i have order product on 11th April and estmated date is 21 st but still i havent received product yet.
i tried to reach out to customer care and every time i am getting different reasons and in the end they are saying to wait for 24 hours 48 hours...

Sir the delivery date of my order is 4 may but it is yet to be shipped even after repeatedly been cancelled from your end only.. Also it was my first order but after you repeatedly cancelled it, shipping charges were included to the same order. Kindly look into the matter asap .

When contacted them on 28/04/2021, they informed that the amount has been received by them, and the same will refund soon. As on date it has not received back.

First, got a wrong product. Replacement not done, Raised complaints, multiple follow ups, everyday they said within 48 hours you will get your money back.
But i have'nt got any money back....

I had recently ordered noise shots ergo on flipkart and I genuinely liked them but unfortunately one of its bud was faulty so I had to return it and convert that money in flipkart digital money but since then that product is just not deliverable on my pincode! I tried to change that pincode all over Maharashtra but still it shows not deliverable the product is now restock and is on a discounted price but still its not deliverable wheras other...

I was done sundirect recharge from Flipkart account a week ago using mobikwik.the payment was done by Google pay.I was not aware of mobikwik.flipkart introduced me that.I am a Flipkart plus member.Because of my trust in flipkart I paid mobikwik for sun direct recharge from my Flipkart account.bt I loose the money.the money debited from my account and the recharge is not done.I complaint to mobikwik bt no more actions taken.can Flipkart help...

I have ordered a product on Flipkart. After few day i got a mail as the product has been delivered. But i haven't received any such delivery. This is the second time I'm facing the issue. Without delivering the product how come they say that it has been delivered.

When i try to contact customer care they will respond and will inform it will be resolved, but my old product which is still not delivered issue is not resolved....

In Flipkart Plus page, it is mentioned that shipping charges will be waived off for grocery orders in case minimum order value specific to the city where the order needs to be delivered is met.

For my city, minimum amount to deliver the item is 600 and 1200 is required for free delivery. So, for plus members shipping fees should be waived off if order amount is more than 600 as per the above statement. But shipping...

Purchased with discount: Rs. 410+49 delivery charge

I had the flipkart pay later limit of 5k, i had purchase the product through flipkart pay later and later repaid using my debit card.
