Dear team,
I have ordered a hp laptop on 13/06/2021 with order id:OD[protected]
It shown that the item will be delivered by 22/06/2021.as today is 24/06/2021 but order is not delivered till now it is also not showing any update where the order is.In app it is showing it is still in Bhiwandi, when will I get the order it's more than a week still not delivered as I'm a plus member but my order delivery is still delayed.
I contacted customer service they told me that due to some transportation issues product delivery has been delayed and it will delivered by 25th June 2021, while I'm seeing in app that product still in previous location Bhiwandi.
and I'm dont think that product will be delivered by 25th of June

    I am a seller on Flipkart. I received a used product in return from buyer.
    Product cost 2600/-
    Flipkart charged me about to 700 rupees for this order and return and i got the SPF Claim only 824 rupees.

    How Flipkart Justifying Difference Between New And old one by 100 rupees?

    I am not begger. I just want my Haq.

    Received very old product, completed drity and all screw and nuts are Iron rusted. As I collected the detail products from manufacturing company that told me that product was bought from Mumbai in 2016.

          This is my first ever complaint and Flipkart Flights has made my experience so bad with flight cancellation and refunds.

          I booked an Air-Asia flight ticket from Delhi to Indore for the date May 08, 2021, through Flipkart Flights. The airline canceled the flight due to operational reasons of Covid. I asked the Air Asia supervisor about my refund and I did get an email about my refund from Air Asia but Flipkart already received it. They said Flipkart will return the money, but no one picks calls at Flipkart rather they disconnect it. No one ever replies to any emails and I don't think Flipkart can hold any kind of money for so long.

          Flight Booked on: March 25th
          Flight Canceled on: April 30th
          Refund Granted on: April 30th
          Today: June 24th

          Almost 2 months and still waiting for refunds in my account. Flipkart is such a big name but so a bad experience with flights. I want my money back because it makes no sense to keep money on hold for so long for no reason! And at least should pick customers phone.

            Flipkart is rejecting my return request without providing any reason. I requested for the return as soon as I saw that the product is defective. It was an order of 6 cengage books for Rs 3290/- and I got only 5 books in which 2 books has no DPPs and it was damaged. Flipkart asked me for my identity proof hence I also sent my aadhaar card. After 3 days it rejected my return request. And this was done 2 times and the return time period is over. I had a good opinion on Flipkart but now its getting ruined. Please resolve this as fast as possible or else I have to go for taking further action on Flipkart for this.

            The customer care consultant detailedly asked about the defective product and reopened the return request and they could see that the return request was genuine and not for any misuse. Hence within 2 days they picked up the product and refund was also done on the same day. I think this problem has arised because many people misuse the return policy to make loss for the seller so Flipkart has slightly tightened the return policies. Hence its best advised to customers that they should see the package on the delivery itself and return it there only if it is defective.

                    I have asked for a product from flipkart, they delivered me a wrong product, i have requested for a return request, but neither they have picked up my product. Neither returning me money. They are making excuses to give my refund. Also they are making false claim they hace tried to contact me, but none of them had contacted. In actual.

                      I have been a loyal user and i just have one email and one phone number, i got a mail that from now onwards i would be not able to play games because of voilating terms and conditions, i had been so loyal but flipkart has banned my account, but where the people who uses hacking apps and cheating method you gives reward to them, you don't appreciate genuine customers, till now i have not returned any product . i want my flipkart gamezone back, there are more than 2000 supercoins, you encourage people to enroll in flipkart plus zone and after that everything goes in vain .
                      ( the day i was playing quiz on 19 june the questions were repeated and were very easy like who is alia bhat father - salman khan, mahesh bhat or mukesh bhat ) so i gave the answers quickly that day. and the results was i got banned ! ) if you give these types of questions obviously anyone can answer it within no time i saw many people who wins everyday with cheating apps (with proof ) look at the 1st rank score of bubble shooter
                      i just want flipkart to see these and unban me from gamezone

                      i agree to each and every terms and conditions, and read all of them earlier before playing the games, i have not breach any of the tems and conditions that is why i also have the right to explain and tell you that i am not wrong . i agree that seller has the rights the same way i do have . i hope i had explain everything on my side

                        It is really been very unpleasant experience and I am going to escalate this issue to the senior top management and let them know what exactly is going on and how flipkart customers are suffering.

