    This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 18th jan 2018 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 00, 990/- at an offer discount of 61, 379 /-. Now, on 25th jan when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 40, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, i sent an email asking for a replacement piece and got no response there as well.

    I did some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of oct last year, on the exact same laptop, the link provided below has links further pointing to more customers reporting the same (Link:https://www.consumercomplaints.in/flipkart-product-cancelled-due-to-damage...
    I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving them.

        I ordered acer predator helious 300 core i5 7th generation (8gb/1tb hdd/ 128 gb) on 20/01/2018 order id: od[protected]
        But till today i do not receive the product. The product i ordered for my son. He is studying in bengalore. But today when i contact your customer care executive they say flipkart is unable to deliver and you cancel the order and take refund. So i am very very unhappy to knew the things.
        But i request you to pls deliver the product as earlier as possible. It is very important for me. I refuse to cancel the order order take refund. I ordered the product as per your offer with advance payment. So i need the product not refund. Flipkart have a good will. I am also a loyal customer of flipkart. So once again request you to pls deliver the product in any way. I shall go to bengalore with the laptop for my son.

          I was one the early user of e-commerce during flipkart initial days.
          I love to order online and promote flipkart for its varied product offering and quality of delivery service.
          But for most of my recent orders, there is always a delay beyond reasons which even its service representative cannot figure out.

          Inspite of several calls and emails, there is no response from its support team and neither an acknowledgement of my issue. I almost stopped ordering from this site but wanted to give it a try again.

          However i was in a similar issue and sad to tell that one of my product is still not delivered and missed the delivery timeline by over 5 days.

          I am depressed and decided not to shop with flipkart again and repent for all my association over last 10+ years.

            I bought huawei watch 2 from flipkart after seeing the specifications & compatibility. It was clearly mentioned that it is compatible with ios & iphone but upon arrival, i tried with my iphone more than have the functions were not working. Upon complaining the main manager accepted that it is sellers fault as they have mentioned wrong information on the page & i was told that they would resolve this issue. Today i get a call and was told that they can replace the watch but they cannot refund the money because it is not as per sellers policy. My question to them was if it is not compatible with iphone then what will i do with it and above all its flipkart's responsibility of making sure that seller doesnt submit wrong information & if he does then he should be punished by asking for full refund. Unfortunately flipkarts customer care person mr. Vimal was rude and said i am the last contact we cannot do anything apart from replacement sorry. This is the answer we get from flipkart then why should we promote indian company if they behave like this.

            To Whomever it may concern in Flipkart.

            I got calls twice saying that seller is offering replacement & cannot refund the money. Now if the seller's information is incorrect and the customer buys isn't this responsibility of Flipkart to make sure seller pays for it. Why would you like to lose a customer? Flipkart guys just say sorry we cannot help it. Had this been Amazon they wouldn't have called twice & they would have refunded my money. We want to promote Indian company but if this is kind of service we receive then should we. If it had been my fault then yes I would not accept it but it's not my fault. I have a screenshot mentioning that this watch is compatible with iOS or iPhone. Now, in reality, it is not and more than half the functions don't work then this watch of no use to me. Even if you replace the watch the problem will still remain and this is what I have been trying to explain to you guys but you are not willing to listen. Had it been with one of you guys what would you have done? ask for a replacement or ask for full refund.

            I received a call from Flipkart again on Sunday, informing me that they are looking into the matter and will check with seller. I requested them to check Huawei's official website for compatibility with iOS or iPhone which clearly mentions that it doesn't support all the main functions of this watch with iPhone which makes this watch unusable in my case. Flipkart officer promised to revert in 24 hours.

            I had received a call from Huawei Personal yesterday and I briefed him about the issue & today he called to confirm that features mentioned on Flipkart won't work with iPhone like it works with Android. It can be used only for notification purpose and nothing more than that for eg I will receive notification but have to answer on iPhone rather than through watch even if the watch has these capabilities but it won't work with iPhone & secondly, I will receive notification of normal & WhatsApp messages but cannot reply to them. So real purpose of buying this watch has failed.

            I again would request Flipkart to refund the full payment.

            Flipkart has accepted that it was the wrong specification by seller & they have picked up the watch & initiated the full refund. Thank You Very Much. I will mark as resolved once the amount is credited to my bank.

