I have ordered a product on flipkart and returned it on february 1 and i didn't recieve the refund amount till date. The order id is od[protected]. I charged dispute in bank and they said no such amount have been received. Take this issue as serious and resolve it as soon as possible

    Ordered item (Order id : fmpp[protected]) on 21st may 2020, the item reached my nearest hub 23rd may, was expected to be delivered by 26th may, but was delayed for no clear reason and rescheduled to 28th may which is today. But yet nothing from flipkart, item is still at hub according to flipkart.

    Other delivery services are delivering everything at my place on time, so i guess there is no delays due to covid restrictions. And...

    Hi,

    I recently placed an order for bosch 347 refrigerator under order id: 0d[protected]. I thought it was a good deal but didn't turn out to be. The refrigerator is yet to be delivered but i am already an unhappy customer.

    Issue 1: when i placed the order, i clearly saw free installation but now i was told by customer service, i will have to pay for it.

    Issue 2: i called up customer service to complaint that i bought extended warranty for rs 2299 and got 1 year extended warranty where as the seller is now giving it upto 3 years extended warranty at same price. That's not fair at all. You can't change your promotion in a matter for 3 days. Customer service told me to cancel the entire order and place it again. Wow! Do you think consumers like to have 2 refrigerators at their homes. My old one stopped working hence i bought a new one and now my money is blocked on credit card as well. Why on earth would you give that option to a consumer?

    I won't pay for the installation as when i bought it, was mentioned as free installation

    I want to cancel only this extended warranty and get a refund of rs 2299 and keep the product.

    If you can't cancel it then extend it upto 3 years from 1 year.

    If you can't do anything, i will cancel the whole order and buy from bosch showroom near my place and get the delivery the same day and never in my life comeback to flipkart.

      Hello, i had ordered a smartphone 2 months back on 20th march. After multiple requests and calls to flipkart customer care i still did not receive any particular update. Then suddenly on 4th may, the product was shipped and reached the nearest hub on 7th may. The delivery date kept on getting extended from 26th march to 15th april to 30th april to15th may to the latest is now 6th june. I don't understand how can a product take a month to get delivered after reaching the nearest hub. I understand that the delivery services were paused till 17th may but even after the resumption the product is not with me after 11 days of resumption. I have to work from home and i use a feature phone and that is the reason i bought a smartphone but the company did not understand the urgency and kept on delaying the order. I need the product for working from home so please get it delivered within a day or two. I can't wait for so long after having paid the money.

      Guys that doesn't solve my problem. I can't wait till 6th June. First the promise date was 26th march then it became 14th april then 30th april and then 15th may and now 6th june. How can I be assured that you will not extend it after 6th June? It is pointless that a product takes 1 month to get delivered even after reaching it's nearest hub. There delivery boys delivering in my society from your side and yet my product is not delivered. This creates a doubt in my mind. I don't understand that if other products can be delivered in my society why not my product?? See when 6th June comes you willl extend it to 21st June. I know your tantrums. Please get it delivered to me within a day or two as I have to work from home. Don't say that delivery services have been paused, because it is your team which is delivering in my society everyday.
      Order not delivered on promise date i.e. 09.10.21.
      As item shown at nearest hub from 07.10.21.
      In 3 days order has not been delivered within my area.
      As now expected delivery date extended to 13.10.21
      Pls help.

          I have cancelled one of my passenger ticket but it is not accepting my cancellation request and us showing cancellation pending.
          I have mailed my issue still no one is giving any reply.
          Trued calling helpline but no one oivks call.
          Plz cancel my ticket and provide me my refund

            Joined flipkart affiliate program on 01/04/2017 and had sale for 120078 ₹ on around march 2019 for affiliate fee of 4, 803 ₹. My payment method was gift voucher & my account was also verified but i never received any payment in form of gift voucher. I several times reached flipkart affiliate through contact section of account but never received any reply then complained on [protected]@flipkart.com & again did not received any reply. I didn't had any option so i contacted [protected]@flipkart.com they asked me to contact [protected]@flipkart.com which i already did. Kindly credit my approved due payment.
            I am eligible for payment through gift card according to flipkart policy threshold is atleast 2500₹ for gc & my due amount is for 4803₹.

              My order id is od[protected], i purchased thomson 123.2cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv add on with complete tv protection (3 years)
              Delivered on 18th of may 2020 within two dsys on 20th installation also done from your side, on same day i found fot on display and replacement request sent on 21st of march 2020, your customer care person call me and give me an commitment of technicians vist on two working days from my requested date but till 25th of march 2020 no one vist my place and even i didn't receive any communications from your side, it this situation tv remote also not function on 12th of may 2020, i decided to return this worthless product and request also done through flipkart application, from that date six commitment dates are given from your side and there is no solution for my issue, even your customer service person connect my call while i'm explained about my issue, till date i may spoke 15 customer care person but all are worthless and no one gave me an solution and answer my query status, even my resolve date for my issue 5th commitment as on 29th may 2020, now it also changed to 19th of june 2020, are you people bluffing with me, in this scenario you can send person for new installation but unable send person for refund process past three month, what kind of logic in this, now my refund date commitment on 2nd july 2020, i really fedup and disappointed with your worthless service and i can't wait till your commitment date, i want my money back within a week otherwise i will file legal action against this issue.

                  Hi,

                  I had placed an order with flipkart for a poco x2 mobile phone on 17th mar 2020 it got arrived to the hub nearest to me on 21st mar 2020. Due to lockdown it could delivered to me and as all the logistics services has resumed their services in my location the same should be delivered without any further delay. But flipkart is giving me 15 days time to wait and expected delivery by 6th june.

