I purchased 2 sets of Sony headphones from Flipkart. After some time the outer layer of the headphones came off and they started looking terrible. I was not able to complaint of Flipkart as it was more than a month after I purchased the product. I approached Sony Service Center in Vashi. After inspecting the invoice they said that Flipkart has delivered it from an unauthorized dealer and therefore warranty does not apply. So I have two headsets both in a very bad situation and Sony does not honour the warranty and Flipkart does not listen. Learning - Do not buy anything from Flipkart. They will source it from unauthorised dealers and then there will be no warranty.

    Flipkart says my device imei no is wrong and just few day back i checked it and everything is fine but now i m trying to buy my new phone it shows this is not valid and on Amazon this same imei no is okay but that mobile phone is not available on it

      I had ordered a poco m3 3 weeks ago on flipkart for 10999 and now due to price rise of the phone i have not yet received it plus customer care of flipkart is not giving me a refund. Please help me out on this.

      Hi...so thanks for the response and my order was successfully cancelled on 25th july 2021 but since then i have not yet received my refund. Customer care has told me eveytime to wait for 4 working days. Again how long will this process take?

        The product was delivered on 26th june 2021by flipkart against order no. Od[protected], but person from onida has not yet visited the place for demo

        I have already raised the complaint with flipkart on 30 june but no resolution received

        Flipkart return policy has also expired but we have not yet started using the product

        We are not getting any feedback from flipkart as well as onida. flipkart ne machine agr 30 ko install hoti h to 10 ko return hogi agr koi issue hota h to pr inhone 6 date ko hi return bnd kr diya

          First of all introduce my self, i am jatin leekha, owner of jimmy communication . I sell genuine nutrition supplements products on flipkart.com since last 8 year. On 15/04/2021 our account has been made pending due to fake product suspected
          I have submitted original invoice for the product Gnc PP whey protein 2 kg from authorised distributor Nutrition galaxy, that means it is very clear that i am selling only genuine product on flipkart.

          After i sending the my purchase invoice from authorised distributor to flipkart they have replied me following response.

          Dear seller,

          Greetings from flipkart marketplace!

          We have resolved your request that was raised regarding “account on hold - listing inactive - fake””.

          Your account will not be activated

          The incident number for your reference is “in[protected]”.

          In case you need to reach us in the future, please write to us by clicking “contact seller support” on seller portal.

          Now, they are not ready to reactivate my flipkart seller account. I have also taken loans to sell product on online on flipkart. You should take strict action again flipkart & tell him to reactivate my flipkart selling account again.

            I was returning Kent Ace extra.They first approved it, I got notified about the pick up, (everyday I got notified about the pickup for 4 days but no one would turn up) making me thing that some action in was being taken and then suddenly cancel the return after making me wait till the 10 days are over in order to say that the product is no longer "within the return period".
            Approved it and then rejected for no reason at all.

                  Google pay through pay flip cart account for purchase a product but upi merchant transition good and service not provided the amount is 1499 at 28/04/2021. But the money is not recived iny account steel now . Flip cart says the money is not Recived in their account. But money is deducted in my account.

                      i purchased ac on 25 mar 21 for my parents(from flipkart)
                      start from the first ac not working properly/maybe outdoor unit mat not be installed properly(starting from first month, please enquire your engineer)
                      i raised a complaint, service engineer did not come in time, i did keep on calling, finally done with unsatisfactory
                      again ac not working properly complaint raised 03 july 2021, till 15 july work not done.
                      On 15 july 2021, a service engineer came to the house and told that the exhaust fan problem, need to replace on your payment, it take one week to two weeks time(although ac is on warranty)he told service charges may be there.
                      What is the use of this if it is not working in summertime, keep on giving problems.
                      Service support is not at all good,
                      i keep on calling customer care, they ignore us
                      they told that our senior executive will call back
                      but i didn't get a call.(worst customer care service)
                      service engineer(mikky)[protected], tell to my sister, you given complaint on me, u do whatever you want to do you, you can proceed to consumer case also,
                      the complaint has been closed without our knowledge o[censored]s.
                      Again on 23 jul 21 i given complaint
                      my old aged parents stayed there with my sister, ac not all has been used in summer, what is the use.
                      Your service told that you have to visit to that address, have to pay money for that, after 7-14 days work will done on payment basis.

                        I am using Samsung Mobile Model M21. The handset was purchased through Flipkart some 8 months ago. Presently the phone does not work as there is some issue with its switch on and switch off. I am not able to switch on the phone now. It is within warranty period.
                        Kindly make arrangement for collecting the handset and getting it serviced free of cost as it is covered by warranty.

