    I have ordered mobile poco x2, mobile on 1st june 2020, ordered id is od[protected], they took my order successfully, i booked the omobile n 6 month emi but after some timegot the massage "the order the cancelled due to limited stock" if they don't have stock they why they took my ordered.

    Currently i am at native place, i am ordered the mobile on my bother in law
    Shop address due to the near to highway and it is easy to delivery boy to delivered

    Next day i received mail from flipkart

    "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

    Then spoke with person subham and pratik flipkart support and told why you block my account and also i told him check my purchase history i have not so much ordered the product and also i am not reselling the product but they are not provided the proper explanation.

    Currently i am doing wfh from n my native place and my currently having battery and display issue with my phone and require new mobile for communicate with my office member and using hotspot for laptop, i waited for poco x2 mobile form 1 month.

    I disappointed with filpkart, i am flipkart plus member and using flipkart from since many years

    Requested to you, kindly take strong action again filpkart, i need my ordered back and unlock the account.

    but how would you can you explain, i have not purchase so many product from Flipkart, all product purchase for personal use, First you cancelled my and giving nonsense reasons for block account without any judgment.

      I am writing this mail as an escalation because its been two months since my booking had been cancelled and i got confirmation mail from air india that pax entitiled for full refund.

      Since then i have been chasing for the refund but still there is no success.

      I booked the tickets through flipkart flights and flipkart is saying that they are waiting for the refund to come from airline.

      Air india customer care says that refund has been given already to flipkart.

      So i don't know where is my money stuck now.

        Why i am not receiving my order on time its been 5 days. I am not getting any call. That is very bad experience with flipkart. Due to lockdown we are not able to go anywhere and purchased but if you guys do this type of service. I ordered four product one was returned that was local. One got cancelled i dont know how. One i didnot received delivery date was 30th may. One still pending its been 20days

            Ordered poco x2 (6/64gb, matrix purple) on march 21, 2020 and it was delivered on may 23, 2020 (After a long wait). When i opened the package, the phone (Including all accessories) was missing from the box. I was shocked. (The brand seal on the mobile's box was broken). I immediately placed request by selecting item missing and attached my aadhar card copies in the email. But after sometime that got cancelled by stating a stupid reason that product was intact. Your customer care executive called me 1week ago and said your issue will be resolved by 5th june, but after that the date was changed to 10th june and no response received yet. After that, more than 3 times my requests were cancelled.in this pandemic situation i am totally frustrated. I am now scolding myself that why i choosed flipkart, it was my fault to choose flipkart, realizing right now.
            So, i would like to request flipkart to please send me my product or money anyone which you are comfortable, otherwise i will forced to take further steps as i cant leave it like this.

              My delivery has been cancelled stating that "the delivery partner was unable to deliver to this location". However, as per the shipment status, it seems that tv was dispatched from hyderabad and has also been reached to nagpur flipkart facility.
              Due to rise in demand/new booking, it seems that my order has been deliberately cancelled unethically by flipkart in order to increase the price. Unwillingfullly i have to book tv again on rs. 3000 higher price (I. E. @rs 29999. Earlier order price was rs.26999). This practice was not expected by flipkart who promise best rates in the market. I am going to raise this complaint in online grievance platform/portal. Hence, i am expecting the discount of rs. 3000 in my current order, as a curtsey approach by flipkart which deemed to be multinational brand.

                Without knowing that flipkart pay later would reflect in my cibil report, i've given my details to it for activation. Later i came to know that flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with idfc first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and flipkart have to do it. When i asked flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my cibil report and i am not able to avail credit card services of any bank due to that. Another thing is that the organisation in which i am working is asking me to produce a clean cibil report but, how can l?. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still i'm not able to close my account. No one is responding, should i put my job at amidst of the worst scenario of job due to covid-19 pandemic and that's also because of their irresponsibility???

