Dear Team,

As I had order one Mobile of which order ID is OD[protected] .

at the time of delivery i had rejected the same as delivery not ready for exchange the Mobile due to his policy .

I had rejected the order but till time we haven't receive any confirmation for Payment refund.

    Intially paid through Google pay money got deducted. Flipkart saying no transaction available cheaters. Google pay saying transaction success. I have proofs and flipkart eating people hard earned money pity on you

        I had ordered Casio G-Shock watch (GW-9400-1DR) amounting to Rs.16, 993 on May 30, 2021. On May 31, 2021, the order was delivered. The outer package was intact but the inner package was in a dilapidated state. When I opened the inner package, I found that I was delivered a counterfeit watch! (Images attached for verification: Casio and G-Shock spelling on the watch is wrong)

        Immediately I raised the return request on May 31st and yesterday (June 6, 2021), I was asked to send my Aadhar card for a third party vendor to authenticate and they have also asked me to sign a Consent form which states 'Lodging of FIR for the missing Mobile/Laptop'.

        Flipkart is forcing me to share my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share the documents to due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered counterfeit product, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same?

        Also, why is Flipkart demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing Laptop/Mobile? I had ordered for a watch, not a Mobile/Laptop.

        Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a very long time for them to resolve this issue, but in vain.

        I want Flipkart to -
        1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
        2. Send a replacement or refund the amount paid (Rs. 16, 993)
        3. Send the correct consent form for the Wrist watch not for Laptop/Mobile if they want me to sign it.

        Kindly help me out. All the images are attached for verification.

            Dear sir,
            Today i have purchased and received a YARLDLEY LONDON IMPERIAL SANDALWOOD TALC ( Order ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart with INR 174. The talc showed MFD : 05-2019 and will EXPIRE on 04-2022. The product is under no return policy, hence Flipkart took advantage of it and did not return it until now ( their customer care executive told me that). The purchase was made for my daughter who will not able to use it within expiry .
            Therefore, i request before your kind honour to direct flipkart so that they return the product and refund me. Their regular history of replacement is pretty bad and they usually resend the same product to me. So plse kindly direct them to return the product. Pics are given below for your kind perusal.

              Hi Team, i have a complaint against flipkart and brand that they are not supporting to mu order.Actaul i have purchased the order from flipkart a fan and that is not working after 1 month and i raised the complaint to the brand on 1 may but they are not helping in the warranty and after that i have raised the complaint on 31 may to flipkart and they have informed to me that they will resolve my issue by 4th may but they not resolved, after that they have taken 5th may again they have not called me a single time ...they even cant informed me for the next update.Still i m waiting for the resolution from 1 may and this is a summer season where i have needed this fan to be repaired or refund my money so i can purchased the new one. 1.flipkart executve called me when i picked the call they cut the call same time and marked me a message that they unable to reached me.

                So I received my phone on 3rd June and on 5th June night I kept my phone on charging it was discharging and the phone went off after some time only notification light was blinking no bootup the screen won't turn on and when I asked Flipkart for a replacement they are telling me to wait for 20 days which is way to much even they provided the technician number on which I contacted but he said that I'm not the technician nnd was delaying to visit really horrible experience from Flipkart disappointed

                          My name is Subrata Senmodak, my registered mobile number is [protected]. In month of May I order hit spray and a book. But due to mismanagement of flipkart courier this product can't deliver to me.i contact to customers care, they told me place a new order and we cancelled this order, and they also give me 100 rs for compensation ( I also attached a copy of screeshot of this incident). In next day I order clean clear 10 pics, cause this product is in offer but after shift this product cancelled by seller. You can check also. Sir this is my only account, I am a student and I also applied for students offer that give me discount of rs 750/-.I must buy a laptop for my engineering coding course. Please help me to buy laptop. I am not aware of this type of service . I have also pending flipkart pay later payment, if I do not clear them it will impact my credit score. In future for this low credit score I am not getting any credit facilities. . I am a student of engineering I must need a laptop. I am also apply for students offer that give me rs 750 discount. Everyday I watched flipkart video to win supercoin, I have 2000+ supercoin that also equivalent to 2000 gift voucher . What is my fault ?. Flipkart customers care agent told me that my return product is more than buying products . Sir please request you to cheak the reason, if the product is defect how I can accept?;Am I do anything bad? please . I have raised a complaint about it before no body listen to me. I am feeling very disappointed.

