For the past few days, game zone is not functioning on my account.
I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
And provides an option to go back to game zone.
As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.

    Hello sir, i ordered boat airdopes 402 bluetooth headset its delivered on 23 may 2021 i'll check the product is damaged or not? on the same day i will found some issue with that product on the same day'll put the product return they will accept but no one will pick up the product it repeated 3 times
    return dates they will accept are as follows
    1.29 may 2021
    2. 05 june 2021
    3.9 june 2021
    4. 11 june 2021
    a lot of times i request to flipkart customer care but no use
    today also no one pick up the item i have call recordings
    and screenshots also.
    Note : product is delievered my friend address.

      I have purchased a cricket bat from Flipkart through online last 25 days back. That time bat looking very nice on the outer part. Last two days before, the bat handle grip was teared. Now only I could see the broken handle is covered by the grip. This is not a not good business. Kindly provide the product in the finer way. You should not sale this kind of products to the customers.
      Better you can refund the amount.

        I ordered Asus vivo book laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 4th June 2021.The product was faulty so placed a replacement request. But it is showing replacement date to 22nd June 2021 which is too long. Talked to customer support but they did not help much. This is a pathetic service.

          Dear Team, I have bough the VU TV from flipkart. I bought extended warranty for it from flipkart which is promoted by flipkart with pride. The TV is not working properly since Dec 2020. I raised the concern with Jeeves and flipkart and they are sending executive at my place. The executive asks to replace some part which takes a month for arrival then half a month for fixing it. It has been fixed 2 times till now and again I have the same issue. So I dont want to repair of the product instead I need refund for my TV or new working TV.

            Hello, my Flipkart account bearing the email id: [protected]@gmail.com have been giving me a problem with changing my contact info.. a few years back I lost the number that I use to register my Flipkart account but that number is now assigned to somebody else which I learned from the telecom operator but as I need to update the contact info in my profile I need to change my phone number as they can access my account with the number and OTP. that's why I was trying to change my contact info but Flipkart is insisting on sending OTP that's been sent to the old number which is in the possession of someone else. therefore I would like to change my Flipkart contact information for security reasons.

            Dear team, no action has been taken by Flipkart on their side. Kindly look into that?

                    Still my product is not delivered at the second given date (8.6.21) (10.6.21) whole day 4 to 5 time i discuss to customer care they promised me for the delivery at time today 7pm till. But here we can see from flipkart nobody / any excutive comes to my for delivery. This is not good situation being handle with customer from flipkart what action flipkart will.take towards this matter if customers suffering your irresponsiblity. Now how much i have to wait
                    I was thinking flipkart is better then other but now i have to shift to other website for further purchasing.

                      My self Valluru Sreenivasulu, Working as software professional at one of the software company i booked a products form flip cart and its not been delivered as of today let me explain my concerns.

                      1. My ordered products getting cancelled with out taken written or call confirmation who given right to cancel my booking order with out taking confirmation from me,

                      2. My products delivery dates keep on extending if your not willing to serve products just stop the services because not serve product and not given proper response to the customer by your service representatives if you have doubts just listen the calls from my mobile number - [protected]

                      3. If they deduct calls they never call back to the customer this is how treating customers?

                      Last but not least sir many bigger org also shutting down due to not given proper response to the customers ofcourse you think i am only the one but if we post news in social media it increase business loss to Flipcart sir dont try to cheat customers with your delivery assurance dates.

                      I want call form you if you can ill explain what my worries are.

