Dear sir, iam book the one gift, but gift not rich on the my address, after messages received the our gift on out of delivery, way are out of delivery. I have ordered two items on 21/11/2017 from flipkart and they promised my delivery in two days and after two days they said seller has not dispatched the items and delivery will be delay for two more days they keep on saying same story till 28/11/2017. I purchased trimmer from flipkart. Basic value of trimmer is rs.936.72/- & gst charged rs. 262.28./- against hsn code 8510 (28%). But after 14-nov.2017 gst rate are revised and now hsn code 8510 is in 18% tax rate. But in the invoice it is 28%. Is it right or wrong..?...
