I have ordered HP Printer 2723 but they delivered 2331, compare to both the 2311 model is cheaper than 2723 and they are not accepting to refund or replace my item. This is not acceptable.

    I recently purchased SONY X70L 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Google TV (KD-43X70L) through Flipkart 22 August 2023. They Delivered the product on 24 August 2023. And provide installation date on 26 August 2023 but due to some issue Technician could not reach on 26th. he came on 27th and open the TV box and found the product was wrong and damaged. So, he could not install the Tv and moved from my home and asked raise case with Flipkart.

    I called the customer care[protected] and asked for refund we got the reply sure sir will raise the refund and very soon will pick up the product but after few hours got message please share the picture within 48 hrs. otherwise your request will be rejected, I shared the pics and call the customer care whether these pics are received or not they said it’s ok.
    But after some time got the message, your request has refused not sure why. And again I called customer and they said we will raise the new request.

    Need refund or replacement of my order.

    I am not sure whether Flipkart and seller has good intention of selling the correct product. I am really feeling depressed and emotionally harassed by Flipkart and its fraud seller.

        I ordered a weight plate worth rs859 but the seller delivered me dumbells (Wrong Product). Return policy was supposed to end on 6th Aug and i created a replacement request on 4th Aug. After few days, the seller canceled the replacement request. I called the flipkart support team and they created another replacement request. This request was also canceled by the seller on 14th Aug. I called the flipkart support again and the created one more replacement request which the seller canceled again on 21st Aug. Now flipkart is refusing to help me on this regard. They have wasted my time and my patience.

          Flipkart is delaying to replace a defective product (SAMSUNG Crystal 4K 138 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Tizen TV (UA55AUE60AKLXL) from 16th Aug 2023 to till date (30 Aug).

          Order ID : OD[protected]
          Purchase date: 5th Aug
          Order delivered: 11th Aug
          Return request date : 16th Aug
          Replacement ID:[protected]
          Service order from service center: [protected]
          Seller: Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited

          Summary:

          I got the product delivered on 11th Aug and during the installation process it was found that there was backlight display error due which there were dots and lines on the screen. I placed a return request on 16th Aug and the expected delivery date was Sep 6. But on 28th of Aug it a message stating that the replacement request has been cancelled due to not submission of job sheet provided by the service provider. For the record I uploaded the job sheet on 24th of Aug as soon as I received the request. When i questioned about them they said it was due to some error and I was asked to wait for one week for the resolution. On 30th I got a reply stating that "The product delivered to you has crossed the seller's replacement period" which was irrelevant as I raised a request before the replacement policy date. First of all there are making a delay by providing a replacement and later stating that the policy is expired. Also in the account, it is showing that the replacement was cancelled as the issue was resolved by troubleshooting. There was not troubleshooting from their end they just making up stories to make a delay in replacement.

          Either a replacement has to be made or else money has to be refunded. Its been nearly 19 days since product was delivered which I am not able to use.

                    I, dr.Ramesh hold an account with the Flip kart with the above email id and
                    phone number 7XXXXXXXX5.
                    I was having, in my account the wallet balance as Rs. 863/- which it was stated in in the Flip kart.com site, lasts till 5th September 2023. (Expired by 5th september'2023)
                    Surprisingly when the account is opened today ;the wallet balance Rs. 863 disappeared/not found/ withdrawn without notice without furnishing any reason. The customer care never care to answer properly for any call regarding this.
                    Flipkart has to go through my account and check once and find out why a regular and reliable customer has to face this kind of situation (waste of time and money and agony) with fraudulent practices
                    Hope flipkart will resolve this issue at the earliest.

                            While Flipkart does allow you to buy items, just by your account using email id /password. It doesn't allow you to return items if you don't have access to phone number associated with your account.

                            I registered for my flipkart account a long time ago with a phone number that I don't have access to anymore and as flipkart requires an OTP sent to account phone number for returning items, I tried to update phone number associated with my account and it sends OTP to both new number and old phone number, but since I don't have access to old phone ( the reason why I want to update phone number associated my account in the first place), it doesn't let me update phone number associated with my account to new number and hence I can't return the items I ordered.

                                My order was supposed to be delivered 25 th August and it went for out for delivery but it didn't make it. Today's is 28 th August and still no luck. I contacted customer support and their answers are not satisfactory.

                                  My order number is OD[protected] Daikin air conditioner 1.5 ton from your company at the price of 36, 999 which was fixed on the installment, in lieu of which Rs 6, 167 has also been received by you as the first installment of the said order but even after that I have not received the said order from you, nor have you resolved my above problem even after contacting you repeatedly. I am constantly contacting your company, but till date you have not provided me my order. and the first installment money has not been returned by you, you are requested to make my order delivered to me as soon as possible or dispose of the order by returning my said amount of Rs.6, 167 otherwise i will be bound to take legal action and complain against you in the District Consumer Forum and Criminal Court due to the above concern nd for giving me a mental agony, for which all responsibility will be yours.

                                    I have been a regular Flipkart customer for over 12 years now and have placed numerous orders without any issues. However, when I tried logging in to my account today, I got a message saying my account had been blocked.

                                    I am unsure why my account has been deactivated. I have not violated any terms or conditions, to the best of my knowledge. I request that you please look into this matter and reactivate my account as soon as possible.

                                    Flipkart is my preferred shopping destination, and I wish to continue using the platform for all my shopping needs. I would be very disappointed if I could not shop on Flipkart anymore. Please treat this as a high-priority case and reopen my account as soon as possible.

                                      I am using flipkart approx 10 years, every month I do 3 to 4 K shopping from flipkart. Supercoins 3380 is there in my account still.

                                      Since last 3 years I am ordering rakhi from flipkart but this time I got cheated & received incomplete product, I talked to customer care they raise my issue, seller rejected it, they blocked my account.
                                      If I was knowing it will block my account, then I never raise my complaint for 260 rupees product.
                                      One order i recieved was wrong, but when raised return it started popping as Open delivery, but in email, message or delivery person no one inflorm me that it is open delivery, so i took it as normsl & when found wrong product i raised complaints but seller rejected it.
                                      In both cases I was not knowing that what is happening. I just trusted flipkart.
                                      I need my account back, this is very bad, customer care never tell the correct thing & our account is block
