Hello, my Flipkart account bearing the email id: [protected]@gmail.com have been giving me a problem with changing my contact info.. a few years back I lost the number that I use to register my Flipkart account but that number is now assigned to somebody else which I learned from the telecom operator but as I need to update the contact info in my profile I need to change my phone number as they can access my account with the number and OTP....

I accidently ordered an item in flipkart and they are not giving cancelation for my order and my money is getting debited. So please help me i talked to customer care support and they told they wont do the cancelation . The payment was done aytomatically because the credit card is auto registered...

I purchased a guitar from Flipkart today, but have yet to get a confirmation email or message. I'd want to know if my order has been placed or not....

500, 500 was deactivated please help me and resolve issue as soon as possible.

Still my product is not delivered at the second given date (8.6.21) (10.6.21) whole day 4 to 5 time i discuss to customer care they promised me for the delivery at time today 7pm till. But here we can see from flipkart nobody / any excutive comes to my for delivery. My self Valluru Sreenivasulu, Working as software professional at one of the software company i booked a products form flip cart and its not been delivered as of today let me explain my concerns.

1. My ordered products getting cancelled with out taken written or call confirmation who given right to cancel my booking order with out taking confirmation from me,

We have ordered a IFB convention microwave oven (20l) costing Rs 9960 on 22nd of May 2021. The item we ordered is for a special purpose and function on 30th May.
But it delivered on june 5th. The delivery boy said the installation will be done within two days. But we wait till today(June 11, 2021) during this period we called many times in the customer care number they keep on giving extended dates. But till now nobody has came to...

I have been trying to change my registered mobile number on Flipkart for several days. But every time I tried to change the number, it was showing that Identifier is already in use.
I was open an account with the new number earlier, I deactivated the account one week ago.
I contacted Flipkart customer service many times, but they cant resolve the issue.
Please do suggest I update my new mobile number to my Flipkart...

I had booked two tickets named Mr. Sumit Kumar Paul and Ms. Pritha Naskar (Booking Id:
FF[protected] and PNR: N8YG7J) of go air through flipkart but airlines had cancelled that due to operational reasons. It's already more than 10 days, I called airlines, they had refunded to flipkart on the same day of cancellation but there is no progress on flipkart and on my flipkart...

Actually I had ordered apple airpods pro amounting rs 23965 on 3rd of June 2021 in the name of Rajeev with Order ID - OD[protected] and the product got delivered to me and when I unboxed and checked my product then I came that I have received a wrong product which was different from its website specifications who doesn't support ANC (active noise cancellation) and was a little damaged at the edges so I immediately raised a complaint...

I brought a Bluetooth earphones and i got damaged product first than i exchanged it and got a new pair but its charger was not working so i refunded it. On order page it was showing refund complete but in my bank account the money was not added so i called the consumer care and they said that my bank account needed to be updated so i went to the bank and checked and asked if anything was needed to be updated and they said no i think the seller...

I was orderd mobile phone on flipkart on 7th of june, Expected delivery date is 10th june, Today is the delivery date, but there is no phone call from courier(ekart logistics).When I check order status, the status is shown out of delivery area(pincode-address mismatch).I expect call from courier service but there is no call from them, If they call me, I will collect...

I want to return my order...but there is nothing shown my order in order page......

I boughat a motorola revou led tv from flipkart . Which was a defective from seller side. I placed a return request, then seller is ready to pay back full amount . So i order a new tv from amazon . But right now seller cancelled the return request. And i create a new request the pick up date was very long...

I ordered Asus vivo book laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 4th June 2021.The product was faulty so placed a replacement request. But it is showing replacement date to 22nd June 2021 which is too long. Talked to customer support but they did not help much. This is a pathetic service.

I ordered Laptop on 27'th April 2021, delivered on 1st May 2021.But the Laptop opened on that day product is totally defective.. We give return policy 4th May 2021..Nearly 2 months passed in Flipkart no service man came to pickup the Laptop.. I daily call to customer service., they always saying within 4 days return pickup process happen.. But already 2 months passed.. Today 10th june again giving pickup time now is 6.30pm..nobody coming.....

I was ordered oneplus words earphone and when I receive that their phone not to as good as look like and found to be descriptive so I want to I want to return that your phone but delivery boy cancel the replacement order and company not giving replacement that's why my money has stuckup...