              I had placed order for mobile on 7th jan and received in night of 8th jan.
              I have opened my box of redmi note 4 device after arriving my home from kerala yesterday and started using the device, sudden of today my device turned off and not powering up.
              I have placed order through flipkart me and family are permanent flipkart customer my another number is also associated with your website which is [protected] (Aman sharma). I had purchased many more things from that too i have purchased two devices from thier website from two different numbers, one from this and another from that
              I am facing this issue and i want to get it resolved by getting replacement for this faulty product i have called your customer service center also but got very poor response from there, mr. Prathap guided me to drop a mail.
              My issue is very genuine thats why i want direct replacement because of the fault from the vendor as he given me faulty device, i was out of city when started using this device yesterday it misbehaved the condition of device is as it is brand new.
              I wont go any service centre because of your vendor's mistake and faulty device given by you.
              Amazon is providing 20 days replacement policy,

                fake hush puppies shoes from flipkart

                I bought a hush puppies zeal slip on shoes pair by paying about 3k rupees on 25 dec 17. The order no is od[protected]. The product looked fake / duplicate by the finish when i received it but i trusted flipkart here and started using the product.

                I wore it for the fourth day today and noticed in office that the shoe sole is actually getting separated from the leather at the back. I use quite a few hush puppies products...

                Dear flipkart,
                (1) i have ordered bauxter two sets magnetic balls (5 mm 432 balls) [i. E. Two magnetic cubes (One cube=216 balls)] on 11 jan 2018 vide order id - od[protected] on cod of amount rs. 1544/-.
                (2) my ordered item i. E. Magnetic balls was of size 5 mm (Each ball) and product size dimensions was as under:
                Product width: 4 inch
                Product height: 6 cm
                Product depth: 4 inch
                (3) my ordered product was delivered to me on 18 jan. When the delivered parcel was opened by me, i was shocked/disappointed to see the delivered item i. E. Magnetic balls. They were not of specific size (I. E. 5 mm each ball) as mentioned by the seller. It is essential to note here that received product i. E. Magnetic cubes (Qty - 02) were not of same size/dimensions as reffered above. Cubes were too small in size (I. E. Less than one inch in width x height x depth).
                (4) therefore, a request regarding return of received wrong item was initiated by me on 18 jan and the same was accepted by you.
                (5) further, ordered item against return request was again delivered to me on 24 jan. It is pertinent to note that item delivered to me by the seller is again not of same size/dimensions as ordered by me (I. E. Balls of size 5 mm). Also, the items delivered to me 2nd time is the same as was delivered 1st time.
                (6) being an old customer of flipkart from a long time, such kind of things are not expected from you/your seller's. Hence it is requested to do the needul and provide me the item of exactly same dimensions as mentioned during my purchase. Otherwise, it is requested to refund my amount. Also, to avoid unwanted harrasment of your customers, it is suggested not to deal with such kind o[censored]nresponsible sellers.

                    Myself Karthik shanmugam from Chennai Kolathur. I have issue with one of my online purchase . I bought shoe from Flipkart on 27 th December 2017 but within 10 days shoe bottom got tored. I was shocked and made return to Flipkart . Next two day executive came and say that product is damaged u ask for refund or replacement sir I will not take and he left.from then I trying for replacement or refund but Flipkart saying as per terms and conditions it's not possible. But while saying they said of 30 days exchange policy.product worth 439rs I used only for 10 days it kept in idle which is totally waste of money this people selling not quality product

                      I was booked a Redmi 5A mobile (2gb ram, 16gb room) in Flipkart website at the time of 12pm, and dated 25.01.2018., truenet commerce is the seller, price is 4, 999/-. It shows order placed at the time of booking, then I was received a message from Flipkart nearly 4pm (Cancelled: Redmi 5A (Gold, 16 GB) in your order with order ID OD[protected] has been cancelled. Please check your email for more details.). I didn't get any mail from seller, and also website of Flipkart, I request a call back service from Flipkart. They was called me and they told me it was cancelled from the seller side., Who is the responsible about this. Plz do the justice... Thanking you.

                        I did order livepure ro from Flipkart and when am ordering this there is recommended product came along with this is balaram prewater filter .
                        When I received this product at my place got to know this is a fake product .
                        I called Flipkart for returning this order and give my refund they said this is not under the policy of seller.
                        If I have to believe on seller why I buy any product from Flipkart will directly go the seller . This is wrong excuse to make a fool of costumers.
                        Which is not at all acceptable I received and got to know this is fake.and I want my refund customer service people keep on disconnecting my call .

                            I had booked an item on 3rd of jan 2018 with flipkart and canceled it on same day for rs 34999. But refund of the same still not given by flipkart. My credit account got debited but refund not received.

                            I have written mail and talked with customer care and they are saying that they had refunded the amount to my citi bank card but citi bank is denying any credit received from flipkart.

                            Order id od[protected] i have been following up with flipkart for the last 15 days but they are not responding.