                          I had purchased a TP LINK ROUTER from flipkart on July 5th 2021. However the invoice that i received is without a sign and stamp nor does it have a print on the invoice stating ITS A SYSTEM GENERATED BILL AND DOES NOT NEED AUTHORISED SIGNATURE. However i have spoken to atleast 10 to 15 representative everyone says it will be sent and wants me to update the email . I do have the recording of all your representative i spoke with and none were able to help. They place me on hold and line disconnects. If this is really a forum for solving an issue . Request you to help me with a valid bill.

                              I booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Toronto through Flipkart travel on May 2nd 2021. I cancelled the ticket within two hours by calling the airlines as advised by the Flipkart Customer care executive, only after confirming with the flipkart customer care executive that i am eligible for full refund, i cancelled my ticket, but these people have initiated partial refund and they are claiming that airlines has charged cancellation fee.I have attached Fair summery as well as my ticket below. Please look into my issue do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Order details:
                                      * Item name : Acer Aspire 7 core i5 9th Gen laptop
                                      * Order placed on July 7th
                                      * Item was delivered on July 9th
                                      * Paid through credit card for 3 months Emi

                                      Description : I received the item on July 9th. The inside laptop box wasn't from Acer, the seal was already broken. Then I went through the instructions and turned on power button and it immediately took me to the homepage. There was no startup process which confirms that the item is not a new one. As I have received a used laptop with broken seal, I raised return with flipkart immediately. Then the agent called me and helped me in correcting the reason code for return request.

                                      On July 11th, the call with quality team was completed and then I was waiting for technician visit. Every single day after July 11th, I used to get call from "Jeeves" for technician visit and they used to disconnect the call immediately. When I try to call them back, they used to disconnect. Hence, the technician wasn't contacting me properly for having a communication. So I always contacted flipkart immediately with the screenshot of call history to inform them that this is happening everyday. They kept assuring me that the technician visit will happen and the item will be returned back to the merchant on or before July 28th.

                                      As I purchased this laptop for work use, I had to purchase another laptop from outside as flipkart gave me assurance that the item will be returned back to the merchant on or before July 28th.

                                      However, today, July 23rd, I got a call from Flipkart and the agent wantedly cancelled my return request even though I confirmed him not to do so as I am still waiting for the technician visit. I tried calling back flipkart many times and they are unable to resolve the issue.

                                      I have requested for a supervisor or escalate the issue with flipkart multiple times, but they are not helping. The seller is having bad reputation as well.

                                      Please help me with this.

                                      As I saw multiple complaints against flipkart, I went ahead to check the warranty of the laptop and I saw an invoice on the laptop box which was billed on June 17th. This product was a used one and it was returned by someone named Sunitha. This seller is a fraud and unfortunately flipkart can only go with seller policy.

                                      I am attaching the image of the invoice and also requesting a full refund by returning the item. I do not want to deal with the fraud seller again as I don't know what I will be expecting next time.

                                      Your support never helped me. I requested for supervisor multiple times and they all dropped the call. Either your system is wierd or the employees are dropping the call to avoid helping their customers.

                                        I am not getting any help on order OD no. OD[protected]. I have ordered the Tommy Hilfiger Men Regular Fit Striped Button-Down Collar Casual Shirt; the order deliver on 13th July 2021. Within 5 mins I have opened the parcel and I was shocked to see that the parcel received is entirely different after that I called to Flipkart customer care with the help of Flipkart app and lodge a complaint regarding the same they assured me they will help further regarding same, mean while i have also send them pictures of that item which i have received but later on they cancelled my request of replacement for several time I requested for exchange/replacement constantly for seven (7) times but they cancelled the same, Now I want refund.

                                        I have attached the pictures of that product in this complaint as well for reference purpose.

                                        I have received an email from Flipkart with email id: [protected]@ncb.flipkart.com to share my personal Id issued by Govt. of India or State Govt. for their so called KYC.

                                        To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours. Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).
                                        We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.
                                        “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”
                                        Here are a few tips to ensure a clear photo of the ID card:
                                        • Place the ID on a dark surface
                                        • Use sufficient, natural lighting instead of a flash. It's best if the photo is taken during the daytime- Take photo as directly above the ID as possible. Please ensure that your shadow does not cover your ID
                                        • All four edges of your ID should be visible within the image
                                        • All details on ID should be clear & legible

                                        Is Govt. of India has given any right to E-commerce to take the personal details from their customers when I asked this question to customer care executive they replied me: We have the right to take personal Id proof from customer as per company’s policy.

                                        Now I keenly want to know that for Indian consumers company’s policy is more valuable than Govt. Laws/policy's.

                                        Please help me regarding the same.
