I ordered spf 40 la shield sunscreen on june 12, 2023. It was delivered on june 16, 2023. It is an expired product. On the package, it's marked as dec 2024 expiry but on the tube it's marked as may 2023. Seller is cheating the customers for such fake products.

    I ordered spf 40 la shield sunscreen. It was delivered on june 16, 2023. It's expiry date is may 2023. The package shows the date as dec 2024 whereas the tube shows the expiry as may 2023. The seller is cheating the customers.

      My account got banned without any reason or warning, and there were some active upcoming deliveries of some orders which were prepaid, so those delivery will come to me or not??

        I ordered moto edge 40 on 21st June. After purchase it showed that the estimated delivery date is 3rd July and the item will be shipped on 1st July, but till now no update from their side and item is not yet shipped.

          This is regarding my product which was delivered defective and after following up from more then 10 days no there is no proper response from your team I'm not happy from Flipkart with this kind of behaviour for this product. This is terrible that such a big company doing this kind of ### up.

          I want a replacement or refund for this product.

            I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a recent incident of fraudulent activity associated with my order. I am deeply concerned about this matter and would appreciate your immediate attention and assistance in resolving it.

            Recently ordered new mobile phone and during order I am eligible for exchange my old phone and value is 6100.

            New phone is delivered and Old phone pick up sheduled after 10 day of delivery.As per order old phone pick up by 3rd July and when I checked status then it's showing cancelled without informing me.

            I contact support centre and they said pickup cancelled by logistics and now no any option for the pickup of old phone.

            Now I am in situation that I can't return new phone and will not exchange old phone and I am in loss of 6100 rs.

            I need help in this situation.I want to highlight that as a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, I have always valued the trust and reliability the platform has offered.

            I expect a prompt and comprehensive resolution to this complaint, including a thorough investigation, reimbursement for the fraudulent transactions, and reassurance that appropriate measures have been taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

            Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and seek legal remedies to protect my rights and interests.

            I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and your cooperation in resolving this issue as swiftly as possible. I look forward to a positive and satisfactory resolution.

              I have bought Whirlpool 260l triple door refrigerator via flipkart through seller, bathla teletech pvt ltd, krishnagiri and it got delivered on 16th June 2023. The delivered product have dent on top of the refrigerator and requested for return in flipkart, but seller got rejected for refund and even flipkart support team saying they cannot do anything on that. Why need to loss money because of this unprofessional seller and flipkart customer service. Please do the needful on either refund or replace.

                I ordered Mi TV from Flipkart on 14 June, the I cancelled it on 15 June.
                I placed the order via my Debit Card EMI.

                Order was cancelled, but I did not get any refund nor the EMI is cancelled.

                It has been 15 days I am chasing Flipkart customer care, but no resolution has been provided.

                I also contacted the bank myself as Flipkart is not supporting to cancel the EMI.
                BANK is asking the proof of cancellation and UTR number that Flipkart is not providing to me.

                Please help, today is 2 July and EMI will get deducted on 5 July.

                Attaching screenshot of how irresponsible Flipkart is. They are just fooling me, closing issue and reopening new and thus delaying my resolution.

                  I ordered moto edge 40 on 21st of June at the time of booking it shows the product will get delivered in 2 days after booking it went to 2nd of July and till now the product was not shipped yet and there was no proper answer from the customer care

                      Completely unsatisfied.
                      Same I've order moto edge 30 ultra On July 1st. Estimated delivery is 3rd July. Now it's 2nd July didn't ship. It's stuck at "waiting for courier partner to be picked"
                      I am also facing the same issue with the edge 40, I have ordered the mobile on 21st June till now it was not shipped
                      Same here. And I also did complain to Flipkart customer service, they are also not giving satisfactory answers and even they don't have any contact number of seller.

