    My account is blocked 29august 2021 I don't know why.flicart has not send me any reason to me and block my account. In my account 3126 rs in gift wallet and lots of coin please unblock my account.

        I have ordered "cello dry brush" from flipkart. The mrp they reflected on the site was RS.299 with discount RS. 280. I paid RS.284 for the product. But when I received the product, the mrp of the product is given as RS.183 only. I immediately contacted the customer service department n inform the issue with attached snapshot but marked resolved every time, without proper action taken or without resolved issue. Really bad that no relevant action taken n charging more price customer

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding the flipkart order of product Realme DL 13 VOOC type c cable purchased on 9th August 2021, the product-type c cable was missing from the original box when opened.
              I have raised the return request as told by the customer executive of flipkart twice both times it has been rejected.

              I have not received the product nor I got my money back.Also I am attaching pics of loose outer box and without any taping realme cable box.
              I have been trying to reach out to flipkart for the last few days but no valid resolutions.

              Also now my account is blocked from flipkart without any information. Even after reaching customer executive team there is no response .Also, no email has been send to my registered email id as told by customer executive.
              Complaint is still unresolved after 15 days-Complaint Number-IN[protected].

              Kindly resolve asap. Also, this kind of service is not expected from flipkart.
              Looking for a quick resolution.

              kindly unblock my account and refund for the missing item asap.

                I returned two items Order ID - OD[protected] and Order ID - OD[protected]. It shows as refunded to gift card wallet. But I do not see any balance in my gift card wallet.

                I have called flipkart support atleast 20 times. No response. No response on twitter.

                    Hello Team, I am Jishnu Prasad H R, I had placed an order for Apple MacBook Pro from Flipkart on 25th August 2021 by 11:41 AM. Since the order value was more than 2 Lakhs I was asked to upload my PAN Card. I had done that on 25th August 2021 by 1:15 PM. Then I had received a call from Flipkart asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours to verify my PAN Card and approve my order. It’s been 84 hours and till now they are just asking me more and more time to deliver the products. Now since I have already bought the product from another site I have raised the cancellation request and they aren’t replying properly for that too. I was given a Incident number on 25th saying that the issue will resolved by 28th August by 7:30 PM but yesterday by 7:46 PM I received a message again asking me to wait till 2nd September as the old issue/complaint wasn’t sent to the relevant team to take the action. Now they are just asking me more and more time and they are just delaying to cancel the product also. Kindly help me.

                          I have ordered ho Pavillion laptop on 21st August and the delivery date was 23rd August. I called the delivery guy on 23rd August and he said there has been some technical difficulty so the product will be delivered tomorrow i.e 24th August. I called flipkart and the assured me to wait till 25 August 7:00 pm still it was not delivered so I called back and they said that till 28th August your complaint will be resolved and you will get the product on or before 28th August i.e today so I called today and they are again saying sorry for the inconvenience(which I have probably heard about 100 times from them) but you have to wait till 2nd September again and I asked them if they can assure me that they said no.
                          And whenever I asked the to let me talk to their senior they asked me to hold and then after 2-3 mins the call will automatically get cut.They have not provided any contact details of the logistics partner or the delivery guy.

                            Flipkart order no. OD[protected]

                            I ordered Springtek Amaze Eco 4 inch Queen High Density (HD) Foam Mattress amounting rs 4844 on 9th aug 21. Delivery date was 20th aug 21. Then on delivery day they postponed it to 28th aug 21 and now on 28th aug they again postponed it to 6th sept 21. I want to cancel the item and but flipkart is denying by saying product does not fall under cancaleable category. I am mentally annoyed with such behavior from flipkart when i am in dire need of the required item.

                            Flipkart should compensate for the mental agony they have created.

                                    Ordered clothes from Flipkart. As there was issue with the item, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      Flipkart has wrongfully blocked my account quoting in the email sent to my registered email id that you account has been blocked due to high number of returns.

                                      I have clarified them over calls & emails multiple times that the returns were due to a loophole in Flipkart delivery system only. Flipkart launched an online sale in which they asked customers to pre-book products before the actual sale date by paying Rs 1/-, so that customers are assured that they can approve the order later without the products getting out of stock during sale period. Therefore I pre-booked a number of products by paying Rs 1/- and when the sale starts i went to buy the same products again by making a pre payment through my bank cards instead of approving and proceeding with pre-booked products.

                                      Now Flipkart push to deliver me both the prepaid orders and unapproved pre-booked products, that I can't accept. So I accepted delivery of my prepaid orders and denied acceptance o[censored]napproved pre-booked products that were sent to me. For which Flipkart blamed me for unusually high order returns and thereby blocked my account & freezed my hard earned money deposited in their Flipkart wallet associated with my blocked account. Registered email id on Flipkart was [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      I request you to please help me to get back my Flipkart account so that I can access my wallet money & access my purchase history and e-invoices to claim warranties on past purchased products.

                                      Note- I have been a registered user of Flipkart from past few years and was their Plus member who shopped a lot on their platform for self, friends and family, but now regretting after being harrassed repeatedly by Flipkart customer service representatives. Please help

                                      Update- Today they asked me to upload my government approved ID proofs, don't know what they are going to do with that.

                                        I have created flipkart account six years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. my old number is [protected] my new number [protected]
