    Hi sir i ordered from flipkart order id OD[protected] and seller name Grahgoods retail real me 8 29th july and next day 30th july my phone deliverd me i have a some problem face my device like camera is very poor mean when u click a picture heyjie, or blur and hanging, call speaker, overheating, there is problem in my device so 31th july i was compaint flipkart order section and tell them there is lots of problem my device so customer care excutive tell me don't worry your problem so he tell me your complaint ragistred successful and next day a technician person came my home there is lots of problem my phone he say ill update and goes out and next 10 minutes my replacement cancelled and again i was complaint and again cancelled my order please sir i'm belong a middle class family please refund my money

        Order ID - OD[protected] Candes Star High Speed fan, As fan stopped working within 9months I raised Complaint to the brand 10days over brand didn't responded, asked flipkart for return and refund, they arranged return and refund and deducted 96/- from my refund, this is cheat, I want my full refund

          Well I'm a frequent customer at Flipkart and they also made their delivery on time at my pincode. But earlier from this week I've started to notice that each and every item I try to buy, it tells me that its not deliverable or else seller not available for this pin code. So I want to raise this issue of mine to the concern authorities at Flipkart and give a proper solution for my problem ASAP. I'd be very much grateful if this issue gets resolved.

            I have ordered a Dell laptop and the product I received has got issues in display. The display was defective and I could see white lights on the corners of the display. I have raised a return request and there was a technician visit. The technician confirmed me that the product is defective and its not resolved but he was unable to approve because he haven't received the code to confirm from Flipkart and Flipkart rejected my return request. Its Flipkart responsibility to replace/refund my defective product. Please find the order details below.

              I was charged twice for a product and when a complaint was raised, Flipkart refused to refund the money. Call the customer help center, tweeted a complaint to Flipkartsupport but apparently a glitch in their payment gateway is my fault.

                    i cancelled the flight ticket from airline on 20-05-21. Because of flight rescheduling without intimate the customer.

                    After that flight is not providing proper resolution & not providing refund of that.

                    After 2 months flipkart said it will take more 4 months to cancel the ticket then we will process the refund. That means flipkart will intiate refund after 6 months.

                    Please help me for that.

                      I bought a tv on 23rd july in flipkart which was delivered on 24th july. Tv picture was not clear after 4 days . Order id: OD[protected]. I want to replacement of the product but they are not replacing. I called to customer care centre but they are not answering properly and they are ending my call in between discussion.today 8th day but my problem didn't resolved. Today They cancelled return also.

                        Order I'd - OD[protected]

                        My replacement orders are getting cancelled again and again even after getting approval from your technician and it's happening probably from seller's side or yours because I am eagerly waiting from any of the following solutions from your side
                        1) replacement
                        2) return
                        3) refund

                        I am ready for all of them but from last 10 days my life has became hell and has just one job to do - call Flipkart customer care

                        I totally understand it's my fault that I purchased product from Flipkart and that's why you are making me suffer for that, I assure you this won't happen next time I will surely delete this application as soon as I get my product or my money

                        I have paid through my debit card on 19th of July 2021 and the amount was of 50965

                        On 6th of August the company has notified about the complaint and still no reply from them till now
                        This clearly show they are covering sellers scam
                        Guys trust me never buy any product from Flipkart instead buy it from Amazon
                        There is no possible resolution from Flipkart

                        Seller provided the dead product and Flipkart is doing everything possible thing to cover it up

                        I am not gonna leave it until and unless I get the refund

                            I have to pay money to pay later but my account was blocked so I cannot able to pay.. i approched customer care and support but they are not at all responding to this.. i asked them atleast to send a link of repayment but they didn’t even responded to that too … today I received a legal notice from Flipkart regarding payment… I don’t know how to pay.. even my cibil score is effected because of this my credit and personal loan got rejected too… please help me to solve this issue

                              The worst customer experience that I had with Flipkart

                              Order ID – OD[protected]

                              I have placed the order on 18 Jul 2021 and I have received my order on 20 Jul 2021.

                              Due to size issue, I have initiated an exchange request on 20 Jul 2021 which is approved by Flipkart and after couple of days exchange was canceled and I get the massage pickup agent will pick up your product and refund will initiate soon, after couple of day I received IVR from Flipkart that was like as confirm by pickup agent you don’t want to return your product we have canceled your return request, even the pickup agent did not reach out to me.

                              I have again initiated a return request with Flipkart app. Again the same thing has happened, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care executive and informed about the issue and she told me I have initiated your return request pickup agent will reach out to you soon, after a couple of days the same thing again happened and this scenario was repeated around 4 times today I received a message from Flipkart and there were information about the pickup and contact no. of pickup agent I did call and told him about 4-time pickup cancelation and I was asked him at what time you will be able to pick up the product he started shouting on me in avulsing language, again I was asked him is there any issue why you are shouting on me he was cut the call and I was trie his number 2-3 times but he was not pick up the call.

                              I just want to know from Flipkart is the right way to dealing with customers?

                              My concern is when pickup will happen and when I will get back my money?

                              And I also want to know what action has been taken by Flipkart against the pickup agent?

                                This is to inform you that I bought Apple 12 mobile through Flipcart. I received a product with damaged microphone which is why the receiver side unable to hear my voice. I did many calls to your customer care and everytime it is getting disconnected. When I am asking to transfer the call to their seniors it's getting diconnected everytime.I have recording of some of your communication. I can't believe that it was disconnected so many times just for network issue. It's really frustrating after investing such amount of money I am treated like this.I also get in touch with apple help centre they also told me it's a hardware issue and advice me to take this phone to the service centre physically. Flipkart has given me the option of replacement though till today I haven't received any call from the company. Now I am really scared that Flipkart again will deliver the damaged product which will be identified after few months and by that time flipkart will neither accept return or refund my money. If you see my transactions you can obseve myself as a loyal customer. However the way I have treated I lost my confidence in your company. I really don't want to buy your damaged product and need my money back. Shared all the prove earlier but yet to receive resolution of this.

                                Hope you will not disappoint my confidence this time.

                                  Recently, Flipkart has blocked my account without giving me any reason and when I contacted them, they just sent an email to me. Please see the below email text.

                                  "We're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update."

                                  I replied and asked them to explain the above as I haven't done anything like that, but again they sent me the same email as above.

                                  Please contact Flipkart and resolve my issue.

                                    I have ordered creative stage soundbar system on 24/07/2021 and they delivered on 24/07/2021. But HDMI ARC was not working at that sound bar.
                                    I requested for replacement after visiting the registered tech. person.
                                    The replaced one has been delivered on 27/07/2021. The replaced sound bar is having the same issue. The registered tech. persons from Flipkart have visited on 02/08/2021 and 04/08/2021. Both the tech. persons have confirmed that the product is defective.
                                    Now, after calling several times Flipkart neither replace the defective product nor pick up call.
                                    I want Flipkart immediately replaces the product or refund me.
