          I placed order for below product order OD[protected]
          DELL Inspiron Core i5 11th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) INS 5409 Thin and Light Laptop₨. 56918.00
          Seller: PETILANTE Online

          Qty: 1
          It is supposed to be delivered on 26-05-21, but not delivered, on 31-05-21, i got mail and sms message that the order is cancelled without making a single attempt to deliver at my address, (Flipkart office is just 2, 5 kms away from my home address) even not a call, actually i callled local kalburgi flipkart office on 28-05-21they said article will be delivered on 31-05-21, owhen enquired with Customer care on 31-05-21 they said it is damaged, in transit without opening the article, again i called customer care he told Logistics problem, when the article is shipped and about to be delivered to customer the order is intentionally cancelled to gain more benefits(profits) taking undue advantage of this situation. It is unfair, illegal and against the law. Now they are asking to place new order when i called the customer care centre, i visited the flipkart webisite the same article price is showing 63990/- So the company is trying to fool us for the sake of profit? For the sake of mere 7072/- Rupees.

          Please clarify this and return the same article at the same cost, otherwise legal actions will be initiated against you for the inconvinience, harassment and cheating.

              Its govind a general CUSTOMER of flipkart used to do shop from flipkart often and this time it is the worst experience ever with flipkart I'm being a plus member to them as well, actually I've ordered something for my friend and he got that order yesterday afterwards when he opened that parcel there seems to be a completely different iten from which we've seen over the Flipkart's shopping page, afterward i requested for the return and send them the exact image whatever I've gotten and still flipkart was asking for my personal details like photo id proof adhaar card, Pan card etc.. they were like if you will send these things to us then only we'll provide you the replacement. Idk which sort of CUSTOMER servicing is this asking for their personal details despite doing fraud to their CUSTOMERs. Now I'm gonna post it all over the social media so people will know how ### up they're...

              As i checked there is no such provision to provide id... During return and @flipkart is mentally harrassing me for this. Inspite of sending me this. Why you guys are mentally harrassing me for id...just to not give replacment / refund or you want to steal my personal data to sale it ?
              @flipkart please either refuse for return / replacement or stop mental harasment on the name of ID .

              You guys have taken more than 72 hours to revert it back . And as i can see/check (after revising flipkart return policy as there is no such provision of providing Id proof during return by customer) my return request completely fulfills flipkart return policy as set by the Flipkart only. even then you guys are mentally harrassing me in the name of ID PROOF and all... Not proceeding the return request further, according to given timeline and flipkart's return policy this return should've been accepted by now,
              As I'm completely dissatisfied from Flipkart consumer support as well as flipkart itself .
              Its leading me to file this conflict at national consumer support so they can deal with this wisely. Also taking me further to deactivate my flipkart account.. as flipkart disappointed me a lot with their actions..

              These ### are not giving any ### about it taken more than 72 hours not working according to their return policy, and after all this they are crossing their limits by going beyond their return policy and asking for such unnecessary details like an Id proof and all my order id is OD[protected]

                I order most of the time from Flipkart. Till 4 days ago, almost every item was available in my pincode 833102. But from 28th May, only a few items are showing as available. Kindly solve that issue. I want to order few things from Flipkart in the offer days.

                    I received oneplus tv 43inch 25th may on Flipkart. Any technician till now didn't call me for installation reason. I would already complained flipkart they are said only we should help me u dialogue for any time.

                      I have ordered 3 combo books( NCERT Fingertips) but I have received only 2 books. I contact with flipkart executive they possessed my return request. Then, 3 times my return request has been cancelled. After that, I provided id- adhar card to them and again today my request has been cancelled and my account has been blocked. They claimed that I have return high number of product. But this is my 2nd order. This is too much harassment. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

