Hi Team,
I had ordered a Phone C12 Realme (order placed on Jun 12, 2021 Order ID OD[protected] and the product is showing delivered on next day but actually not delivered after a raised issue with the team he said that product is wrongly delivered mark in the system, please wait for some time, the very next day delivery guy call around 10 AM to come to the product delivery but he didn't come till 2 PM after follow up many times he using abusive language and cut the phone.
After many follow-ups with teams finally around 6 PM, he gave the delivery, and surprise the product packaging was very poor and damage, After checking the box the phone was not there.
Again call to CS team and escalate the situation and the team escalates the issue with the seller and resolution timeline given is 26th June, but the very next day message received "Your return request has been canceled and the query has been resolved now".
Again follow up many times with the team he escalates the issue and after 1-hour mail received "Your query has been resolved"
So 21st June evening around 5 PM I received the mail
"Hello Gaurav
We'd like to let you know that your recent request for the refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

What the hell is going on, No calls, No follow-up with the customer regarding the product and account has been blocked but why and they still not providing any help.
I will take some legal action if they can't help.

As discussed I am writing my recent orders queries.

1. 2. Order Durex condom pkt - I had order Durex condom but after delivery when I checked the package the package is fully sealed pack but in that package condom package was torn so that you know very well it's heigine product and I can't take risks for this type of product so that j can return the same after confirmation of your team members.

3. Noise fit colorfit pro screen guard - order qty is two numbers of screen guard but when the package open one part is okay and another one is torn and dirty condition so that I can create a return for the same.

4. Flipkart IrOn and Buildskill Pipe Wrinch - order delivery only single package instead of two and system shows that your product has been delivered . After checking the box there is no product on that box after that I raised complaint and the agent was after checking with delivery guy found wrong delivery and create refund for the same.

5. Mamaearth - Baby shampoo and boby lotion order but when the Product is delivered it's only 2 sample tube received and order qty is 400ml, so after raised query with your executive he confirmed that with the seller regarding my issue and estates the issue and after confirmation with the seller product is picked up and refund my money.

If you wants to more issue them let me know I am available 24*7 for my resolution but please unblock my account atleast.

      My order of HERCULES Storm NV 26 T Road Cycle with Ekart Logistics - FMPC[protected] were delivered on 25/6/2021 at 2 pm. I have paid the installation and demonstration charge Rs 499. But till now the installation not done . I have made compliant it two time still now the installation is not completed.

          Sir/ma'am,
          I had canceled the following order on 16th June and still the delivery was initiated. since the order was already canceled on my side, I knew I can refuse the order (as customer has right to refuse the order on door step if Im not satisfied with the condition of packing like tempering or like my case which is canceled). I got message regarding order couldn't be delivered. So I was relaxed as I was not worried about refusing it when deliverey boy delivers on my door step. But the delivery Boy delivers the order without calling me or handing me personally on doorstep as I was not provided to see my oder before refusing it.he just kept order directly on my door step without calling me before. Around 6-7pm I went outside my house and saw the parcel with flipkart labels.so I had call with the delivery agent and he recommended me to initiate return as I told him it is already canceled and he said that he will come to take the order back. I even called flipkart customer support regarding the issue and they said that return is initiated on the courier company side. But it has still not taken back. I hereby request you to Solve my issue. I have been handed the delivery of my canceled order and was not provided with the opportunity to refuse on my door step.
          It only has replacement and it is not my solution in this case.

            I have purchased lots of products and earned supercoins above 1000.I am Flipkart plus member also .I have ordered everything here without doubt sometimes they sent me wrong products, used products, damaged products many time .they tell 6 quality checkup but which is not done by them thats why i received old used damaged sometimes wrong products also.i have suffered lots of times because timely not delivered.my friends and family members also using my account 2 or 3 members that much we trust Flipkart .but sometimes disappointed us but i don't care .but now its blocked my account which I am feeling very bad .Also i have 500 supercoins in it and also i have to return 1 product 1500rs amount.

                    I have received the delivery few days before, installation was scheduled for 24th June from flipkart at the time of purchase and no one have come to fix it, now I have no idea what to do with the product... and no update from Jeeves. There is no proper communication made from any one in this matter... I would like to get an immediate update on this.. because of work we have schedule the day for the worker to come and to the needful..Kindly do the needful ASAP

                        My order id is OD[protected] Products that were supposed to be delivered on June 16 2021 have still not been delivered. Its been more than two weeks and its being postponed indefinitely. How will I trust that products will be delivered when the promised date has been failed multiple times. Instead of addressing my issue, customer care has been insensitively aggravating the issue by postponing constantly. I have lost complete trust on flipkart and the inconvenience caused to me is unbearable. I hope this issue gets escalated and no one else faces problems like this. Instead of concentrating on my work, I am being forced to talk with customer care for hours, track my order to no avail.

                            My wife Mrs Alivi Aye booked a ticket on 23 feb 2021through Flipkart but we cancelled within 7 hours because of duplicate booking made by me. I spoke with airindia because ticket was booked through Flipkart that was duplicate booking. Travellling from Dimapur to Bangalore on 6/3/21 so I immediately cancel the ticket from AirIndia and ask for refund which is full refund money and AirIndia has initiated full refund to Flipkart on June 11th March 2021, and 13th 2021 but last 3 months Flipkart people are mentally torturing me and harassing me and not returning my money... every day taking time...if will not receive our money 7000 then will go to court and ministry to take action against bansal and team...

                              I have buy a luminous battery on 08th June. I have open it on 12th June, the battery was damaged I have issue 10 day replaced policy but till date my problem was not resolve. The company have generate every 2 days new pickup date.                                 I have purchased a 5 litre Dravida Organics Hand Sanitizer from Flipkart recently (Order # OD[protected]. Upon receiving the product, I realized that the product is fake. It doesn't have the alcohol content as advertised. It just looks like a colored water.
                                When I claimed for refund, customer service team just bypassed the fact by saying that the product has no return policy. Now selling a fake product & then not accepting the return is clearly a day light fraud & I don't like to endorse that. I want to return the product & want my Rs. 849/- back.

                                  I raised a complaint for my AC compressor on 27.05.2021, Your service engineer checked the AC Compressor and said that it is not repairable and has to change the compressor.

                                  After nearly one month a mail received from your end that, the compressor is not repairable *Reason for a refund: Spare parts not available (Spare supply issue with Brand)* and initiated the refund process for 60% of Invoice Value after pickup of the damaged product.

                                  I incurred an expense of 2, 200/- for Installation and at the time of checking of the Compressor. the total expense on AC for 2 years is i.e 40% of deduction and 2, 200/- around 11, 200/- and also one month of summer heat.

                                  I am not ready to buy a new AC with loss of 11, 200 /- (not even a mistake of mine) in 2 years. Please repair/Replace the Compressor.

                                    I have ordered Pure it water purifier (OD[protected] on 14th June, 2021 and it is delivered on 17th June, 2021 and installation promising date was 21st June, 2021. However, till date (24th June) there is no installation completed and no response received from anybody.
                                    I have raised a complaint on 22nd June regarding the same but no response from Flipkart also.
                                    Is this the service you provide to customers who always believe and buy all the products (irrespective of type of products) from Flipkart.

                                    I want this issue to be escalated to higher level and I need proper justification and resolution asap, not like boring statement saying "we will get back with resolution soon". I don't believe such words again and again from you.
                                    Very worst service and worst e-commerce platform in India.
                                    No accountability, credibility and nothing deserved to serve to customers.
