This is siva prasad, flipkart blocked my account stating that i am not using the flipkart account for personal use, iam ready to show you all the things at my home, how can they judge that i am not using for personal use? Now i'm unable to login and check my invoices and purchase history. I'm a flipkart plus user and i'm unable to check my flipkart plus coins balance. Please unlock my account as soon as possible. I'm sure that my purchased things with me only, iam'm vexed up with the flipkart customer care worst response from the last two months.

    I am seller in flipkart. Flipkart suspend my account on 15-nov-2019, reason they given that suspicioius activity. We explain them that we are selling genuine product so we have submitted genuine purchase invoive to them but without verifying anything they failed the verification. We asked them please share reason for varification fail, they did not provide any reason beacuse i know their is no valid reason with them.

    So my account blocked and my total amount approx rs 42000 get blocked for 60 days. My 60 days get over on 15 jan and i receive payment transfer mail from flipkart but i did not receive my payment in account. I got notification that payment is not transfer reason is bank account verification inspite of same account in which payment get transfer when i account is active. I called the support they are told me that this notification is technical error you will receive payment in next 2 days. But again payment not receive.
    I called support again they told me ur payment is not showing. We will check with backhand team. They raise incident but no resolution till date. I am frusted so i write here. Every alternate day i call they say team is working same answer everytime. Its alraedy 10 days today still they did not resolve the issue. Please look into this matter

      I order set wet studio x charcoal shampoo for men which delivery expected by wed, jan 22 but on jan 16 2020 i get a message that ur product out for delivery after 5:30 pm the delivery by told that i cannot delivery today i deliver on 18 jan 2020. But yet i not get my product. On 20 jan 2020 i get a message that customer not there. But the deliver boy not to contract me. When i complain to flipkart customer support they given a mail on 22 jan that (We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 25 jan). Next day (We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 27 jan). Know they told me that you cancel your product. Why they are cheating with people. Also customer support people not to say right information. This is not one time with me this is 4th time.

        I booked flight ticket from singapore to mumbai dated 19 jan 2020 (Time - 19:30) for 2 person.

        There was preponement of flight which was communicated on mobile number [protected] via sms and call which they tried but could not reach. As per indigo this registered number was shared with them by the travel agency which is flipkart.

        My registered number with flipkart is [protected]. Flipkart is not able to provide any proof of my correct registered number being shared with airlines after repeated reminders. Because of this mismatch i had to go through lot of inconvenience.

        Please register my complaint against flipkart.
        I have all mail communication and call recording to substantiate that,

        And please don't tell me contact flipkart travel desk email and contact number. This that procedure i have gone through over mail and call for atleast 3-4 times in past 3 days and have wasted lots of energy and time. Please share the proof of my registered number being shared by airlines if you have any, or else except the mistake done.

          In a partially refundable flight ticket they give me nothing and they send me this message "your flight booking id: ff[protected] from bengaluru to new delhi on feb 02, 2020 has been cancelled as per your request. The refund of rs. 0.0 will be added to your account within 5-7days. Track your booking status here http://fkrt.it/e8jgvoNNNN" my money is completely gone... It's is a cheating... Please do something

            I had submitted all my documents for verification in flipkart affiliate on 27th december and the website says that it will take around 1 month for verification process to complete, but still there is no reply from flipkart. I did ask the flipkart support on twitter but they only reply is keep patience. I have money loaded in it and i want to transfer it to my account. I did complaint in consumer complaints earlier and they said to email details in [protected]@flipkart.com. When i asked what to write in [protected] in email address but then also no reply from there. Please say something

              I was buy flipkart smart tv this month and i got not smart tv its not check by my side its say that man when flipkart customer boy come to our home when they install tv they inform me sir you order smart tv but you did not get smart talk with flipkart. When i rise complain to flipkart 3 time they cancel my replacment and after few day s i got by flipkart your using free token unfair with us we go to block your account. What is this first they send wrong tv and they blame me for unfair.. They cheat us i didn't say any give me cash i just say to him replace my tv and send smart tv i m humiliated by flipkart tell what happen next i pay full amount for this

                I'm a loyal customer of flipkart from 2014. My email registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. But now at this time flipkart has blocked my account without a specific reason. I purchased many products in last few years so obviously when i got damage or not working condition product then anybody will return or replace.. So what is the issue in this matter but i want my account just like unblocked as soon as possible otherwise i will go with legal ways thank you.

                  I brought 5 blazers by flipkart.com which delivered on 16 jan. These have fitting issue size is big so i return them they accepted my return but next day cancel it without discussing with me. My product is under their return condition but they not answering my mail nor taking it return.
                  Seems since it's overtook by other company it's condition becoming worse day by day as i am among there startup days so i know it's condition degrading.
                  Need to return the product as it's not fit to me and it's a blazer i can't wear it losse.

