I saw a bookmyshow voucher worth 200 RS in the expense of 200 supercoins but when I went to redeem it, , it is showing that the voucher is already expired though the validity is till 12 th August clearly mentioned on it.

        I purchased a gaming monitor named BenQ EX 24 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel with Smart 16:9 HDRi image optimization, Dual 2.5W speaker audio, 1080p from Flipkart from a seller named mtmailmodeecom.When I received the product the box was already tampered with the seal was broken and the box was damaged, but when I opened the product and checked the monitor screen it was broken and to top that the seller has sent me an already returned product which is illegal the seller tried to rip off the returning address which he failed I will attach a photo for that.And when I asked Flipkart to replace my product they are denying my replacement request for no reason I have shared all the required documents they asked for and they still rejecting the replacement saying not enough proof was shared.i also have a video o[censored]nboxing where u can clearly see the product was damaged on unboxing. Now I have no where no go I have purchased this product on emi too which idk why I will be paying for a damaged received product. Please I need help regarding this issue.

          I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while trying to pick up my parcel.Order Details: Order ID: OD[protected]. I received a notification that my parcel was ready for return pickup at the designated location. However, the person came for the pickup he denied to take the parcel saying that is should come in box.. But when i received the product it was in the flipkart envelop only.. I did not received any box with this. I was informed that the parcel was with the box so we will not collect it. And now I'm applying for pick up the notification comes that u already returned so many parcels so now ur not allowed for return, I faced the same situation, leading to considerable inconvenience and frustration because i never returned any parcel.. It's the first time i initiated return request because i have received the worst quality product..I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for so many years and this experience has left me disappointed. I believe that your team's prompt assistance will help resolve this matter swiftly.I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue, and I would appreciate it if you could:Verify the status of my parcel and ensure its get return and my refund will be initiate .Investigate the reason behind the recurring unavailability and take corrective measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. information.Thank you for your attention to this matter.             I recently ordered a laptop with an EMI card from Flipkart. But the next day, my account gets blocked for apparently no reason. Now even if I don't get the delivery, I'll have to pay EMI's. Please, help me getting my account activated!

              I ordered a new phone from Flipkart.com for Rs 28050/- and traded in my old one. They delivered my new phone on 09.07.2023 and said they would pick up my old one on 15.07.2023. But they never did and just cancelled the trade-in without telling me. They offered me Rs 9250/- for my old phone (good condition). Now they want me to sell it on Phonecash through Flipkart, where it's only worth Rs 5450/- (also in good condition). This is so unfair and I feel cheated by Flipkart.

                I haven’t used Flipkart in a long time. Now I wish to sign in on Flipkart again. When I try to login in with my phone number, it asks for my password which I don’t remember as it has been a while. Ideally, I should be getting an option to reset password or authentication using OTP. The only option that’s there is ‘Contact Customer Care’ which doesn’t really help as they don’t have any means where I can report my problem. I talked to Flipkart Support on Twitter but they were of no help.

                  I ordered a non stick kadhai from flipkart and it gets delivered on 20 jul 23 .While checking i found the lid has some issue and raised return from my order section.

                  Date :12 Jul 23

                  after return request the return gets approved and pickup message arrived in phone .On the first day nobody call me for return pickup.And i got a message from flipkart stating i was not available for return pickup.I didn't understand this.So i waited, the next day same message out for pickup came to phone.i waited till evening.NO call came.so i called them in the number provided.He told me will come and pick the item.

                  same happened next day also, , so i complained to customer care for pikcup.They initiated complaint for this and next day pickup done.But after 1 hour of pickup the status of order gets automatically cahnged to return cancelled .
                  i complained to customer care about this.they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 48 hours.Next day got a call from flipkart asking all details about what happened.i explained everything again.He told me to wait another 48 hours to check with seller and logistics team.i waited again.in the mean time i checked th app for any refund got credited and was not credited.so i just checked the order again.i found the status is of complaint is resolved . I wondered how its resolved without my consent and solution not provided by concerned team.so i called customer care again to complaint this.He told me to wait another 48 hours .Again i waited and got a call from flipkart and asked all details.Then told me to wait 48 hours .Then after same cycle keeps happening.Complaint status gets resolved and no refund.Customer care when calling says they escalated to concerned team, they will surely help me..

                  i am hearing this for past 1 week and still hearing same.
                  called customer care 5 times for refund.Neither product nor money is with me right now.Pls help me..

                    I purchased zebronics zuke bar 9000 pro on flipkart selling by mtailmodeecom, for the claiming by seller on item description that this product having dolby digital plus technology, but real product which I I recieved is not having that technology instead just having dolby audio, which is of lower grade than claimed one, I requested flipkart with many proof of images however times they asked for, but every time flipkart turned down my claim without any solid reason and citing meaningless and unwarranted reasons

                      I bought a google nest hub 2nd gen with the display but I was utterly disappointed with the quality of the product. It's not even close to what they show in pictures and videos. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality. So I initiated a return on the product. But the seller rejected the return request of the product. Please refund my money as soon as possible

                              prarthana Combo Pack of Guggal and Mogra.. from flipkart, it should have been in box and quantity should have been 150, i received without box and quantity is 50 and broken

                              i complained repeatedly on flipkart customer care, also on email, it has been 10 days, they did not take action

                              i need the original product with the given quantity, please help to solve my issue

                              On this issue they sent me replacement but still the seller cheating, he sent me again 30% of product, the product should have been in box and with the weight of 400 gram quantity, i did not take the package

                              i did weight of the product and took photo of package, the product is 130 gm and no box
                              see the image, i think flipkart has no power to deal this kind of sellers, i weighted and took photo in front of delivery agent and returned

                                    My order is delayed for past 8 days, it should have been delivered by 25 July but still I didn't receive it, it's showing arriving today and out for delivery for past 8 days and even the customer care executive is not responding properly, they are always asking me to wait for 24 hours. Being a regular customer of flipkart I feel frustrated with your service. Kindly deliver it soon or else refund my money back.

                                      The registered mobile number in my Flipkart account is not there with me so I want to change the mobile number. But it’s asking for otp while I am trying to change. Recently I have ordered one product in Flipkart and I want to return that product.