                  I got a mobile honor 7a with order id od[protected] with the phone i got an insurance jppoffk1683638 my phone screen got broken and i was asked to deposit more 500 rupees that i wasnt told when i got the plan.. Moreover my phone is not picked up till now.. I am facing mental tension becoz of this and i want to file a case on flipkart..                           I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on flipkart through seller bathla teletech pvt ltd. It got delivered on 22nd of may by evening. After the installation the refrigerator's cooling system is not working from the day one. I requested for replacement on 24th. Then they scheduled technician visit on or before 28th of may. Till today no technician visit or nothing is done. I am calling flipkart customer service from 29th. They are saying we will escalate to higher executives. But no solution. 2nd of june i called and asked for enquiring. They are you only rescheduled the technician visit. But no date mentioned for it. The technician team has not called me till today. But they are saying you rescheduled it. Daily they are saying our team will reach you before this day that day. They are saying like this only.

                          Already 3 days are over. But no response nothing from Flipkart. It's better to do something other than calling or waiting for their calls, mails. I think they will me make to wait for months and says your replacement request is rejected.

                          I ordered one Samsung (32 inch) HD Ready LED TV from Flipkart on 11th of August 2020 and the seller was Bathla teletech Pvt Ltd.

                          Unfortunately just after a month, the TV is not working properly, The screen becomes blurry after some time. It looks like a duplicate of Samsung. Now the picture quality also becomes very dull.

                          I am trying to call Flipkart customer care ([protected]), but they are not responding properly. They are saying cos you completed a month your complaint is in 4th stage and you should direct contact to Bathla as they were the seller.

                          Now I started calling both, but not getting any positive response from anyone. I am requesting you all, please stay away from Flipkart as this is a fraudulent company, who don't care about their customers.

                            I have ordered one of product in flipkart and the product has reached. But one of the item is missing in the box. So i tried to return the product but my account is blocked. I have taken pay later option in flipkart for the product on the time of ordering my product. But now they are asked to pay the amount of the product which is missing parts. When i tried to contact the cutomer care of flipkart they just saying that my account is blocked. But they are not giving a correct information about returning of that product.

                                I had booked a flight in indigo airlines through flipkart for june 9th from madurai to amritsar. Unfortunately, indigo have cancelled their flights due to some issue from their side. They have given the flight booked amount in the form of credit shell which can be utilized for future booking within 1 year. This amount can only be accessed by the flight booked agent which is flipkart.

                                I have to travel to the destination without fail due to my work emergency. After multiple discussion with the flipkart customer service, they are not providing any re-schedule or not providing any refund. They say that no flights are available for any day which i mention to travel.

                                They say all sorts of fake reasons and now the flight charges have increased.

                                Need to file a compliant against them regarding this issue.

                                      Flipcart has now formed a racket to extract money from customer. Yesterday i am one of the victim of this racket. I ordered an iphone against their exchange offer. Before ordering i entered every details of the exchangeable iphone and then they accepted the order and i paid the amount (Which was quite high) online. Flipcart website clearly explains the condition of acceptance of the exchangeable iphone. Yesterday the delivery boy came (Whom. They name very polished way as ekart delivery executive) and just seeing the phone which i wanted to exchange, he said it can’t be taken and i have to pay the money against this exchangeable phone for which he will not give a receipt also. I asked what is the reason of rejection which he said he will not answer. I said as per flipcart norms the phone is perfect but he went on insisting for the money. I refused to pay and registered complaint with their customer care who said they will take more than one month to resolve. I have recorded the vdo of conversation with the ekart executive which is to my dismay a surprising cheating. Dear friends flipcart is running a big racket now, they take your money, don’t supply as per their conditions and rejects the exchange offer upfront through their delivery boy and asks money without receipt. Please refrain from any exchange offer deal with flipkart. I am taking up the issue in consumer govt portal. I am a senior citizen and perhaps they after seeing i am a senior citizen wanted to cheat more. Pls stop buying anything in exchange offer [protected]@flipcart...                                         On may 28/05/2020 i got call from customer care and they updated me thât i will receive product on 31/05/2020

                                        The customer care guy was so rud and so am i told him that amzon is giving delivery and why not flipkart

                                        After the call disconnected i was relaxed and hope was on 31/05/2020 but after few hours i got text message thât my order is cancelled and your problem resolved

                                        I lost my loan procesing fees, wasted 3 months, so bad behavior

                                        Kindly deliver my product to me or else give me loss
