I had ordered(OD[protected] "Red Tape Walking Shoe" size 7 from flipkart which got delivered initially.
As the size was larger, I raised exchange request for size 6.
Generally when we are not available at apartment, we share the OTP with delivery guy and ask them to give the product to Apartment security which we collect from security in the evening once we are back from office.
On 17 July 2023, we did the same and in evening found that the Exchange item (SIZE 6) was not given to Apartment Security.
On 18 July 2023, I raised a complaint(IN[protected], ) that the new product was not delivered and OLD PRODUCT(SIZE 7) is still with me. In system it(size 6) was marked as delivered.
Every time the incident is either auto closed or closed manually with a comment that the product is already delivered.
Every time I have to call customer care, explain the whole issue from beginning and all I get in response is assurance, new incident and a new time for resolution. (New Incident IN[protected])
Within some time, again the issue is closed with a comment that the product was delivered. thanks for shopping. There is no one from the flipkart team who calls me back even to check before updating the incident. I have even sent mails but no response.
I cannot return the product as in the app, I can return SIZE 6 which I never received. The previous item SIZE 7 is still with me intact.
Even when I asked the Flipkart to raise a return from their side even that is not being done.
There is no escalation matrix, no mail id or contact provided for next level of escalation.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
