I would like to bring your attention on to a serious matter, regarding irresponsible and a fraudulent approach / deal faced from flipkart side .
I had been ordered a mobile phone on 17th july 2021 with booking number 0000000 and the same delivered on 22nd july 2021 to the provided address.
After receiving the item I had gone for activation and noticed that the camera of the phone and charger provided with that are not working. Flipkart was provided defective/ damaged goods.
Later I raised a complaint to the customer care / technical department of flipkart regarding the same issues and they promised me that they will replace another mobile phone and charger. (The chat and communication details are attached for your reference).But the next day I received information from customer care department that I am not eligible for replacement. Later again I lodged the complaint for the same and got a response from CC team that they will proceed with the replacement. But the next day again I received information from the CC team that my order had been cancelled and no replacement or refund is possible.
I booked the phone to my children for online study purpose during this covid pandemic season.
Now I need full refund immediately which I had paid to them, INR 6850/-
your immediate response and action towards this issue will be appreciated.

I've ordered some products from flipkart. One of the product was missing in delivery. However i've complained to them immediately after the delivery. They told me that they will raise return request and the amount will be refunded once the seller accepts it. Later i found that seller rejected it.
Not sure why. From then, everytime i'm calling the customer care & asking them to escalate, they say that they have escalated to back end team and they will provide a resolution with in 5 days. This process is happening from one month but no one returned to me.
No help from flipkart.