                  Have your system detected high number of order I purchased from last 10 years. And what order I returned is under your policy of return moreover if I buy some clothes and it's not fitting for me so how can I keep them.
                  If it's some electronic or other item you can understand that is was intentionally but how it can be on clothes.
                  Also I don't have enough time to first select the clothes then check them and then return it.
                  Hope you understand my concern as these are not fitting for me.

                      Flipkart block me with fake reason. I am trying to cantact them from last 10 days but they don't solve my problem.
                      They are telling me that my flipkart account has highest number of return thats why they block my account but the real thing is that, their seller send me product or different brand thats why i am returning the products. And the warm bag i order from flipkart are not of same brand, i order 1 liter warm bag then they send me 200 ml warm bag of different brand. I that condition what will you do???.
                      You also return there product.
                      So please take action again flipkart and unblock my account from flipkart.

                        I purchased lenovo ideapad s145 ryzen 3 dual core - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) s145-15api laptop (15.6 inch, platinum grey, 1.85 kg, with ms office) rs 25, 999 and we received it on 27 december. Within 4-5 days of receiving it got hang so we contacted flipkart service they told to coordinate with lenovo service. The lenovo service did an online formatting for the laptop but its still giving the same issue so we contacted flipkart again to get the replacement for the product. They gave us 3 dates for replacement 13 jan, 18 jan, 20 jan. But they didn't came for the pickup. Now its been a month and there is still no progress, and now we don't want a replacement instead we want a refund for the product for which the flipkart company is again denying and given us more further dates for replacement. Kindly look into this matter and help us to get the refund back from flipkart.

                            I have tried to place an order at 24.04.2019 with merchant flipkart using sbi internet banking and my amount of rs. Of rs. 13999 has been debited with reference number: qsbi[protected] igafzmgkt0 but the order not confirmed.

                            On confirming with the bank, they are saying the transaction has been settled with merchant and contact merchant i. E flipkart for any further details.

                            While contacting the customer care of flipkart they are saying they do not have any information regarding the same. It is requested to kindly check the transaction logs and refund my amount. It has been around 9 months since the issue.

                            The course of transaction is as follows:
                            1. I have taken Item (Redmi Note 7 Pro) into the cart
                            2. Go for payment.
                            3. Selected Netbanking - SBI
                            4. The Flipkart has taken me to the SBI website where I entered my credentials and OTPs. Where the amount has been deducted.
                            5. On redirecting back to Flipkart. Some error message showed. And then when I back to Flipkart, there was no order.

                            Please resolve, as the amount has been deducted from my account. It is requested to kindly check the received transaction with my transaction reference number QSBI[protected] IGAFZMGKT0 at 24.04.2019 to trace the same.

                              I have placed an ordered from flipkart moto e6s. And facing some issue with this device.

                              Issues details are given below:-
                              1. While using the phone on whats app video call automatic phone goes off.
                              2. Battery takes whole night to get a charge from 20% to 97-98%. (Fine i thought this could be because of its a new device)
                              3. After phone getting power on it takes 4-5 min. Just to reach scree. After showing moto brand advertising film and showing starting the phone on display.

                              1st time when i raised a complaint then received calls 2 times but i was busy so i asked them to arrange a call back (Very happy with flipkart commitment). Again 3rd time received a call from the adviser and he didn't tell any steps to me. Except placing the call on hold and then finally he said that we are going to arrange a technician visit at your site.

                              Same day evening received a call from the technician that he said that he will come tomorrow (Both agreed) but when in the morning i received a call from the technician so i informed him that my whats app issue has been resolved (Phone is not getting off now). So don't need to come if you want but he insists that sir i am near your location i can come. He came and do some troubleshooting steps to give it to me. And went back.

                              Today morning when i again checked with whats app found that the phone is giving the same issue so again raised a complaint via application again the same process start:- adviser called (But this time he informed me some steps - happy with that). Done that but the issue is the same. Again received a call by 1 female adviser asked the status told her that not resolved she told me that again she is going to arrange a technician visit for testing (I mean seriously you guys are concerned about customer pain???). She. Sir, we need to follow the re-seller guidelines. It shows that your re-seller guidelines are most important for the customer's feedback and pain.

                              Anyhow i managed to transfer that call to the escalation department. But i was surprised to know that your senior person is saying that this time as you told me that you don't need to press the power button and your product got restart automatically. This is a different issue, sir. (I mean what i told you that only while using whats app i am facing this issue as previous so who it could be different??)

