My order, honor 9 lite with order id od[protected] is got cancelled after it's dispatched. I enquired with customer care they said that seller has cancelled my order. But the message flipkart send says that i have cancelled my order. It's a lie that flipkart said as there customer care spoke person tell that seller has cancelled the product. They also suggest that i have to reorder the product. The product is cancelled without my permission. It's my worst experience with flipkart. This product is only available through flash sale. So i have to wait for another sale. It

    This is regarding the purchase of refrigerator from the flipkart. We bought this refrigerator on 1st jan 2018, and it was delivered on 7th jan 2018. This new refrigerator was in exchange of the older refrigerator. Courier person has delivered the new refrigerator and taken away the old refrigerator. Once we opened the refrigerator, it was damaged badly from the back side corner. It was so badly damaged, we immediately posted for replacement at the flipkart website. We got the assurance multiple time from customer services that their technician will visit the house and after that refrigerator will be replaced. They booked the slot for technician on 15th, 17th and 27th, but technician never visited the place.
    Its been more that 20 days after the purchase of the refrigerator and flipkart people could not able to manage a single technician visit to review the damaged. I have called several time to customer service at flipkart, nobody is telling me, since technician visit is not happening, then what will happen in this case. Nobody is listening at flipkart and try to resolve the issue. Try time we can be given assurance and no action is happening for that. After 20 days, there is no replacement happened, i want to file for grievance for refund of our money from the flipkart, we donot want to keep broken refrigerator.

      I ordered lenovo tab 4 10 plus 64 gb and 4 gb ram but delivery of lower version viz.16gb, 3 gb ram was made. I immediately called them up and upon their instruction only opened the box and confirmed that imei number differed on the product from the invoice. Since then it has been silent as i have repeatedly called/ mailed them and asked for update but no luck. The customer feedback for the seller (India sales mart) mentions several similar instances of wrong product sent by the seller. Flipkart has done investigation of all such cases and yet allows the seller to continue to defraud the customers. This means that flipkart is actively cooperating and gaining from this collusion. I have suffered tremendous mental and monetary loss due to this. I want exemplary punishment be meted to them.

        Hi... I ordered a product and received a different product so have requested for a replacement what if i don't receive the same product which i have ordered initially. I called up customer service and they are just talking about replacement policy. No one has a clue what needs to be done...             So flipkart this is how you make business cheating customers..
            It appears that other day my friend bought this product for just ₹25. I loved it, i like the smell so i ordered it in flipkart.
            Product had offer 499 discounted for 175 for 15 item.. But i got cheated, i received 1 iteam in box for 202.

                I have ordered a 25 geyser from flipkart on 25th of dec 2017

                      The order id 0d[protected] was about to deliver it on 22 jan 2018. As said by flipkart "due to logistical issue they are not able to deliver the product". Now flipkart is asking from my end to cancel the order and replace it. Now the same offer is not available in flipkart. I am asking flipkart to provide the same offer or return the offer amount as a compensation towards the delivery issue. Flipkart is not ready for giving the compensation or deliver the product. Please help me in resolving the issue.

                        I have placed an order, order id od[protected] on 16th jan 2018 was communicated will be delivered by 24th jan. I have made same product order 3 times earlier and every time it was delivered at my doorsteps. We have made same order this time from previous order history. This time flipkart decides not to order at my house and asks me to pick up the order why??? I called your contact centre and spoke to anita who was trying to blame this on me that i had selected option of pick up whic i clearly denied that i did not as she could not solve i spoke to esacalation officer kratika who also was blaming this on me and she said her manager also cannot solve this also he cannot speak to me. She then tells to wait till 31jan why are you blaming me for your system issues which is causing delays why hire managers who cannot speak to customers

                          I have order 2 apple watch bands from. The month of november when i revived the products it's was a tempered glass of apple watch i register a complain aft 1 month i got 1 of the band and the other 1 i have not got till yest it has been 3 month i have been calling for my refund if rs1198 but till yet no refund have came they are only increasing the date on and on when ever i'm calling nd no call is coming they r giving me the date if call buy none of call is cming it has been 3 months for just a refund of 1198 i would have called more than 30 times

