I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent developments concerning my return request. Despite the assurance provided by Ms. Seema Ashok Vasudev, a representative from Flipkart Customer Support, through email and telephonic communication on 26th June 2023 at 16:59:34 it was clearly stated that the tablet would be picked up without any technician visit. This was explained to me due to the tablet experiencing intermittent faults and running on an outdated OS and security patch. Additionally, the tablet had already undergone three technician visits. My return request for the tablet has been rejected by the seller, and no technician visit was done.This sold the tablet manufactured in September 2021. security update june 2021.
This deceptive approach exhibited by your service team is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I placed my trust in Flipkart and expected a superior level of service. However, the TCL Tab Max 10 that I purchased has proven to be faulty, running on an outdated Android 10 operating system without any updates or security patches since June 2021. This outdated software has resulted in numerous bugs, vulnerabilities, and a severely compromised performance, rendering the tablet practically unusable.
The lack of appropriate after-sales support and the dismissive attitude demonstrated by your customer service team have deeply disappointed me. I had expected Flipkart to stand behind the products it sells and provide effective solutions to customers facing such issues. This experience has shattered my confidence as a loyal customer.
I kindly request you to reconsider my return request as a special case. As a loyal customer who has put faith in Flipkart over the years, I believe I deserve fair treatment and a prompt resolution to this matter. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation, including approving the return and refund of the defective product.
