I have purchased 8 Split AC (Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter) on Flipkart dated[protected] under Maha Warranty offer.
Today Samsung service centers say this product is under warranty for 1 year only on parts. Where as in invoice and on flipkart it was clearly mentioned about parts warranty as 10 Years on Compressor, 5 Years on PCB, 5 Years on Condenser with 5 Years Free Gas Charge.
Now Samsung says ask Flipkart for the same.
I had mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding same on 11-July-2021, but till now i didnt receive any response.

I have all the records of tax invoice, promotional scheme Maha Warranty offer on Flipkart etc.

Kindly take appropriate action to resolve this issue at the earliest or I'll have to go with Legal Action via Court.

1. AC was not cooling so i registered a complaint for support from samsung 2. On checking it was found that Gas Charge will be required. 3. Now after filling GAS by service guy from Samsung Service Center asks for GAS filling charges. It has already mentioned in invoice received from Flipkart while purchasing, that 5 year GAS charrge is free. Due to these offers (Maha Warranty) as displayed on Flipkart we bought 8 ACs, now if we get such issue for one AC it will be same for 7 others too. 4. I had raised the same query with Sampsung support, they say i must contact flipkart for the same as it was purchased from there only. I have all the tax Invoices received while purchasing, Screenshot of the offer wgich running that time. In tax invoice it clearly mentioned warranty on parts 10 years Compressor, 5 year PCB with 5 years free GAS charge, 5 years on condenser. If reuired i can mail all the documents for your confirmation. Even i had mailed at [email protected] but it was not delivered.

    GOOD MORNING SIR,
    I ordered Real Me Airbus to Active Noise Cancellation from Flipkart on 29th June, which was delivered on 2nd July. After opening the delivery, we were sent a non brand product instead of real me a item, which I complained for refund and every day we are being asked to refund tomorrow day after day or three-four days, but not being done yet and. Couriers partner name ecom express my realme air buds 2 active noise cancellation is CASH ON DELIVERY my paid amount is 3299 .

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

        Flipkart should pay more heed to their sellers. I bought a pack of 4 bras for an elderly lady which shows a listed price of 600 on Flipkart while the same bra shows a listed price of 450 on Amazon. The price isn't the issue but the difference in the two platforms is.
        I bought it from Flipkart and now regret it. They are looting customers. I should have opted for Amazon.

            My approved payment is showing in my Flipkart affiliate account but till now I have not received any payment from Flipkart affiliate . Every months I am getting the same . I have mailed to Flipkart affiliate team through contact method but still issue is not resolved .

            It is my humble request please check my attachment to confirm the same and do the needful ASAP.

              Hi team,

              I have ordered home gym kit from flipkart of 50 kg. The gym kit which I ordered was of different pieces. 1 kg, 2kg weight plates. But what I received is 5 kg and 10 kg weight plates. In total of 50 kg weight plates. I have received a wrong product. Hence I placed a return on the same day of delivery. But they were not responsible enough to pick it from the delivered address. They sent an email saying that the product canot be returned as I have given the reason for return as Item missing. 1kg and 2 kg weight plates were missing. So I have given item is missing reason. But this is not a valid reason to reject my return. They haven't contacted me properly. So I would like to complaint against Flipkart. The item is worth of 5359. After 2 weeks they have rejected my return request saying the above reason. Flipkart is cheating us by giving wrong product.

              Please help to resolve this issue.

                    I ordered undergarments from Flipkart, this product was applicable for return and refund. But from last 2 weeks Flipkart hasn’t taken any action regarding this when I asked for refund then keep insisting on replacement of same item. The customer service is terrible after requesting several times I was able to contact them. They didn’t resolve my any issue, misbehaved and cut the call.
                    Take action regarding this and need my refund soon.

                      You are absolutely right. One of the terrible affiliate service is Flipkart Affiliate. They are not interested to pay the affiliate user. It is a scam. So many peoples reported the same issue.

                      My issue is -

                      "No referral fees allotted for April-2022. Request to pause your campaigns for this month".
                      Getting this message since 2020. No reply - No payments. What the hell

                            I’ve been a Flipkart customer since 2016. My family and I shop there regularly. Recently, Flipkart blocked my account, claiming I had a “high number” of returns. But when we bought a product from e commerce site we saw a big difference between the real quality and the quality which shows in the site. After contacting Flipkart, a representative they wouldn't help me . They says your account we can't unblock. Please help me I want to unblock my account an continue to shopping again.

                              I have ordered GTX 1650 Graphics Card on[protected] and I received a used dlink router in the box. This is completely unacceptable.
                              I have video evidence o[censored]nboxing this package received. I tried to contact flipkart customer care but they have rejected replacement for no specific reason. Neither they have provided me any refunds. I am expecting to solve this issue within this week or I have to send a legal notice as per the Consumer Act.

I Order one Jens Pant order Id Order OD[protected] ., Date 19/04/2019 by using SBI Ne Banking's first-time amount as a debit but the order was rejected or canceled. The second time I try its successful. The first-time amount Still Not Refunded I raise the complaint to SBI. SBI Saying that amount was successful sent to Flipkart. following Reference Number IGAFYRAOE7 (Rs 477) . I informed Flipkart also Flipkart Saying Weare not Recived two-time payments only one time Recived. that order payment Reference Number IGAFYRBLE7 .. Kindly give a correct solution.

                                      Order placed on June 19th. The seller location is in Rajasthan and we are in Chennai. It was supposed to be received on July 2nd. After 4th postponement of delivery date because of "logistics" issue from their delivery partner, finally received on 15th of July. When unboxing itself we noticed that there were damages in the corner of the table and the other corner leg was protruding outside of frame. Both dining table and the bench had issue with frame due to some impact either before packaging or during transportation. Within 2 hours of delivery we raised complaint. Two options that were given by customer support was refund and replacement. The option chosen was refund because the product initially took almost a month to deliver. A technician was supposed to have visited us on 17th later changed to 19th of July to check if the product was really damaged. But no one turned up and the requests were suddenly closed. Upon further follow-up a new request is made for a future date of 22nd, further changed to 23rd. So now it's become difficult for us to think back and choose replacement option also because we don't know if the technician will come to confirm the damage. We regret buying the product with no refund option and even if flipkart provides the option the seller can cancel it. Either the seller must take responsibility for the damages or flipkart should compensate. Neither of them are showing any affirmative support till this point. We are also not allowed to write review for the purchased product in flipkart

                                        I ordered a Mobile on July 14 through Flipkart and received it in July 16. But I found that the mobile has defective display. So I placed a replacement request in Flipkart. Flipkart executive called me and confirmed that a technician will visit me on July 20 and will approve replacement. So I waited till July 20. On July 20, a technician who is completely unprofessional and don't know anything about mobile display. I clearly told him about my issue and he diagnosed my mobile with blancco app and it showed that mobile is defective. Though defective, The technician refused to replace my mobile and i received a notification from Flipkart that my issue is resolved (though it didn't). I spend my hard earned 18000 rupees and received a defective product. Please take necessary action sir/madam. Thank you.
