Incident - Purchased AC online via flipkart app.

On 23.3.2021, I have ordered a Voltas 1 ton 3 star Split AC 123 DZX (R32).
On 29.3.2021 they have delivered a Voltas AC of different model.

I requested for replacement and they have told me the product is not available so i can return the product.

The product had reached to my nearest hub 3days back but not yet delivered. No proper explanation & communication. This is annoying. If I don't get it by tomorrow then have to take legal action as I have cancelled so many important meetings just to receive it. Simply mental harassment nothing else....

I ordered three books for Rs 1805 and made the payment through UPI using the Google Pay app on 28th March, 2021.
