. i just want my Refund or replacement of this product as soon as possible . i have tried everything their customer support is pathetic they dont listen to the problem. so please help me .

they didnt reply to tweets niethr call to call
would there be any solution from them or not ?

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I have ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A7 LTE from flipkart on[protected]. Within a day we have noticed about the battery issue and tried to keep return and ask for refund. But there is no proper response from flipkart customer care on the issue and its been 10days no one even responded properly. Please note the below details and help me get my product returned and get me refund of my product.

    FYI, I have ordered it for my friend in Kurnool. Shipping address would be theirs.

    Please try to resolve the issue asap.

      I have purchased the MarQ By Flipkart 1.5 T AC from Flipkart, have paid the installation charges [1532 rupees][OD[protected]] while purchasing itself. After the product is delivered installation people visited the site and informed that they need to fit the stand which would cost 1000 rupees, But I don't want to install it on the stand as we have already a cement slab on the window, They forced me to buy the stand else product wouldn't be installed. I simply rejected the offer and got it installed by another AC technician without the stand.

      I have approached Flipkart customer care to refund the amount already paid for the installation, but they were reluctant to refund the money. I tried reaching them by raising multiple call back requests, but no use.

      The customer care team is the worst, every time I request them to connect me with the superior, they will simply tell me to wait for some time and disconnects the call from their end.

        The flight ticket was booked from flipkart of goairline. As per the instructions provided in the flipkart website once the airline cancel the flight, customer can process cancellations with flipkart mentioning the drop down reason as flight cancelled by airline and refund will be processed. But the refund I got was Rs. 870 deducting full charges out of rs.13110/-.
        I got email from the airline for full refund which I shared but all time flipkart give false date for refund and delayed a month and even now also asking for extension.
        Details of airline is Go air; my booking id is FF[protected]; pnr is QYL4JT.

            When I raise an issue of return for Nu republic earbuds which I have ordered then the flipkart team will blocked my account without informing me.And now I don't know about my return or refund.Which I received is a defective piece.Flipkart now blocked my account.How should I return back my money and my account I don't know.Customer care is also helpless and the concerned team of flipkart will also give an nonsense one same reply of every mail I send.

              I ordered 64 nos pampers 9-14 size. But my friend filpkart send me 56 nos and 12-17 size.
              I understand the mistake. Its natural. But u don't help me to replace the pampers. It iz don't fare. I don't expect like this from filpkart.I will take action and fight as per requirements.
              Cost of pampers just only 746 rupees.. Pls filpkart replace as soon as possible.

                  They have sent me a different product, and when I am complaining to them they are asking, "I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use, and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account" why should I give them so much authority? It's their mistake and why they want to involve the customer in this. I am sharing the picture of the product I received instead of the AmazFit GTR2 smartwatch.

                      I have re-scheduled my booking (FF[protected])and made the extra amount also, but still I need to follow up with them multiple times to get the revised itinerary, but there was no response. Every time got a new time line for share the itinerary. Surprisingly after 10 hours of my payment they are asking to make more payment !!!...this is most pathetic service I ever have...all their customer executive and back end team are useless

                          Regarding my latest delivered product apple watch aeries 6 ordered on 24th July product was delivered 3 days ago I just opened the package and I shocked I can't believe it, a fake toy watch and straps with on a original apple box contact me immediately my hands are shivering

                            I m purchasing a new phone from Flipkart site and entering the exchanging phones IMEI no, but the site is not recognised the IMEI no and showing the error.
                            The phones IMEI no is correct and getting accepated on Amazon then why not on the Flipkart?

                                    I have ordered a mobile in flipkart on 28-jul-2021 on exchange offer. On 30 July, my order got delivered. Due to issue with my phone he refused to give new mobile. So I told him that I will my rest of the amount. He denied to give the new phone. Instead he asked to give my old mobile and the rest of the amount to give the new mobile. So, I refused to give the old mobile by saying his senior person is going to delivery on 31 July. I explain the same thing to the customer support and have made more than 20+ calls. My main agenda was to not cancel the order and will pay the rest of the amount. Customer support team neither given the executive number nor stopped the mobile delivery being cancelled. They mentioned by 4th of Aug, the mobile will be ordered. But today morning I received the mobile delivery is cancelled. When I try to speak with customer support team, they are asking me to replace the order where the mobile price was hiked to 10% more when I have ordered the mobile. They don’t want to give me the offer price now. Since I have took EMI on that I need to pay the additional amount to close my EMI. I am expecting that atleast I get the new mobile delivered with price what I have ordered for.
