On 30 July 2021 I wanted to place an order worth Rs.947. I paid the money through Google pay but order didn't get placed. It's been 24 hours neither my order placed nor I got refund. Below image is the screenshot of payment details. When i called customer care they asked to me check with the bank . When I called bank customer care they are telling me your transaction completed we can't do anything. It's tooooo bad to face this type of issues from the company which is having so much trust &faith among people. Please don't loose it. Do the best at the earliest

    I booked Poco X3 Pro with exchange of my old phone Samsung M10 which is 2 years old. While booking the value of old phone is said to be 3700 Rs. My old phone has discolouration but every other aspect of the phone works perfectly. No cracks, no breaks, no scratches. Good as new except for discolouration. The delivery guy checked my phone and said I had to pay 3600 Rs. for just the discolouration. If this was the case I would have checked while booking the phone. Such options are not available while booking. Now I have canceled the phone and I have to incur delivery charges now. The discolouration can be fixed by Flipkart for a very low price still don’t know why they are charging so much. Really disappointed with flipkart service.

      I have order a new Redmi note 10 pro, on 05 th July 2021. But I have received a dummy infinix mobile toy. On 09th July 2021. The same is I have done return request but Delivery boy asking paturn lock. I was call to customer service they taking lite my issue and 3 times I have done return request same 3 times delivery boy asking patern lock, I have received a toy, how can put patern lock to that toy. Kindly consider this complaint and take nesseasry action.

        Horrendous service. My brother ordered a microwave oven ref. FMPC[protected]. It has arrived early. As our need was urgent we offered to pick it up. But the customer service operator at Flipkart was totally uncooperative and refused to give contact details of the hub. This is cussed churlishness

          I have ordered Boat earbuds from Flipkart. My order is received on time but when I opened the box the earbuds are missing from the case of the earbuds. Now I am requesting a call from Flipkart, they are messaging me the phone is unreachable. A few moments later I received a call from Flipkart, I shared my problem but he is muted my call few minutes after and no sound from his sides. I have ordered it for 999rs and now the conclusion I lost my money.

            I have order a product on flipkart and it was suppose to be delivered on 29 july. I got message in morning that product is out for delivery and i was at home for whole day waiting for my product and in between i called to delivery person also but everytime he told me sir i m coming in half an hour and after 6 o clock he stoped picking my calls and later i got msg that we are not aboe to deliver today we will deliver it tomorow means 30 of july even on 30 july i waited for whole day but i didnt get any update and i called cusomter care and they are like u want the product then wait or do whater u like but we can tell u when it will he delivered . See its your fault flipkart that u could not deliver product on time and i wasted my 2 days bcoz o[censored] and still waiting for product for which i already paid . Plz take action on that and deliver my prodcuf with compensetion and inprove yiur service . Actuoy there shoukd be a law that i[censored] promised and still cant deliver the prodcuct then u have to pay fine then only company like flioakrt will work properly bcox now they think whats goiing to happen even if cuctosmer write to consumer forum so plz take action on this and i m going to file a complaint against flipkart

My actual delivery date was 2 days after purchase and when i raied issue now your team asking me to wait for anothere 7 days then whats the use of raising issue i[censored] taking more than actual date and also your customer team is saying that we cant do anything and i have to wait til time line and if product has been reached to nearresr hub on 28 july only then why cant be delivered even after 4 days after delivery date . What a service flipkart, your service should be awareed . I m going make a video on this and make people understand that what kind of service flipkart offering

                21st July i recieved a Treadmill from flipkart own brand Adrenex. When opened for assemply the product is not complete it was a 4 in treadmill and parts of stepper (1 of the 4 Exercises) was missing and the handle of treadmill is also missing. I have been terying to contact with resolve my issue and it's been 10days and the product is not even picked from my home for return. I dont know what to do. The support Cell is arguing for more time i dont know a well reputed brand in india can deal customers like this. Pls make it fast in this pandemic situation holding more than 10, 000 of our money is not moraly a good business plan.

                  I have ordered Oppo Reno6 5g mobile on 28th of July. It was showing delivery date 31st July. But till today (31st July) order is not shipped so how I can get order on delivery date. When I called customer care they first said issue will be resolved by 4th August. Now today they given date 5th August. This is very worst service I have ever seen. Also I haven't received any message after order placed but in app it is showing placed.

                    Team this is Bidyut sahaji and My concern is that i complaint a with issue Flipkart pay later service but no Resolution from Flipkart Pay later service loan Sanction Amt 3000/- from IDFC first bank but in cibil show 1000/- the main Problem is that in month of 5th may 2021 Due amount was 1559/- and minimum due option also there i spoke wilth flipkart CC they tell me can pay minimum it will be not impact on cibil score and i pay that when check my experian score its show over due 3098/- its totally wrong input i reach IDFC cc care they tell me that what flipkart updated IDFC first bank updated the same that mean Flipkart doing fraud with the minimum due which i pay Flipkart not updated to IDFC bank for that Reason its impact experian score score down 781 to 685 plz look at this matter and solve this Asp.

                      I have ordered a Laptop from Flipkart on 27 July 2021! But its not packed yet .Seller has not yet packed the product . Today is 31 July 2021, then when will it be going to delivered! Disappointed with Flipkart . Prime members are getting delivery in 2 days . Inspite of being Plus member, it is of no use. Not expected this from Flipkart.

