Microwave oven purchased on 22nd aug 2021 and it delivered on 25th aug. Demo and installation happened on 27th and technician confirmed oven is not working, received defective product. We have 10 days return/replacment policy. Oneida installation and Demo person confirmed as product has to be replaced or returned. I raised return with flipkart on aug 27th and flipkart closed the compliant as issue resolved without sending any technician on aug 31st and no technician visited to approve retun request. Flipkart says seller "omnitechretail" Updated the status. Seller and flipkart updated fals data and cheated the customer. Now I keeping a oven which is not functional.

    I have ordered HP 15s Ryzen laptop from Flipkart with order Id OD[protected].
    Expected delivery date is 1 sept’21, but the order is still not shipped and still waiting for updated status. It is very urgent to be delivered by tomorrow as I need it for some work.
    I would request you to please look into it and help me with the same.

      I added a 10k voucher and 5k voucher in my account. I have used around 4.5k in it. Balance got zero on Aug 4 and I have highlighted it immediately to the customer executive. Each and everyone spoke to me told that the issue will be resolved before 26th of August. Again on 27th requested for a day time. Back then no one called n followed up also. Again today, I called CE and asked about the status, then they told me mistakenly we have taken back a card balance of one voucher which is 5.4k and we have added it to you. but the other card which is 5k got expired as you failed to use.

      Now I wanted to understand two things
      1. If the card is getting expired, I could get some notifications right
      2. The refunded amount of 5419 was not there in my account for the past 27 days. Where did the amount go. If I have not asked, this will also be taken. But how's this possible

        Ive been using flipkart from 3 years.

        First of all I'm associated with gurudwara so in my house the food is made in bulk and send to gurudware. So that's why i had ordered much products. Flipkart mailed me n said i haven't made purchases for my personal use. Everything is being consumed at my home so why does flipkart has problem.

        And supercoins also.

          I Orderd a Adata pc4-21300 ddr4 8gb dual channel ram price is 3600/- on flipkart and i received on 27/08/2021, and i paid the payment thru the gift voucher
          but i received the wrong product with the correct detail
          the product has ddr2 ram but it have packed in ddr4 packing, this is the scam and this product have no return policy
          i want the original product replacement or refund & i want justice

              I ordered some products, then I received very low quality.
              Due to low quality of products I returned all products.
              For these reason flipkart blocked my account and till now my refund 1500 is not received.
              I rise a complaint request many times around 6 times but till now my account is not unblocked and my refund also not received.
              Very very wrost customer service and it is very disappointed for me.
              Due to this I got more dippression for 1 month.
              I need my account back and refund of 1500.

                  I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

                          I have ordered "cello dry brush" from flipkart. The mrp they reflected on the site was RS.299 with discount RS. 280. I paid RS.284 for the product. But when I received the product, the mrp of the product is given as RS.183 only. I immediately contacted the customer service department n inform the issue with attached snapshot but marked resolved every time, without proper action taken or without resolved issue. Really bad that no relevant action taken n charging more price customer

                                Hi Team,

                                This is regarding the flipkart order of product Realme DL 13 VOOC type c cable purchased on 9th August 2021, the product-type c cable was missing from the original box when opened.
                                I have raised the return request as told by the customer executive of flipkart twice both times it has been rejected.

                                I have not received the product nor I got my money back.Also I am attaching pics of loose outer box and without any taping realme cable box.
                                I have been trying to reach out to flipkart for the last few days but no valid resolutions.

                                Also now my account is blocked from flipkart without any information. Even after reaching customer executive team there is no response .Also, no email has been send to my registered email id as told by customer executive.
                                Complaint is still unresolved after 15 days-Complaint Number-IN[protected].

                                Kindly resolve asap. Also, this kind of service is not expected from flipkart.
                                Looking for a quick resolution.

                                kindly unblock my account and refund for the missing item asap.

                                      Hello Team, I am Jishnu Prasad H R, I had placed an order for Apple MacBook Pro from Flipkart on 25th August 2021 by 11:41 AM. Since the order value was more than 2 Lakhs I was asked to upload my PAN Card. I had done that on 25th August 2021 by 1:15 PM. Then I had received a call from Flipkart asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours to verify my PAN Card and approve my order. It’s been 84 hours and till now they are just asking me more and more time to deliver the products. Now since I have already bought the product from another site I have raised the cancellation request and they aren’t replying properly for that too. I was given a Incident number on 25th saying that the issue will resolved by 28th August by 7:30 PM but yesterday by 7:46 PM I received a message again asking me to wait till 2nd September as the old issue/complaint wasn’t sent to the relevant team to take the action. Now they are just asking me more and more time and they are just delaying to cancel the product also. Kindly help me.
