The issue that I have experienced was: Recently i had purchased a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop from flipkart before delivery i talked so many times with flipkart support thier response remains unprofessional everytimeI elaborated my query to customer support but they response you can buy laptop from another site .

It occurred on: 24/08/2021

I m attaching my invoice flipkart where i wanted to add my gst number to renew my invoice .please do the needful for the consumer

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

I m trying to connect with flipkart they just wasting my times auto replies I call several times to flipkart customer care they can't connect me ..return policy will end in 31 August.. As per policy that they will not accept the product. Please do needful for me.

i got a call from flipkart they told me that i added 3 year flipkart protection plan that's why i cant claims gst but as per law we can claims gst in any electronic product how they merge the 3 year policy plan with my product ..They don't try to understand the my query after that they disclosed my problem without solving ..

    My name suryasnata .my brother is order a tripod from Flipkart.but I received a wrong brand product..then he applied for replacement.flipkart asking for i'd proof we already upload i'd proof but the pick up approve is still pending.replacement request accepted but pick up date not shown.we want to replace our item as much as possible...we hv only 3days to replacement this item..

        This is to inform you that I have purchased Aquasure Desire 7 L RO + UV + UF + MTDS Water Purifier on invoice date 06/08/2021and its about 15 days no one came in my house to install it. I have contacted with your official several time but no response till now.
        I have purchased it from online without seeing any other company as because I have full faith on your company.
        I don't really understand why such harassment.
        Requesting you see the matter and do the needful.

          Flipkart is a company who cannot protect their customer's privacy. My use case is the best example -
          - I have my flipkart account created in 2015, it is mapped to my email and old phone number.
          - I still have the email active but not the phone number, this is because I changed my phone number to another number & provider at some point in time.
          - The old number is mapped to another person now, who also uses flipkart.
          - When I login with my email I can see the other persons address and orders they have used [Privacy leak]
          - Flipkart doesnot allow me to change to new phone number because it sends OTP to old phone and new phone. This OTP is not sent to email by the way.

          As a result, the privacy is lost of the other user who has my old phone number. I am sure the other person cannot update the email address similarly. So we are stuck in a status-quo. I have contacted flipkart via phone and they have not been able to resolve this.

              I placed an order on flipkart of a mobile REAL ME NARZO on 22nd July and 9999rs got deducted from my bank account, but order was not placed.

              I have been following up with flipkart team for more than a month but till now i haven't received my money back and no positive response from FLIPKART. Instead they are telling they can't find the order id.

              To be specific order id was OD[protected].

              I really want FLIPKART to take it seriously as i have been a regular customer and this type of behavior is not expected from such a big company.

                  I booked a flight from Bangalore to Boston for Jan 15 2021. It went from Bangalore to Delhi, Delhi to Chicago by Air India then from Chicago to Boston on Jet Blues. On landing in Chicago, I was informed that my JetBlues flight was cancelled three weeks earlier, my booking agency (Flipkart) was informed and the amount was refunded to them. I received no such information. I had to spend $160 more to get to Boston.

                  I had raised a refund request in February, but it was closed out because I wasn't available on my India number, though I was available by email. When I returned, I raised another request in July, it has been over a month. I have been told that it would take 24-48 hours for resolution five to six times. I had furnished proof that the flight was cancelled, but at one point I got an email stating that information was not available. My incident number is IN[protected]. Calls to customer care have not yielded any positive outcome.

                  I would like my refund to be completed at the earliest, along with the reimbursement of the $160 extra I had to pay for my baggage at the Chicago airport.

                    I registered my Flipkart account with my phone number and later added a email. Now as I don't have access to that email, I want to remove it and change to another.
                    As of now flipkart sends otp to phone number(I got it) and the inaccessible email from flipkart which I am unable to retrieve the email otp. I don't want to deactivate my account as I have supercoins that I earned over the year to vanish. How am I supposed reset my email by only registered sms, without access to current email?

                      I booked Samsung galaxy f41 mobile though flipkart app on 09.08.2021
                      Delivery date as show12.08.2021 but delivery not done next schedule 14.08.2021 but this also delivery not done after several times call with flipkart team deliverd 17.08.2021.
                      2 or 3 mints after Open courier in home delivered mobile was Realme narzo30A mobile.

                      I do the Replacement request at same time same date and share the required documentation through mail request was cancelled 22.08.21 we callback with customers care team inform the same they was raised 2nd request replacement 22.08.21 still it's not resolved from flipkart team

                            I have ordered two products in a single order through flipkart. I got notification that my order will be delivered on Monday 23, August. But my ordered not delivered on that day which is not satisfactory. Then i got notification that my order will be delivered on Wednesday 25, August and yet same thing happened again means my order does not delivered and status shows that my order has reached to my nearest hub. I have already paid for my order. But why my order is such delayed again and again. Such poor service you provide to your customers. I have attached the order details. Please look into the matter.

                                Flipkart blocked my account mentioning that i have asked for replacement/return of my orders which were either not sealed, opened or defective

                                on asking them to tell me how many orders were returned flipkart just send me a computer automated mail that i have been permanently banned as i returned too many order

                                I have been flipkart customer since 2017 & i have ordered more than 400 orders till date for personal consumption only but since then flipkart decided to block me in 2020 without any reason i contacted them, waited for more than a year but in the end with no solution at all i am complaining against flipkart to take notice of my issue

                                    I have placed an order for GREENBERRI Refill Ink 001/003 for my Epson Printer L6170 on 06.08.21.
                                    The product delivered to me was Refill ink 004, which was not compatible to my Epson printer L6170.
                                    I made a complaint and accordingly you send me a replacement which I received on 24/8/21.
                                    To my regret, upon opening I found the same wrong refill ink 004 instead of 001/003.
                                    I now request you to take back the wrong product and refund the value.

                                      I ordered a TV from them, took complete protection plan, from a month I am facing problem with my LED. Nobody is making any visit and they have closed the case without even resolving it. Order id- OD[protected]

                                      I need immediate help on this. Can't tolerate this pathetic behaviour of service provider.

                                        मेने Filipkart से एक TV आर्डर किया था। जो कि ठीक तरह से काम नही कर रही
                                        है। जिस कारण मेने अपने TV की Refund Request डाली थी। मगर अभी तक मेरा
                                        Order का Pickup नही हुआ है। और खराब TV अभी भी मेरे ही पास है।
                                        इस तारीखे से मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी की जा रही है।
                                        और मेरे को गुमराह किया जा रहा है। ओर मेरी Refund Request को काफी दिन
                                        हो गए, मगर मेरा अभी तक मेरे Order का Pickup Or Fefund अभी तक नही हो पाया है। ओर आगे
                                        भी मेरे को Wait करने को बोला जा रहा है।
                                        अतः आपसे निबेदन यह कि मेरे Order का Pickup शीघ्र
                                        करवाये।
