The product which i have received has several issues in this defective & damaged item on 18th april, 2021.
1.Scratch is present on the front screen.
2. One side of sim slot is broken.
(Order ID OD[protected] as my refund has been rejected four times. Why has my refund been rejected four times intentionally.
1.After four times my refund was rejected flipkart has blocked my account intentionally just after that when again I raised my concern of my refund again. I am facing a lot of troubles of this defective LG G8X phone.
2.The item which was delivered on 18th of april, I am facing very trouble due to this mobile phone. I have already paid you the amount.Please its a request to you please refund my amount..
On 12th May, 2021 the back end team (Name: Debadrita Das)called me & told me that your concern is genuine so first please share your bank statement.I received an email from flipkart in where I have already shared my bank statement in that mail.
[Incident: IN[protected]] But I haven't got my refund since 85 days have already over that I already shared my bank statement on 12th may.
As per our conversation ON 12TH MAY Flipkart person asked my bank statement so they can intiate my refund...
SO WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND???
4.Everytime I received a call from your escalation tem everybody suggested me to wait for sometime you, ll get your refund but then I received a mail from your side that mentioned "high no of return history".I have only ordered 1 product till date...You can check that in my purchase history & only 1 product I have ordered till now. Flipkart has already accepted that there is a technical fault from flipkart side but still flipkart has not returned my refund since 85 days..
