      Still they are postponing refund by asking time for 2-3 business days again and again. And making story like refund transaction failed provide alternate detail. even they do not provide failed transaction detail.

        Below are the sequences of the ticket booking & cancellation.
        1. Flight ticket booked 06th FEB'21 from Goa to Ahmedabad for dtd 2nd Apr'21
        2. I booked the rescheduled flight dtd 30th Mar'21 for dtd 04th May'21; I paid Penalty for change in flight booking along with base fare.
        3. I received an email on 30th Apr'21 regarding prepone of the flight time from 20:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs
        4. I called GOAIR customer care; customer care executives cancelled the booking.
        5. I wrote them an email for cancellation of the ticket on 1st May'21
        6. Go-air confirmed that amount Rs 2014 & Rs 4010 are processed and to be contacted to agent ( Flipkart ) for receiving the same.

        I am continuously following-up with team flipkart travel and there is continuous harassment; there is no data & every-time same questions are being asked.

        I am lodging to provide my full refund with all related docs as PDF copies; I need.
        Flipkart need to provide total refund and inconvenience charge to me.
        Total refund means Rs 6510 /- as ticket amount

          Against my order no. OD[protected] / Received Wrong Item I totally ordered 3 products out of which 5th June'2021 I received 2 products.

          One I received a wrong product, instead of Avisa Global Cake Mould (cake tray ) I received pepper Muller from SKYWAY ONLINE SHOP - Seller.

          And Flipkart application doesn't taking my return / wrong item complaint request. As it say I have high number of return request, but over my total of more than 10 years experience with Flipkart, I had raised return during march alone that too for a shortage quantity. Which is absolutely the seller & Flipkart mistake. Otherwise I never ever raised a return request.

          Now I need the product which I ordered, but flipkart is not resolving my problem instead simply sending the same message "My request is been cancelled as I have high no. of return history"

          And they have blocked my account??? The reason also they didn't inform me.

          Worst way their customer care people are working, if one attended my call they put call for 15 mins on hold, if another one simply attend & cut the call.

            Respected Sir.
            I had ordered a power bank from Flipkart, I requested for refund because I haven't received the product. When I requested for refund they are asking me for a valid I'd which is not mentioned in their return policy. Sir Please help me out of this.

                I bought a "Galanz W3A1G2-0E0 Free Standing 4 Place Settings Dishwasher" on[protected] and delivered on[protected].

                As per the company policy the installation was supposed to happen by the 15th of June 2021 EOD but no such steps were taken by Flipkart.

                I tried contacting Flipkart Customer Support as well as Jeeves Grievance Desk numerous times but each time the call was either disconnected abruptly from their side or no resolution was provided regarding the issue, rather I was asked to wait patiently.

                I was rather handed a tentative resolution with a Verbal Incident Reference : IN[protected] and an expectancy date of 19th June 2021 EOD.

                I would like to know when the item will be installed and I want a real-time resolution date and not some tentative one

                  Ordered 2 laptops on 24th May (ASUS Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) X515EA-EJ312TS Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 inch, Transparent Silver, 1.80 kg, With MS Office) and (ASUS Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) X515EA-EJ312TS Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 inch, Transparent Silver, 1.80 kg, With MS Office)

                  Friday 28th May at 9.14am I received a message from Flipkart which had 1 OTP to be shared with the delivery guy. Anybody would assume that 1 OTP is shared because you have ordered 2 same laptops from the same seller

                  Friday 28th May at around 9.30am I received a box in which I assumed both my laptops will be there as I ordered 2 same laptops from the same seller so I shared the OTP with the delivery guy

                  I opened the box but there was only 1 laptop

                  Friday 28th May at 9.40am I raised the issue on Flipkart app about missing item and got a confirmation from your team regarding the same that it will be resolved by 9th June 9.30am
                  Wednesday 2nd June at 4.19pm I received an email from Flipkart ("Hello Vineet

                  ""To help you with your return request, please share the below documents within the next 48 hours by clicking on 'Contact Us'. Please ensure the files are only upto 2 MB in size (JPEG, PNG, PDF formats only).
                  1.Scanned copy/ clear photo of both sides of Aadhaar or Driving License or Voter ID. Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).
                  2.Full image of the product received (front side of the product)
                  3.Image of the manufacturing label (manufacturing date, expiry date, etc.)
                  4.If the product is damaged, image of the product such that the damage is visible

                  We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flippant for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account.                   Since the courier service provider has confirmed that the order was delivered to you with the product intact during the investigation, we would like to file an FIR on behalf of you about the missing item. Please reply to this email and send a scanned copy of the duly filled and signed form that is attached within {48 HOURS}.
                  Thursday 3rd June at 7.34pm I sent the scanned copy of the duly filled and signed form. Shared the Aadhaar copy as well but I could not share the images of the product received because I never received the product.
                  Tuesday 8th June at 3.09pm I received an email from Flipkart as I failed to upload images of a product that I didn’t receive they have closed my request for refund.
                  I immediately requested for a call back from Flipkart team as I am unable to connect to their toll free number from my Vodafone phone number which was the number used while placing the order. When I tried to call from my other number the IVR disconnected saying there was no order placed from this number and all their executives are currently busy. (You will know later why all their executives are always busy)
                  9th June As I requested for a call back. I got the call and explained the exact issue to the Flipkart team again. The executive said “Please don’t worry about your issue” “I will help in resolving your issue” Being a customer you say whatever the heck you want to but your team will respond with the same statement as above. He assured me that he has raised another complaint and it will be resolved by 13th June. I got the confirmation about this via email as well
                  Till 13th June EOD nothing happened. No calls no messages no updates from Flipkart team
                  14th June I requested for a call back again and got one. I explained the issue again to another executive. He assured I will definitely get an update from the Flipkart team before 9pm IST.
                  Till 14th June 9pm IST nothing happened. No calls no messages no updates from Flipkart team
                  15th June I requested for a call back again and got one. I explained the issue again to another executive. He assured I will definitely get an update from the Flipkart team before 17th June. He was a little helpful so he gave me a complaint number as well –[protected]
                  Wednesday 16th June received an email from Flipkart team (Dear Customer,

                  We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 19 Jun, 10:00 AM.)
                  Saturday 19th June received an email from Flipkart team (Dear Customer,

                  We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 20 Jun, 10:00 AM to get back to you.)
                  Sunday 20th June at 10.48pm which was 12 hours after the time that was promised received an email from Flipkart team (We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.)