                              I ordered the product on 1st May for which delivery date was provided to me as 13th May, while before purchase it was showing that it will get delivered in 2days. Even though I thought let it get deliver on 13th May.

                              Till 13th May I didn't saw any progress in delivery, and at last got msg that delivery will get more delay. I just thought to support with situation, and wait for few more days, then further escalated the issue on 17thMay for which resolution date wad 21sy May. But again I didn't got any response on 21st May. Just got few msgs that, we are trying to reach you but unavailable, which was all fake, I saw that call came for just milli-second not even a second with one ring, is this am I was expecting.

                              Agai I raised the issue, for which resolution date is 26thMay now. Just I want to know by saying two words Covid & Lockdown, does it help customer to know actual reason of delay. While I am getting delivered with other non-essential things at my door-step in this covid &lockdown period, then why this specific item is not getting delivered .

                              If Flipkart have all information of registerd seller, then why team is not contacting to seller and trying to find the actual root cause irrespective of covid.

                              How much more time is it going to do deliver.

                              Today is 6th-Jun-21, and seller has no any issue to take a new order. If seller can accept a new order, then why there is no any change in delivery status of item purchased one month back, why there is xcuse of covid and lockdown. Is this covid and lockdown is not for new purchased items. Why Flipkart is not supporting me and taking action against seller.

                              More than that, there is wrong update of delivery info while purchasing, it shows that it will delivered by tomorrow, means in only one day. If item can get deliver in one day from date of purchasing, then why my delivery is delayed from last one month and status is not yet shipped.

                              For all this delay and wrong info I got suffered a lot, I had call multiple times to Flipkart service but didnt got any sevice or resolution. For the same Flipkart has to pay the penalty of double cost of the item. And that cost will be any excluding offers .

                                I am Rayan a customer of flipkart, on 06 June 21 12:09 pm, i received a call from agent, she was so rude on call, she insulted me, i didn't said any bad words, i asked not to repeat the same scripted lines, she yelled at me, and said "learn how to speak" and disconnected the call, i said to no disconnect but she disconnected, even after that i did not received any email for feedback, its my request to kindly listen to the call recording and take needful action against that agent, i have mentioned the incident and order id for the reference.
                                This behaviour from a agent of flipkart is not at all acceptable.

                                  I have ordered a poco x3 phone on the 4th of june 2021 and received
                                  the unit the very next day, on asking the delivery boy i came to know
                                  that they have this unit stock at their end,
                                  On switching on the phone after charging, i find this heating very
                                  quickly with minutes o[censored]sage, the phone also hangs very much, and
                                  the vibration of the phone shakes an entire table .
                                  I have called for the replacement that day itself, but on talking with
                                  more than 5 executives, everyone is telling the basic things to make
                                  it work, i have told many times that i have executed all these things
                                  but they are behaving very arrogantly and talk to as making us fool, this attitude towards customers is not at all bearable, The main
                                  point is that nobody has registered the request of replacement and it
                                  has been almost a full day of my complaint and intermediate calls to
                                  Flipkarts customer service team, I dont get any sort of positive
                                  response .

                                    I made an order on 10.05.2021, product delivered on 16.05.2021. product is an asus vivobook. But I had received a different model of the same brand. Return request was raised on the same day.but Flipkart took it 13 days i.e on 29.05.2021 to respond, I had been calling continuosly from 24.05.2021 everyday but there was a delayed response. On 29.05.2021, they asked me for some photos, I had sent everything except for aadhar card of mine(forgotten).Flipkart did not even care to ask about the aadhar but they had rejected the request. I again raised the request and on 02.06.2021 at 04:17 pm, I got a call saying that the return is accepted, product will be collected in 24-48 hours and refund will be done.but today is 06.06.2021, and I had tried calling customer care and all they care to say is it will be resolved by 13.06.2021 again and they are disconnecting the call while I am on hold.it is taken almost a month now, I need the product badly.

                                      Please find the attached files for your reference. The issue that I'm facing here is like once I give CVV number, it should route me to NO Cost
                                      EMI option. I tried this 3-4 times. But it took me to the OTP and payment section. I thought that after giving it might show EMI option, so I entered OTP and full amount got debited from my account. Now I have to pay full amount in my next month's credit card bill. I spoke with Flipkart customer service executives and without resolving my issue they are simply closing the ticket as resolved.

                                      Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
