Sir/ Madam. This is to inform you that on 10 th July, I was misbehaved by Ekart delivery boy while receivng my order from flipkart..he suddenly reached to my home on that day, without even calling me before hand..I was busy in some important work, for which I could nt pick up his call.but within a span of 20 mins, I called back to him and asked about his location.suddenly he refused me to deliver my product, and rather insisted me to come to his location to collect my product, although he was just 200 metre away from my home..still he didn't deliver my product, when I said him to reschedule for the next day, he argued with me, shouted at me..Then I went to his location to collect my product, again same thing he argued with me there and in a sarcastic manner adviced me to complaint against him in flipkart, as he was very much sure nothing wll happen against him...I have complained many times in flipkart customer care but nothing happened ..I was deeply disheartened with flipkart, as customers have to lose their self esteem infront of delivery personnel..I sincerely need justice for this, or else I wll deactivate my flipkart account and stop dealing with flipkart
