Flipkart not accepting return request. Not able to raise return requests from my Flipkart account also contacted customer care for raising the return request but customer care also not accepting return request.

Product name: LIVPURE LIV-PEP-PRO-STAR. 7 L RO + UV + UF + Minerals Water Purifier (Blue, White)
Last date for return request: 31-July-2023

AS per Livpure Technician my home water DTS is 1800ppm and this water purifier is not able to give required level TDS of output water. so, they suggest me to return this product this is not working in your area.

Please help me for returning this product

        This is to inform you that I had submitted a return request for the order no. OD[protected] WISHFUL by W Women Kurta and Trousers Set 1pc on 3rd June and it has been accepted from your end on 4th June. From that day till now, there's no pick up guy has contacted me to collect the item. I had called to the customer care representative multiple times during this whole two months and got to know that no courier team has been assigned till now. Also, my return request has been cancelled after 7days on a regular basis from 10th June till now, I had to call and made open the return request again and again. From this whole two months, I'm continuously reopening my return request more than 10times. Even now also, my return request has been cancelled.

          I recently bought a new phone from Flipkart using emi on my credit card and exchange of my old phone . My new phone was delivered and my old phone was picked up for exchange 3 days later ( 23/7/23) by ekart their parteners logistics team . They did the checks and confirmations and collected the phone . It's been nearly a week and no refund or any information regarding it has been initiated . When I raise a query or complaint with flipkart they just ask me to wait for 48hours everytime . Kindly help me resolve this issue

            My phone has little screen portion comming outside and call disconnection and network issue on this phone only other phone network working properly. The company seller technician came to check the device and cancelled the replacement without any resolution. On being asked why its replacement rejected no one is ready to answer and provide any resolution. Flipkart is not ready to give proper resolution.

                Sat, 15th Jul, I placed this order with full payment from a credit card, and the order got confirmed also. on 15th July it is also shipped and the delivery date was SAT 22 July, but the product is still in transit. And I received a consolation message from Flipkart regarding your order getting canceled.

                I get a message from flipkart "your order is canceled" but it is not reflecting on my order nor Flipkart giving me a proper answer,

                I have tried reaching Flipkart customer care multiple times regarding the status of the product and the issue with why it is not delivering but they only give me one answer which is "Kindly wait as per the given time we are looking into your issues from our side" they are not able to provide any resolution.

                every time when I asked they only extended the date.

                        I have ordered "Safari Mosaic set 4w trolley's" with order ID: OD[protected] on 15th July 2023, the total amaount i paid is INR 3315 along with 15 supercoins(each super coin is INR 1/-) which flipkart is providing for flipkart plus members at that time. as per the flipkart promised delivery date is 21st July 2023. But it wasn't delivered as per the promised date, instead extended the delivery date to 29th July 2023 after i have contacted the flipkart's customer care over the phone on 21st July 2023 they promised that the order will get delivery without any further delay. And now today 29th July 2023 i got a messagef and mail from flipkart that the order got cancelled and i rechecked the same in flipkart app too. later i came to know after speaking with flipkart's customer care agent that because of the logistics issue from the flipkarts side order got cancelled. They were simply saying that to reorder again the same it will get deliver. But as of today (29th July 2023) the price of the product which i ordered got increased to INR 4099 which is INR.769/- extra. So i have requested the flipkart customer care agent to reorder it from their (flipkart) side instead of refunding the money to me so that i cannot pay any extra money from my pocket. But they refused to do that and denied to escalate this issue with their higher officials by replying me that their managers are too busy to connect itseems.
                        Now i have to bare that total extra amount from my pocket becuase of flipkart's mistake and also the mental tourcher so far by calling the customer care agents again and again for diconnecting my calls while speaking with them which doesn't resolved my problem.

                          Some days before, I ordered a product at very low price than other time from flipkart. But flipkart cancelled it by their own. After that, I again ordered an another product at very low price in sale from flipkart. But flipkart again cancelled it by their own. But I don't want to cancel these products.

                            They are not helping me use my wallet money, as i had already discussed with the customer care executive stating that my registered mobile is not in use before the return to which she said not to worry mam we will refund it on the other number. And now they are not helping even after raising the issue multiple times, they are just absconding and updating the status to resolved. This is vey unprofessional way of dealing it. Please help me get my money back

                                I ordered football from Flipkart 1st one was defective then i replaced the order with a new one again this time this was defective and now the rude delivery person is not picking up the product saying that there is some dust in it
                                . It is a football man we have to check the ball in playground now what customer can do if there is some, so rude he was not taking the product.
                                Never expected this experience from Flipkart.

                                    Hello, my name is Jatin dhadwal I purchase a product on 9th June after delivery of the product I found that the product is broken as the screen is damaged and the inner side of the packaging if damaged. I had no choice but to use that because I do not have the other phone but that phone was not functioning properly as the battery is draining. so I decided to raise a complaint after two days but my complaint was canceled three times because of the wrong guidance from Flipkart customer support. after struggling a lot with Flipkart the return request is made on the 25th of July but that request is still pending today the 29th of July. moreover after sharing lots of pictures of the product Flipkart asking the product pictures again by saying that that was not clear or something missin. without any hesitation, I shared pictures again but now I m seeing that the date of resolution increased from 6th August to 9th August. I raised complaints so many times by mailing, doing comments, and posting on Twitter but no solution was found. they are just delaying my refund acceptance request by giving nonsense reasons. I request to initiate my refund as I have a flight on the 2nd of August and I also discussed the same with Flipkart many times. please help me with my refund, I m very disappointed with Flipkart services and they disturbed me a lot by changing the resolution date and not giving my refund. I TRUST FLIPKART AND THEY NEVER BREAK BUT THIS TIME THEY MADE ME MORE ANGRY BY DOING THIS SILLY THING

                                    I am waiting for so slog and they cancel my return request which is generated on the 25th of July after lots of struggle moreover they are saying that the seller has confirmed with logistics that the product is not broken, i need justification as how they confirm even the delivery boy is not available during the opening of the product, please help me to resolve the issue and to obtain the justice by replacement or refund.
