I placed an order for google pixel 6a on 14th July 2023, my product was promised to be delivered by 16th, but I didn't get my order on 16th and asked for help from customer service. They told me to wait by 20th and so I did and called them again but this time again they told me to wait till 22nd without proper communication, they couldn't figure out the problem and kept extending date. On 22nd they cancelled my order without consent. First made me wait all this time and then cancelled it. I even had to exchange my old phone and I had removed my data from it so for these 7 days I couldn't use my phone either. The price of the mobile has gone up already. When I called to ask why they cancelled from their side . they said "unknown reason" and simply told to reorder without any other help. I just want my phone at the price I paid, I hope this helps me get my phone before I'm off to college.
