I'm trying to buy a laptop called 14s dq3018tu at Flipkart from last 1 week at need laptop for my exams which going to be in next 2 weeks but from last 1 week I'm trying but they r not delivering at my location I'm tried of trying daily.

    please note : Due to this COVID people are taking undue advantage of their customers'. Calling them from dummy/false contact numbers pretending to be Customer Care of Flipkart, and many other companies etc, . where we try to contact these companies, there is no option to press to talk to customer care or even if there is in some companies, they don't receive the call or don't reply to my mails as if it has been mentioned or told prior to someone not to receive or reply to particular numbers or e-mail IDs.

    I had ordered Sony Xperia Mobile Batteries Quantity - 2 on Monday, 07.06.2021 with the order IDs. OD[protected] and OD[protected] But, on Sunday 13.06.21 I received wrong product instead of right product i.e. Samsung Mobile Battery Quantity - 1 and I paid amount for my original order INR 1598/- So, I had to replace the wrong product asking for my original order. Flipkart placed 2 different replacement orders for my original orders as I had ordered Sony Mobile Xperia Batteries Quantity - 2 As I had received only one wrong battery I did replacement with my original product. But flipkart placed 2 different replacement orders asking for pickup and replace each time. On 20.06.2021 I had one successful replacement with this replacement ID. Replacement ID:[protected] But when another replacing product arrived the delivery agent asked for another pickup where I received only one wrong product instead of 2 right products, as I mentioned above. So he had to go back and he cancelled the product. This is the replacement ID. Replacement ID:[protected] So, as for now my INR 799 are pending with flipkart. I think this will resolve this issue and refund my amount of INR 799/- ASAP.

    I already have lodged complain against cyber crime, e-mail and other accounts hacking, gmail accounts, paypal, skrill, facebook, social media accounts hacking & fake accounts creating, controlling the websites or customer care where I try to work or shop online by stalking, abuse on the name of religions, languages, castes, marriage, career, simswap by misusing my IDs from such platforms or mobile network provider service centers by making groups and contacting some people from my (Dombivli, Thane, Kharghar, Kolhapur) city, neighborhood, schools, colleges, jobs, classes, relatives as these wanted to ruin my career, marriage, reputation, character, contacts, where they failed in doing so, so they are doing it even more as if these have rights on me or my parents or things which I do. As per their thinking I need to keep contact to such groups of boys, girls, men, women whose name I will mention for further investigation, where these can do any crimes of abusing a girl (me), listening her personal conversations, using her government identity cards, stalking her, imitating her only, ruining environment of wherever she goes jobs, classes, social media, contacts. My lodged police complaint is still not been solved. These particular group of people don't let me contact to anyone or go ahead by my own in my career or marriage or creating my own teams/contacts, reputation, social status. I was living in Dombivli in my parents house and I have shifted in Kharghar in my parents house only on 27th February 2020. My parents along with my brother shifted to Kharghar in August 2017. Wherever I am living, people living in front of my window stalk me or people living above or below our apartment stalk me, my internet activity, in this sense many unwanted boys with the help o[censored]nwanted girls try to ruin my pure character, reputation, image, abuse me verbally, physically, socially, economically on the name of marriage, career, religion, languages, caste and so on. I am correct and these people are wrong and doing unlawful activities which can be seen in every proof I will upload. Kindly understand my concern and resolve my issue ASAP. It would be of much help.

    No, Kindly read the message and proofs again, I didn't receive another replacement product which has been cancelled by delivery person himself, one mobile battery hasn't been received. my paid amount of INR 799/- is pending with Flipkart. Flipkart is supposed to give me my money back INR 799/-. Kindly go through your database and check it again.

          I would like to raise an official complaint regarding the poor service and customer negligence from Team Flipkart

          Tracking ID : FMPP[protected]

          Order was expected to be delivered on 30th July, the same was reflecting in the flipkart and ekart portal till 5:00pm.
          All of the sudden the order delivery has been postponed to 2nd Aug.

          As visible in the tracking details the consignment has reach Gurgaon at 5:47 am on 30th July. Also the delivery location is in Gurgaon sector 38.

          There has been no calls, notification or justifications offered by the vendor pertaining to the delay.

          Also Flipkart's telecaller agent hung up the call post listening to my concern. (No : [protected])

          Extremely Poor Support and Services !

            It has been more than a year that my flipkart affiliate commission has not been given to me. All amount is approved. All documents have been submitted and they have also verified and mailed confirmation. But then also now 3 months passed from this confirmation mail they are not issuing affiliate commission.

            I am feeling suicidal now because 90K is big amount for me

              I have ordered a mobile phone and two smartwatches, after the second day it was cancelled automatically. Here is the detail of the order:- OrderId: OD[protected], items- Realme x7 Max 12GB+256GB, huami Amazfit GTS smartwatch, Honor band 6. When the order was cancelled then again, I only included mobile and one smartwatch with order ID: OD[protected] and the same happened again. It was Big Saving days and there were card offers that ended up today. Flipkart - You're wasting the time of your customers? what would be the fun of your Big Savings day?

                  I had ordered apple AirPods Pro in Flipkart on July 09 and I received the item on July 13 but when I unboxed I was shocked that I couldn’t find the accessories inside, so I raised a return request and seller had approved my return request and they promise to provide me a replacement by 17th of july, I waited till 17th July no response from Flipkart, again I got a call from Flipkart and they told me due to operational issue your replacement got canceled and they will provide me a proper resolution by 26th july
                  But till now no response from Flipkart
                  So I request Flipkart to give me a proper resolution as soon as possible

                    I have ordered a smartphone from flipkart on 26th July 202(Order id OD[protected]. The Smartphone which i have ordered was done by exchanging my old mobile. The delivery agent told my dad (as i was not at home) that my old device is damaged. Actually the hole of the microphone of the mobile was called damaged by the delivery agent and that was totally wrong. After that I called him and after several Urgumemt he admitted that it was his fault and the delivery will rescheduled for 30th July. Now today on 30th July I called him and he told there is a technical problem for which delivery wouldn't be done today. After calling the flipkart executives no resolution done. I am submitting screenshot of my order for future reference.

