I ordered a sofa of ARRA company from Flipkart which had a return policy of 10 days on Flipkart, and 1 year warranty from ARRA company. After using for Just 15-20 days it started making sounds and the seats expanded. I contacted Flipkart and they said that they will talk to the company to help me resolve my issue. But they never helped me. Customer service kept on saying our 10 days are over, and basically that they don't care now. The ARRA company also didn't respond. Now I'm sitting here with this sofa that I just used for 20 days and which is now completely uncomfortable. This is so much irresponsible on Flipkart's side. They refused to take any responsibility of the product sold on their own site. Shame Flipkart! Never buy from Flipkart.

    I brought a sofa of ARRA company from Flipkart which had a 10 day return policy on Flipkart. It looked good first but after using for Just 15-20 days it started making sounds and the seats expanded. I contacted Flipkart, and it said it will talk with the company to resolve my issue, but it never happened. I contacted the company also but it didn't respond. Flipkart really disappointed with its customer service, once 10 days were over it just denied to help me in any way. It took no responsibility of the product sold on their own site. Please never buy items from Flipkart.

      I have ordered motorolla g 30 from flipkart and it has delivered on 21 st sept and 2, 3 days it was hanging problems and their are lot's of ads coming, spam notification as well Phone was freezing then I want to return back this product and I want my refund .. so I had given refund request to flipcart but it has take n my request and when the the technican date'was their IT had cancelled.. means my totally refund got cancelled without any reason I haven contact flipkart that why is my refund cancelled then it was telling w will check your product sir just talking ### flipkart service has telling IT was cancelled by seller don't know why flipkart has done fraud by me as im minor my dad has taken laon and they had purchased me phoen for lecture and it is hanging flipkart is not answering not refunding my money plz help me ((((FRAUDULENT))) FLIPKART ))) ((I M MINOR )))

            Today my account has been blocked, may be the reason was i tried to return a saree, which i bought for my mom but she didn't like the style, so i want to return, 2 time rejected, every month i shop around 2500 from my paylater, so i got a 4000 pay later balance which upgrade 6000 paylater balance this month, now in this month i already used my paylater balance around 4500 INR, now the real problem is my flipkart account is blocked so i can't even repay my paylater balance, and if i did not pay it will impact my Cibil Score, so please help me to reactivate my account, so i can pay my paylater outstanding which billed on 5th Oct, here are my some details to verify that its me Animes Das.
            and i want to my paylater balance by emi as it was written on terms and conditions.

            and before the BBD account got blocked it was like the worst luck ever.

              I placed the order (Order ID - OD[protected] received it - size was not fitting well, placed an exchange - waited till committed date for the exchange, but didn’t get the product exchanged by committed date - raised a complaint through app - when it got crossed 6 more days post committed date, called customer care, asked to cancel the order, take the product back, refund my money. - waiting still continues. In return getting weird emails from Flipkart asking for Aadhaar / DL copy.

              Tried their customer support thru call, email. But all in vein.

                  Hi there,

                  I ordered an sansui proHome colossus 1000w juicer Mixer grinder costing Rs.3598 on 23rd September, 2021 where I opted for cash/card on delivery as payment mode. the order arrived on 25th September, 2021 where delivery agent didn't carry any payment accepting device and made me to pay on Flipkart app online payment via card. On this note, the payment was made on flipkart instructed by delivery agent. After money got deducted from my bank, on the flipkart app, the status is shown as payment processing(we are processing your payment request.please check back in sometime). I showed the same thing to delivery agent and He called his executive who is seriously not answering the call and delivery agent took back the order and said I'll come after sometime and said till then wait for the code on app/sms. So I waited for few hours and called the Flipkart customer service and talked to them and I got to know that payment has been received and they said that we'll attempt an delivery by 7 pm same working day. but it didn't happened. And after some time, delivery guy came without prior notice of call and placed order in front of me and asked me for code. I said that I dodn't receive any code from Flipkart. And he returned with order twice same day where I didn't like the way keeping the order in front of home and returning twice though payment was made. I was hurt by this. Again I called the customer service, they said that payment was successful, please wait for other 24 hours. So I waited again and on 28th sep, 2021, I called the customer service to know the status and I opted to cancel my order and refund, they clearly denied and claiming we cannot guarantee and do anything as some team has to check on this.
                  so what is happening since 4 days?

                  Mistakes of Flipkart: 1. Sending new delivery agent who doesn't have knowledge of payment and misleaded me.
                  2. Head of delivery Executive was reckless of answering call.
                  3.Customer service agents making false promises repeatedly and hanging up calls on keeping me wait on hold.

                  I clearly lost trust on Flipkart and negligence is very bad and hurt my feelings on putting shipment in front of my home and getting back twice.

                    Hi I placed an order on Flipkart on 7 sept 2021 and as of today the item is still not delivered and Iam unable to cancel the order …every time they claim they have escalated this issue but I haven’t received any response from them… order I’d OD[protected]

                      The new refrigerator of LG was purchased through flipcart in the month of Oct-2020. But regretting to say that flipcart has delivered a faulty product to me as the product need to be getting repaired in every 2-3 months. No proper response from the LG services. It seems I loss my money of Rs.21000/-

                      Flipkart should delivered the good product not a faulty one which cause the mental harassment of customers.

                      Worst experience with flipkart.

                          I ordered an Abbott minichek hairfall serum on 14th Sep 2021, as per Flipcart notification they provided a delivery date that was 21 Sept 2021 but flipcart is not deliver this product yet.
                          I want an answer from Flipkart that why could not they able to deliver on given date??Your representative called me today and she said Flipkart can't deliver the product...If Flipkart can't deliver, then why did Flipkart waste my 15 precious days?I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with Flipcart.. further I will uninstall this Flipcart app from my phone and my mind also..

                              I book a order of Sony C400 bluetooth headphone of Rs 3299 on 22 sep at flipkart site..and there was 7 days seller replacement policy..and I received damaged and used product and also product is looking totally stranger when I received.. so I request them to replacement or return..but they cancel my return request without giving any reason.. just saying go to sony brand service center for this..and if this product is lie under replacement policy..then why are they just wasting time for return verification and writing complain and giving no resolution.. actually they are just wasting my return time that is up to 30 sep..pls help

                                    Dear Sir/Mam I am your valuable plus customer as i have 100% trust on Flipkart i do shopping avery time with flipkart you can check my order history, but in this order(FMPC[protected]) i was not able to recieve my product on 1st delivery attempt(26/09/2021) as i asked flipkart care then they have said that dont panic our delivery ececutive will try next day(2 times) but as i see that my product get cancelled(on 28/09/2021) by E-kart logistics without attempting further delivery( 2 times) and it showing that the product get cancelled from customer side. Sir/Mam i have payed an amount of Rs.50(advance) from my debit card which was not refunded from flipkart i want that amount to get refunded please concern my request otherwise my trust from flipkart will not further more i have to move on some other Site.

                                      I have ordered moto edge 20 from flipkart on 15 November which got delivered by 18 November but the phone was not working properly(it have some touch screen issue) so i complained for replacement but the replacement is not let been delivered . The Customer service is not helping me . I called the ekart delivery boy that where is my product the ekart boy was saying the their computer is not accepting the replacement the the flipkart server has some problem so they raised a complain . But it will take 24 hours . i am serious disappointed by flipkart for this type of service it almost 15 days and i didn't get the phone