                        We have ordered a IFB convention microwave oven (20l) costing Rs 9960 on 22nd of May 2021. The item we ordered is for a special purpose and function on 30th May.
                        But it delivered on june 5th. The delivery boy said the installation will be done within two days. But we wait till today(June 11, 2021) during this period we called many times in the customer care number they keep on giving extended dates. But till now nobody has came to install the oven. What shall we do in this matter? Kindly take necessary immediate action to install the oven

                          I have been trying to change my registered mobile number on Flipkart for several days. But every time I tried to change the number, it was showing that Identifier is already in use.
                          I was open an account with the new number earlier, I deactivated the account one week ago.
                          I contacted Flipkart customer service many times, but they cant resolve the issue.
                          Please do suggest I update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                            The following I have send to flipkart travel help:
                            I had booked two tickets named Mr. Sumit Kumar Paul and Ms. Pritha Naskar (Booking Id:
                            FF[protected] and PNR: N8YG7J) of go air through flipkart but airlines had cancelled that due to operational reasons. It's already more than 10 days, I called airlines, they had refunded to flipkart on the same day of cancellation but there is no progress on flipkart and on my flipkart application it's still showing cancellation is pending. I have called flipkart customer care several times regarding this issue, they are saying I will get full refund but it would take maximum 15 days to reflect on my account. I want to ask if the maximum time is 15 days it should started the processing atleast within 10 days. As I am going through a very tough time and hardly managing my expenses for leaving that's why I want my money back at the earliest.
                            I am requesting you to look into my matter. It may be not important to flipkart but it's very crucial for me. If flipkart return my money within two days I will be highly obliged. I am attaching the documents below for your reference.

                            But no issues has been resolved. After repeatedly calling customer service, they are giving me deadlines but not resolving my issue saying that some technical issues is there. If there any technical issues, It's absolutely your problem but I need my money urgently because I am going through a very tough situation in this pandemic.

                            The following mail is send by go air regarding refund:
                            Dear Smart Flyer,

                            This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR N8YG7J. The applicable refund of INR 8958 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:

                            If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
                            If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
                            If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
                            In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to [protected]@flygofirst.com

                            After trying rigorously they have refunded back. I have called customer care executives repeatedly and talked with senior managers. Initially they were giving me some excuses which have no authenticity at all. They were repeatedly saying that its a technical problem will be fixed soon. But I asked for further explanation which they unable to provide and as well as unable to deny my logic also. So eventually they refunded.

                              Actually I had ordered apple airpods pro amounting rs 23965 on 3rd of June 2021 in the name of Rajeev with Order ID - OD[protected] and the product got delivered to me and when I unboxed and checked my product then I came that I have received a wrong product which was different from its website specifications who doesn't support ANC (active noise cancellation) and was a little damaged at the edges so I immediately raised a complaint on Flipkart on 6th June 2021 and asked them for a refund for which they even asked me for my photo id proof and I do have sent it with them the same day and they gave me assurance that my case would get resolved by 9th June and was escalated tot he concerned team then I got a mail from their team that the issue is taking expected than longer time to get resolved and they extended my resolution timeframe to 10th of June and when I connected with them today on 11 June then they are again asking to wait for some more time. What i mean to say is they are just giving me false assurance and asking to wait for another 24-48 hrs to get this checked but they are not resolving my concern and not issuing me a refund and my return window is also going to end the next day.
                              So, i would like Flipkart to approve my refund request and initiate me a complete refund (of rs 23965) asap of my hard earned money and take this useless product away by arranging a pickup, and please stop harassing me like this.

                                I brought a Bluetooth earphones and i got damaged product first than i exchanged it and got a new pair but its charger was not working so i refunded it. On order page it was showing refund complete but in my bank account the money was not added so i called the consumer care and they said that my bank account needed to be updated so i went to the bank and checked and asked if anything was needed to be updated and they said no i think the seller didn't refunded it please help in anyways possible.

                                    My flipkat is blocked since 1.5 year .Flipkat suddenly block my account without giving any proper reason, Now after that i contact customar care more then 30 times but they did't provide any solution .
                                    Please help me regarding this.

                                      I was orderd mobile phone on flipkart on 7th of june, Expected delivery date is 10th june, Today is the delivery date, but there is no phone call from courier(ekart logistics).When I check order status, the status is shown out of delivery area(pincode-address mismatch).I expect call from courier service but there is no call from them, If they call me, I will collect my courier from hub.Also I orderd many more time on this address and they deliverd on time.
