Now days flipkart service has became third class from month i have registered a complain to flipkart pay later emi and pay later not working and this issue i face every month such a third class service of flipkart no 1 third class service and third class customer service bokas service of flipkart

      I have done 2 international bookings from Flipkart on 19/11/23, first one showed as booking failed and the amount was deducted and not refunded back. Second time also it showed booking under process and then showed as booking pending and showed that I will receive the itinerary by 7:41am and again the money was debited and not refunded back. The worst part no transactions are shown in the Flipkart app. There is no quick support from Flipkart and even the customer executive themselves does not know want to do. We are spending our money and calling you and the are keeping our calls on hold for more than 5mins which is like nonsense. The customer executives if they feel that the customer is not convinced then they won't send any feedback links. This the last and final service that I would take from Flipkart. I need my money back soon. The speed that you show to take the money is not shown for returning the money.

        I was order this bottle 16th October 2023 then its my status showing me as delivered today its continue showing me 3 days the i received my order at 21st October 2023 but still status not updated that delivered. so i contacted flipchart support executive they said pleas wait for 24 hours for updating status. after all of this my states showed that cancelled my order at 23rd October2023. also i didn'treceived any invoices which company require, i tried to download from flipkart but i failed. and my big issue is the thing is that, i received wrong item which is i got plastic of cello in blue colour bottle i dont want this type of product i want to return i wanted to my refund amount is rs.585/-

        they are calling me again want all pics again i post pics but they are mentionde that resolved my issue but actually not they are not resoled any issues i am trying since 21 october 2023 to yet 19 November 2023 how could i post pics of invoice i didn't received any invoice my complaint not resolved yet today is 25 nov. 2023 yet not received any call any update from flipkart also they are mentioned in my queries thar resovled i can not received positive responce still

          मैं सोच भी नहीं सकता था कि फ्लिपकार्ट जैसे ब्रांड चीटिंग करेंगे पॉलिसी के नाम पर ना तो आर्डर पूरा डिलीवर कर रहे हैं ना ही amount refund कर रहे हैं ना seller से पूछ रहे हैं कि आर्डर कंपलीट क्यों नहीं किया पॉलिसी के नाम पर यह कह रहे हैं कि आपका ना तो रिफंड हो सकता है ना आपका ऑर्डर कंप्लीट हो सकता है यह तो चीटिंग है 84 के लिए फ्लिपकार्ट ब्रांड एंबेसडर के बारे में सोचना ना seller से पूछना जरूरी समझा की आर्डर कंपलीट क्यों नहीं किया कस्टमर को थोड़ा सारा पता होता है की पॉलिसी क्या है क्या नहीं अब दोबारा कोई भी चीज फ्लिपकार्ट से खरीदने से पहले कस्टमर केयर से पॉलिसी का पता करना पड़ेगा क्या पॉलिसी है फ्लिपकार्ट मैनेजमेंट तक पहुंचाना चाहता हूं कस्टमर केयर तो सिस्टम की दलील देते रहते हैं हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते धन्यवाद

            I'm unable to reactivate my account by trying to log in with my mobile/email. There is no option to reactivate, I do not get OTP and there is no other button to click on after entering my mobile number or email and clicking Request OTP. Nothing happens after this step, it is incredibly frustrating that there is no way to contact customer care without being logged in. Calling their[protected] number and trying to speak to a person is of no use, their customer service representatives are always busy and the call ends automatically.

              I am sorry to say that I had ordered 30 (thirty) Floral double mink blankets from you on 7th Nov. 2023 and paid in full through my HDFC c.card bearing no ...8992. Your delivery boy came to my house on 13th Nov. 2023 at around 2.50 pm with one small polythene bag while I was talking my lunch and asked for pin, after that he ran away After completing lunch when I opened the bag only 3(three) pcs blankets were there, immediately I contacted through Flip Kart customer care service they answered we were looking into this matter and lodged a missing complaint don't worry about that we will solve within two days. I am speaking customer care service daily about my remaining 27 (twenty seven) blankets which were not delivered to me and it showed delivered on 13th Nov. 23 in your app. I never except such as reputed company can take too long time to a satisfactory answer to the customer. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter an urgent basis and deliver remaining 27 blankets as soon as possible to me. I am waiting for your favourable answer

                  I have ordered herbalife protein powder. And seller name PDCOMPANY01 selling herbalife open products on flipkart.

                  I have raised replacement and received same open sealed product again.

                  After that I have raised so many return request but flipkart did not return product and not returning my money.

                  Flipkart is so careless that he is not able to take any action against their seller

                  I want my refund back and strict action against seller PDCOMANY01

                    I ordered dinner set for Diwali occasion on 11 th October but today it is 18 th November my product not shipped yet.and company changed delivery date 5 times without any genuine reason every time their executive said it is delaying due to logistics failure.Due to this my money which I submitted on 11 th October can not be refunded and I can not cancel order due to their return policy that I can cancel order mysel[censored]nder 24 hours of order.I an getting dipressed due to this my 13000 rs wasted I can use it in another way in Diwali but due to their failure I am suffering too much .

