I have ordered a Poco F3 Gt mobile from flipkart on 24th of July and the delivery date was given July 29 but they extended it to 4th of July and now it is 3rd july but order is not even packed now....

I have ordered a mobile in flipkart on 28-jul-2021 on exchange offer. On 30 July, my order got delivered. Due to issue with my phone he refused to give new mobile. So I told him that I will my rest of the amount. He denied to give the new phone. Instead he asked to give my old mobile and the rest of the amount to give the new mobile.
