Sir/ Madam. This is to inform you that on 10 th July, I was misbehaved by Ekart delivery boy while receivng my order from flipkart..he suddenly reached to my home on that day, without even calling me before hand..I was busy in some important work, for which I could nt pick up his call.but within a span of 20 mins, I called back to him and asked about his location.suddenly he refused me to deliver my product, and rather insisted me to come to his location to collect my product, although he was just 200 metre away from my home..still he didn't deliver my product, when I said him to reschedule for the next day, he argued with me, shouted at me..Then I went to his location to collect my product, again same thing he argued with me there and in a sarcastic manner adviced me to complaint against him in flipkart, as he was very much sure nothing wll happen against him...I have complained many times in flipkart customer care but nothing happened ..I was deeply disheartened with flipkart, as customers have to lose their self esteem infront of delivery personnel..I sincerely need justice for this, or else I wll deactivate my flipkart account and stop dealing with flipkart

    I bought IFB Washing machine. Product delivered on 13.07.2021 but even after 4 days nobody turned up for product installation and demo. Even after repeated messages, nobody bothered to resolve my complaint. I also requested that my phone is not available and asked you guys to call me on my wife's number +[protected]. Unfortunately, nobody returned my calls or messages. Please send an authorized person immediately. Product is rendered useless even after purchasing and delivery.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a Marq 1.5 ton 5 star inverter split ac from your Flipkart on 16th June 2020.
      Now my AC compressor is not working.
      I have already made complaint with your customer service but nothing is happening. I am receiving calls from different people and they said you have to pay for compressor and that is Rs.9000.
      I want to bring to your notice that the compressor is having 5 years of guarantee and it should be replaced free with in warranty period. I have told them that I can bear the cost of gas and installation charges.
      Kindly look into the matter and inform me why this is happening.
      I'm attaching the invoice for your reference.
      I think I have made blunder mistake by buying your product.

      I have not been provided with resolution to my problem. I am only getting dates for the solution but not the solution. I have been trying for last 22 days but still you have not provided any solution to the problem.

        I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number (T24 Docomo) that company get closed so i donot have acess to that number.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I want to update my new number.

          Recently I order an shoes which genuinely I received a different product and when I requested a return they gave me a date and then automatically they resolved the issue and block my account saying " seller and delivery agent confirmed that the product was intact so they can't return it" which indicates that the delivery agent open the box and checked which is not allowed in there policy as he might have tempered the product and packaged it then he delivered me. Don't know what they are doing and blaming me and blocking my account.

            I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debits(two) on my SBI credit card in the amount of Rs, (45099 & 27198) 72, 297. I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not make this debit. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.

                I ordered a Phillips trimmer, first I got a tampered packet without any seal with missing attachments of the trimmer, I then initiated a return but these guys offered me a replacement instead, now even in the replacement package which I got, again not sealed this time also with a completely different trimmer inside. Now these guys are asking for my kyc details, God knows under which law these guys are authorized to do so. They have been harassing for 10 days now and not initiating a return and helping me with a refund.
                Please help me get refund of the product.

                        I ordered a ddr3 ram but what arrived was ddr4 ram but the seller took advantage of the no return policy to give me wrong product similar incidents happened to many people who ordered items in flipkart, I feel hopeless and helpless maybe ₹2, 965 is like dust for Flipkart but my father is just a cleaner so ₹2, 965 is his hard worked money which was scammed by the flipkart seller, I contacted flipkart support but they said due to the no return policy they can't stop people from getting scammed, they said if you think you got scammed due to no return policy you shouldn't blame us you should have read that the this product is not returnable under any conditions, so that's it there is nothing they can do? if you have a no return policy you're supposed to provide the product which is shown in the image or title or description of the product
                        then that's agreeable but they provided me me wrong product which does not match the image, title or descriptions of the product, please provide justice, please just don't let anything like this happen to anyone ever, Thank You

                                        I have kept a return request on 11th July and it was accepted and was told it will be picked up by 15th july but its not yet picked up..when i called on 16th july the customer care are just saying again to wait untill 19th July..how many days should i wait for my hard earned money ..i need my refund quickly ...try to understand customers problem and solve it quickly... im very old customer im so much disappointed by such a service...my complaint no: IN[protected]
