The final resolving date...

The final resolving date for a refund issue reported for the above order is getting postponed multiple times. After reporting the complaint a ticket is raised & a estimated resolving date is given. The day before resolving date the query is closed with a comment based on your discussion w/o a single call made.

It is interesting that instead of the original complaint the resolving technique is annoying more.

I have ordered LG wing ( AURORA GREY, 128 gb),

on 24th April 2021 and it's delivered on 26th April 2021. The pack i got was intact and after inserting sim i noticed that the signal strength is very low. I tried it with other operator sim. Then i also the signal is very weak, then the device started heating without any use. Then it's confirmed that the device i got is having complaint....

I have purchased a cricket bat from Flipkart through online last 25 days back. That time bat looking very nice on the outer part. Last two days before, the bat handle grip was teared. Now only I could see the broken handle is covered by the grip. This is not a not good business. Kindly provide the product in the finer way. You should not sale this kind of products to the customers.
