I am facing continuous issue of not getting my item delivered on time. When we order an item it gives a week time to deliver and on the day of delivery it again change 3 or 4 days more delivery. For each item I have to talk to support of no use. They give a fixed answer you will get the delivery very soon. Similarly we bought furniture from the flipkart. We got the delivery after 20days which is almost fine but for the installation it is again saying 1 month time. What is the use of purchase. We even spoke to customer support care but again of no use. I GUESS flipkart customer care people are puppets who does not have anything in their hands. This is also I think I am writing insane of no use. Flipkart is the worst e-commerce portal in India with worst delivery and installation service with worst customer support. My name is Shweta and adding one of my order ID which is OD[protected]. In case you need proof of what's happening around. Which I am very sure nothing going to happen.

    I have had ordered Inverter Bettery from flipkart on 10th June 2021, order id is OD[protected]. There
    was no information given to me by the company no tracking information no courier info not even received single notification but one day all of sudden product status started showing as "delivered". Complaint id provided to me was IN[protected]. After that they said they will reslove this issue by 24th of June 2021 but on 24th of June they extended to 25th June 2021 now today is 26th of June 2021 status showing issue Unresloved.
    Ever since then i was mentally harassed by them and no solution is provided yet. Please look into this matter.

        I have booked my order no.OD[protected] on dated 05/06/2021 online paid Rs.3690/- on the same day. Flipkart has neither delivering my order nor returning back my money after several requests on daily basis. Flipkart is giving intentionally financial, mental, physical and emotional harassments to me.

            I ordered syska smart watch from flipkart and when i get delivery of my product that was used product as brand box sealed was open and product seems dirty with dust and little scratch's on the watch even watch was already preset with language and time.

            This related i have compliant with flipkart team but yet not get any solution as i ordered this was to gift my dearest one on occasion of their birthday on 27th Jun but neither product is replaced nor the return my money back.

            Please have a look into this matter and provide resolution on priority basis.

                        I am a senior citizen from Chennai; i needed recharge batteries for my radio, which is my only entertainment. I ordered from Flipkart online; they sent me wrong ones without one side (+) poles projection, so not usable; I asked them for replacement and again they sent the same ones replacing my old ones, not usable again. But they write as ' closed, replacement accepted' inspite of my complaint feedback that the items not usable and wrong ones.

                            I have ordered new phone Mi 10 T Pro with exchange of my old phone Lenovo K6. They mentioned on website/app that they will accept old phone even if screen is cracked or body have dents. Only exchange value gets reduced. I have attached the screen shot. As per website/app, criteria to be met is IMEI number matching, phone should be switching on and same model as mentioned while placing order. I have met all criteria.
                            However, delivery agent refused to accept the old phone. When to talked to customer care, they only said sorry sir, but we can not do anything.
                            I have waited for 2 days for new phone, also I deleted all data from phone.
                            And after all that they refused the delivery.

                              I had ordered a Phone C12 Realme (order placed on Jun 12, 2021 Order ID OD[protected] and the product is showing delivered on next day but actually not delivered after a raised issue with the team he said that product is wrongly delivered mark in the system, please wait for some time, the very next day delivery guy call around 10 AM to come to the product delivery but he didn't come till 2 PM after follow up many times he using abusive language and cut the phone.
                              After many follow-ups with teams finally around 6 PM, he gave the delivery, and surprise the product packaging was very poor and damage, After checking the box the phone was not there.
                              Again call to CS team and escalate the situation and the team escalates the issue with the seller and resolution timeline given is 26th June, but the very next day message received "Your return request has been canceled and the query has been resolved now".
                              Again follow up many times with the team he escalates the issue and after 1-hour mail received "Your query has been resolved"
                              So 21st June evening around 5 PM I received the mail
                              "Hello Gaurav
                              We'd like to let you know that your recent request for the refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                              What the hell is going on, No calls, No follow-up with the customer regarding the product and account has been blocked but why and they still not providing any help.
                              I will take some legal action if they can't help.

Order Durex condom pkt - I had order Durex condom but after delivery when I checked the package the package is fully sealed pack but in that package condom package was torn so that you know very well it's heigine product and I can't take risks for this type of product so that j can return the same after confirmation of your team members.

                              3. Noise fit colorfit pro screen guard - order qty is two numbers of screen guard but when the package open one part is okay and another one is torn and dirty condition so that I can create a return for the same.

                              4. Flipkart IrOn and Buildskill Pipe Wrinch - order delivery only single package instead of two and system shows that your product has been delivered . After checking the box there is no product on that box after that I raised complaint and the agent was after checking with delivery guy found wrong delivery and create refund for the same.

                              5. Mamaearth - Baby shampoo and boby lotion order but when the Product is delivered it's only 2 sample tube received and order qty is 400ml, so after raised query with your executive he confirmed that with the seller regarding my issue and estates the issue and after confirmation with the seller product is picked up and refund my money.

                              If you wants to more issue them let me know I am available 24*7 for my resolution but please unblock my account atleast.

                                  My order of HERCULES Storm NV 26 T Road Cycle with Ekart Logistics - FMPC[protected] were delivered on 25/6/2021 at 2 pm. I have paid the installation and demonstration charge Rs 499. But till now the installation not done . I have made compliant it two time still now the installation is not completed.

                                      I had canceled the following order on 16th June and still the delivery was initiated. since the order was already canceled on my side, I knew I can refuse the order (as customer has right to refuse the order on door step if Im not satisfied with the condition of packing like tempering or like my case which is canceled). I got message regarding order couldn't be delivered. So I was relaxed as I was not worried about refusing it when deliverey boy delivers on my door step. But the delivery Boy delivers the order without calling me or handing me personally on doorstep as I was not provided to see my oder before refusing it.he just kept order directly on my door step without calling me before. Around 6-7pm I went outside my house and saw the parcel with flipkart labels.so I had call with the delivery agent and he recommended me to initiate return as I told him it is already canceled and he said that he will come to take the order back. I even called flipkart customer support regarding the issue and they said that return is initiated on the courier company side. But it has still not taken back. I hereby request you to Solve my issue. I have been handed the delivery of my canceled order and was not provided with the opportunity to refuse on my door step.
                                      It only has replacement and it is not my solution in this case.

                                        I have purchased lots of products and earned supercoins above 1000.I am Flipkart plus member also .I have ordered everything here without doubt sometimes they sent me wrong products, used products, damaged products many time .they tell 6 quality checkup but which is not done by them thats why i received old used damaged sometimes wrong products also.i have suffered lots of times because timely not delivered.my friends and family members also using my account 2 or 3 members that much we trust Flipkart .but sometimes disappointed us but i don't care .but now its blocked my account which I am feeling very bad .Also i have 500 supercoins in it and also i have to return 1 product 1500rs amount.