                      My order ID OD[protected]. Out of 15 items, I received only 11 items. This is happening for the past 5 months, last time I was assured from Flipkart team that this won't happen again, but again got missing items. This is repeating again and again and when I complain in customer support the seller is closing the complaint without any resolution. Why there is no strict policy in Flipkart against sellers and it is not customer friendly. I want my refund or items and make sure that this we I'll not repeat in future grocery orders

                            I have ordered mobile phone through Flipkart and delivery date was 10 November 2023 but as on today 17th November 2023 my order is not delivered yet. I have visited their office in rajkot 2 times but they are not delivering it and giving me false date day after day. I have also called Flipkart customer care number of times but they are also not solving my problem. Kindly look into this and take possible extreme actions against Flipkart and ekart so that this kind of problem does not happen again.

                                Issue with my account blocked by Flipkart ?

                                #Flipkart, one of the E Commerce website in India. Everybody knows the one side of it’s income source but some days ago I got to know the other side of it which was horrible.

                                I bought Redmi 8, order got cancelled, I got a mail that you will no longer be able to login into your account it is blocked by flipkart.

                                I had more than 1.5 k GV in my #Flipkart account. When I called customer care and enquired about the same they said “Blocking is system generated, we don’t know the reason and neither we can unblock nor refund the GV.

                                After trying alot through social media. I was surprised to know that there are huge number of people who faced this issue and still money is not refunded.

                                #Flipkart block all accounts who keep GV in there wallet and never respond on it

                                  I ordered google pixel 6a from flipkart who was official seller of google pixel phones .I received order on November 1st 2023 but I recevied old used phone which was having scratches on backside also it was having heating issues so we raised replacement request which was approved by flipkart after some prechecks.
                                  November 5th 2023 when delivery boy came to deliver the replacement request he told us that he is facing some server issue and he went without delivering replacement request, we waited till next day but no luck. Then we raised issue with flipkart .Since then flipkart is just extending resolution date day by day and updating incident ticket and clsoing incident ticket by saying product didnt met requirement and hence courier denied package. But in reality courier boy jusst visited home once and said its server issue.

                                  Since then there is no resolution on this from flipkart side .
                                  I didnt received my replacement request yet .

                                  I think flipkart, seller(Vision Star) and wish master(Ekart) are involved in this fraud.

                                  Kindly assist.

                                        Hellow sir this is Tanveer ahmad flipkart plus premium member ordered Motorola edge mobile phone on 26 jully 23 recived product with missing Acciceraise(Charger and charging cable) tried to return the product which saller and Flipkart has cancelled 03 times viz Augest 14, 21 and September 10 2023 respectively and in replacement which was deliverd on 18 Sep 23 Recived (Vim bar soap) in brand box tempard stickers viz IMEI No'S and price sticker with outer flipkart paking raised the return request on same day as wrong product was delivered but was asked to fill the consent form recived from Flipkart team which I did on the same day and on August 25 after passing of 6 days my first return request was accepted on 25th August, and pick up was sachulded on 26 August 2023 a wish master from K kart logistics called me for the pick up of return item which he said is Non QC and request me to pack the box with tap on doing all this I handed over the box so deliverd to wish master after not reciving update of pick up I called multiple times to wish master for the same after getting In touch with EKart logistics Hub in charge woh clearly refuses to update the same by saying the reson office desk board is showing the product as Non QC according complaint of the same got raised by me from Flipkart, After passing of 5-6 days time flipkart support back end team called and advised to return back the product handed over to wish master as per their investigation the item is missing accordingly Ist return request got cancelled reasons best know to Flipkart support team / back-end team E kart logistics team and saller, After Ist attempt (04) more return request got rejected which was initated either by flipkart senior team or flipkat support back end team as I was not able to make any return request as the return policy got over, (04) return I'ds are[protected], 123029430128342834285841,[protected] and[protected] Dated. 04, 16, 23, and 27 October 2023.respectively got rejected by the saller/ Flipkart back-end team with out any legmitiate reasons and till today I have called more than 300 times to Flipkart Customer Service Team woh escalated the issue to the team but unfortunately till now no refund has been provided to me doing formalities as per flipkart back end team viz consent form product images inner and outer ID proof with product invoice multiple times but unfortunately all 05 refund requests got rejected without any legmitiate reasons by the saller, I am mentally being tourched and harassed by the flipkart support team and saller, 03 and a half months has already passed with out any proper resolution/refund seems flipkart is fully supporting their sallers for dragging and mentally harassing the customers recently back-end team has called and take account/Bank details but after doing all formalities the queries are showing as resloved which is a grave concern and matter to be look after, flipkart social media team has raised the complaint on 31 of last month 16 days has now passed but unfortunately they are un able for providing me the resolution and even they always reply be assured our team will contact you but no one has called me so far I have paid my hard core earned money to the saller, which I need to be refunded immidately without any further delay, team is not co-oprating for reslovation this is complate harassiment, more than 65 complaints have already registard with flipkart for the same issue but till date nothing has been done by flipkart team they are just try to give free hand to saller and drags and harassed the customer. now it's requested that a strict action may kindly got initiated to the defaulter and my log pending refund may kindly got initiated with out any further delay as I have already suffered a lot.
