I placed an order for google pixel 6a on 14th July 2023, my product was promised to be delivered by 16th, but I didn't get my order on 16th and asked for help from customer service. They told me to wait by 20th and so I did and called them again but this time again they told me to wait till 22nd without proper communication, they couldn't figure out the problem and kept extending date. On 22nd they cancelled my order without consent. First made me wait all this time and then cancelled it. I even had to exchange my old phone and I had removed my data from it so for these 7 days I couldn't use my phone either. The price of the mobile has gone up already. When I called to ask why they cancelled from their side . they said "unknown reason" and simply told to reorder without any other help. I just want my phone at the price I paid, I hope this helps me get my phone before I'm off to college.

I have recently purchased a laptop from Flipkart on 11 July and it was supposed to be delivered by 16 july. All though I have rescheduled the date to 18 july, they didn’t deliver the order till 21st July and all of a sudden the cancelled my order without any prior notification, and now they even increased the price of the laptop. Basically they stuck my money with them for 10 days which I could have used to buy from another place as it was very important. I want compensation from Flipkart for harassment and wasting my money and time. I couldn’t work for 5 days because of them.

I have rated and submitted my review on this product but its not showing on product page. what i have written in review is showing is as published in my review section but its not showing on product page, its showing as published on 17 july 2023. but still not showing in product page. i have done complain regarding same with flipkart too, but they are just making fool extending dates and sending same email of system generated again and again.

i am attaching proof of same too and also i am sure that i have only written truth about product not any false language.

I Have Purchased A smartphone (Samsung S20Fe5G) for 27959rupees .and i got it 2days ago when i get this phone at that time onwards Iam facing high battery draining issue and high heating issue around 46degree when i checked by thermometer Then I Try to Return The product for replacement but that time it is showing error and Iam trying it for 3days. but no result and 26 is the last date of return policy. then today i visited Samsung Authorized Service Store for Checking Issue Then They Said This Phone Has Switched on Around 1Month Ago They said This Is A Used Complaint phone please Return It on Flipkart but when i try to return it is showing error. Iam Saying to Flipkart why you guys are cheating us what did you get by doing this Fatherless Type Work...I Hope This Consumer Complaint site will solve my issue and i will get my phone replacement as soon as possible. I placed an order of 200rs from flipkart and received a broken mobile tempered glass from flipkart since they have no return replacement policy that does not mean they can send a defective product to their costumers totally disappointed and regret shopping from flipkart.

Product order on 06 july 2023 and received on 11 july 2023 bt when I received the product i saw the product missing from packaging and then i am immediately contacted customer care and they created return request bt after 2 days seller cancelled my request and from that day i am struggling to get my refund

After that 19 july flipkart contacted me and created a return request bt not approved after that day 20 july request was cancelled and 21 july one call comes and saying we can’t get u refund because seller not policy was ended

On 03/07/23 i apply return request of noise buds VS404 from FlipKart and after somedays i registered for warranty but on filling up i checked on serial number and found that the serial number on package and number imprinted on the product are different before this incident i just return the first product (noise vs404 same product) on getting a defective product . on my invoice there is no serial number . i need refund or return on my product

On the same day at midnight i got a message that return was rejected., but the pant was already picked by courier person. Now the refund was not provided as return was rejected and courier person never gave back the rejected product. Raised multiple issue in flipkart but useless.

On 19th July When The Product Was Recived The Delivery box opened the box and checked Then A saw Some Finger prints and a crack on The phones Screen cover but it didnt effect inside so i take it . then when i started using the phone its heating around 47degree when i checked with thermometer and the battery is draining so fastly on normal use Totaly Looks Like A Used phone then I go To flikart app and send return by giving defective product as subject but its showing oops something wrong please try agian . Then i call the customer care they said we are sorry for that is an error so we cant return so you want to return after some hours but iam trying to return for 2 days all time its showing error i think they are cheating me they will show this till the return policy end after that they will tell we are sorry return policy is over likethat so . iwant to Replace this phone to new one with out complaint i dont want refund i want replacement so i hope you will take action about this as soon as possible . iam waiting for the replacement . please request a replacement

Delivery was not open box delivery
New mobile which was damaged and raised return request but 2 times return request was cancelled just because the image in the pic was not clear so now customer service team is telling return time is over but Flipkart made me to wait for a week to accept the replacement request and now it is cheating customer by giving unethical reason

Today I saw a offer and I just ordered it and paid 498 rs for the IPHONE 14 .
I thought it might be a bug and I just ordered it and paid the sum.
I would request to catch them and give thwm a strict punishment. And please return my money back ASAP because I have been cheated and I will be grateful to you.

While returning the product flipkart site showing some error means, flipkart is not accepting my return request. I have tried multiple times.

I sent them pics to the number provided on the order. but the clock having unknown pics. return policy is available till 17th July. But we opened the order on 20th July. Now we realized that we got wrong product. Could you please replace the wall clock with proper images or refund the amount?
I contacted flipkart customer support also. They are not helping out on the issue. Its annoying to get the wall clock with unknown people photos.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with my recent purchase from Flipkart. On[protected], I ordered a G Shock watch with Order ID OD[protected], and unfortunately, I received a duplicate product that lacks several essential features and specifications present in the original product.

I have ordered a custom decor solid wood semi-open book shelf honey solid wood open book shelf (Finish color -
Honey) rosewood (Sheesham) | big bookself with 10 day replacement guarantee and unfortunately delivered a small wooden sideboard on 02.7.23.
The order was delivered by courier in sealed condition with invoice label and they never unboxed the item and shown me that the item was as per actual ordered item.
Subsequently after unboxing it was found that the item delivered is a small sideboard and not the solid wood semi-open book shelf. The flipkart customer care was immediately informed with a complaint [incident: in[protected]] to replace the wrong item and all the relevant pictures of the delivered item was shared. They also informed and assured that the issue will be resolved by 14.7.23. Incidentally, the return deadline and cancellation was 12.7.23.
On 15.7.23 they informed that the replacement and return request of mine has been declined though i shared all necessary pictures to them and once again the fresh full pictures of wrongly delivered item was shared with label.

Incidentally, flipkart was knowing that there was going to be a wrong delivery beforehand and did not take any preventive action to wrong delivery.

Therefore, necessary immediate measures are please be arranged to cancel the order and return my money. I had enough harassment in this context and i am attaching all relevant testimonials on this context.
