    I had ordered a moto edge 40 on 14th June and I was supposed to get delivery today - 27th June. But today, I get an email saying the delivery has been delayed 3 more days - 30th June. Can't believe I have to wait 16 days for a phone. Can't help but feel like I'm getting scammed. If anyone else has similar problems, please do reply. Thanks.

          As I have purchased a handbag and paid full amount but I received same brand but different design product and raised a complaint with full details and pictures to flipkart help area from my flipkart account against it to get refund and place my order again but in the morning I saw my account was blocked. even though there were no rendom returns/refunds.If seller is doing wrong so why customer is being punished.i need to be my account UNBLOCKED...PLEASE HELP .

                Bring a valuable customer very long years.. Due to medical and financial crisis wasn't able to make the payment on time, inspite of informing the to the agent over the phone, they all of sudden deactivated my flipkart pay later and blamed the financing sector idfc bank for it.. The agents in phone support in flipkart was rude as well, only few were customer centric.

                I would like to get account reactivate so tat I can purchase things are requored

                I want this complaint to open as I suffered alot just bcos the agent were not educated though giving them multiple times thr alert that I'll not be able to pay on time they were rude also deactivated my pay later account without prior information. This is ridiculous as flipkart people we're blaming idfc bank for the deactivation of the account but in the end it was on the flipkart people only..they are not ready accept their faults but blames the finance providing bank for everything and I want to activate the flipkart pay later.

                  I wanted to buy pixel 7a by exchanging my old poco phone. while buying the product i was not asked to type imei number of the phone. later when the delivery executive came it showed imei number not matching. when i spoke to the customer care executive they told me it is a mistake from the customer who might have wrongly put the imei number. Now the issue here is when i was not even given an option to put imei number how can this be a mistake from customers side. Flipkart should stop this fraud work. if you dont want to give exchange bonus to the customer then it should not be put in the site. And the customer care service is one the worst thing i have faced in my life. The irresponsibilty showen by these people of not listening to the issue is one of the most irritating and horrible thing.

                    I'm writing this complain as im not able to place any orders in Flipkart. Even after multiple complaints raised. No proper resolution is given.
                    Firstly I was not able to use my flipkart paylater facility. I have an credit balance of 30k+, but when i try to place order, the flipkart paylater option doesn't work. MY KYC STATUS IS ALSO ACTIVE. and now im not able to use my super coins and place an order. its states "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks.
                    even I spoke to the escalation team and still no response or resolution given from them.

                      I ordered Samsung S22Plus from flipkart in exchange with my current S20Fe 5G. The package was supposed to be delivered on Friday (22nd June, 2023) and in the morning I received a sms from flipkart that the package is out for delivery.

                      I tried to contact the delivery partner more than 20 times throughout the day but they did not pickup the call. I connected with flipkart chat support but they were not able to help me in anyways. At around 6:30 in the evening after waiting and wasting my whole day, I went to buy some medicines and then the delivery agent called me and said "are you are home"? I said "just give me 5 minutes I am coming home" and then I rushed home but I saw the delivery agent canceled the delivery for that day.

                      I reschedule the delivery for Monday (today, 26th June, 2023) and I again received the out for delivery sms in morning but again I am not able to reach the delivery agent and I have to get a few groceries but stuck at home.

                      Unbelievably bad service from flipkart and the delivery agents. This is customer harassment

                        I have recently purchased a lenevo IdeaPad slim 3 on 20/06/23 and delivered in 24/06/23.This product is defective. In this product there is a issue of screen that is the screen is not turning on.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent purchase I made from Flipkart, involving a Swiss Military charging cable. The product in question is currently under warranty, yet it has stopped working, and neither Flipkart nor Swiss Military has provided the necessary assistance to resolve the issue.

                          On 14/03/23, I purchased a Swiss Military charging cable from Flipkart with high expectations, given the brand's reputation for quality and reliability. The product was working perfectly fine for a brief period. However, after only [number of days/weeks/months] o[censored]sage, the cable suddenly became unresponsive, rendering it completely useless.

                          Considering that the charging cable is still within its warranty period, I immediately reached out to Flipkart's customer support for assistance. To my dismay, the support team seemed indifferent to my concerns and failed to provide any meaningful solution. They directed me to contact Swiss Military directly for further assistance.

                          Hoping for a resolution, I subsequently reached out to Swiss Military's customer support, expecting their expertise and assistance in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, their response has been equally disappointing. Despite providing them with all the necessary details, they have not taken any action to address my complaint or provide a satisfactory resolution.

                          I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of both Flipkart and Swiss Military, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a consumer, I believe that it is essential for companies to stand behind the products they sell and to offer prompt and efficient customer service when issues arise.