                            I had placed an order for motorola edge 40 on 21st June 2023. Before placing the order the delivery time shown was within 2 days for Bangalore. After placing the order it change to 1st July. I was shocked to see it took so long to deliver a mobile when other platforms are delivering the phones in a day or two. Today early morning, 1st July, the website is showing as the seller has dispatched but the courier partner has not picked the product yet. If the order has been placed so long back, I am not understanding why has the courier guy not picked the order yet. Don't know where the problem lies. I clicked on the help button since I could not find the flipkart customer care number, i got a message saying that the complaint has been logged and they will get back to me on 5th July??!!. And to make make it worse the delivery date now mentioned in the website after raising the complaint is 8th July. How long do I have to wait for mobile phone to be delivered. Very disappointed with flipkart.

                              I ordered WD Blue 1 TB Laptop Internal Hard Disk Drive (HDD) (WD10SPZX/WD10JPVX) (Interface: SATA, Form Factor: 2.5 Inch) from flipkart which was delivered to me on 25th of Jun 2023 which i ordered on 21st of jun2023 . first the product is delivered to me is without a bandbox of wd hdd and in box there is only a hard disk nothing else . box is simply brown color box box quality is totally worst . and that delivered product is not working in my laptop so flipkart provide me a replacement . so replacement is done on 30th Jun 2023. and delivery agent comes to pickup my product and let you know one thing that the delivery agent is not that person whom you assigned on the delivery time they told me that person who is actually a delivery person is not available and for verification of my old defective product they click my product image and send to that person to delivery actual person . the delivery and pickup location is not same of my given address so delivery agent is hurry so I pickup my parcel and give otp to them . and when i open this parcel at my home the product i received is blue colored plastic ball . i have a video prof o[censored]nboxing and tampered box images . when i complaint to flipkart customer care they don't resolve my query . i will attach all the screenshots of tracking status and invoice and all .

                                I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent developments concerning my return request. Despite the assurance provided by Ms. Seema Ashok Vasudev, a representative from Flipkart Customer Support, through email and telephonic communication on 26th June 2023 at 16:59:34 it was clearly stated that the tablet would be picked up without any technician visit. This was explained to me due to the tablet experiencing intermittent faults and running on an outdated OS and security patch. Additionally, the tablet had already undergone three technician visits. My return request for the tablet has been rejected by the seller, and no technician visit was done.This sold the tablet manufactured in September 2021. security update june 2021.

                                This deceptive approach exhibited by your service team is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I placed my trust in Flipkart and expected a superior level of service. However, the TCL Tab Max 10 that I purchased has proven to be faulty, running on an outdated Android 10 operating system without any updates or security patches since June 2021. This outdated software has resulted in numerous bugs, vulnerabilities, and a severely compromised performance, rendering the tablet practically unusable.

                                The lack of appropriate after-sales support and the dismissive attitude demonstrated by your customer service team have deeply disappointed me. I had expected Flipkart to stand behind the products it sells and provide effective solutions to customers facing such issues. This experience has shattered my confidence as a loyal customer.

                                I kindly request you to reconsider my return request as a special case. As a loyal customer who has put faith in Flipkart over the years, I believe I deserve fair treatment and a prompt resolution to this matter. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation, including approving the return and refund of the defective product.

                                    I had ordered a product from flip kart on 27th June ie tuesday, its been around 3-4 days now, yet there is no response from flipkart, there is no updation in the ui page nor they are replying via email. Just asking me to wait for 24 hrs, 48hrs, 3 days, 8 days and so on, money is deducted from my account, yet the executives are not confirming nor denying about the product, order id : OD[protected]..

                                      Flipkart provides pay later option to its valuable customers not only on flipkart assured products but on all products. My query stands unresolved with false to no information provided by Flipkart and its App. The company's customer care is fooling around with its customers by offering them products at a cheaper rate with low quality products. Secondly, a customer is offered to use flipkart pay later option for its purchase. credit limit about 30uyum000. But the purpose is lost when this particular service from flipkart is made unavailable to the user for its purchase.Then why poeple should shop through flipcart

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have ordered a product in Flipkart and returning due to size issue, pick-up should complete on17thJUNE2023, but pickup not happened and I didn't received any call from pickup agent so far.

                                        After this i reached Flipkart support, they reopened pick-up request and mentioned on or before 03rdJULY2023 pickup will happen, so far nothing happened. Kindly check and help on this at earliest.
