Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile (Infinix hot 4 pro) fromm your site, invoice date is 23.08.2017. The performance of mobile is now not good, there is no charging when the phone is "on" and also the problem in speaker, no clear voice is coming out. Verified Support Jan 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complaint that the performance of mobile is not good as there is charging issue and problem in speaker. We interacted with the customer and informed that mobile is under one year warranty from brand so he can visit authorized service center and take the service. Closing the complaint from our end
