Hi, I purchased 2 loreal professional xtenso shampoos which are delivered on 21st Sep, 17. I had earlier stocks so i finished them first and opened one bottle few days back.
These shampoos are completely fake and duplicate. The smell, the texture are completely different and worst. Shampoo is like jelly and not mixing in hand, it is not cleaning hair, rather it made my hair very bad and i had hair loss. I have 2 full bottles left, i dont want to use them again.
This made me lose my faith on Flipkart. Rather than giving discount they can sell genuine products. I am sure to get discount people will not go for a fake product. This is not at all acceptable and did not expect it from such a big brand.

I want my money back. I request Flipkart to refund my money. Otherwise i am not using Flipkart again and many of my connections would be alerted about this gross cheating.

    I ordered a mobile fon on 5th jan and it was promised to be delivered latest by 11 jan. It wasn't delivered tilll 13th and then i contacted flipkart but in vain. Neither the junior (Indore) nor senior (Bangalore) representatives were able to solve my query. They had no information of wishmaster and continuously said we are working on it.. Till today i haven't got my mobile.
    I want these fraudsters to be compensated for their act of giving me stress and acting irresponsibly.

    issue : Delay in delivery

    resolution: Spoke to Customer raised a complaint for a delivery issue, we interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and escalated the issue to the concerned team to arranged for the delivery . Product delivered to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
    The product was not delivered by the flipkart delivery service. i had to go to the delivery office to get my product in hand when it wasn't delivered for 5 days despite being in the destination city.
    I was troubled a lot because of flipkart, wasted my petrol to go and get my product, which was supposed to be home delivered. I asked them for compensation and they said WE CAN'T COMPENSATE, IT IS NOT OUR FAULT THERE WAS TRANSIT DELAY. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING

      I have ordered a kingsize cot from flipkart where in the details section recommended mattress size is written as 80 (Length)*72 (Width). Hence i ordered a mattress from flipkart, which is of size 80*72. After it got delivered, we have tested and seems it does not fit to the cot.

      Hence i have requested the flipkart customer care to help me in returning the mattress. After repeated call from my side, i got a call from peps mattress team. They asked me to send few pics thru whatsapp, after one day i got a reply saying the mattress can not be replaceable

      They deny because the mattress not a standard size. And i updated this to flipkart team. Today one of flipkart service guy saying flipkart is not responsible. I have invested money more than 30k.

      After repeated contact to flipkart, i am only getting dates nothing much. It is already more than 20 days... They have been giving false promise to fix the issue.

        Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. And because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last 6 products costing rs 5500.
        The reason behind blocking my account was so many number of return request generated from my side. The reason i generated so many return request was, that i wasnt satisfied by the quality of product or rather i should say all of them were duplicate products..
        And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i m not satisfied by the quality of product..
        Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. But these people tricked me and have taken away my 5500 rs.. My complaint number is

        i got a mail from flipkart saying that my account is been freezed/blocked because there were many number of return request. I returned the products because they didnt satisfy the mentioned quality and as per flipkart policy i can return them within 30 days.flipkart never mentioned that if there were any number of return request the would be blocked. how am i responsible for this?
        why is my money at stake?
        why am i made to suffer?
        i did everything under the policy mentioned by flipkart and now they are denying.using this way they can block anyone's account and so many people's money will be at stake.above all they are not responding or replying to any call or mails.
        i kindly request this association to help me out and get my money back.

          I have ordered a moto g5s mobile phone and instead of that, i have received a soap for rs12, 000. Its been 1 month now, flipkart is only giving me dates but not resolving the issue. I have tried emailing them but they never respond to my emails. When i call them and ask what is the progress they told me to wait and say that they are working on this case and will provide me the solution as soon as possible.             We ordered samsung 6.5 kg washing machine from flipkart on 07 jan 2018 which is delivered on 09 jan 2018. The product was fully damaged. The outside box itself broken which is hide using cello tape. The delivery person must knew this demage but he delivered. We raised a return request within 10 mins when the order got delivered and we wait for more than 5dyas, still no service was provided by flipkart. We called sevaral times to flipkart customer care but they didn't give proper response. They just said that their tech person will visit the product but no one is come. We skipped our pongal bus ticket due to this and wait for the tech person visit. I am totally depressed. Flipkart dindt value our money. My product order id is od[protected].

