    Mismatch of serial number on printer and invoice

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have issue with my printer when I contacted to hp printer support then they let me know about mismatch of serial number on printer and invoice. There is mismatch of serial number what is on the printer (CN09A4A43J) and what is on the invoice (YMKSB8004M). please correct this issue as soon as possible and provide me correct invoice with serial number what is on the printer, otherwise they will not provide...

        I bought a HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo 1200 mm BLDC Motor 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (cost Rs 2306 after discount) along with other items from flipkart with total order amount Rs 5284 and the order id is OD[protected] on 26 july. I got the delivery of fan on 30th july. But the fan has electrical issues while working on inverter so I raised the replacement request on 7th Aug for the fan. The Replacement ID:[protected] is given for that fan and on 11aug I received the notification and otp for the delivery of replacement But at night 9:39pm I received the sms of successful delivery of replacement which is fake because neither the delivery boy contacted me nor he received call from my side. I did not share the otp with anyone. I immediately filed the complaint against the fraud of fake delivery to flipkart customer care with Incident No: IN[protected] (email screenshot attached). They provided me maximum date of resolution on 16aug for this complaint. But I received no resolution so when I contacted them again on 18th Aug via call. I was informed nothing about that fraud and corresponding resolution. Instead CC of flipkart offered me refund against the pickup of original product as they were unable to provide me replacement. But when I enquired about the refund amount they were giving back to me then I came to know that they have adjusted the discount given to other product purchased along with fan in the refund amount of fan so it is showing 352 rs deduction in the amount paid for fan[protected]=1954rs)(the screenshot also attached). That is why I again insisted to provide me back my replacement product or give me full amount I paid for fan. Now they are not providing me any resolution and keep calling me twice or thrice a day with same statement that from their record the replacement fan was delivered to me on 11aug (which is actually a fake delivery) and now they can only giving the 1954rs in refund if I return them original product. Sometimes the CC of flipkart also saying that I have requested for refund which is totally wrong as they have forced me to take refund of less amount in compensation. But every time I told they that I am waiting for my replacement, if that is not possible them refund me the full amount I paid for that fan. Flipkart is not providing any resolution on my fake delivery complain in writing over email or sms but just keep on calling me many time with same questions about the problem I am facing and saying that they are forwarding my request to concerned team. I herby attaching the original product photo, bill, order page screenshot, CC email records etc

          A defective TV was delivered to me. For this TV I raised return
          (within return window) as it had connectivity issues on 15 Aug 21. Technical team from LG was sent to my house as arranged by Flipkart. After two visits they declared the piece as defective. There after a representative from Flipkart came uninstalled the item boxed it with accessories. After two days Wish master visited my house and after checking his documents said that the documents with them are incomplete and he will return tomorrow with the exchange. He was not carrying any replacement TV on his visit. Next day on the flipkart App I was shocked to see that my replacement request has been cancelled. Since then I am trying to raise Flipkart on the customer care number where I just get next date for a fruitful response. The knowledge of your agents is very poor on the subject as they only sought excuses. The return calls were raised twice from your end and both times the agents told me that your system has glitches and error. No substantive response and action shows your intents hence indicating no will to replace the defective product. I have mailed your customer support a many times and from 22nd to 23rd to 26th to 27th and now 31st are shifts of dates send to me for finding a solution. Your teams response is not leaving any space and therefore pushing me your old and loyal customer in corner to take alegal course on the subject.

            Hello,
            I've placed return request for 4 orders.

            These are awaiting pick up for last 2 weeks.
            Please look into it.
            Also,
            I tried to contact customer support through app. I've received many calls and mails just assuring me of a solution and that concerned team will get back. It's been more than a week and there's no solution till date.
            Today, I had a chat with 4 of your reps namely Dhawani amrita tamanna and bharati. All of them were as useless as it can be. How can you expect a customer to discuss an issue 4 times with every executive.
            Very poor customer service.
            Hope Flipkart looks into it. Or it'll lose a plus customer. Amazon customer care is better.

