OTP is generating and order is placed automatically

I haven't placed any order from flipkart and
I'm getting OTP from flipkart through SMS and on my gmail and then automatically there is one order of this placed and it had cancelled automatically also on 30th March 2021 at 3am.
But again today on 1st April 2021 at 8:11pm I received OTP and there was 1 item which was on my cart which I haven't shifted to the cart appears which further I removed from ny cart.

Airline refunded a cancelled ticket but Flipkart isn't processing refund

I had booked a ticket (Booking ID: FF[protected]) for 29th March 2021 from Chicago to Chennai. The ticket was booked on 5th March 2021. On the same day, the ticket was canceled within few hours both from Flipkart end and Airindia end. Airindia has already processed the full refund as the ticket was canceled within 24 hours ON 25th March 2021. However, Flipkart is not updating any status not their customer care have any appropriate status....

I am escalating this issue as I have purchased iffalcon tv from flipkart and received it on 23rd March 2021, and since in 2 days the installation. Was not done I raised a complaint, I have received many SLAs, but there was no installation done yet, and today I received an SMS informing me that installation has been complete, but nobody did the installation, I am fairly disappointed with the pathetic support from flipkart...
