    Hi,
    There was an offer on the apple air pods pro (hearing device) on flipkart official application on 27.07.2021 @ Rs 17, 999/- I am really interested to buy the product. Accordingly I placed order on 28.07.2021 @ the above said price, after all details of shipping address, payment details was confirmed & the application declined my payment and price increased to Rs. 19, 999/- . This is really very unsatisfactory. I want the justice about getting the order at earlier price.
    I am gonna sue the company officials & seller of the product ( true com retails) to court.

      I have ordered Poco f3 gt for Rs. 23, 849/- on 24.07.2021 and i have paid the payment by Sbi mastercard debit card ending with 4530 but later on i have made decision to cancel the product.
      They said that the refund has been done by sellers stating that:

        Flipkart exchange doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’. Since, I bought it from Sangeetha MobiIes, I checked for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and its good . I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

          I've ordered a product, on 24/07/21, the product is still not packed as of 28/07/21. The promised delivery date was 27/07/21 by Flipkart.
          The seller's name is - Truenet Commerce.

          I've already paid for the product and even called the customer care of Flipkart, they told me it'll be delayed till 31/07/21. I'm so much unhappy and disappointed with this unprofessionalism of Flipkart and their sellers.

          I want my product to be packed and shipped as soon as possible. As it's a valuable product.

          If anyone faced the same issue please revert back ASAP.

              I ordered apple airpods pro from flipkart but I got the apple airpords normal version and I called the customer care and requested for a replacement but they are saying that they can't do nothing about. It's been almost 15 days I'm contacting the customer care and the seller is saying that return or replacement is impossible. The airpords pro original cost is about 25k but the product I got was only half the price, what should I do?

              They also asked me to file a petition about this issue, so I have given them a return complaint on the forms that was provided by flipkart and they also asked me to send photos and identify card . Till now they haven't done anything about it. And I have also done a study about the seller ( TruecomRetail ) there are lots of complaints registered against this seller regarding the same kind of issues.

                    I purchased SAMSUNG 28 L Slim Fry Convection Microwave Oven on 26th June 2021 with an amount of INR 10619 + 342 Flipkart coin (Payment on EMI) and it got delivered on 29th June 2021 and nobody came for Installation of the product from the company side as promised during the purchase and installation was canceled.
                    The product was faulty and it was causing heating issues my mother somehow got saved from severe injury due to its heating issue, so I raised a return request on 9th July 2021 and the technician came to visit and confirmed that there is a heating issue then the return request was approved and the last date for return pickup was 23rd July 2021. I waited till 23rd July 2021 that somebody comes and picks up the product nobody came and I raised a complaint in Flipkart customer care and they promised to resolve the issue in 24 hours. yesterday 27th July I called them again to schedule the pickup and they asked for creating a new request I insisted to continue with the older one and they forced cancelled my return request saying I have requested or done it from my end which I have not done. I have call recordings with customer care.

                    kindly refund my amount into my bank account and provide me with the compensation for the delay of the amount you guys has hold and to the probable injury, it could make to my family due to a faulty product ASAP.

                          I ordered Women's watch set on 19th July 2021 through https://flipkart.com

                          But the order is marked as delivered on 24/07/21 without delivering the item. I've been contacting their customer support but no solution got or couldn't get my money or the item.

                          After complaining in this forum only taken action and got my money back. Otherwise contacting customer care, they were blabbering some nonsense and keep on dragging, so many calls, they put on hold keep waiting long and finally cut the call. And put message like that you got the product delivered like, we're trying to cheat. Worst delivery and delivery agents. Now got resolved in a single call that also from them and getting my money back.

                                I was very excited to purchase your product Motorola G40 fusion (Dynamic Grey), but my experience has turned out very too poorly. I am writing to express my disappointment with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.
                                I ordered Motorola G40 fusion which order number OD[protected], I received this product on 27th July 21.My brother received the product from courier person, when I visited home from office and opened box, I got unbox mobile pack, whenever I opened that box, I got granite piece, a cover, USB cable, adapter but not mobile handset. I complained about to customer care on that day

                                I received product which had stone granite, I have paid 13499/- to stone granite.

                                So hope in my country unethical trade practice will stop and person who include in this activity will soon identity.

                                      I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart with a 1-day delivery. Truenet commerce didn't allow COD, so I made the full payment with my credit card. Its's been already 4 days, the order has not yet been processed by the seller and there is no response from the seller side.
