My name is sagorika ghosh. I am a regular buyer of flipkart. But the service from their side is very poor. The product quality is very bad as well as the customer service system is totally baseless. The order id of my product is od[protected], it was mayloz party short sleeve solid women multicolor top, price is 499. After this
Delivery i saw it was totally different product. I decided to return back. Picked up on 31st december. After all of this still the refund is not updated to phone pe wallet. I called customer service on 3rd january, a caller named ekta,, she told me that it was 451, bt i told her that no it was 499, then she told the refund will be updated on 3rd january, when i asked her to know her full name, she told that it is company rules not to provide. Now today again i called bt another caller told me it is not there issue, so he told me please contact on phone pe. My question is this is not a first time every time the problem is the same why. How many times i will call,,, how many times i will mail here and there. Please tell me.
My humble request please give me back my refund.
