    On 25th July 2021, I want to place my order. And I follow all the steps for make a order. I wish to complete my payment through my debit card. After Putting OTP, SMS came that amount was debited to my account but order not placed. Please provide me the solution to get my amount.

      I have a come across an issue during my Recharge through Mobikwik using flipkart app, below is the issue:

      Recharge request is placed for 797.71rs, as per the offer to utilize 100% of supercoin balance am expecting 797 coin to be deducted as I don't see any conversion rate specified in FAQ/TC or the Information screen. But only 495 rs was deducted through supercoin and the remaining was paid through a bank account of 302 rs.
      Issue here is my tidal supercoin balance before recharge was 2474 but after recharge it's 0 supercoins now.

      When I connect with customer support they are mentioning it was deducted with respect to the conversion rate, but as a customer i don't see any information related to this conversion rate and it's not my fault as It wasn't there in the terms and conditions. Am not satisfied with losing all my super coins because of the technical issues from Flipkart.

      Am not satisfied with the support on this issue and as being the legit & regular customer of flipkart and I don't see any issue from my side hence am requesting for the refund of my supercoin as there was no way I could see it as my fault.

          I purchased boat earphones with order id" OD[protected] " on 14 may 2019 and
          Recently i noticed audio problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
          The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

            I want to exchange my old phone while ordering a new one from flipkart but when I click on verify the imei no. It shows that it doesnt match with the product or brand...but when I check it online it is completely fine...even though I cross checked it by doing it on amazon...please resolve it as soon as possible as sale is ending in 2 days

                    Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’. I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

                      Flipkart continously says that my imei number and my phone brand does not match. I retried many times and I checked my imei again and again. My imei number appears to be clean.                         I have ordered boAt Airdopes 281 v2 on 1st July 2021 but I received the fake product. I have also filed the complaint against this and request for a refund but my issue is not solved. Flipkart did not return the fake product and not even refunded my money. They told me that my refund request is cancelled and they can't do anything in it. So please help me in getting the refund of my money.

                          on May 1st 2021, my Experian credit score has been decreased from 882 to 741 because of IDFC first bank limited (sponsored bank for Flipkart pay later).
                          IDFC first bank filed two wrong suits which are of
                          1. wilful default
                          2. written off
                          based on the above issue I have contacted Flipkart many times over the past two and a half...

                            My flipkart account with the email address sabari.[protected]@gmail.com has been blocked out of nowhere. When asked about it, flipkart replied with a mail on 22nd July 2021 saying:

                            "Hello Sabari,

                            We're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                            I haven't made any purchases during the time of my account getting banned (on July 19th 2021, prior to which there was no issues with the account), neither have I used any offers. When asked about the specific scenario for my account being blocked, the customer service at flipkart is giving no answer. The biggest issue is that I have purchased a "Mi 10t Pro" from flipkart and I bought the "Flipkart buyback guarantee" provided by flipkart.com along with the phone. Now that I can no longer access the account, the buyback guarantee is also no available, for which I have paid. I have been using the flipkart account for more than 7 years and this is the way they are treating their customers. Adding to the issue is the lack of a proper costumer care service. They give absolutely no information for any of your queries.

                            This is exactly what I am talking about. These guys dont even have a reason for blocking a 7 year old account! First of all, I haven't made any orders in the last 3 weeks. My last order on flipkart was a 200 something rupee phone cover on 6th July. I haven't made any order since. The account was fine till 19th of July. Then also, there was no order. When I was trying to log in on 20th, it said my account is blocked! I demand atleast a satisfactory reply as to why or what order triggered this nonsense action. These guys are absolutely the worst in customer service! The only reason they are able to continue business is because India has the worst consumer protection!

                                    I 0rdered 2 sets of Dr. Smith Lanclets and strips combo of 50pc each,
                                    yet received only 1combo box.

                                    the outer packaging in itself was kinda small, but since this is the first time buying this product, having just bought the machine few days ago,
                                    had no idea how big one box would be, so took the delivery. On opening, it was just 1box & can confirm, the packaging box cannot even hold 2boxes by the aspects of it. Since it was a non returnable product, immediately contacted customer care, sending in pictures, only to know that they shall take more 3days to review the situation and revert me back. So basically I now have to wait for 3days keeping my phone on general, only to get a call randomly anytime they desire, to sort out the issue, albeit even if gets solved.

                                    Order double of something on flipkart at discount,
                                    pay for both,
                                    get a single item only,
                                    the mrp of 1 is even less than what I paid for 2,
                                    call customer care,
                                    now wait for 3days to randomly get a call whenever.

                                    I asked them to contact the delivery person and send him to my place to check the box, he himself would've said, this box cannot even fit 2items in it,
                                    yet they simply said, they cannot even contact the delivery person post delivery..

                                    What an experience.

                                    So someone from the Flipkart social media team called me up, stating they are refunding for the missing product, but was unable to do so as according to them the bank account (A) wasn't accepting refund for some reason, to which i stated maybe the previous customer care executive jotted the account details wrong, even though i personally wrote down the exact details in the chat, to which she asked if I could provide an alternative bank acc. details, which I did, then she said she was facing some technical issues so she shall call me back after 5mins,
                                    yet no one called but,
                                    but surprisingly the order page got updated as refund processed to Bank A itself(which was never rectified by the executive, incase it was inputted incorrectly by them) & shall take 24hours,
                                    To which I didn't bother much,
                                    as never had i ever had faced any hassle with flipkart CC service before,
                                    but again to my disbelief,
                                    few hours later
                                    got this odd text stating:

                                    Refund Update: The refund of Rs. xyz for your order ODxyz will now be attempted via NEFT as it couldn't be done through IMPS. The amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days. You'll receive an email and SMS with the refund reference number shortly.

                                    First off,
                                    its ICICI BANK, which does support IMPS,
                                    & I myself have made/received transfers via IMPS before in my day to day life,

                                    So it has got to be incorrect bank details written by your executive,
                                    even though i wrote the correct info within the first complaint chat regarding this issue,
                                    In that case,
                                    no one ever called to rectify the error,
                                    or even asked for a different bank details(albeit call me back, after 5mins, after that technical issue)
                                    while instead
                                    again its sent on a loop of 5days.
                                    Please sort it asap,
                                    can even call me up to confirm the bank details.