                              I ordered 4 items on flipcart like.. Shoes.. Wall decal.. Microwave oven.. Hair dryer. But every time they missroute the courier and cancelled the order.. And one hair dryer is delievered to an other address which is unknown for me.. I have called the customer care several times but problem not solved.. I paid them through phone pe.. At the time of republic day sale.. Now i cant get any sale time price.. Coz of flipcart mistake

                                Myself amit gohil. I have bought a clarks gliston shoes from flipkart rs.2699/- which delivered on 13/01/2018. As the delivered pairs of shoes is not fitting to my legs. I booked for 9.5 inch size but left pair of shoes is not fitting to my leg at all. So i waited for few days and tried for exchange but there's no store of flipkart to replace/exchange. I raised the request for refund. Hence flipkart person is denying to accept the refund as they have a policy to return the product within 30 days of delivery.
                                Kindly refund me the amount from seller as it was not comfortable to me.

                                    I have ordered samsung galaxy on8 on 24th march, 2017.
                                    And i have received mobile handset which is packed in galaxy on8 mobile box.
                                    When i switched on my mobile handset, it also shows galaxy on8 only.

                                    However, when i checked imei of my mobile handset on 18th january, 2018, it shows that the mobile is samsung j7.
                                    Hence, i have complained same with flipkart for it.

                                    Flipkart has accepted the delivery of wrong product and also agree to pick up the product and refund amount charged.
                                    Hence, the wishmaster from flipkart has come to pick up my mobile handset on 19 january, 2018. But he has not accepted it as the charger and earphone look like it is used and cancelled my return request.

                                    I again contacted flipkart and explain the above things, and also suggested to mention the details of my return case. So that the wishmaster does not have any issue with it.

                                    But again when wishmaster came to pick up mobile handset on 22nd january, 2018 and he refused it to pick up as the mobile handset model number is of samsung j7.

                                    Therefore i again share all the related information with flipkart and requested to share it to wishmaster who is going to pick up the handset. So that handset return would be hassle free.
                                    But this time on 23rd january, 2018, wishmaster did not came to pick up mobile handset. Hence, again at 06:30 p. M. On 23rd january, 2018, i contacted flipkart for not picking up my mobile handset. The flipkart customer support executive had assured me that on 24th january, our wishmaster will pick up mobile handset and we have shared all the information to him to complete this pick up.

                                    Now on 24th january, your wishmaster has crossed the limit.
                                    Without visiting my home and without reviewing mobile handset, he had cancelled my return request quoting that the mobile handset is damaged. And above fact has been informed to me by flipkart customer support executive by call at around 05:00 p. M. I have also confirmed that wishmaster has neither visited my address nor reviewed mobile handset.

                                    Now again at 06:00 p. M. Another customer support executive call me and after explaining all the details he informed that we escalate your issue to concerned department, they will reach you can resolve your query.

                                    It becomes harassment for me to deal with flipkart.
                                    Flipkart accept that they have delivered wrong product and also agree to refund me amount. But they did not sent their wishmaster to pick up mobile handset and keep on giving me different dates for pick up to delay or refuse refund of payment.

                                    refund is completed from our end.Hence, closing the complaint.
                                    Rather than resolving issue, Flipkart now keep on saying that we have escalate your issue to back end team, back end team will contact you soon.

                                    However, no any person from flipkart contact me to resolve my issue.
                                    Flipkart has picked up my mobile handset on 29th January, but now it was almost 10 days from pick up but flipkart has not refunded my amount yet.

                                    And even after raising issue and making complain no one has responded it yet.
                                    I have requested for return of mobile handset on 18th January. which should be picked up within 2 days. However, Flipkart has picked up after 15 days on 3rd February. This had happen after continuous follow up with Flipkart.

                                    Flipkart had informed that the refund will be credited withing 3 days of return is picked up by Flipkart.

                                    16 days have been passed but still Flipkart has not refunded amount to me. Every time they keep on saying that it will be processed in 24 hours.

                                    More than 288 hours have been passed, but I don't know when 24 hours of flipkart will be finished.

                                    Now, I feel that Flipkart is not processing refund to avoid refund of my amount.

                                      I have ordered a hp pavlion core i5 laptop against order no. Od[protected] on[protected]. I received the laptop on[protected].

                                      When opened the box product guide/operating manual was missing and when tried to switch on the laptop it was not showing anything on the screen. I have verified the same thing by connecting the charger the result was same. It seems the supplier (Maxtech 27, kemani building shop no-3, p. M road mumbai - 400001) have supplies old/used laptop as it not contain any manual or accessories.

                                      This is the worst service from flipkart the product cost is 56970/-.
                                      These people are regularly looting the people in such way, henceforth i cannot trust anymore on flipkart - a fraudulent company.

                                      My humble request to you, please look into the matter seriously.
