Hello to whoever it may concern,
My order ID -OD[protected] was not delivered but it shows in the app that it is being delivered . Also I have already payed RS 299 for the product. Their customer service is terrible as they cut the calls in the middle of addressing the problem. Plz help (invoice attached)

I would like to issue for an immediate refund but their application has no proper follow ups for any such greivances.
As a regular customer getting scammed like this question the authenticity and trust in the platform.

    I had ordered (order id - OD[protected] a product on 23th April 2021 which was delivered on the 27th April 2021. Laptop Harddisk was defeted that was addressing by the Lenovo company. First of all I had generated return request on 29th april 2021 that was cancelled by your agent because we need change my pickup address after that i couldn't submit the request again when i have called your agent on 11th may 2021 so your agent was saying we can't do any thing because of return policy When the cancellation was done by your agent then I have contacted to lenovo brand so lenove technician visited on my house and checked all laptop then give me DOA Certificate 25th May 2021. After that we contacted every day till 31th may 2021 so flipkart agent was saying our concern team will contact you but we didn't get any call from concern team. After that on 31th may 2021 we request to flipkart agent please contact with me your senior person. I told them the whole story after that they accepted my refund request. Today means 18th june 2021 my return pickup date but till now not any agent visited here. Again flipkart agent cancel my request and generate new request for pickup my product on 18th july 2021 but before that the technician will come. Flipkart is telling me to wait for 20 days & Why my return request is pending when lenovo technician has already arrived and checked my laptop on 23 may 2021. Also Lenovo company has given DOA Certificate So why return request is pending & not yet filled.

    Today 21 June 2021 your pickup boy have came here but your pickup boy don't know how to return laptop so he have mentioned product mismatch and again you have cancelled my refund request. I don't know what are you doing. today i have completed 55 days. but till now not solve my problem.

    Today 28 june 2021 till now you haven't assigned any couriers awb number. Tomorrow 29th april 2021 is the last day expected pickup but flipkart is not solving my request.

      I am using a new mobile number, I've lost the old one and I cannot update the phone number without having the old number.
      Need a fix ASAP as my order status is not being updated at all.

        I have purchased 1 Moto G60 (OD[protected] with exchange for an old phone. Yesterday the courier boy came and asked for extra 2100/- for the old phone exchange extra price.
        I have asked him to wait till Flipkart customer care confirmation but he said he can't wait as he is having some other order to deliver, after your communication with the flipkart agent you call me i will deliver the order.

        After confirmation from customer care, I called him to deliver the order, he refused to collect the old phone and asked to pay full amount i.e. 4950/-
        Without any proper reason why he refused to collect the exchange and why asking to pay full amount via Case or Google pay.
        Why he is not carry the card swipe machine ??
        Why i have not received any Msg. / mail regarding extra payment ?

        Moreover i have escalated the issue several times to flipkart customer care but not recived any positive response.
        Now mail recived from flipkart and updtating the status order cancelled.

        Why my order was canclled and After the confirmation I have done the factory reset, who will I bare the charges of data, as old phone reconfiguration required ??
        Moreover, the courier boy removed the glass protection cover also which is not useful right now ?

          1. That, I have ordered Infinix note 10 ( Emerald Green 6GB RAM, 128 GB Internal Storage) on dated 13 June 2021.
          2. That, the product was confirmed to be delivered on June 16, 2021.
          3. That, after chats and conformation I had received a sorry message with conformation that the product will be delivered on 18 June.
          4. That, even after so many chats and telephonic conversation product is yet not delivered today i.e. 18 June 2021 up to 5:30 pm.
          The above reasons compelled me to cancel my order today if not delivered before 7 pm i.e. 18 June 2021.

            I ordered a product from Flipkart.It was a baby's slippers. But I got completely a different item. I raised request for return by calling in customer care service. But the delivery boy deliberately refused to pick up the product. I raised complaint for this 4 times via customer care executive but did not get any valid response. The time my return request is cancelled Even without asking me. Very bad service of flipkart. I am very disappointed.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I would like to put forward my complain regarding your delivery services as found by me with regards to the order :
                    Tax Invoice Order Id: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected], 09:40 PM Invoice No: FAD9QS[protected] Invoice Date:[protected], 09:40 PM GSTIN: 06AAGFF3112L1ZN PAN: AAGFF3112L

                    The said order was supposed to reach on 17th Jun'21 as per order tracker.
                    On 16th, I get an sms regarding the delivery of the order, I call up in the number given in the sms to inform that I won't be able to receive the same on 16th but will avail it on 17th Jun as i was following the order tracker online ; the delivery boy however didn't respond to my request and told me that the order will be cancelled on 16th if I don't take the delivery. Later, I contacted your customer care on 17th Jun and I was given assurance that my delivery will be made on 17th Jun by evening. This didn't happen and I come to find out that the order was cancelled on 18th Jun at 2.30am.
                    The entire incident is so discomforting. Flipkart being such a reputed online shopping platform seems to be at mercy under the unprofessionalism of the delivery boys or local delivery unit. This is nothing other than a kind of malpractice at the end of the delivery unit.
                    It takes lot of hard work for the entire back-end team to process an order and ensure its shipment to the desired destination on time and in full mode but just see the entire work is taken for granted by the delivery boy/team, who cancels the order without even making an honest effort.

                    I would earnestly request the team to take this matter seriously because knowingly or unknowingly the organization is earning revenue loss in this way.
                    I am highlighting my case but there may be many such cases, which are not reported to you owing to digital constraints and lack of awareness.

                          I had booked flight on 22nd from Bangalore to Guwathi, but the flight had got cancelled which was informed in the airport, i raised a refund but its been 2 months, even after en number of calls, my cancellation is still pending n havnt got the refund. worst ever experience i hav got from flipkart travel.

                            So I ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 15 June 2021 it said that it will be shipped by 17 and delivered by 19 by it's almost the delivery day and my item has not even shipped yet and today I got a message saying the order might be delayed and there were no reason mentioned

                                    We have booked Flight ticket with Flipkart & while proceeding with cancellation we specially called customer care of specific Flights department & asked for the details of Refund & Cancellation charges for which they passed on wrong information & now we are facing huge losses in these COVID Times due to the cheating they people doing & when we asking them to give the recording they are not able to provide that as well when they claim that all calls are recorded. Airlines is giving Full refund & they are cheating the customers. They do not know how to deal in Airlines business as their customer care team is totally untrained on handling such queries.

                                      I ordered a Poco M2 Pro from flipkart on 13th June 2021 for my sister as a birthday gift. Flipkart promised me that they will deliver the product by 17th June as my sister's birthday is also on the same date. It has been 4 days since then and the product hasn't reached my city yet. I tried contacting the customer care support and everytime they said that I should be assured that my product would be delivered by 7PM. The product is still in Gurgaon from the last 24 hours and hasn't been dispatched from there to Gwalior and yet the customer care executives say it will be delivered by 7PM. Flipkart ruined my surprise I kept for my sister.

                                        My order id OD[protected] i habe ordered a fossil watch in which i get a totally different product i have got a emporia armanj earrings we usually don't get cheated by flipkart because we have ordered so many things cellphones watches but this is our first time we got cheated and the amount is 9995

                                        Yes i got suspiciois when i see the delivery boy giving me the parcel in 1.5 foot long box but when i see the fossil box i gave the cash afterward when i oppen the box i see the complete different product i ran into that person but he was gone
