Respected sir /madam,
I had ordered my xiaomi redmi note7 pro (Neptune blue, 128 gb) (6 gb ram (Order received date was 11th october 2019) from flipkart, this mobile does not detect the network, initially it worked for a week, then only single network gets activated at a time, and the internet does not work at all, when the same sim cards are inserted to other mobile, it works absolutely fine. I called to the customer service and complained about the matter, they said it cannot be exchanged as the exchange time period is over. And they asked me to go to the xiaomi service centre. I have given the mobile to kamakya banshankari service centre for repair, they replaced the mother board, it worked fine just for a month. Again the mobile was taken for repair, the software was updated and given, it seemed to work for 15 mins, after i returned home, its still the same issue.

I am really not happy with the faulty device received from flipkart, i am missing most of the important calls after i started using this mobile. Really disappointed, i need help here. Order no. - od[protected]

Sir i hav ordered realme 5i of Rs 8999 of flipkart on my registered mobile number [protected] i had a wprst experience in flipkart no refund is given to the order because i wanted return to that product the flipkart service is too worst for return of refund policies

        I have joined flipkart affiliate programme

        We have successfully completed this condition and in june 2017 we have earned 1857/- approved payment and now till i didn’t get any amount.

        We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

          I have ordered an asus laptop at a discounted rate since i being a flipkart plus customer. I had availed exchange offer and flipkart provided exchange value as low as rs.2240. I somehow placed the offer and when i was expecting delivery of the product, delivery agent said that my old laptop had some battery issues because of which i had to pay him rs.2140 and also give my old laptop was well in order to get the new laptop. Since it was a worst deal, i said that i will pay off the exchange amount of rs.2240 and you guys handover the new laptop to me which was fair enough. However, the delivery agent misbehaved with us and said its not possible to take the exchange amount and the only option available was to pay rs.2140 and give back the old laptop too. He threatened to us that i have to re-order this laptop again and he has no choice left rather than to cancel the order. He said that either he will cancel or i have to cancel from my end. When i called up the customer care, somebody posed as the lead of the department and sympathized on my situation and told that since the order is not yet cancelled and laptop is still in my hub, they will again redeliver the laptop and i have to pay the difference of rs.2240 to the agent and take possession of my new laptop. Astonishing to the fact that after 4-5 hrs, i saw an email from customer care that they cancelled my order and refunded my money back.

          The bottomline here is people just give you false commitments and different executives give you different resolutions. No respect for the customer and no customer value creation. Totally unprofessional behaviour by delivery agent as well.

            She assured me that the money will be refunded in 5 working days.

            Case History In Details:
            I’ve bought this product OD[protected] [Flipkart SmartBuy FKSBRHQR Quartz Room Heater] on 5th August 2019.
            It was delivered on 8th August 2019
            It stopped working in Mid-December(As in Bangalore you don’t use Room heater before December)
            I logged complaint during mid-December as it was in “1 Year Limited Domestic Brand Warranty”
            Flipkart Customer Care executive requested me to Drop the product in JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PVT LTD. [Jeeves consumer services, L.169, 6th Sector, 5th main, HSR Layout, LandMark: Next to Janani Travels-, Bangalore-560102. 560102 [protected]]
            I personally went and dropped the product at Jeeves HSR Layout Service Center on 12/30/2019 12:18:46 PM
            I have spent approximately Rs500 on Cab to drop the product.
            Though it was a planned drop of the product, and I have taken a prior appointment before visiting the center, Still they made me to wait for two and half hours just to receive the order.
            Jeeves Eecutive asked me to leave and also told me that they will update me over telephone
            When I asked for Job-sheet they were reluctant, but when I insisted they handed over.
            After few days they informed that they are unable to repair it and said they will process for replacement.
            After two days when I enquired again, they said they are unable to process the replacement of the product, as they don’t have any product in the inventory.
            They confirmed that they will refund the money.
            After a weeks time one delivery person came to my office for the product pick-up. But the product is with Jeeves.
            Jeeves executive refused to hand-over the product to me as according to them: they have initiated the refund.
            After that there were numerous complaints for the refund.
            But still I’ve not received the refund.
            Finally, I spoke to Smart-buy customer care executive Ragini(17:08 PM on 27th January 2020).
            Ragini promised me that the money will be refunded in 5 working days.
            I hope you will stick to the words this time.


            Grievance:
            Being a Flipkart-plus customer, I had to suffer so much.
            I feel cheated at this point.
            Sorry to say so, but I could clearly see that there is loop-hole in your process and quality of service is pathetic.
            I just can’t understand why you are taking so much time to resolve this simple issue.
            Please stop harrasing me and process my refund.

                Hii sir
                I pradeepgouda, i am facing a problem with infinix mobile return since i brought that product, i gone through all troubleshooting process (System update, factory reset and settings as suggested by flipkart agent and infinix service center) but not resolved.
                I applied return for 4 times and got canceled every time 3time because of technician visit not happened after that technician visit happened far away from my location and now this time because of courier partner did not picked it.
                Its been 17 days i am not getting correct answer and solution form any of the executive and my problem been continued like this only sir.

                Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                    We procured the blaupunkt tv model number bla43au680j1801171 on sept 2019.
                    On first week of the decmber 19 we have not operated the tv as my father does not want the sound in room. But on 7 th december 2019 on putting the tv on we found verticle line occupied about 80 % space. And 20 % space showing the app log on display.
                    We logged number of compalint complaint on in dec 19 and jan 20 but as we have not received any feedback we contacted customer care. We have been asked to send the video on mobile number. After sending the video we got the feedback that the ty is broken. As we have not seen any broken appearance on display we requested to send the representative as it is under warranty.
                    Unfortunately it has been told that the visit will be on chargeable basis. As the tv is hanged on the connector the question of how it is broken is remain unanswered.

                    Being a reputed company we expect the proper service hence we once agin requested tham to depute the service representative for observing and resolving the issue.
                    On * th dec we sent mail we got reply that we are sorry to say but as per photos given to our executive it is broken. Led display consists of very thin layers of flexible sheet. It's not made up of glass so you are not able to see any scratch or damage mark on outer side of display even by touching. It happens by hard pressing or by collusion of any other object. Since it is physically damaged, it will not cover in warranty. It will be done on chargeable basis. If you approve the amount, we will work accordingly.
                    We are sorry to mention that without visiting and seeing the condition the decision is taken that tv display is broken. Is it not possible that it is due to inferior quality of dispaly? One of my relative got same problem in is samsung tv and they accpeted that it is possible in 1 to 2 % of tv and replaced display free of cnarge.
                    Further till date we have not received any feedback about quality of dispaly or commericail offer in writiiing.
                    On the top of that. I have been told that visit of executive will be on chargeable basis when the tv is under warranty

                    Further you will agree that purchasing of tv had only 3 months over. When tv is under warannty how the replacement is chargable basis and how even vist is being charged.

                    This type of answeres are not expected from the reputed brand like blaupunkt /flipkart and further no one is bothered to give answer thereafter (December) till date evena after sending number of reminders.

                    I hope that comapy will give right solution to this issue.

                        not able to add email id in my flipkart account

                        I placed an order on 19th jan 2020 on flipkart of inr 1695, amount deducted from my paytm payment bank account but flipkart claims that they did not receive even though my bank - paytm payment bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with upi reference no.[protected]... If ref no. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to flipkart. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can flipkart cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back.

                          I have recently ordered phillips shaver which was in stock and after ordering it automatically cancelled the order stating it as out of stock.
                          Then i again ordered that same item and it was at that time is in stock and again after ordering it automatically cancelled the order stating same reason for cancellation.
                          Then lastly i have again order and same procedure was done. It was cancelled automatically and stating it as out of stock.

                          After some days my account automatically log out and at time of login it was saying that your account has been blocked and refering to contact customer support (Screenshot enclosed).

                          For having conversations with customer support an email received (Screenshot enclosed) and saying that you can never have access to your account for reason that you are using it for re selling purpose rather than personal use.

                            I had ordered one open book self of ₹1439and it was meant to be delivered by 14th of this month then it was rescheduled to 18th of this month but again not delivered from ur end. Ur cx support guys are purely not telling the truth regarding the product. One had told me that i will get my product before 23rd of this month but not got anything again they told me i will get by 24 jan still today no calls and nothing from ur end. Solve this issue,

                              My account was blocked since 2 years. I ordered only two times from flipkart and saying that irregularities payments. I didn't any cheating while ordering please activate my account. My register mobile number is [protected]. Please solve as soon as possible. I mailed customer care but no response i called customer care they said there is separate department for that please help

                                When my product was in transit courier boy don't give me my product and marked status delivered i asked him and raised a claim on flipkart flipkart complain to hub and then one day hub deliver me my product when i unbox i got dummy phone and the i claim flipkart saying that you can only claim one time.                                 worst company ever i can say even i have bad experience with them.
                                i am a seller selling product i got lots of times if got return from ekart which is with flipkart logistic wrong items coming or missing goods found in return courier but they give same copy paste reply every time

                                "The claim has been rejected after a detailed validation and investigation of the mentioned orders return journey".

                                they don't educate sellers what is the reason behind why they decline claim nothing at all.

                                  I have ordered onida led tv and same was delivered by jan 7th 2020. They mentioned in order summary with in 48 hrs installation will be done. But for me they took almost 12 days. And also they sent damaged item. They said return request has been raised and they have mentioned jan 26th 2020 technician will come for checking. Flipkart team also provided the onida customer service number. I contacted the onida team. They openly said today jan 26th is possible because of service centre closed today. I have paid for yhe item and flipkart team entertain with giving wrong hope and wrong commitment to the customers. Its my money. I paid money one month ago. My problem was not resolved and they extended the days by said wll reach you and team will contact you.
