I brought a tws on 8th may and the quality of the product is horrible.
On the portal there is no option for return and refund. They only offer replacement.
I reruested customer care to replace and refund but also they tells me it's not on their policy.
If this is their policy they clearly it's matter of fraud and we should change our policy of procurement on flipkart.
My only question is that does replacement...

I haven't got my 799 back .I have purchased a product but the amount has not refunded to me....