                          I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I would appreciate if you could take the necessary steps to either replace the defective charging cable or arrange for a refund in accordance with the warranty policy. Furthermore, I would appreciate clearer communication regarding the next steps and the timeframe for resolving this issue.

                          Please understand that my intent in writing this message is not to create unnecessary conflict or inconvenience, but rather to seek a fair and equitable solution. I genuinely hope that this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably, preserving the trust I have placed in both Flipkart and Swiss Military.

                                Dear Concern

                                I have placed an order for NBA 2K19 Game for Nintendo Switch on 30th May 2023 & done the payment of Rs 2, 888/- online to Flipkart.
                                Expected date of Delivery for this product was shown up in the application as June 8th, but received on June 6th 2023.
                                Consignment was opened to find a wrong product ( Tiger Woods Golf Tour for PSP Sony) was received.
                                Connected to the support centre & explained the issue to replace the product with the correct one.
                                Support centre executive had taken a request 😞 n June 6th 2023 & placed a request for replacement as the seller had dispatched a wrong product.
                                Product replacement date was showing up in Flipkart App on June 14th Whereas it reached at on 12th June Itself.
                                However, my ordeal with Flipkart & seller had begin to continue further. Received again a Wrong Product.
                                This time it was ( Strikeforce for PSG Game Console ) with Thick sheet of Dirt on the cober, Whereas my original order is for Nintendo NBA 2K19.
                                Again requested for a replacement second time & placed request as soon as I opened the product.
                                Now, on 13Th June by 6.15pm an Delivery agent had reached place to pick the product for replacement & immediately denied to do so, as in his Flipkart Application it was showing as Book, instead of a Gaming Chip Cover.

                                Without even connecting back to Flipkart Centre, he denied to take back the product. His rude behaviour & Misconduct was very evident.
                                The same was report the Flipkart support team within few minutes & they had apologized for his behaviour & ensured to arrange for the replacement on or before 18th June 2023, which was displayed on the Flipkart order
                                status page.
                                I was patiently awaiting for the product replacement untill 23rd of June, But the status on the Order page had already turned to Query resolved.

                                Upon connecting multiple times to the support centre, they are providing an excuse stating that they tried to call on 15th June, where i didn't picked the call ( their claim ) & currently the case is closed as the timelines have exceeded.
                                I have been waiting for June 18th for pick up & replacement, but how do Flipkart can just make a false allegations of calling & closing the case without my consent when the actual problem in hand is unresolved.

                                    मेरा आर्डर आईडी:-OD[protected] है जो कि मुझे 18जून को प्राप्त हुई. जब मैं पार्सल खोल कर देखी तो उसमे Pack of 5 होने के बदले pack of 4 था. तो मैं पूरी बात Flipkart customer care में कॉल कर के बताई . उनके तरफ से रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार हुई . लेकीन कोरियर बॉय बोले हम आपका प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं ले जा सकते हैं इसमें Pack of 5 दिख रहा है . उसके बाद मैं लगातार Flipkart customer care में फ़ोन की लेकिन उनके तरफ से कोई Respone नही लिया जा रहा है और ना ही EKART Logistic Team से भी कोई Respone नही लिया जा रहा है.courier Boy बार - बार बोल रहे हैं हम आपका प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं ले कर जाएंगे...

                                    आज जब हम Flipkart CUSTOMER care में फोन की तो बहुत ही बदतमीजी और अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया.
                                    और COURIER BOY भी अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया...

                                      I purchased new real me phone 10 pro online through flip kart on 28 may 2023 with exchange offer of my old redmi note 5 pro the payment was made by credit card. The new phone was delivered but the old phone was not picked by the company. While order new phone the date of picking old phone was showing 12 june but on 7 june suddenly in evening 5 pm one call came to pick the old phone and told today is last day for picking, i was out of station and told him to come as per the date mentioned on flip kart application i. E on 12 june but the company cancelled to pick and on 8 june cancelled message came to pick phone. I since then 8 june, i am continuously calling and following with the flip kart but they are giving same reply again & again to sell the phone in sell back option in their application. I am telling that in sell back option only rs. 2500/- showing for my old phone instead of rs. 4150/- as was showing in exchange. They closed my complaint and now they are not replying and not giving that price as equal to when i ordered new phone with exchange value of rs. 4150/- for my old phone.

                                        So I ordered a phone from flipkart (also a scammer website) on exchange. The asked amount was 13k something, but on arrival of my product, after the delivery executive examined my phone (which was almost new in condition), the price automatically went up to 15k. This is how they scam people. Beware !!...
