. I immediately filed the complaint against the fraud of fake delivery to flipkart customer care with Incident No: IN[protected] (email screenshot attached). They provided me maximum date of resolution on 16aug for this complaint. But I received no resolution so when I contacted them again on 18th Aug via call. I was informed nothing about that fraud and corresponding resolution. Instead CC of flipkart offered me refund against the pickup of original product as they were unable to provide me replacement. But when I enquired about the refund amount they were giving back to me then I came to know that they have adjusted the discount given to other product purchased along with fan in the refund amount of fan so it is showing 352 rs deduction in the amount paid for fan[protected]=1954rs)(the screenshot also attached). That is why I again insisted to provide me back my replacement product or give me full amount I paid for fan. Now they are not providing me any resolution and keep calling me twice or thrice a day with same statement that from their record the replacement fan was delivered to me on 11aug (which is actually a fake delivery) and now they can only giving the 1954rs in refund if I return them original product. Sometimes the CC of flipkart also saying that I have requested for refund which is totally wrong as they have forced me to take refund of less amount in compensation. But every time I told they that I am waiting for my replacement, if that is not possible them refund me the full amount I paid for that fan. Flipkart is not providing any resolution on my fake delivery complain in writing over email or sms but just keep on calling me many time with same questions about the problem I am facing and saying that they are forwarding my request to concerned team.                                     A defective TV was delivered to me. For this TV I raised return
                                    (within return window) as it had connectivity issues on 15 Aug 21. Technical team from LG was sent to my house as arranged by Flipkart. After two visits they declared the piece as defective. There after a representative from Flipkart came uninstalled the item boxed it with accessories. After two days Wish master visited my house and after checking his documents said that the documents with them are incomplete and he will return tomorrow with the exchange. He was not carrying any replacement TV on his visit. Next day on the flipkart App I was shocked to see that my replacement request has been cancelled. Since then I am trying to raise Flipkart on the customer care number where I just get next date for a fruitful response. The knowledge of your agents is very poor on the subject as they only sought excuses. The return calls were raised twice from your end and both times the agents told me that your system has glitches and error. No substantive response and action shows your intents hence indicating no will to replace the defective product. I have mailed your customer support a many times and from 22nd to 23rd to 26th to 27th and now 31st are shifts of dates send to me for finding a solution. Your teams response is not leaving any space and therefore pushing me your old and loyal customer in corner to take alegal course on the subject.

                                      These are awaiting pick up for last 2 weeks.
                                      Please look into it.
                                      Also,
                                      I tried to contact customer support through app. I've received many calls and mails just assuring me of a solution and that concerned team will get back. It's been more than a week and there's no solution till date.
                                      Today, I had a chat with 4 of your reps namely Dhawani amrita tamanna and bharati. All of them were as useless as it can be. How can you expect a customer to discuss an issue 4 times with every executive.
                                      Very poor customer service.
                                      Hope Flipkart looks into it. Or it'll lose a plus customer. Amazon customer care is better.
