This is regarding the purchase of refrigerator from the flipkart. We bought this refrigerator on 1st jan 2018, and it was delivered on 7th jan 2018. This new refrigerator was in exchange of the older refrigerator. Courier person has delivered the new refrigerator and taken away the old refrigerator. Once we opened the refrigerator, it was damaged badly from the back side corner. It was so badly damaged, we immediately posted for replacement at the flipkart website. We got the assurance multiple time from customer services that their technician will visit the house and after that refrigerator will be replaced. They booked the slot for technician on 15th, 17th and 27th, but technician never visited the place.
Its been more that 20 days after the purchase of the refrigerator and flipkart people could not able to manage a single technician visit to review the damaged. I have called several time to customer service at flipkart, nobody is telling me, since technician visit is not happening, then what will happen in this case. Nobody is listening at flipkart and try to resolve the issue. Try time we can be given assurance and no action is happening for that. After 20 days, there is no replacement happened, i want to file for grievance for refund of our money from the flipkart, we donot want to keep broken refrigerator.

My Feeling to Flipkart Solution:

I am not satisfied by your solution . As you gave me solution after almost 10 Days as “Place Fresh Order”. Same answer I got when I raised the complain (21 the Jan 2018) because my product is “COD”.From that I understand that when we place a order on “Flipkart” which is based on cost on Delivery(COD), no one care about you and your product.I am not getting why there is option as “COD”.
As everyone from “Flipkart Custer Executive “ wants to close problem any how, don’t care about customer.From my side I am totally unsatisfied by Flipkart service as well as solution. They are wasting customer time [almost 10 days] without giving proper solution. From my side complain is still open as I am correct from my side from flipkart it is close.I hope this will not happen with anyone in future.Third person enjoying my product and I am wasting my time in picking phone from flipkart or from courier service.
“COD on Flipkart is not the solution, this is the real problem”