                        I am really disappointed and frustrated after buying this phone from flipkart. First of all, phone is defected and neither getting charged and not even getting switched on. On top of it, I raised a return request on 11-Jun-21 but as per the details technican was supposed to visit my place on 15-Jun but nobody turned up and then new date appeared that he will visit on 23-Jun-21. I have been waiting for him but just noticed today that my return request was rejected stating my issue resolved which is completely wrong. Nobody ever called or visited my place to check the phone and it is still not working at all.

                        My return request was deliberately cancelled by your technican without any resolution of issue which is really unprofessional and unethical. I am not going to tolerate this nonsense at all and my phone needs to be replaced immediately as I need the phone for my daily office calls and have been struggling a lot without phone.

                        Everything is wrong from flipkart side but still I am suffering due to your process, procedures or your bad staff.

                        Somebody need to look into this issue on priority and get my phone replaced else I m doing to escalate this issue to senior top management of flipkart...they should know the reality what exactly happening down the line and how badly customers are being treated. It is really unacceptable and strict action must be taken again such bad technican.

                          I have ordered Hitachi ac 1.5 ton on May 1st then I got the product on 3rd May and installation has done. The very next day Ac swing was not working.i have raised the requested for replacement but then from Flipkart team they have cancelled it and raised a new request for refund amount. But I have purchased the ac using emi transaction so for that I need to pay interest, processing fee and gst extra and I have paid the 1st month already.

                          So due to that again I have requested the Flipkart for replacement product then finally I got it. But the product which I recieved was used and the box was done with pooja`s and at the time of installation when the installation guy opens the indoor there are more scratches inside it.

                          What is this, and seller details in Flipkart app shows like ominitech retailer but I got the product from consulting rooms Pvt Ltd.

                          I have escalated this issue multiple times with Flipkart. And I am not able to contact seller Directly.

                          And all this happening for almost 50 days.

                            I hav order vu tv 43"inch through flipkart and the same was delivered on 19th Jun 2021, since then i hav made 15 to 16 calls in 4 days on customer care for installation as company is stating to wait till 2nd jul. I hav kids at my home.. Who wil bare the loss if the tv is damaged. Even written to their social media.. Twitter n also to ceo.. No one cares for customer.

                              Grievance Details : i had ordered a prestige gas stove along with samsung microwave and some other products worth 20k approx when this prestige gas stove delievred to me that 6490, it was totally diffrent, there was vaccume cleaner in it, And a top of plusS is torn So whrn i tried to return it flipkart blocked my ac for no reason, I am a plus member since 1 year there were 500 coins in my ac i tried to complain to customrt care but they had not provide any resolution, inly they reply that they r looking it the matter kindly help me my money is wasted
                              i just want the pickup n refund of my hard earned money

                              s : Really fed up with flipkart, Sendig wrong products again n again Sent me 2 wrong oroducts and blocked my ac, Neither rrfund my money Even complaint in consumer forum i had not got my money My brother ordered Kitechn sink box of parrot green color but they sent white He ordered a spice rack of different design and got different one, Fliokart is fraud and customet care is useless First pic is of what he ordered and next is of what we recieved Flipkart is looting customers First they sends wrong products and simply blocked the ac if someone wants to return it. i lost my 7000 rs in flipkart
                              and this is also of 799 rs, and showig not returnable

                                  Have been waiting for the issue to be resolved for so long but I am so disheartened and disappointed as you people don’t seem to be interested in resolving this
                                  Firstly I was asked to wait till 25th June but now it’s extended to 3rd June ….
                                  It isn’t a joke
                                  If flipkart is not taking action asap . I will have to complain against flipkart in consumer forum for fraud

                                        I ordered Dell i5 laptop from flipkart (seller Patilante online) on 10th June by paying 62916 INR. They delivered on 11th June. Instead of i5, they delveired i3. Insetad of new, they delivered refurbished product. It did not have original packaging, it did not have warranty card. Power adapter was also from different brand and even not packed. laptop was not in sealed bag. I requested immediate replacement or refund. I submitted all photographs to them. But till today, there is no refund or replacement. When i call them, all their support associates speak what ever is taught to them. there is no action at all. very frustrating experience with flipkart. Order ID is OD[protected].