                I have purchased water purifier carrier brand through flipkart, as the technician from carrier said the purifier doesnt suit my water, so return the product.. I ask for return option, but flipkart saying only replacement option is there and not the return policy. Am much embarrassed in flipkart.. Raised many tickets regarding this issue.. But no proper response from them. Please dont shop in flipkart. Worst experience

                    I'm writing this complaint with great disappointment. Today i ordered am dell inspiron 5577 rs.69990 which i got at rs.59990. Now i got a message saying the order is cancelled. This is the second time worst experience with flipkart.
                    First time i ordered an acer nitro and it was canceljed by flipkart. Then i waited for another offer and today i ordered dell. Flipkart has tested my limits and i'm thinking about filing a complaint against flipkart at consumer court. It's not about the refund and all. It's about this company making fool of people like me.

                      Dear flipkart, why don't you clear things to the customer before he order a product that you can't deliver product in discounted price.
                      Now i am very serious. I will not spare flipkart this time until i get my order.
                      I have ordered moto g5 plus (4gb ram) on 17th december under "new pinch days" sale via my card and paid rs.9899 already. After then i have received a sms & a mail which state that my order has been placed successfully and confirmed. Everything was perfect till 3.28pm. On today at 3.29pm received a text and mail which state that my order has been cancelled.
                      Wow! Again after 7th-9th december sale, same thing happend another time. Last time on 9th december, ordered mi a1 (Order id : od[protected] at 12, 699 via my sbi card, and on 10th december received the same kind off mail and my order had been cancelled by seller. I had contacted flipkart customer service team on the same day but they don't provide resolution except apology and also promise in future if the things happed they will provide compensation.
                      As the incident repeated once again, this time i want my order asap, i don't want to listen any explanations. As per policy, i paid rs.9899 for moto g5 plus, order has been placed and confirmed successfully. As the seller/flipkart confirmed my order already, then seller/flipkart has to take the responsibility to fulfill the order at any cost.
                      I will do the needful and will take serious action against flipkart unless receive proper resolution and compensation for this harrassment and the ordered product with in 48 hours.
                      Countdown begins from now.
                      Update - not recevied any resolution for previous issue.
                      Now, i can't login into my account getting an error "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute"
                      So even our money on flipkart is also not safe.
                      Update - 12th jan'17 : just received a call from flipkart team, i just spoke to isha who denied to activate my account and also i won't get my rs.800 egv back to my account.
                      Its clear that flipkart looting customer's money by doing these kind of scams.

                        I am waiting my product from 5 january. They can't deliver my product till now. They cancelled my product without informing me. They refused home delivery. When i complaint in customer care they can't help. They asked to wait for 2 day every time. And after 5 day they called me and asked they can't help me. They refused my all requests. At last they cancel my order without informing me and they said to me to order the produt again

                          We order 5 pairs of shoes on flipkart and only 4 was on the box... We gave it back on the spot as they said it's the company's policy... We waited for a long time but only the amount of two shoes was sent back on flipkart wallet.. When we call the customer rep they told us that it already exceeded the time period of refund and that they could not do anything... I felt like it's such a big fraud on their side as we gave all the shoes straight back on the spot and waited for their instructions as th eye told us too...

