Updated by ShyamChukka They have kept me waiting for 10 days by which my credit card statement has been generated and I need to pay my first month EMI without my product delivered. Flipkart is saying that the product cannot be delivered at the address provided, which took them 10 days for each order (20 days). Please raise a complaint against Flipkart and provide a resolution to me.

We are sorry for the trouble caused. Due to unforeseen issues faced by the seller, the product "Nokia 139cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Sound by JBL" has been canceled. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 11 Jan 20. It will reflect in your credit card by 21 Jan 20. Request you to note down the refund reference number[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

Updated by ShyamChukka I have placed an order again on 13th of Jan vide order id: OD[protected], which is also to the same address. but, it also took 10 days to cancel asking me to wait beyond the promised date. Also, the refund hasn't been completed till date.
Why can't you cancel the order on first 2-3 business days, saying it cannot be delivered at the given address..? being it already cancel before.
Also, I requested for an address change of the product, well before the product was picked from the seller, which was not approved..
Also, I requested for a self pickup from the nearest hub, which was also not approved..
Now, Because you have not cancelled my order or delivered my order on time, I need to pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered to me in any manner.. and given me all these troubles...refund is not completed till date from then.
What kind of service is this from flipkart? who will pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered?
I need an explanation here and a resolution.
Today I visited nearest Ekart hub at ( Sullirpeta).
They told that product already delivered to NAIDUPETA wrong address.
But still I didn't get any response from you since 9days.
This is how you are taking care of your customer.
