[Resolved] Flipkart — blaupunkt tv - tv is not repaired replaced when display is gone within 3 month from purchase | |||
We procured the blaupunkt tv model number bla43au680j1801171 on sept 2019. On first week of the decmber 19 we have not operated the tv as my father does not want the sound in room. But on 7 th december 2019 on putting the tv on we found verticle line occupied about 80 % space. And 20 % space showing the app log on display. We logged number of compalint complaint on in dec 19 and jan 20 but as we have not received any feedback we contacted customer care. We have been asked to send the video on mobile number. After sending the video we got the feedback that the ty is broken. As we have not seen any broken appearance on display we requested to send the representative as it is under warranty. Unfortunately it has been told that the visit will be on chargeable basis. As the tv is hanged on the connector the question of how it is broken is remain unanswered. Being a reputed company we expect the proper service hence we once agin requested tham to depute the service representative for observing and resolving the issue. On * th dec we sent mail we got reply that we are sorry to say but as per photos given to our executive it is broken. Led display consists of very thin layers of flexible sheet. It's not made up of glass so you are not able to see any scratch or damage mark on outer side of display even by touching. It happens by hard pressing or by collusion of any other object. Since it is physically damaged, it will not cover in warranty. It will be done on chargeable basis. If you approve the amount, we will work accordingly. We are sorry to mention that without visiting and seeing the condition the decision is taken that tv display is broken. Is it not possible that it is due to inferior quality of dispaly? One of my relative got same problem in is samsung tv and they accpeted that it is possible in 1 to 2 % of tv and replaced display free of cnarge. Further till date we have not received any feedback about quality of dispaly or commericail offer in writiiing. On the top of that. I have been told that visit of executive will be on chargeable basis when the tv is under warranty Further you will agree that purchasing of tv had only 3 months over. When tv is under warannty how the replacement is chargable basis and how even vist is being charged. This type of answeres are not expected from the reputed brand like blaupunkt /flipkart and further no one is bothered to give answer thereafter (December) till date evena after sending number of reminders. Hi flipkart team, i told the Flipkart team four times, but I have not yet resolved the issue.The issue is missing product and Rejected refund request two times till from above
