I am Very Worry and Please Help me

        They have blocked my account.. without prior notice..also are doing nothing .I am sending emails and calling them..but they are least bothered..they tell to revert within 24hrs..but they are just not bothered..

            I can't login to my flipkart account as it says contact customer care to reactivate it but how do i contact customer care if you can't allow me to login and i don't know the email id and need to do some purchasing. Please tell me a way out from this as this is frustrating on my end. I hope that your team would resolve my problem and give a solution as earliest as possible.

              Hi i placed an order from flipkart on 22nd of mar 2020 but not yet delivered after 2 month of order. They continuously extend the delivery time by one week.

              Flipkart executive came for delivery but he ask me he is delivery boy of other location & my phone will be delivered very next day.
              I am paying continuous emi of every month. Worst service by e-kart/flipkart.

                I had purchased a samsung split ac from ecommerce site flipkart on may 10, 2020. It was installed by samsung technician on may 12, 2020. The ac stopped cooling just after 3-4 hours of installtion. I have tried to contact flipkart and samsung for a number of times. They are not providing any solution. I'm living without ac for last 4 days even after spending such huge money and facing sleepless nights. I want to return such faulty product from such cheap company. Kindly do the needful

                Even the maximum visit date of technician i.e. 18 may 2020 has been passed, there is no technician visit or any other solution. My money is blocked from the date of purchase and this is only a torture from flipkart. There is neither return nor replacement. Just delivered a defective product with no solution.

                    I have ordered poco x2 mobile from flipkart on 18th april 2020 with the order id od[protected].in my orders they have mentioned it will be delivered on 15th of may 2020 but still i didn't received my product. And also the product's packed and shippment date is on 29th may 2020 but the delivery date is on 15th may 2020, how come? Already this product delivery date was on april 25th 2020 but later the date was changed as 3rd of may 2020 and now it is on 15th may 2020. I need the product to be delivered on 15th may 2020.
                    Please do the needful to deliver the product asap.

                            I did order for motog8 plus mobile phone in mid of april 2020 thru flipkart. Though we belong to green zone delivery date keeps getting extended. The latest delivery date is today and no updates on delivery so far.

                            Order doesn't show any updates on packed and shipped date.

                            It was approved on 18th april 2020.

                            The delivery date has been postponed multiple times though the delivery address is in green/ orange zone.

                              Sir i booked a phone on replacement terms and policy before the lockdown and now after 2 months waiting flipkart send me the phone in lockdown period when most of the people migrate to their home or a new place they don't give any option to change the delivery address i called to flipkart to request to change my delivery address but they didn't help me to do this and all other e-commerce company show their responsibility and provide a link to change the address as they know this problem faces by many of their customers
                              I request you to provide any link or option in your flipkart moble app to change the address

                                I placed order for samsung galaxy s9 64gb on 18th march. My order got cancelled reason, "returned by you" without contacting me even a single time on 14th may 2020.

                                I talked 2 times with the customer care executives and got the response that item will get delivered by 15th may.

                                Now the phone price is increased by rs.6500/- if i reorder.

                                    I ordered on 6th, my order reached my nearest hub on 11th, it was to be delivered on 13th, but it was not delivered, when i contacted flipkart about delayed delivery, i was assured for next day delivery ie 14th, on 14th it was updated out for delivery and i was provided with delivery agents no.. I called him up & he assured that he will deliver by 4 o'clock, after 6 pm i called him to ask his whereabouts, but he didn't received my calls, also when i contacted support team on chat about the issue, they seemed uninterested.                                         I ordered quaker oats amounting to rs. 255/- from flipkart on 10/04/2020. Item was delivered on 14/04/2020. When i opened the box i found the packet in damaged condition. I tried calling the customer care on the same day i. E on 14/04/2020 to lodge the complaint about the damaged product received. However, due to nationwide lockdown no customer support executive was available on telephone and the recorded message was requesting to raise the compliant from my orders on the app itself.

                                        I tried to raise the compliant through my orders however, that services also were unavailable due to lockdown. I tried to contact through my chats on 14/04/20, 15/04/20, 19/04/20, 21/04/20, 24/04/20, 28/04/20, 03/05/20 & 06/05/20. Attached are the screenshots of my chats. On 06/05/20 while chatting i got reply saying to write e-mail for your queries. Immediately on the same day i. E 06/05/20 i wrote e-mail informing about the damaged product issue and requested to collect it and refund my money. However, i was shocked to see the reply stating that the product has no return policy and hence the seller cannot fulfill your return request.

                                        Again i sent e-mails stating all the facts and attaching all the relevant screen shots of my chats/proof on 07/05/20, 08/05/20, 09/05/20 & 10/05/20 and even called the customer care twice informing that i was trying to contact but your services were unavailable due to lockdown. Inspite of explaining the whole issue and sending the relevant proof/screen shots of chats still they are not ready to accept their mistake and are saying that the product has no return policy and i am complaining about the issue after 10 days of product delivery and hence we cannot consider the refund request.in past also i received damaged product that was an cat food item and the same was also not having any return policy but since i received the item in damaged condition flipkart has collected the item and refunded my money.

                                        It is indeed very much incorrect to blame the customer when the party knows that the customer was trying to contact so many times but their services were unavailable. If there was no customer care support to take the complaints than why flipkart have started the delivery of essential items. They should have not started the delivery of essentials if they don’t have sufficient staff to take complaints of the customer. I highly object to the replies of flipkart and want my refund at any case.
