    I have already paid my pay later dues (Rs.9996) for account no. 30504345. I have contacted to IDFC first bank to confirm it. they told me that my account is still active and overdue by Rs.9996. I contacted several times to Flipkart and IDFC to resolve it but they are not resolving this.

      I ordered a Mixer Grinder from Flipkart [Order ID: OD[protected]] on 1 Sep 2021. Ecom Express was there delivery partner. on 4th of Sep i got call from delivery boy, and he told me that item will not be delivered at the doorstep and i have to collect it from their office which is 50km away from my location. i complained this to Flipkart customer care and ecom customer care but nothing happened. the only thing they tell every time is "Be Patient".

      I ordered this item because i needed it, not for time pass.

      they attempted 3 times, in which i got two sms saying i was not available and address was unlocatable. they had tried there utmost effort to avoid doorstep delivery. i have call recording as a proof. Finally on 7 sep they cancelled my order and courier partner won because of they are taking customer for granted.

      I complained more than 10 times but didn't got any solution. this is not the first incident i'm facing every time i order from flipkart they call me to collect item either from there office or 10km away from my location because this area is rural. many times company even charge for delivery.

        This product shows its currently out of stock for my pin code 601201 and it's not deliverable, tho it was available for few days ago .. will it be restocked ? I tried many other pincode none of them are deliverable ..

          I ordered 2 Khushi Sharara Suits (Same color and print but different size. 1 for myself and 1 for my sister to wear on Rakhi ) from Flipkart wide order no. OD[protected]. I received the packet on 3rd Aug and paid Rs.1510 cash on delivery. When i opened the parcel, there was only 1 suit inside. i contacted the customer care executive and told him that i have received only 1 suit instead of two.
          He registered my complaint and told me that i ll get the refund with in 5-6 days. After 8th or 9th aug i again contacted the customer care executive and it was told to me that a mail has been sent to me to provide ID proof which somehow i missed to check. Immediately i mailed my ID proof also to them. Next day i got message that my return request has been rejected. Again i contacted the exe. again i mailed my ID and again i got the same message that request has cancelled. I kept on requesting them again n again to refund my hard earned my as i haven't received the product and paid for the same but all in vein. They even blocked my account enable me not to contact them. Last i contacted them on 26th Aug after which i understood that my money has gone now and flipkart wont pay me back. This is highly unethical on their part. Its their fault that they packed 1 suit instead of 2 and invoice was made of 2 suits.

            Hi Flipkart Team,

            The Neutrogena sunscreen product which I have received is duplicate. I was a Ioyal customer of FLIPKART, but after receiving this duplicate product, I have lost the trust in FLIPKART now and would never order anything again. I have compared the details and found. Who will take the responsibility of this. I want my return back now. Thank you for making me realize your dishonesty with your loyal customers.

            1. No ingredients mentioned
            2. The manufacturer's address is different
            3. The quantity mentioned is 118 ml. It either comes in 30 ml or 88 ml
            4. Fragrance is also different.

                  I have run into to similar problem. Now I am stuck as Flipkart is just promising new dates to resolve the issue.

                  Flipkart is a scam. I Will never buy again from them

                        I have created flipkart account 10 years back with my email address, few years ago I lost my mobile number. Then I decided to update my account with new mobile number

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp's are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. Thus I am not able to update my mobile phone number which is very disappointing. When I try to contact flipkart customer service they will only call back to my inactive number and don't have an option to enter new number. There is no customer service email address within flipkart to address this concern.
                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                          I bought my realme buds air 2 through flipkart but the right bud is not working .There is a return option but when click on return it is repeatedly asking the reason . You have supplied me defective one and there is no return option also . How do I get the right one? The product is expensive how can I leave this? I need a proper solution .

                                  I purchased an Apple I phone 12 mobile, but I received both times missing data cable box. Yesterday when my replacement product is delivered and I checked the box inside the data cable is not available and when I tried to create a new return request of this order my account is blocked by the Flipkart. In my account I have also 17000 rupees in my gift card wallet in my account. I request you to please unblock my account and return this product as soon as possible because in this mobile have missing data cable again. Please unblock my account as soon as possible.

                                  My account block reason is- More order returns and cancellation. Because I not satisfied with the quality of the products.

                                  Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    When contacted Flipkart, they replied "Flipkart hasn't received one more payment amount in their server. and requested me to contact my Bank branch for this matter)
                                    When contacted to SBI, they said no money is showing in the bank server as well; all clear on 10th July 2021, No amount is stuck and it's completely gone to a third party(Flipkart).

                                    Meanwhile, I contacted GPay customer care executive raising a complaint; they confirmed both transaction was successful and they can assure on that. So again you should contact Flipkart itself for this!

                                      First of all, thank you for your efforts in bringing this online service for end consumers, showing them a way to lodge their consumer complaints.
                                      I have ordered a Motorola Revou 43'' TV during Nov'2020 through Flipkart(Order #: OD[protected] to my Hyderabad address and later shipped it to my native place in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh the same week. The TV was working fine until the last week of Jul'2021 which is when we raised a request to Flipkart who later sent a technician to my Andhra Pradesh address to troubleshoot, who further raised a request for uninstallation and refund as it's covered under warranty. It's been a month now since the request was made but nobody showed up to uninstall my TV. I have been following up regularly with Flipkart, Motorola and Jeeves(Flipkart Service Partner) on almost daily basis, but I see no progress. The uninstallation guy once called me to check if I am available at my Hyderabad address. I don't understand why Flipkart would send a technician to my Hyderabad address for uninstallation, when another technician from Jeeves(Flipkart Service Partner) 2 weeks earlier visited to troubleshoot the same TV at Andhra Pradesh address. I have spent days together trying to follow up with Flipkart, but our request isn't getting resolved. Flipkart answers my calls, keeps me on hold with no response for near 20 mins and disconnects the call. Flipkart support asks me to send my updated Andhra Pradesh address to their support team @ support.[protected]@flipkart.com, but no one would respond back to my mail. I am attaching the screenshots for the reference and look forward to hear back from Flipkart.

                                      Flipkart didn't revert back to us even though it's been 10 days since they left the comment. I have been trying to reach the customer support every 2-3 days and their promise to arrange a technician for uninstallation every time they respond, but failed to execute till date. Today I have spent more than an hour making 4 different calls to Flipkart but the calls are being disconnected after keeping me on hold for long. Kindly request someone to help me out in resolving the issue. Spending hours following up on calls from past 6 weeks but Flipkart couldn't give a resolution.
