I tried to exchange the mobile that has minor body crack and other than that there is no damages or any issues. But Flipkart wish master rejected my exchange order and said this is not fulfilled terms and conditions. I think they need fresh mobile with low price. I don’t know why Flipkart says something on their site and cheating customer by fake promises. I am not sure the problem is with wish master or Flipkart.

    I ordered NEW CLICK SURGICAL MASK BIG EAR LOOP by the order id.OD[protected]. I recevied the different mask. My order doesn't match that order. So I requested to customer care but he alsways talks there is no refund policy on this product. I can understand if i received product as per order so can't demand to refund but in this case the seller send different type of mask. So it must be replaced. I don't want refund. Earlier when i submited this order that time i called customer care & warned that seller send the wrong product & cheat the customer. So please you have to see that the order delivered as per ordered. But the product is received not as per order. Seller cheats as usual but flipkart not taking action against him & support him for his cheating ? So i want to replace my mask as per ordered.

        To, whom it may concern,

        I ordered a motorola tv in Garhwa, Jharkhand on 31 Aug. They delivered it on 5 Aug and it was damaged. I requested for replacement and after taking such long time and after my self persuing everyday it was reppaced and delivered on 17 of Aug. Now since then no one has came for its installation. Till now no msg has even been received. I cannot even reach to customer official as ur app mechanism is not allowing.
        So is this ur service or what ???
        Person order a television n still he is waiting for it. This is highly unproffessional on your part. Your technician who came for replacement has askd to put online complaint i mean seriously.
        I think if this is the course of your service it would be last thing i mistakenly ordered from you people. Not only this i am going to spread this behaviour so that people will get to know what sort of after sale service you guys give.

              I order OD[protected] PAMPERS Lsize 168 pieces on 26.07.2. I received delivery of 126 only. Flipkart asked return product so they arranged pickup on 31.07.21. Now they send another parcel but till date it is not received. Customer Care team so many times called given assurance about the refund which is not yet received. Parcel automatically cancelled by Flipkart today i.e.21.08.21. now they ask book again. I ordered prepaid parcel on 26.01.21 now Flipkart playing with me. Can Flipkart really want to ethical business or its just on paper.

                      I have ordered for a realme 55inches tv And received it display defect and immediately kept for replacement and my replacement cancelled for 2 times still don't no for what reason it's getting cancel. Immediately once installation is done I kept for replacement because product is defect but no proper response from flipkart disappointing.

                              ] I’m getting frequent at least 2-3 mails and harassing calls from Flipkart and threatened of being reported to credit bureau for the dues which i had already paid and also provided all payment proof ranging from Payment Receipts to Bank Statements on 15/8/2021 for the compliant raised on 3/8/21. Kindly expediate the resolution process and stop this harassing treatment.

                                  I ordered 2 products on flipkart and both had 7 day return policy. One is s strauss wheel roller with mat and lavelle pharma adjustable hand grip. The hand grip just got damaged on first 10 minutes o[censored]se. Both products i requested for return and was accepted. The pick up date was on Monday 16 th August 21.i received a message that it be picked up but still no one came to pick up this products. Both products were ordered on 8th August. Received on 13 th august and i requested for return on 13th August itself for wheel roller of strauss. And for handgrip it was delivered on 14 th anx and i requested return on 14 August itself
