I had an account with Flipkart, where I purchased AC with extended warranty through Flipkart itself, however now when it's time to claim my extended warranty Flipkart is being non responsive. So far I have sent 7 e-mails along with reminders, but not a single response from them.
Also I have added grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com; [protected]@flipkart.com; in email, tried to reach them as well but they constantly tell to drop email and then they never reply.
They have BLOCKED my account, I cannot track my orders, cannot download my invoices and warranty for product purchased.

How are we supposed to resolve our issue?

    I have purchased earphone from flipkart on 31st August and thereafter after initiating a return request they asked for my id proof.I have submitted scanned copy of my Aadhaar Card but they said that the information available in the document is not sifficient for the verification of the flipkart account.They rejected the return and thereafter I initiated a return request 2nd time and submitted Adhaar card and still they rejected my return for the same reason.I could not understand what kind of policy flipkart is runnning.They asked for my id and then said that my adhaar card is not sufficient.they also asked for consent for sharing the details with 3rd party which I also provided still they responded in a negative way and I have been constantly harrassed.

      1) Order# OD[protected] Smart watch.
      After realizing the quality of the smart watch under this order, I requested for my return. After 11 days approx, the return request got cancelled without any reason. I tried to approach flipkart support immediately. At the end of August, I was told by a support member that there is a technical error in flipkart website and hence, my return request got cancelled also, I cannot return the watch anymore since it crossed the return window. I totally blank this answer as I tried to place my return request IN TIME and it was cancelled because of flipkart's technical issue. Not sure why should I lose my money. Still, I wanted to return this watch as, It's not worth for the money which I bought.
      2) Order# OD[protected] Wireless mouse.I received only Mouse but not wifi dongle. in this case, I cannot use the mouse at all. I raised a complaint on this and so far no response.
      3) Order# OD[protected] Mattress. I never seen such a poor quality matress. Immediately after receiving the product, I tried to call Flipkart support and tried to return. The lady mentioned, she cannot place the return request since, my account was blocked on Aug 15th approx. I wondered with this answer as, if my account got blocked, how could I place the orders on August 26th from my account? It is clear that, Flipkart is really bluffing customers like me. I am not sure how many times I have to call fkipkar by WASTING my time.Please make a note that this product is still in ALLOWED RETURN WINDOW time.

      No one contacted me yet on this issue. I request Flipkart to help me as, one of my order's return policy is ending by 11th Sept. I tried contacting times on this issue but, always getting same irresponsible answers saying that, since my account got locked, they cannot return my order. Not sure if it is the standard practice from Flipkart to escape but, since, I dont like to loose my money, I request you to contact me soon.

                Grocery order not delivered

                Worst experience i had faced while order grocery from flipkart, Even after the 3 days of delivery date, i could not get the my grocery. what a worst service you are providing. Eventually no more option is here now to cancel the order.
                If this kind of service you will provide to your regular customer, No more option will here to go for another option.
                In future i will never go with Flipkart

                Order is not delivered on expected delivery date but I received notification to my mobile as Order Delivered. I contact and complained about this issue to Flipkart customer care. I got refund of 1204 from 1205(Actual order amount) on 13Aug2021.

                I complained to change the delivery status from Delivered to cancelled, because of the order is not delivered. I contacting them from 9Aug2021
                till date (04Sept2021) they didn't resolved this issue but they marked as issue resolved. They're not connecting my call to higher official. Just they're saying to wait we're transferring your call. But after 4 or 5 minutes waiting the call getting disconnected. Till now I contacted them more than 23 times but still my issue is not resolved. Worst experience with Flipkart customer care and waste of my time.

                Still issue is not fixed. Worst experience with Flipkart
                Flipcart losing its brand value. I had ordered Artis Blutooth speaker vide Order NoOD[protected] . The product found faulty and customer care also not responding for refund of my money.
                One more case happened with me vide ordered No OD[protected] Spotzero by milton Royale steel wringer spin mop found cheap quality plastic . The tried to returned it for refund as the quality of product is very cheap. I am trying best for my refund of money but customercare are supporting dealers favor . I dont kniw are having any financial connection with dealers ..I am deactivating my flipcart account as all online dealers are fraudlers selling cheap product with high price. They have made policy with Flipcart once delivered they will not refund your money..

                    Dear sir/ma'am,

                    I purchased hp pavilion gaming ryzen 5 quad core - (8 gb/1 TB HDD/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics/nvidia geforce gtx 1650) 15-ec0101ax gaming laptop from flipkart on 23rd july 2021 with order id OD[protected]

                    There were issues with the screen, when turning the screen black there is excessive light bleed from a corner.

                    Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a doa (Deficient on arrival) certificate to hp and said that the same would be replaced after receiving a certificate by hp.

                    After some days, i received doa certificate from hp support team and they asked me to contact the seller and provide the certificate and get the product replaced by them.

                    So, i contacted flipkart as i purchased my product from flipkart for the replacement. But, flipkart executives are denying to replace my product even after all legal procedures and certification of replacement had been provided by hp to them.

                    I raised this complaint two times but both the times they refused to replace the product by telling me about their lame policies and marked the complaint as resolved from their side.

                    Hp executives said that i have all the rights to get my product replaced as they had done all the legal procedures and found my product to be defective an issued me a doa certificate for the same.

                    This type of response from flipkart is not expected. This is a mental torture for me as a consumer as i find flipkart cheating with me or using their services.

                    I request flipkart to take this matter seriously and provide a replacement for the same as all the legal procedures had been done by the hp and all proofs are attached below.

                    Flipkart executives can approach HP service center or onsite engineer with the following case id : [protected]

                          I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October and November months of 2020. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but product didn't pick up by courier service on time and products return requests cancelled automatically as return time period over. Then I called to customer care and return requests
                          generated by them but again same thing happened products didn't pick up by courier service. Again 2nd time I contacted to customer care and again they generated return requests but again 3rd time products didn't pick up by courier service then I contacted to courier service and asked about why products not picking up by them, they told me that your area is COVID-19 contentment zone because of that we are not picking return products in your
                          area. Here I want to tell you that I am a Doctor and I also got COVID-19 infection on that time of period while treating the COVID-19 inflected patients. Now I want to tell you that 3 times (once myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account and Flipkart blocked my account since October 2020. So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, reason i already mentioned above. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance more than thousand rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

                            Hereby I want to say that I have ordered whose order is OD[protected] bc namkeen in combo but I recieved one packet as well as that one product was defective and when I raised a complaint seller told that they will refund my amount without returning the product but after sometime I got message that the seller has rejected my request and not only once seller rejected 3times telling that courier service had told that everything was . Just say me what is this courier service also open the packet and check that product is in which . And the team contact with me I mentioned all the issue but they have done a return request for dameged product not for missing so the delivery boy had rejected my request telling that please tell coustmer care that mention that product is missing. And now flipkart is asking for my id card what is this I was not accepting this one worst return service. Please do any thing and refund my money and take your product.

                                Currently, I ordered many products for my work-from-home setup, like a power bank, headphones, dongle, etc. But they blocked my account because I was returning the power bank, Since, it was not working for me!
                                What is my fault here?? And now they are not responding with the update, they ask me 24 hours and leave it for the next day? Is this the way they will behave with their customer?
                                And here it not comes to an end. what they do is, if I order something of grocery, like daily use product, they cancel it by themselves! and now they are giving me the reason that your account is blocked because cancellation is higher! Is this what they do with the customers??
