I got this item and it was a defective one, i started to use this item and the top tough glass sudenly broke into pieces, i am so uoset now, i want a replacement 😶

      Ordered a screen saver glass for my google pixel 2,

      Issues faced:
      Tried to chat to address: Customer service closed saying issue resolved! Where is the issue resolved? Pic shows iPhone Glass, with top cover, and despatch received with cut top glass for Pixel 2.

      Had 2 calls backs for latest issue, and both sounded where there was no historical call recorded for talking to the CS agent, and no reference. Post which i have placed 4 calls for call back, but none responded. This is ridiculous and degrading CS, similar to what happened with ebay lately.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        I would like to inform you that I have been facing trouble with the replacement of the DOA laptop which I bought from Flipkart. Flipkart order ID: OD[protected]. Laptop already sealed packed by Lenovo engineer and received from DOA certificate from Lenovo brand. Many times I inform Flipkart customar care but still no dispatcher or courier person contact with me from Flipkart about it. I bought this laptop for my kid online classes. I request to you that kindly replace this laptop on an urgent basis because due to this I facing a lot of problems in my kid's online classes. Please arrange a courier for replacement as soon as possible. This will greatly help me in the timely completion of my work assignments.

          Whirlpool refrigerator has been delivered on 15th and it has been 8 days now and the product is not installed.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Since from 17th they are saying your complaint is escalated and will provide solution but they are not sending anyone to install the product, what if I need to exchange the product it's already 8th day

            After purchasing 6 items worth Rs. 30, 000, i have found out that 4 of them are defective(bill attached), so i immediately lodged return request as soon as product got delieverd i.e on 13th may which even got approved from flipkart side and pickup of all 6 products are scheduled for 21st may. but on 18th may evening i received mail from flipkart where they asked me to send my personal documents like aadhar/pan for verification purposes. At the instance i gave them my documents flipkart has blocked my account and cancelled already approved return requests. After this a mail has been received by me in which they told me the reason(image attachd). Then after that i called them everyday and flipkart customer executive say the same thing i.e account unblocking is not possible. My only request is that flipkart atleast let me complete my last transaction as i am a dedicated customer since last 6 years .Reason for return of the said products:-
            1.Huami smartwatch-touch is not working.
            2.Syska powerbank-it is not getting charged .
            3.boat rockerz 641-right side earpiece is not workinhg
            4.Sandisk hardisk-not working and getting heat up shortly.

            i have received notification from flipkart on 23rd June, but till today i haven't received any notification regarding the steps flipkart gonna take, whether they will approve my already approved return request or they will give me refund.I request flipkart authority please resolve this issue soon as for last 6 years i was your dedicated customer.If needed anymore details please do reach me.hope to hear flipkart authority soon.

              I have ordered a product (tv) on 12 th of June,
              It was supposed to be shipped on 13 th of June,
              And the product was supposed to be delivered on 21 at of June .
              Flipkart is so ###, it dint even ship my product yet .
              I have already payed the amount of 63000.
              All I get when I call the CUSTOMER care is wait for some time, your issue will be resolved.
              I have raised a complaint on 14 th of June, 18th of June, 19 th, 20 th, and 21st.
              All they do is bloody give me is a date, and ask me to wait .
              I’m so frustrated.
              I have no updates regarding my product .
              This will be the last order from Flipkart, in spite I’m a Flipkart plus member .
              I’ll make sure no one I know also orders from you .
              #Boycott Flipkart .
              I m taking this to the consumer Court .

