I have been a loyal customer of flipkart and flipkart pay later. I have always made the payment on time for a long time now. Now, during the corona lockdown time, i have no money as my business is closed, so, i requested to give some time to pay. However, flipkart doesn't care about and they levied almost 10% of my payment as a fine and harassing me to pay. I deny that i will not pay, i just asked to wait till the lockdown is lifted. But they are harassing me by saying that they don't care about what my situation is. Even after rbi and government is so particular about not putting pressure on customers, this people really don't care. All they want is to earn money, grow their business. Some one kindly look into this and help me get some time to make the flipkart pay later bill after the lockdown.

In case of any pending bill payment, we encourage you to clear your dues by the due date to avoid any late payment charges.