                            On tuesday, 23 jan 18, (6.24pm) i placed online order for john players regular fit men's grey trouser (Size 36) at the price of rs.665/- and order id was[protected] and made advance payment. As per update available on flipkart website, the order was approved on 23 jan 18, packed on 24 jan 2018 and shipped by india post on 25 jan 18 through speed post tracking number ad[protected]in. Order was returned to seller on the same day.
                            On my query from flipkart support, i have been told that their courier partner has cancelled the order and advise me to place fresh order for the product at the prevailing price of rs.1599/-.in this way flipkart has befooled me. Order was placed, approved, packed and shipped. Does india post got the authority to cancel the order and if so what were the circumstances? I do not believe that india post has the authority to cancel the order. Flipkart has tried to mislead and befooled the customer and none of their reply is reliable &transparent. Flipkart is legally bound to deliver the order at the same price which they have approved and accepted the payment. Such type of practices are not tolerable. It seems that no rules, regulations & guidelines are applicable on such marketplace. Would the flipkart and concerned department in the government of india take action in the matter to address the issue. Strict action is needed to be taken to stop such practices.

                              Hello flipcart my problem never solved by your executive. Within the replacement periods i show and say my complaint. About my moto g5s. It's display of dnd or do not disturb button automatically on always. Complaint is repeatedly it's very sad to me when the executive come it's not showing that complaint, what can i do. After they goes complaint repeating. So you can return from me and use 3days then understand my complaints.. When i buy. On next day it's start showing complaint..                                   I am a loyal customer of flipkart since 1.5 yrs. Flipkart also provided me credit of rs 5000 under its pay later option. I prefer payment using gift cards only because of fast payment and fast refund. I ordered so much things. But once i got the charger defective so i called the representative and told him/her about the charger. They provided me 200 rs as a token of apology. But one night suddenly they blocked my account stating that i have used token of apology program unfairly. My flipkart wallet had 600 rs in it which are now stuck as i am unable to login my account. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
                                  We're sorry to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apology program. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                                  We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update.

                                    I purchased panasonic eluga a3 mobile through your website, unboxing product camera is not working flashing message can't connect to camera. Please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight. So contact to customer care they ask me to follow the instructions after that reboot phone but results same.
                                    Then i call panasonic customer care they also gave instructions i followed simultaneously and yet again same problem then they asked to return /replacement of product.
                                    Sir please do me favour as soon as possible thanks

                                      Just now received this mobile from flipkart. The device is defective, it keeps restarting and not able to resolve even after software update, safe mode, factory reset. Called customer care and they informed to try the safe mode since i already tried other stuff they are saying but still the problem is there, preinstalled apps are crashing. Did not load any sd card, sim card etc.. Totally frustated and raised return request in 2hrs. Flipkart says they will call back in 48hrs but reluctant to approve the return request.

                                      My invoice no is fab6x[protected] dated[protected].
                                      Its very bad that they are still reluctant to initiate return process. I do not want this phone any more. Very bad & disappointed with flipkart & mi a1.

                                        Online shopping was made and as per quoted price it was paid. While placing order it was displayed that the product is to be delivered within 25th january, 2018,
                                        But it is unfortunate to note that till now no call or message is received by me citing reason for non delivery of the product. Please note that based on your delivery confirmation, myself also given some mandate for gifting the same today since today is a memorable day and the gift is ordered to meet that purpose.
                                        It is my earnest request to make discreet inquiry for such lapses and take some reasonable action against such non compliance.in my opinion, such type of action will certain put your concern in embarrassing position and you are earning bad name in this venture, when there are several competitors with the same feature are moving in the market.
                                        Such type of acts will certainly play to loose your customer.

                                        Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and confirmed about delivery status he told it was been delivered but it got delay apologized and informed feedback he agreed closing the case from our team