                        मैंने POCO M2 Pro मोबाइल फ़ोन फ्लिपकार्ट के माध्यम से आर्डर किया था जिसकी डिलीवरी मेरे पते पर नहीं हुई । मैं स्वयं ए पी कॉलोनी स्थित फ्लिपकार्ट के गोडाउन में गया तथा वहां अपना प्रोडक्ट देखा परन्तु मैं यह मोबाइल एक्सचेंज के साथ ले रहा था पुराने मोबाइल का मूल्य कम मिलने के कारण हमने पूरा पेमेंट कर के मोबाइल लेने की बात कही परन्तु उसके कुछ ही समय बाद मुझे आर्डर कैंसिल का मेस्सगे आया जिसके बाद मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट के कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उन्होंने बताया की डिलीवरी का समय शाम ७ बजे तक है तबतक आप प्रतीक्षा कर ले । जब शाम ५ बजे तक डिलीवरी एजेंट से संपर्क स्थापित नहीं हो पाया तो अगले दिन पुनः कस्टमर केयर से बात कर एड्रेस चेंज करने की सुचना दी तथा डिलीवरी के सम्बन्ध में जानना साहा तो उन्होंने बताया की आपकी डिलीवरी डेट २ जुलाई तक है तबतक आप प्रतीक्षा कर ले । आज पुनः जब मई फ्लिपकार्ट के गोडाउन में गया तो वहां बताया गया की आपका प्रोडक्ट कैंसिल कर के आर टी ओ में भेजा जा चूका है । जिसके बाद मैंने कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तो उन्होंने मुझे फिर से प्रोडक्ट आर्डर करने को कहा । अब प्रोडक्ट का मूल्य २००० रुपये बढ़ चूका है । जब मुझे २ जुलाई तक डिलीवरी किया जा सकता था तो कस्टमर केयर द्वारा समाधान क्यों नहीं किया गया । अतः निवेदन है की मुझे मेरा आर्डर किया हुआ मोबाइल फ़ोन अतिशीघ्र उपलब्ध करवाने की कृपा की जाय ।

                          I placed an order for a Office chair in Flipkart on 17th May 2021 and it is supposed to be delivered on 25th May 2021. When I'm reaching customer service through phone everyday they are saying it would be delivered in two days.

                          I requested them to cancel my order as it is not allowing me to cancel the order, But they are saying we should reject to take the product when it is at my door step with cancellation cost Rs.200.

                          1) I don't want to waste my money(cancellation cost Rs.200) as they are failed to deliver the product, they should allow me to cancel the order.

                          2) I don't want to wait until the product reaches my home as it may take days or months or Years.

                          3) I don't want my money blocked with them

                          Kindly help me with this issue.

                            The tv unit was delivered on 17 may 2021 and form then iam following with them for installation and I call the customer care everyday for the same but no body has any response for it. They don’t even have the contact number of the person who is going to install it. Today the date is 31 may 2021 and till now nothing has been done for the product. I have also raised a request for refund but it was rejected from their side saying that the installation would be done first and then the refund thing can be done. Additionally the product is damaged severely and I also called the customer Care thousands of time for atleast replacing it but that request is also not accepted. I have not seen any company with such a pathetic service. They have no idea of what to do with the product if it’s damage and how to help the customer. The customer care executive have been totally useless in solving the issue and keeps on calling for no reason. Today it is 31 may and nothing has been done of the product worn no installation or replacement or refund. The cost of the product is around 6791 which is huge. I don’t get it what to do with it. Since it is damaged and nothing can be done . I am fed up and mentally tortured with this service. It’s a huge amount and with so many days going I cannot get what should be done. I am writing in the hope that i get a solution to this at the earliest. The service you guys are providing is pathetic and I would never ever buy anything after this. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as it can. I want my refund back and I don’t want to keep the product anymore . I hope this complaint would be taken seriously and I get a resolution and refund back so that in future I can atleast trust you people.

                                I have ordered HAVELLS Ventil Air DX 200 mm 5 Blade Exhaust Fan from flipkart ... On 15 th May 2021 and it delivered on 18th May 2021 . But when i opened the parcel I came to know that seal was tampered and product was not there . Then I raised the issue in Flipkart app and they assured for a replacement . But later when it was to be picked up the delivery agent asked me to come 25 kms away to give the box which I recived ... Although it was unfair but still I went to give it to delivery agent but unfortunately I was stopped in the mid way by Rajasthan police as it was lockdown time due to covid 19 . So when I told them they told that seller is happy to provide refund ... I said okay, give refund . They told that within 72 hrs our team will contact you . But we couldnt connect and they rejected my refund request thrice( 3 times) ... Citing the reason that I havent uploaded the ID proof . When I checked flipkart return policy there is no provision o[censored]ploading ID proof during return . Then why they are mentally harassing me again and again with this ID ...just to not give replacment / refund or they want to steal my personal data to sale it ???
                                @flipkart please either refuse for return / replacement or stop mental harasment on the name of ID .

                                      I purchased Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 710 at 4199 Rs at 26May and delevired in 29 May.

                                      But unfortunately seller sent me Zotac 210 used graphic card.

                                      I raised my replacement request but they rejected me.

                                      I again requested [OD[protected]] but no updates I hope Flipkart accept return request
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