                  Even i tried to receive the item from the hub/logistics partner near to me but they not able deliver the item as the system is not permitting that. As per them this needs to be rectify from the back end then only the product can be delivered or i can received directly from the hub.

                  As i am working as a zonal manager with a financial organisation i am doing my most of the task in my mobile phone. As i have already paid and the order is available in the hub near to me flipkart should priotise the delivery and there is no justification for giving wait period upto 6th june.

                  As per my understanding this is a complete technical/human error of flipkart that backend team has done and i should not suffered for this.

                  I keep calling to the customer service from last 4-5 days but on one is giving any resolution. I am extremely disappointed with service of flipkart to a flipkart plus member. Even i had received a call from flipkart on 12th may stating that my order will be delivered between 10 days that is 22nd may. I never expected this type of response and false commitment from flipkart.

                    Flipkart after begging you again and again the technician visit got today. Technician visit is done and the report will be shared to you by the acer. The technician told me the bleeding issue but i want the replacement as to spend 50k is not an issue and also still replacement policy is going on and laptop has the screen bleeding issue so i need the replacement very soon with in approx 2 days. So arrange the replacement very soon as my online classes have started from today and i am unable to attend the classes and also arrange a callback for me from yours side otherwise i will take very strict action against you and this is to inform you that i reside near the police station and i will register the complaint against you and your employees for the late response and the late resolution of the issue. Due to your late response and carelessness i have got health issues becoz of you. I am depressed and panic.

                        I ordered samsung s9 plus mobile on 21st march 2020. But i received a mobile which doesn't on where it has battery issue. The same day i raised the complaint, customer care called me and said within 24-48 hrs it will be refunded. Since replacement is not possible bcoz of covid - 19. But that 24-48 hrs has not yet happened in their bloody watch. How many times i mail the response will be within 24-48 hrs. I have ordered in emi and without using the mobile i am paying the emi.
                        This bloody company is cheating customers and looting.

                        Even after these many complaints they are not even caring and some of the customer care executive not even know the problem and simply they will mail saying product you have ordered will reach in few hours.

                          I have 2 flipkart accounts:

                          1. With mobile no [protected]
                          2. With email id [protected]@gmail.com

                          For the 1st account email id given is [protected]@gmaik.com (It is by typing mistake, pl note - gmaik.com, which does not exist)

                          Now, i need to delete the 2nd account (Duplicated mistakenly) & use that email id for the 1st account.
                          How to do it?
                          Even after deactivating the 2nd account, i am not able to update email id in 1st account - same error: identifier already in use

                          Pl help to resolve

                            I'm having account with flipkart user id - [protected]@gmail.com have been blocked on 10 april 2020.
                            After that i had return the product having order id od[protected] on 22 may 2020. The return request was placed before my account getting blocked so return was successfully.
                            Since the product was return but i didn't got my money back, as the refund was transferred to gift card id [protected] that is been connected to my account which blocked, so requesting you to transfer my money that is 3099 rupees from gift card voucher to my bank account. I have attached below all the messages related to successful return of the product. If you want any other proof i can provide you with it.

                              Same problem i'm facing too they are not paying my money, my approved amount is more than 7k. After sending tons and tons of mail at [protected]@flipkart.com till now they not replied me not even once. I also tried to contact on different social media platforms of their official flipkart page like twitter, facebook but as a reply i'm getting is to mail at [protected]@flipkart.com that's it same reply in phone customer care too. They not at all bothered of any customers issue whereas at the same time i'm working at Amazon affiliate too but they always send money time to time, never i had to contact them for any kind of issue. Please help me regarding this i'm very helpless now. I don't know where and whom should i complaint about this. After searching in google i found this complaint page so i'm reporting here.                                   My Flipkart account is blocked and I have been using it for all my purchases from past 7 years . I have bought mobiles for myself and my family and other home appliances . But I'm surprised to see my account blocked with any warning which surprised me . I have 1650 coins and Flipkart insurances for mobiles and other products. Request you to block my Flipkart supermart purchase but unblock my Flipkart account . So that I can claim my insurances for appliances when required.

                                  I tried to convince the same with customer support many times and later today I had to raise this issue with National Consumer Helpline with docket number mentioned in subject line.

                                  Request you to process this ASAP before I loose hope on flipkart . Amazon is very customer friendly compared to flipkart . But i did a mistake trusting flipkart in between .

                                  Please do the needful as requested at the earliest.

                                    I bought skymate shoes on 23 March and placed a return request immediately as the shoes are faulty. Then from next day the lockdown started and flipkart said they will refund my money post the lockdown is over.

                                    6 days back I got an SMS stating I'll get my refund by 6 June and the product will be taken back.

                                    Yesterday I got the update that my refund is cancelled.

                                    I called the customer care and spoke to Prachi, she said the matter is escalated and I shall receive the call from escalation team. No call received yet.

                                    Are you trying to cheat my money? Then let me tell you that I simply want my money back. Otherwise I'll take this matter to consumer forum, media, social media and everywhere. If needed, I'll contact Arnab Goswami or even court. Refund my money immediately.

                                    Without my permission none of you can cancel my return and simply write refund cancelled. I didn't cancel it. The sellers return policy does not include anything as such. Even for a product with defects.

                                    I'm a long term customer of flipkart and I'll not spare this non sense at all.

                                    Refund my money back immediately.