                      Ordered a MI phone with above order Id. The order was in exchange offer. The delivery person came today. I asked him to show me the box and I would give the old phone for checking. He was reluctant to even show the box.
                      The old phone is working with no dents. The paint chipped as it's old.
                      Still he said its dented. I took back the old phone and asked him to cancel the order.
                      Till now the order status is item yet to be delivered.

                          Sudesh OD[protected] ordered Reno 6 5G from flipkart website and it is not even packed I had ordered it on 23 JUL 21 and I was given delivery date of 31 JUL 21 but today is 30 JUL and the product is not even packed please deliver the product as soon as possible.

                            Hello,

                            I have Ordered Vivo V21 5G 256 GB on 24th July 2021 from Flipkart, which was worth RS.32, 990 that day and I Applied my current phone exchange with it with value of RS.12, 300, after applying all offers I paid RS.19, 548 using my HDFC credit Card. Promised date of Delivery was 26th July 2021 . The product Status changed to Out for Delivery on same date (26th jul 2021) and it was not delivered, So i waited Next day it was not Delivered Again. I called Customer care, they told me there is issue with Logistics team and your product will be delivered Next day. Next day it was again not delivered, I called Customer care again and they said there is issue and it will be solved by 31th July 2021 and your order will be delivered Before that. Now its 30th July 2021 when i am writing this, Every day The Resolve Date Increases without any update, Now issue resolve date is 4th August, Last day it was 3rd August and day before that 2nd August and 31th July 2021 respectively . I keep asking customer care to cancel my order if its not being delivered on time, They keep saying its in transit and can only be cancelled once status changes to Out For Delivery Again. Now Last day i called Customer Care He said "The Real reason is product is not in Stock" .So if its not in stock how can it be in Transit same time. So My Money is stuck and i am not getting my product Either. This is not good. Please Help me with this ASAP

                            I got a call from customer care agent today, they said it will be delivered today by 6 pm, lets see. But like last week delivery agent number is always busy.
                            Lets see i am waiting till 6pm.

                              I purchase the TV on February and after 15 days it is not working, so I return the TV, The flipkart support said amount will be refunded by 4 to 5 business days.
                              Aftter 15 days I called to Flipkart they said again wait for 2 business days
                              Again after 7 days I called same thing they said wait for 2 business days. I got mail full amount will be refunded to account after 4 business days, but I didn't get the refund. After
                              I share the my bank statement from March 2021 to June 2021.
                              From last 2 months I called to customer care regularly

                                I obviously tried to place an Order on Flipkart as Prepaid via UPI but My Order wasn't placed successfully but Money got debited from My Account and then I ensured and complained regarding this issue and Flipkart ensured that they got the payment Flipkart's Customer Care Services where they accepted that they got money but Order wasn't placed because of Technical issues promised Me that they will refund my money within 8 Days but today they again add 8 more days to get Refund. I don't know why they are avoiding again and again.

                                It means Flipkart doesn't want to refund My Money. Now I will leave flipkart forever and ask them to leave cheater Flipkart.

                                  I (Komal Setiya ) have been charged for an unauthorized transaction for a flight booking which wasn't done by me. The PNR is UH2WSY from Indigo airlines. This ticket is from Pune to Guwhati and has been booked with two different accounts of flipkart.
                                  One is from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and other is from bishal Sinha's account ([protected]@gmail.com). We two are totally unrelated people.

                                  Additionally, I also have been charged of 5890 rs. for this ticket and this unauthorized transaction has been made from my Flipkart account through HDFC credit card.

                                  How is it possible that one flight ticket is with same pnr booked from two different emails and two different accounts . This is clear case of lack of cyber security in such a big ecommerce platform.

                                  For reference: Flipkart booking id-FF[protected]
                                  I have reported this issue to flipkart and HDFC both on 17th june. Sadly, there is no response from both the sides till this date. The innocent customers like me shouldn't be penalized due to lack of secure transaction system at Flipkart. I am requesting my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I am taking follow up for this complaint from past 45 days.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My son Sanjeev Krishna is studying in 12th Std at Sri Chaitanya PU college at Banaswadi, Bangalore. He had scored 81% and above 87% in his quarterly exams and pre final exams of 11th Standard. We have found that lowest score of 75% in 12th standard.
                                  We have approached school seeking information on assessment methodology and also to share the details of the marks uploaded in the CBSE server. Faculties in School have not shared the earlier 11th standard final marks. School authorities refused to share the marks details of the 11th standard and 12th standard. We have requested school authorities to show the exam papers of 11th standard and they refused and also mentioned there is chances of error in the assessment and CBSE board has taken decision to assign the marks.
                                  We have also noticed that students were struggling to pass and they scored more than 90%. This makes us to feel that there is callous attitude of faculties in the school and there is fraud done by the school authorities in assessing marks for 12th std students.
                                  I request you to do the needful for conducting enquiry and take appropriate action teachers and on the school.

                                    I sudesh OD[protected] ordered Reno 6 5G from flipkart website and it is not even packed I had ordered it on 23 JUL 21 and I was given delivery date of 31 JUL 21 but today is 30 JUL and the product is not even packed please deliver the product as soon as possible.