                          please note : Due to this COVID people are taking undue advantage of their customers'. Calling them from dummy/false contact numbers pretending to be Customer Care of Flipkart, and many other companies etc, . where we try to contact these companies, there is no option to press to talk to customer care or even if there is in some companies, they don't receive the call or don't reply to my mails as if it has been mentioned or told prior to someone not to receive or reply to particular numbers or e-mail IDs.

                          I had ordered Sony Xperia Mobile Batteries Quantity - 2 on Monday, 07.06.2021 with the order IDs. OD[protected] and OD[protected] But, on Sunday 13.06.21 I received wrong product instead of right product i.e. Samsung Mobile Battery Quantity - 1 and I paid amount for my original order INR 1598/- So, I had to replace the wrong product asking for my original order. Flipkart placed 2 different replacement orders for my original orders as I had ordered Sony Mobile Xperia Batteries Quantity - 2 As I had received only one wrong battery I did replacement with my original product. But flipkart placed 2 different replacement orders asking for pickup and replace each time. On 20.06.2021 I had one successful replacement with this replacement ID. Replacement ID:[protected] But when another replacing product arrived the delivery agent asked for another pickup where I received only one wrong product instead of 2 right products, as I mentioned above. So he had to go back and he cancelled the product. This is the replacement ID. Replacement ID:[protected] So, as for now my INR 799 are pending with flipkart. I think this will resolve this issue and refund my amount of INR 799/- ASAP.

                          I already have lodged complain against cyber crime, e-mail and other accounts hacking, gmail accounts, paypal, skrill, facebook, social media accounts hacking & fake accounts creating, controlling the websites or customer care where I try to work or shop online by stalking, abuse on the name of religions, languages, castes, marriage, career, simswap by misusing my IDs from such platforms or mobile network provider service centers by making groups and contacting some people from my (Dombivli, Thane, Kharghar, Kolhapur) city, neighborhood, schools, colleges, jobs, classes, relatives as these wanted to ruin my career, marriage, reputation, character, contacts, where they failed in doing so, so they are doing it even more as if these have rights on me or my parents or things which I do. As per their thinking I need to keep contact to such groups of boys, girls, men, women whose name I will mention for further investigation, where these can do any crimes of abusing a girl (me), listening her personal conversations, using her government identity cards, stalking her, imitating her only, ruining environment of wherever she goes jobs, classes, social media, contacts. My lodged police complaint is still not been solved. These particular group of people don't let me contact to anyone or go ahead by my own in my career or marriage or creating my own teams/contacts, reputation, social status. I was living in Dombivli in my parents house and I have shifted in Kharghar in my parents house only on 27th February 2020. My parents along with my brother shifted to Kharghar in August 2017. Wherever I am living, people living in front of my window stalk me or people living above or below our apartment stalk me, my internet activity, in this sense many unwanted boys with the help o[censored]nwanted girls try to ruin my pure character, reputation, image, abuse me verbally, physically, socially, economically on the name of marriage, career, religion, languages, caste and so on. I am correct and these people are wrong and doing unlawful activities which can be seen in every proof I will upload. Kindly understand my concern and resolve my issue ASAP. It would be of much help.

Flipkart is supposed to give me my money back INR 799/-. Kindly go through your database and check it again.

                                I would like to raise an official complaint regarding the poor service and customer negligence from Team Flipkart

                                Tracking ID : FMPP[protected]

                                Order was expected to be delivered on 30th July, the same was reflecting in the flipkart and ekart portal till 5:00pm.
                                All of the sudden the order delivery has been postponed to 2nd Aug.

                                As visible in the tracking details the consignment has reach Gurgaon at 5:47 am on 30th July. Also the delivery location is in Gurgaon sector 38.

                                There has been no calls, notification or justifications offered by the vendor pertaining to the delay.

                                Also Flipkart's telecaller agent hung up the call post listening to my concern. (No : [protected])

                                  It has been more than a year that my flipkart affiliate commission has not been given to me. All amount is approved. All documents have been submitted and they have also verified and mailed confirmation. But then also now 3 months passed from this confirmation mail they are not issuing affiliate commission.

                                  I am feeling suicidal now because 90K is big amount for me

                                    I have ordered a mobile phone and two smartwatches, after the second day it was cancelled automatically. Here is the detail of the order:- OrderId: OD[protected], items- Realme x7 Max 12GB+256GB, huami Amazfit GTS smartwatch, Honor band 6. When the order was cancelled then again, I only included mobile and one smartwatch with order ID: OD[protected] and the same happened again. It was Big Saving days and there were card offers that ended up today. Flipkart - You're wasting the time of your customers? what would be the fun of your Big Savings day?

                                        I had ordered apple AirPods Pro in Flipkart on July 09 and I received the item on July 13 but when I unboxed I was shocked that I couldn’t find the accessories inside, so I raised a return request and seller had approved my return request and they promise to provide me a replacement by 17th of july, I waited till 17th July no response from Flipkart, again I got a call from Flipkart and they told me due to operational issue your replacement got canceled and they will provide me a proper resolution by 26th july
                                        But till now no response from Flipkart
                                        So I request Flipkart to give me a proper resolution as soon as possible