                              Then is said to me to go through with replacement policy our replacement policy is saying that customer needs to go through with these steps (But how many times) no one is there to confirm that.

                              My simple concern what is the benefit of opting flipkart if i have to go again and again with pain. Also, who will be responsible if after the replacement period this device starts giving me pain?

                              You are going to send again technical send i don't have any issue but send him with the replaced unit. Because i don't have so much time to go thought with troubleshooting over the call and by the technician.

                              I hope i will receive a permanent solution this time.

                              Very disappointing customer this time.

Except placing the call on hold and then finally he said that we are going to arrange a technician visit at your site.

                                Same day evening received a call from the technician that he said that he will come tomorrow (Both agreed) but when in the morning i received a call from the technician so i informed him that my whats app issue has been resolved (Phone is not getting off now). So don't need to come if you want but he insists that sir i am near your location i can come. He came and do some troubleshooting steps to give it to me. And went back.

                                Today morning when i again checked with whats app found that the phone is giving the same issue so again raised a complaint via application again the same process start:- adviser called (But this time he informed me some steps - happy with that). Done that but the issue is the same. Again received a call by 1 female adviser asked the status told her that not resolved she told me that again she is going to arrange a technician visit for testing (I mean seriously you guys are concerned about customer pain???). She. Sir, we need to follow the re-seller guidelines. It shows that your re-seller guidelines are most important for the customer's feedback and pain.

                                Anyhow i managed to transfer that call to the escalation department. But i was surprised to know that your senior person is saying that this time as you told me that you don't need to press the power button and your product got restart automatically. This is a different issue, sir. (I mean what i told you that only while using whats app i am facing this issue as previous so who it could be different??)

                                Then is said to me to go through with replacement policy our replacement policy is saying that customer needs to go through with these steps (But how many times) no one is there to confirm that.

                                My simple concern what is the benefit of opting flipkart if i have to go again and again with pain. Also, who will be responsible if after the replacement period this device starts giving me pain?

                                You are going to send again technical send i don't have any issue but send him with the replaced unit. Because i don't have so much time to go thought with troubleshooting over the call and by the technician.

                                I hope i will receive a permanent solution this time.

                                Very disappointing customer this time.

                                  I have ordered real me x2 mobile worth 18, 000 Rs, paid through credit card, but i haven't received my product, but i received message as product has been already delivered and also i didn't received any call from courier person.
                                  I am not able to contact anyone from logistics.

                                  I am keep on following Flipkart customer care no, but there is no reply. Still they are extending the time to resolve this issue.

                                  Note.
                                  My ordered address is TADA 524401.
                                  But they have delivered to NAIDUPETA 524126.

                                      I have ordered realme 3 in exchange of my redmi 5a whose order id is od[protected]. When wishmaster came and did verification for old my mobile, he rejected the order with no issues. My redmi 5a is working perfectly fine, there are no cracks, dents or parts missing. Still he rejected my old mobile and cancelled the order. I have ordered my mobile in republic days offer and i got a discount of 500 rupees and a additional 10% discount on icici credit card which was 540 rupees. When i called customer care they said they can't do anything and told me to order again.

                                        I have ordered nokia tv on 2 jan, 2020 with order id:
                                        Od[protected], have waited for 10 days beyond the promised date by flipkart which s 9th of jan. Even though the product hasn't been delievred and cancelled without any prior notice to me. Again for the second time have ordered the same item vide order id: od[protected], which was also followed the same scenario keeping me waiting till 23rd jan (Promised date: 20 jan, 2020), and cancelled on their own without any prior information.

                                        Please resolve my issue.

                                        They have kept me waiting for 10 days by which my credit card statement has been generated and I need to pay my first month EMI without my product delivered. Flipkart is saying that the product cannot be delivered at the address provided, which took them 10 days for each order (20 days). Please raise a complaint against Flipkart and provide a resolution to me.

                                        I have placed an order again on 13th of Jan vide order id: OD[protected], which is also to the same address. but, it also took 10 days to cancel asking me to wait beyond the promised date. Also, the refund hasn't been completed till date.

                                        Why can't you cancel the order on first 2-3 business days, saying it cannot be delivered at the given address..? being it already cancel before.

                                        Also, I requested for an address change of the product, well before the product was picked from the seller, which was not approved..

                                        Also, I requested for a self pickup from the nearest hub, which was also not approved..

                                        Now, Because you have not cancelled my order or delivered my order on time, I need to pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered to me in any manner.. and given me all these troubles...refund is not completed till date from then.

                                        What kind of service is this from flipkart? who will pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered?

                                        I need an explanation here and a resolution.
                                        They never slove customer problem if i query for any order they can not give solution
