I have placed an order with flipkart for a mask during covid times. The order number is OD[protected]. This was marked as delivered while I did not receive it. I have raised a complaint immediately and been following up for two weeks with no resolution from flipkart side. The issue I raised in their helpdesk is also marked as resolved and no way to reopen the case or escalate it.

    Hello I have requested for replacement of my product received on 1st June 2021,
    Order ID :OD[protected]
    Replacement approved by seller but pickup failed on 5th June then I requested again same day send then before the approval pickup was done by ECom express delivery on 7th June later on 8th June morning I received a message seller has approved your replacement. And now the status of pickup not showing in my order details even no tracking id is provided. I'm too worried and I think this can be a fraud with me. Please help me...

      Till april i have an approved payment of Rs 3233 but till now i have not received the EGV, the approved amount should be more than Rs 2500. Earnings for/upto May'21 will be paid out as per the old threshold limit (i:e EGV Rs.2500/- & EFT Rs.5000/-)

      Sent mails to flipkart but no response.

        I have purchased a saree(SAARA Checkered, Paisley, Woven, Embellished Paithani Pure Silk Saree- order ID OD[protected] worth Rs.2659/- from flipkart throughmy credit card. But i did not like the product so i requested for return and refund of Rs.2659/- to source of payment i.e refund back to my credit card. And i clicked the same at the time of return request. But i dont wat flipkart did. They refund me the money to flipkart gift card, which is of no use to me. Rs.2659/- is very big amount to me. I never use gift card and all. When i asked them, flipkart ia giving me an excuses of seller and all. Seller did so and all. When i purchase from flipkart, so it is my right to ask them. Flipkart is not helping me at all.
        Please help me out to get my money back to my account. I didn't touch single penny. Whole amount is as it is in that gift card.

            Since three day i am get the massage of out for delivery but still now did not get any call from them even i paid all payment.               FLIPKART TEAM, before coming to main issue i would like to raise concerns over the behavior of your customer care executive on 8 Jun 21, morning 10:50am I got a call from FLIPKART but the executive lady kept me call on hold and then disconnected check the recording in your system

              Now I purchased one AQUA GRAND RO water purifier ORDER ID: OD[protected].
              This was damaged product and duplicate with extreme poor quality of Plastic (NON FOOD GRADE) which is hazardous to our health. Now the product after installation started leaking within 24hrs we called service centre, person from service centre visited us and confirmed that item received is having damaged filter because of which water started leaking inside. Now FLIPKART accepted return request, but till date there is no update on application.

              My issue is with FLIPKART and custoemr care executive we do purchase from FLIPKART we don't know what seller is selling. SO flipkart must stop this cheating to their customers or if FLIPKART is involed then they must make good losses of their customers from their pocket

                I have some approved money in flipkart affiliate account..the amount has reached the threshold limit.. they are not clearing my payment since january 2021..First they said my kyc documents are expired because i was not active for 2 years please upload new kyc documents. I uploaded the documents on 20 april 2021.. But still they are pending every month they say your documents are pending with our finance team and will be approved by this month. I am listening this for two months.Please help they are just giving dates not results. Usually documents take 10-12 business days to get verified as they written this on their website. But they dont want to give money so they are making just excuses. please help a helpless customer.I shall be very thankful to you

                    I had placed an order on Flipkart that contained 2 products, one worth 2299 and the other worth 3219.

                    I received delivery confirmation from Flipkart that both the orders have been delivered to me on 4th june whereas I DID NOT RECEIVE them. I immediately raised my concern with flipkart and they assured me that the issue will be resolved in the next 48 hours. 1 refund of 2299 has been initiated but the other is rejected 4 times by Flipkart and they claim that the product has been delivered wheres it has not been. I jave called flipkart customer service 8 times and 3 times they disconnected my call and the rest times they failed to provide me a resolution. They are conducting fraud and duping their customers out of money.

                          I have order 2 time maccoy air cooler 70 litre with remote but both time recieved maccoy air cooler with bbutton, it's not a mistake after that 6 time taken request both coolers for refund but on the pickup date this refund automatically cancelled so need refund both coolers from flipkart on urgent basis

                            I had ordered Casio G-Shock watch (GW-9400-1DR) amounting to Rs.16, 993 and I was delivered a counterfeit watch! (Images attached for verification: Casio and G-Shock spelling on the watch is wrong)

                            It has been more than a week but till now it is not resolved.

                            Flipkart is forcing me to share my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share the documents to due to privacy risks. Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they unnecessarily asking me to provide the same?

                            I want Flipkart to -
                            1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
                            2. Send a replacement or refund the amount paid (Rs. 16, 993)

                            Kindly help me out. All the images are attached for verification.

                                  I ordered and Remote control car which was delivered on 4th June 2020. But the item delivered was a different model. Even the overall dimensions were no where close.
                                  Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it, also the delivery and return pick up address is the same. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                  When I asked them clarification for the same since the return policy for the product does not state that ID proof is required, they said they will get back to me and instead the return was cancelled.

                                    Exactly 2days back, I have ordered an redmi 9power mobile worth rs10500.
                                    At that time the delivery time is about two to three days they mentioned.
                                    Today morning 6june 2021, i have received an notification that your product is arriving today.
                                    But the delivery person not come to the place. But he visited very near to the place that I have ordered an product.
                                    I think the delivery person is wantedly delayed the delivery time.

                                    In the evening itself I received an notification about the product delivery
                                    Which is from 6june 2021 to 11 June 2021

                                    Suddenly why that much of delay I can't accept it all.
                                    It's okay its corona pandemic time all that is well.
                                    But they delivered the product on time in pervious order.
                                    But this is wantedly they delay the product.
