I placed order on 25 th July my expected delivery date was on 29 th July I didn’t get the delivery on that time then they given next time Line of 31 st July by that date also it didn’t happen I called more than 10 times to your customer support till now I didn’t get any resolution I’m just getting calls that your product will get deliver but I’m not getting delivery tomorrow is the last deadline that I got...

    Flipkart is showing not deliverable in many products in Pincode 791111. 791111 is the pin code of ITANAGAR, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. Not deliverable in a capital region is shocking. We cannot buy from Flipkart even staying in a capital city of a State.

      I have placed my order on 23rd July 2021. Product name is "Childcraft 6 Shelves Wardrobe Family Print Cotton Collapsible Wardrobe". As written expected delivery date was 30th July. But they are unable to delivered. After talk with multiple times with their executive they given commitment I will get my product before 5th August but still product not received. As per tracking product is already in my city and my nearest hub from last 5 days.
      My order id is OD[protected]. They are not allowing me to cancel this order not delivering product.
      They are using money from 23 July 2021 and not providing any resolution.

        The product which i have received has several issues in this defective & damaged item on 18th april, 2021.

        1.Scratch is present on the front screen.

        2. One side of sim slot is broken.
        (Order ID OD[protected] as my refund has been rejected four times. Why has my refund been rejected four times intentionally.

        1.After four times my refund was rejected flipkart has blocked my account intentionally just after that when again I raised my concern of my refund again. I am facing a lot of troubles of this defective LG G8X phone.
        2.The item which was delivered on 18th of april, I am facing very trouble due to this mobile phone. I have already paid you the amount.Please its a request to you please refund my amount..
        On 12th May, 2021 the back end team (Name: Debadrita Das)called me & told me that your concern is genuine so first please share your bank statement.I received an email from flipkart in where I have already shared my bank statement in that mail.

        [Incident: IN[protected]] But I haven't got my refund since 85 days have already over that I already shared my bank statement on 12th may.

        As per our conversation ON 12TH MAY Flipkart person asked my bank statement so they can intiate my refund...
        SO WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND???

        4.Everytime I received a call from your escalation tem everybody suggested me to wait for sometime you, ll get your refund but then I received a mail from your side that mentioned "high no of return history".I have only ordered 1 product till date...You can check that in my purchase history & only 1 product I have ordered till now. Flipkart has already accepted that there is a technical fault from flipkart side but still flipkart has not returned my refund since 85 days..

          first 2-3 days the product was ok but 3-4 day its display starts flickering and on 4 august its touch pad stopped working i also have all proof the product i got is defected its cost was 49240 rupees i tried contacting flipkart too many times flipkart says contact nokia the laptop manufacturing company and when nokia technician come they say contact flipkart now consumer is stuck in between seller and manufacturer
          mam/sir please please help it has cost a lot of hardship for my family to buy that product and i am helpless neither flipkart help nor nokia company helps

            Advertised as Big Sale. We did purchase a mobile from flipkart. They promised to deliver the product withing 3 days. We ordered on 27th July 2021 & it was promised to be delivered on 30th of July. Now its been 4th Aug 2021, still they aren't delivering the product, but keep reciting same versions of asking us to cancel the order and make new order as there is some problem in delivery from logistics and that they promise to make delivery upon new order. What kind of fun this Flipkart is making??

              I'm waiting for My Flipkart Student Benefits & Flipkart Plus Membership
              like a Begger since 25 Days, Today is the last Day.
              My student verification for Flipkart has been successfully completed on 10
              July 2021. It's been 25 days since my Flipkart Student Benefits &
              Flipkart Plus Membership is not Activated.
              Today i.e 4th August ( 25th Day ) is the last day. I'm waiting for my *Flipkart
              Plus Membership* & *Flipkart Student Benefits* as my student verification
              was successfully verified by Student Identify Team
              on 10 July since I'm waiting till Today !
              I sent *8-9 mails* to Student Identify Team but didn't get any response
              from them.
              I've humble request to you to please Contact to Student Identify Team as
              soon as possible or on urgent basis or else I'll be mentally ill as was
              waiting for it like a Begger !

              When you call me, I'll tell you what I've written since last 20 days, So I've request you to don't call me ! Contact me through my email.
              I'm getting ready to file a consumer complaint if you doesn't want to fulfill customers right that they deserve.
              Student Identify Team contacted me through mail & addressed me to call the respective platform i.e Flipkart to get your benefits that you deserve but Flipkart doing a great job that "Doing Nothing Since 27 days". Salute to you guys !

                returned those chappals and recieved 1 of 3 no orders said other two are on the way.next day the smart company guy come and asks for two more chappal packets which it has not given. so he took back other 2no of my 3 orders.now where is that other two packets of chappals ?is it mad. i have deactivated its account. ishop with amazon shopclues and snapdeal never had an isuue like this.

                  I have complaint here before about my last product ( macbook air). I purchased a macbook air last year from Flipkart and it wasn't working since last month(July ) as i was going through the details i saw that the product i have is of China origin and the product mentioned over Flipkart app is US origin. They're basically manipulating customers. I was shocked to see that i wasted my money in a fake product. I put my money over so that atleast i could had the original product and they are just manipulating me and others whoever is purchasing product from Flipkart app

                    I recently bought a washing machine on Flipkart .I got it on 27th of July. I got the defective piece . The washing machine doesn't rinse and spin the clothes. After that I raise a replace order on 1st august, technician came on 3rd august and he saw the problem and he sends photos to Flipkart to approve the replace order, but flipkart cancelled my order and says seller has cancelled replacement. I want my money refund .

                      I had ordered them and I payed for it twice and then I contacted with customer care but the problem was no resolved . Hope it gets resolved as soon as possible, its cost is 600 but 600 was again debited from my account . Hope it will get resolved..

                        I had ordered for a Monitor and I got the defective one, for which i raised replacement request well within the timeline but nobody picked up the defective piece and status updated as replacement cancelled. I had paid huge amount to buy this monitor but never expected this kind of service from flip kart.

                            I have ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A7 LTE from flipkart on[protected]. Within a day we have noticed about the battery issue and tried to keep return and ask for refund. But there is no proper response from flipkart customer care on the issue and its been 10days no one even responded properly.                               I have purchased the MarQ By Flipkart 1.5 T AC from Flipkart, have paid the installation charges [1532 rupees][OD[protected]] while purchasing itself. After the product is delivered installation people visited the site and informed that they need to fit the stand which would cost 1000 rupees, But I don't want to install it on the stand as we have already a cement slab on the window, They forced me to buy the stand else product wouldn't be installed. I simply rejected the offer and got it installed by another AC technician without the stand.

                              I have approached Flipkart customer care to refund the amount already paid for the installation, but they were reluctant to refund the money. I tried reaching them by raising multiple call back requests, but no use.

                              The customer care team is the worst, every time I request them to connect me with the superior, they will simply tell me to wait for some time and disconnects the call from their end.

                                The flight ticket was booked from flipkart of goairline. As per the instructions provided in the flipkart website once the airline cancel the flight, customer can process cancellations with flipkart mentioning the drop down reason as flight cancelled by airline and refund will be processed. But the refund I got was Rs. 870 deducting full charges out of rs.13110/-.
                                I got email from the airline for full refund which I shared but all time flipkart give false date for refund and delayed a month and even now also asking for extension.
                                Details of airline is Go air; my booking id is FF[protected]; pnr is QYL4JT.
