Hi Team,
I had ordered a Phone C12 Realme (order placed on Jun 12, 2021 Order ID OD[protected] and the product is showing delivered on next day but actually not delivered after a raised issue with the team he said that product is wrongly delivered mark in the system, please wait for some time, the very next day delivery guy call around 10 AM to come to the product delivery but he didn't come till 2 PM after follow up many times he using abusive language and cut the phone.
After many follow-ups with teams finally around 6 PM, he gave the delivery, and surprise the product packaging was very poor and damage, After checking the box the phone was not there.
Again call to CS team and escalate the situation and the team escalates the issue with the seller and resolution timeline given is 26th June, but the very next day message received "Your return request has been canceled and the query has been resolved now".
Again follow up many times with the team he escalates the issue and after 1-hour mail received "Your query has been resolved"
So 21st June evening around 5 PM I received the mail
"Hello Gaurav
We'd like to let you know that your recent request for the refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

What the hell is going on, No calls, No follow-up with the customer regarding the product and account has been blocked but why and they still not providing any help.
I will take some legal action if they can't help.

We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Appreciate your understanding.
This type of mails I had already received from your end..this is not a solution which you provide.
I want my money back and unblock my account ASAP.
If there is any issue with my orders please let me know I am always available to hear your concern regarding return and I had also send a mail regarding return issues.

2. Order Durex condom pkt - I had order Durex condom but after delivery when I checked the package the package is fully sealed pack but in that package condom package was torn so that you know very well it's heigine product and I can't take risks for this type of product so that j can return the same after confirmation of your team members.
3. Noise fit colorfit pro screen guard - order qty is two numbers of screen guard but when the package open one part is okay and another one is torn and dirty condition so that I can create a return for the same.
4. Flipkart IrOn and Buildskill Pipe Wrinch - order delivery only single package instead of two and system shows that your product has been delivered . After checking the box there is no product on that box after that I raised complaint and the agent was after checking with delivery guy found wrong delivery and create refund for the same.
5. Mamaearth - Baby shampoo and boby lotion order but when the Product is delivered it's only 2 sample tube received and order qty is 400ml, so after raised query with your executive he confirmed that with the seller regarding my issue and estates the issue and after confirmation with the seller product is picked up and refund my money.
If you wants to more issue them let me know I am available 24*7 for my resolution but please unblock my account atleast.
