I boughat a motorola revou led tv from flipkart . Which was a defective from seller side. I placed a return request, then seller is ready to pay back full amount . So i order a new tv from amazon . But right now seller cancelled the return request. And i create a new request the pick up date was very long

      I ordered Asus vivo book laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 4th June 2021.The product was faulty so placed a replacement request. But it is showing replacement date to 22nd June 2021 which is too long. Talked to customer support but they did not help much. This is a pathetic service.

        I ordered Laptop on 27'th April 2021, delivered on 1st May 2021.But the Laptop opened on that day product is totally defective.. We give return policy 4th May 2021..Nearly 2 months passed in Flipkart no service man came to pickup the Laptop.. I daily call to customer service., they always saying within 4 days return pickup process happen.. But already 2 months passed.. Today 10th june again giving pickup time now is 6.30pm..nobody coming.. Is this way in Flipkart handle the customer or delivering the defective products..

            First of all where in flipkart's policies is it mentioned that a customer is allowed to raise only certain number of return requests? In nono of their policies they have mentioned that a customer isn't allowed to raise return requests more than a certain number of times! Additionally I ordered three pair of crocs from Flipkart, in which two of them were sold by the same seller, and one was sold by different seller, on delivery of three products, I faced a size issue in one product and two products were delivered of wrong color to me, so I tried raising return request for the product as it's return policy was eligible for 30 days, so they didn't allowed me to raise return request, so I called customer care and asked them to do so, it went on being rejected 10 times without giving any reason, customer care said there's no reason given why it's being rejected, they sent me text that seller has confirmed with the delivery guy that the product was intact while Delivery, what it has to do with the size issue?

              Hi..
              I booked a ticket on air asia dated 28April 2021, pnr..IUH7RI from bhubaneswar to goa but unfortunately the ticket cancelled by airline on that date.so on the same date I booked another ticket via indigo and complete my journey, same time airasia mail me that my money was refunded and pls contact flipkart for refund.then I mail flip kart on 14 th may and they assure me to to solve my issues by 17th may, they give me a incident no..IN[protected], after may 16 till date they have no reply and I tried to contact them several times by mail but they have no reply.
              Pls..do needful for my refund.

                  Hi,

                  I purchased mobile POCO X2 through Flipkart on March 25th . Within 2 months mobile stopped to work and it didn't turn on back. I reached Poco service centre and they said I got damaged piece from Flipkart. I tried to contact Flipkart to replace it or to refund my money back. They are not giving proper response at all. I keep on trying to contact Flipkart a lot of times, But they are not helping me.

                          I ordered hp 15s ryzen 3 dual core 3250U laptop on 20th May 2021 and got delivered on 22nd of may by flipkart order I'd OD[protected].
                          But from very first day the laptop is not getting charge the adaptor is good as I have another laptop which suited the same charger and that is getting charged.
                          Thus, there is internal defect in the laptop I contacted flipkart customer service several times they had planed for technician visit for the check, and the laptop was not getting charged in front of the technician too even he opened the laptop and have taken the photos of each body parts. After that I got the messaged that I will get a call from the technician too I've waited for another 7-8 days I not got a single call and when I call back to flipkart they saying it is good from technician side.

                          Whenever I'm calling they are only giving sympathy like I do understand your concern the product will replace. It's been 20 days now and not even the issued solved. I have never expected to get such an experience from the flipkart, it's very hard for me to digest.
                          I need urgent help as I'm missing my online classes because of all that and also like mentally upset. Hoping for the issue to get resolved as early as possible.

                              You guys have blocked the flipkart pay later account. When your orders are delivered late due to your internal issues then we wait for a long time specially due BBD. Now just because of delay in payment you guys blocked the facility. I am a plus customer and being shopping for a long time now. Payment was delayed due to pandemic. I need the pay later account to be unblocked ASAP.

                                  On 8th June 2021 I have contacted flipkart customer care for requesting to change my old mail id: Vignesh.[protected]@gmail.com liked to flipkart account with my new mail id: vm.[protected]@hotmail.com Because I have no longer access to my old mail id I have mentioned above. They told me send one mail from your new mail id with attaching my ID proof to [protected]@flipkart.com with in 24 hours. Till now i have not receve any response from flipkart and my mail id also wasn't changed! I request to take necessery action as soon as possible, each and every mail including order confirmation also sent to that old mail ID.

                                    I pre ordered Playstation 5 with Astor’s Playroom worth ₹49990 on 17 May and they cancelled my order on June 7 without even taking my consent and on their page it is showing that I ordered a cancellation but I didn’t do that. And now they are not doing anything to resolve this, I would like either for my product to not be cancelled and they deliver and if they are doing so after torturing me for this long they should at least pay some compensation or any fine so that they do not do this again to others.

                                      I ordered a perfume on flipkart on 27th may and it was promised to be delivered by 5th june. I waited till 6th june and contacted helpline to which i got information that product will be delivered before 10th but we will try for early delivery. I requested them that this is a gift to a friend who is leaving city soon so please do the needful.

                                      I've been following up everyday since then and even today i called them and they promised to deliver it by 10th. Now suddenly they cancelled order and just refunded amount, wasting 14 days of my time. I could have bought this item from another place instead, if i was informed about this earlier. Now all my time is wasted. I agree due to covid deliveries may get delayed by a day or two but making customers wait for days and finally cancelling the product is not acceptable.