                I ordered 3 bottles Olaplex No. 4 shampoo from flipkart on 26th May costing about Rs. 6945. I received the said order on 31st may. I had a previous bottle remaining which was in use therefore I did not open the product trusting the reputation of the website as well as believing in the authenticity of the product. On 21st June when I opened the first bottle of the delivered product, I realized that it was a fake product. The consistency of the shampoo was runny and the fragrance was flowery. The rest of the two bottles remain unopened. Having been a regular user of olaplex for a while now I can assure that the shampoo has a very thick consistency and extremely mild coconut fragrance. Upon realization I immediately contacted flipkart with its horrendous customer service. The junior executive upon enquiry transferred me to an extremely rude senior staff who was least interested in understanding my issue and understanding the fact that this is my hard earned money we are talking about. He insisted that I should have complained earlier when I tried to tell him that trusting the reputation of the site I didn’t realize that they are capable of sending a fake product. Further I informed them that the complaint will be lodged in your respectable forum he assured me that I should and he will not return my hard earned money. As an innocent customer who has rarely complained to any e-commerce site with regards to any product received it’s disheartening to see that my hard earned money is going to waste. I don’t even want a replacement because I don’t trust their products anymore. I just want my money back because it’s not a negligible amount. While the time maybe lapsed I was unaware of the authenticity of the product. I’m willing to submit all the 3 products for any kind of test to check the authenticity of the said product. I’m even willing to provide a bottle of the original and authentic shampoo for verification. Please help me out with my issue.

                    I have been playing in gamezone for past year. But all of the sudden they have blocked me from playing any games since 20th June, 2021. The messages I am getting are -
                    "Something went wrong we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions"
                    or "Suspicious Activity Detected"

                    I called the customer care but they blamed me for using hacking apps or something like that. I have never used any kind of hacking apps.

                    Please resolve my issue.

                      I have ordered a Poco X3 Pro from my flipkart account Order ID - OD[protected] on 15/06/21. This order has not been packed yet. I have raised complaint through customer support but it's to no avail. I have ordered another Poco X3 Pro for my brother from his account and he has received the product since 5 days whereas I am left hanging without any information. I will be paying the EMI of the phone soon but I have not yet received the product. I feel cheated and this feels like a fraud from Flipkart. Customer support says rest assured but they are not able to help me since 2 times.

                        Delivered the canceled order without calling me or giving me an opportunity to refuse the order. He placed the order without letting me know outside my house. Order r was canceled as attached and was paid via flipkart pay later.

                                I have placed the orderwith COD option, later I have made the payment through flipkart app and at the time of delivery again the executive asked me to pay for the same product.                                     Below are the sequences of the ticket booking & cancellation.
                                    1. Flight ticket booked 06th FEB'21 from Goa to Ahmedabad for dtd 2nd Apr'21
                                    2. I booked the rescheduled flight dtd 30th Mar'21 for dtd 04th May'21; I paid Penalty for change in flight booking along with base fare.
                                    3. I received an email on 30th Apr'21 regarding prepone of the flight time from 20:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs
                                    4. I called GOAIR customer care; customer care executives cancelled the booking.
                                    5. I wrote them an email for cancellation of the ticket on 1st May'21
                                    6. Go-air confirmed that amount Rs 2014 & Rs 4010 are processed and to be contacted to agent ( Flipkart ) for receiving the same.

                                    I am continuously following-up with team flipkart travel and there is continuous harassment; there is no data & every-time same questions are being asked.

                                    I am lodging to provide my full refund with all related docs as PDF copies; I need.
                                    Flipkart need to provide total refund and inconvenience charge to me.
                                    Total refund means Rs 6510 /- as ticket amount

                                    I am waiting for so long & there have been general assurance but no time-line; what is the expected time to resolve it; other-way round, can flipkart provide goods and wait for payment for more than 2 months.

                                      Against my order no. OD[protected] / Received Wrong Item I totally ordered 3 products out of which 5th June'2021 I received 2 products.

                                      One I received a wrong product, instead of Avisa Global Cake Mould (cake tray ) I received pepper Muller from SKYWAY ONLINE SHOP - Seller.

                                      And Flipkart application doesn't taking my return / wrong item complaint request. As it say I have high number of return request, but over my total of more than 10 years experience with Flipkart, I had raised return during march alone that too for a shortage quantity. Which is absolutely the seller & Flipkart mistake. Otherwise I never ever raised a return request.

                                      Now I need the product which I ordered, but flipkart is not resolving my problem instead simply sending the same message "My request is been cancelled as I have high no. of return history"

                                      And they have blocked my account??? The reason also they didn't inform me.

                                      Worst way their customer care people are working, if one attended my call they put call for 15 mins on hold, if another one simply attend & cut the call.

                                        I had ordered a power bank from Flipkart, I requested for refund because I haven't received the product. When I requested for refund they are asking me for a valid I'd which is not mentioned in their return policy. Sir Please help me out of this.