                  Its been exactly 23 days and the issue is still not resolved. I have not received my refund rather twice your team has closed the issue saying seller has confirmed that the product was delivered to me intact. Before closing both issues your team didn’t care to speak to me even once to discuss the issue.
                  Let me ask a few questions to you :
                  Why will I sign a FIR consent copy if I have received the product?
                  In 15 days I ordered 4 laptops from Flipkart and raised an issue only about 1 of those Why?

                  Here is a tip for everyone who read the above story – Don’t ever buy 2 quantities of same product from the same seller on Flipkart. They will send 1 OTP which you will also assume is for 2 items but you will receive only 1 item. Then they will make you spend hours to get your refund but without any communication they will close the issues saying (Delivery was made with OTP verification)
                  I never thought Flipkart would do this to a customer who has been a loyal customer to them for years.
                  I am going to file a case in consumer court now to get my refund.

                  I am following up with your team since 23 days and twice they closed the request saying the seller has confirmed that the product was delivered to me.

                  Did your team discuss with me? No
                  Are you going to just rely on what the seller is saying?
                  Do you want the CCTV footage of me receiving the package which can fit only 1 laptop in it?
                  I ordered 4 laptops from you guys in 15 days and raised an issue only for 1 of those, do you think I am playing a game here?
                  Why did your team close the issue twice without even discussing with me?
                  How can your team ask me to upload images of the product that I didnt receive?
                  Is this the way you guys do business?
                  The product was sold by Mrig technologies pvt ltd from Bengaluru, Why cant I see him on your seller list anymore?

                      On 19th june 2021 12:00pm, i played sports quiz time and in that quiz all questions were repeated and so i was able to answer each question very very quickly and my score was 1087, due to which my got suspended for playing games and getting any super coin rewards after watching videos.

                          My account has been linked to my old number [protected] which has been inactive since 2years and now i have to avail a gift card worth 750/- but for that the otp is being sent on the old mobile no.                             I would like to inform you that I had purchased JBL Tune 125BT Bluetooth Headset under Order ID: OD[protected] on dated 10.06.2021 from Flipkart. Wrong Model number (old set of JBL Tune 160BT headset) was delivered to me by Courier partner (Shreyash Retail Private Limited, Ship-from Address: Warehouse Building Nos. WE-II, Renaissance IntegratedIndustrial Area, Village Vashere, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra -421302, Bhiwandi, MAHARASHTRA, India - 421302, IN-MH) on dated 14.06.2021 late evening. (attached Invoice)

                            On dated 15.06.2021, we had raised a return request for the same with return request ID:[protected];[protected]).
                            For the last two days, I have been receiving messages that Flipkart has rejected my return request (Return Update: Sorry, your return request for JBL Tune 125BT Bluetoo... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. For any additional assistance with your request, please click here: http://fkrt.it/iLDDgeNNNN). Pls refer to the attached pics to clarify my order refund rejection's reason.

                            Parallelly, We are receiving mail from flipkart regarding our personal details like AAdhaar card/PAN card. Pls clarify why it is required when we have made payment & shipment has reached my address & refund/replacement request raised through the same Flipkart account. I feel it is harassment without any reason as it is not mentioned in company return policy.(refer mail *.eml)

                            Pls provide us quick resolution of this issue else I ll never recommend Flipkart to anyone for shopping and present all details in consumer complaint forum. Pls look in this matter urgently and provide me either replacemnet or refund of amount INR 1, 699 quickly.

                                First I demanded for early installation of my boat sound bar. They did not respond. Then on the day of installation i was not available so I said please do it tomorrow. And on the other day I could not receive his phone. So he did not call me back and as it's a proxy number I can not call him back. Even after multiple requests. They are not doing installations. Worst experience with Flipkart and Jeeves.

                                  I have created flipkart account a year back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    On Jun 20 2021, I've received a text message from flipkart on TV's under 14000 with a link. When I click on it, I was redirected to flipkart with the list of products & I noticed that the Mi 4a horizon edition of 32inch for 13882 and when I click on that product the price was redirected to 15999. I call the customer support of flipkart thrice and they just simply deny it by stating technical glitch initially and later informed that the seller might changed. I been trying to place the order from 30 after I received the message there wasn't any info provided on that page stating that the price has been modified due to seller change. I do have screenshots with proof of pricing. I would like file a complaint against Flipkart for false advertising and would like to purchase the product for the price initial promotion price with extra benifits displayed with the product

                                      Money debited twice for the same product

                                      My sister had placed an order for a cake tool set on 19 June 2021 on Flipkart.

                                      I was the one who paid for her order.while at the time of payment, I tried to do it through net banking through my south Indian bank account but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried using my debit card which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie rs.500(twice).br...

                                      Two COD orders were made on their own via my account and one of them was cancelled on its own. The other order is going to be delivered on 24th June. When I try to get help for that order, it shows looks like this order does not belong to your account.