              [Incident: IN2108151522476614711]

              Customer support executive told me that refund of defective product purchased on 26th june has been initiated on 12th AUG and will reflect in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days but refund has still not been initiated. seller is intentionally delaying the refund and flipkart is not responding too. seller name is GRAHGOODS RETAIL.

              My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
              My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
              Please solve this problem asap.

                Flipkart gift card voucher is missing

                In Flipkart app supercoins zone under the reward section the Flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs2500 option is removed from my account.

                However when i check it from other phone i can see that Flipkart gift card

                Sir,
                I am Kunal Kishore. Just ordered a samsung smartwatch active 2 by my friend's flipkart login id by 25 Aug 2021. Order no is OD[protected]. The product was for wanakbori thermal power station Gujarat 388239.
                Product has delivered at the given address, which is a hardware store. When I open the Box, 4 member was there, when I opened the box there is nothing inside the box.

                Uper box was nicely wrapped by ecom wrapper. And samsung box seal was broken already.
                All are laughing on me and started to abuse flipkart.
                I was shocked and my believe has been fully gone from flipkart. Last time also flipkart cheated my when I was ordered IFB Washing machine, I have received product 90 km away from my delivery address, I spent 3k extra for transportation.
                Now I want to flipkart to take quick action on it and return my money back.

                  Hello my name is Sushant kulkarni. on 20/8/2021, I purchased a Logitech mk235 wireless mouse and keyboard combo so after it was delivered to me, on 23/08/2021 I get a damaged Logitech box which was damaged and was stick together by cello tape but inside the box, there was "only keyboard and no mouse no nano receiver and no book manual" so these were the products which were missing from the box I also tell the delivery but as I had paid already they told me that I have to complain to customer care not to them so I complain to Flipkart but they just give some dates and ask me for my Aadhar card I provided them my Aadhar card but after that also the seller rejected my refund I don't know why and now they are doing nothing about this. so I had a very bad experience with Flipkart now I just want my refund. thank you.

                    Placed return request for more than 3 times and they are rejecting all the requests(mobile had 10 days return policy). Applied for return within the 10 days and they are rejecting it. Its been 1 month now and still item not taken back.

                      I have ordered Asus Chromebook laptop at Flipkart with the orderId# OD[protected] on 27th July 2021. It was delivered on 29th July 2021.
                      I found that the laptop was freezing and not working properly.
                      So, I asked for the product exchange. Flipkart arranged a technician visit and the technician clearly noted and given an acknowledgement that there was a hardware issue. The technician visit happened on 8th August 2021 and I am attaching his acknowledgement here. But on 14th August 2021, Flipkart changed the status to ' Technician resolved the issue and the exchange was not allowed '.
                      I reached the Flipkart support team but they were helpless. Later I brought this to their CEO's notice on his twitter handle ( @_Kalyan_K ).
                      Then Flipkart's social networking support team called me and enquired about the issue.
                      On 21st August 2021, they accepted a refund. I am attaching their status here.
                      On 24th August my product was picked up and the pickup guy acknowledgement is attaching here.
                      After my pickup was done, now Flipkart changed the status to 'refund rejected' and not giving my money back.

                        I have ordered an INTEX MUSIQUE ENVY BLUETOOTH EARPHONE order I'd: OD[protected] from Flipkart by paying 899 but when I got that, I found there is sound problem along with connection problem. Then I send return request to Flipkart from 1st day of delivery, but each time my return request is getting cancel after a long time of pending.                           I have order a black top from vadhani Tex but I didn't liked the quality so I returned, the I received msg on 23 that the refund have initiated by merchant, will be done by 25 th aug, but it's 27 now and there is no update regarding that in my account, Flipkart customer care not even bothered to solve my issue they are always giving me this refund reference no.                             I had made one transaction of amount rs 400/- via gpay on 25/07/2021 to Flipkart. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank kotak has shared the rrn/transaction number, Flipkart bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to Flipkart but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

                            Kotak customer care has shared the below details with me :

                            The given account number is suspense/secret account of axis bank. Axis bank is neither passing the money to the beneficiary (Flipkart) nor refunding back to the customer (Me).

                                  Installation not completed by Jeeves for Flipkart Perfect Home product