                          Customer ordered for 5 quantity but he received only 4, where 1 quantity was missing. Customer said that he received the refund for 2 quantity but he returned all the 4 products. We interacted with the customer and we escalated the issue to our concerned team and we found that we received only 3 quantity in pickup. We've taken the refund request for 2 more quantity, In total refund for 4 quantities are provided, as 3 quantity were picked & 1 for the missing quantity. We got confirmation that remaining 1 quantity was not picked from customers place hence refund not process for the same. Same has been informed to customer. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

                            I have purchase from flipkart grd intercom phone last week but after recived product qualty not gud so decided to cancel my product and want refund same amount but issue flipakart executive ask its not refunded product but we are shocked this problem first time creat by flipkart we have already so many order takes from flipkart never see this issue.                               I bought billion capture plus mobile on dec month the reason purchase only flip kart brand now iam totally fed up with this mobile charging is not happening all the worst mobile which i have seen in my life.
                              It is totally hanging no charging if i put charge it show red signal charging happening and finally charge 0%.
                              And i complete believe on flipkart brand what they suggested features

                              I ordered a phone and by mistake entered a diffrent pin code in address and a diffrent pin code in check out time.
                              then they didn't call me once on delivery time and cancelled the order.

                                I ordered the Moto c plus mobile at 3 Jan on new year offers but product not delivered to at my address. on the same address, i have successfully ordered some product also. but now Flipkart customer care person telling that they are unable to deliver the product to the same address and telling me to reorder the item. please help me. if i reorder cant get new year offer.

                                Everytime same story we have notified your concern team and same will be updated by so and so date. Till now they have given 5 dates now 6th. They don't have any complaint cell nor something. Just drinking blood of customers they don't even respond properly

                                On 08 jan 18, i ordered a mobile from flipkart, paymet done, flipkart send me transaction id also, and payment deducted from my card..but order not confirmed. i attached a msg by bank which deduction shows and flipkart msg, that shows transaction id.sandesh

                                I have ordered Mi A1 phone in Flipkart but received empty box. Tried reaching Flipkart n times. They are taking more time without any proper investigation. Haven't called customer or no email or SMS. Really worst online site unworthy customer care executives
                                I have ordered redmi note on 3rd jan from flipkart on bajaj's no cost emi. The estimated delivery is from 6th of jan to 9th of jan. Still the product is not even packed. i will wait till 9th of jan if not delivered i will forward my complain on every social media networks.

                                  This is to inform you that I have ordered 1no of HP Inprint Laptop on 13/06/2017 at 1.05 pm Through Flipkart online portal & also made the online payment via Debit card of mine.

                                  Amount is Rs 25990/- is debited from my account & credited to flipkat account i.e [protected] ( Name : PAYZIPPY-M/S FLIPKART POOLING A/C) but till i didn't received the Goods I have also spoken to the Flipkart regarding the non delivery of the products and finally i have spoken to the customer care and they told that they will be refunding it to my A/C and given the confirmation as per the communication and they have done the Refund also flipkart has given the transaction ID IdIN[protected] of Refund from Flipkart, This transaction ID given by Flipkart and told its done on 10/10/2017 but we have checked with our SBI bank with this transaction No i.e ID IdIN[protected] and also Bank peoples are confirmed there is no such a transaction done in their account and not showing it. so, again i went to Recheck to my Bank and checked but there no transaction is showing related to this ID IdIN[protected] and finally they are asking the full details of Flipkart Payment transaction to My SBI Bank .

                                  We request you to kindly give me the full Payment transaction of ID IdIN[protected] is given by Flipkart on 10/10/2017.

                                  We are struggling to take refund from Flipkart from past 10/10/2017 But Flipkart account refund is not yet Happend to my Bank account account.

                                  Kindly look into very seriously and i request you to solve the problem immediately.

                                  finally once again kindly i request you to provide the full details of the transaction made from Flipkart regarding to the ID IdIN[protected] & Kindly look into very seriously and settle immediately without any fuhrer delay.

                                      I wanted to order something on flipkart and it said not more then 3 pcs to be bought at a go! Since u wanted to order 24 pcs i called up toll free number i selected in particular english as a language to speak the person answered had no awareness with english so i asked him to transfer to their higher representative so he said he cannot help me and he was abrupt and rude i requested to speak to sales manager which the employ harsh rohara refused to put me to him and said it’s our companies policy so not offer bigger order which is extremely a very big lie! As a consumer i have a right to speak to higher representative and get full information as i need! I am extremely very upset with this unprofessional behaviour’
