I have a flipkart account with following details

[protected]@gmail.com and phone number - [protected]

My account was closed without any reason in may 2019 and at that time there was 945 rupees pending for the flipkart cardless credit. Since my account was closed i was unable to pay the amount. The dues got increasing with late fees and currently stands at 2500 rs.in feb 2020 i paid my principle amount of 945 rupees after the contact by flipkart kissht team and they assured that the penalty charges which have been applied on my account will be waived off. But till now it has not been done and i am still getting messages of dues. Since my account was blocked by flipkart and i was unable to pay the amount due to it so why should i pay the penalty charges despite paying the original dues.

    I had purchase a product on flipkart pay later... I had tried so many times through app... But it's randomly failed... I had got an sms with a link, after click the link, your link is opened... And i made the payment of rs 1099. The same amount has already been deducted from my account... I have raised complaint to flipkart team but not provide me the proper resolution. I have send all the details like. Bank statement, transaction number, even mail from my bank that the payment is successful. Flipkart but they are not agree flipkart agent's calling randomly to collect the payment... Where is the issue could you please resolve it on priority...

      From last republic day sales i have been facing issues relating to all online mode of payment. I have complaint for then six or seven times but still i have not received a proper solution they simply map the your issue has been resolved they don't even call me i personally call them after the said waiting period of each complaint then they book as new complaint and the process going on. I have sent multiple screenshots, video of the issue that i am facing. When ever i select any online payment method it is showing "transaction was declined on the basic of risk check".

      Due to this i am not even able to pay flipkart pay later outstanding amount which must due on 10th of this month. Now the late fee has been applied to the overall outstanding amount. (Which is not my liability as i have complained multiple times for a proper resolution). It had been more than one month now and still the issue is as such i am not able to use online payment method for shipping as well as to pay flipkart paylater outstanding amount.

      So kindly look into the issue and make proper resolution of provide alternative way to pay off the outstanding due (Only the amount which i have used i will not pay the late fee because the issue is not from my end as i am able to use the same card and netbanking facility on all other online platforms)

          My flipkart account has been blocked, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

          Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

          I called your customer care lot and gave lots of emails but no use. 10th march 2020 is last date of paying. Please unblock before that or else fine will be waived off.

                I have ordered a beard hair oil from flipkart and i have got delivery on 14/feb friday when i open the box it was 10rs maggi packet now the flipkart company are refusing to replace the order and they are saying that we have forwarded the case to concern team we will check and get back to you, still there is no resolution, tis is breach of trust and e-kart is not accepting for replacement they said that what ever u ordered, it should be same item then only we will replace the order but here when i opened the box i found maggi then how can i return the same product (Beard oil). There is no logic to ask for return the same product, please take necessary action in this regard...

                    I have ordered roti maker on flipkart app 4th december 2019 and received the product on 9th december 2019 in a condition that the product was damaged and used one. Immediately i have raised the refund request on 9th december 2019 with in a minutes after receiving the products. Flipkart didn't responding well and not resolved the issue till now.. Their pickup team didn't taken the product and telling that the product color was changed. The seller registered on flipkart simply cheating the customers but flipkart is their side and creating trouble to us. Since 2 months i am suffering for this issue but flipkart not bothering about the issue... I think no one can use a damaged product after paying hard earned money.. This is very unfair now flipkart saying that as per their policy replacement will not done but i have raised the complaint with in a minute after opening the package.

                        I am unable to receive my order which was delivered by 7-2-2020 flipkart representative didn't contact me by mobile nor other means and said by him costumer unavailable this is big issue to deceive

                            This is regarding complaint about refund/replacement of defective mobile recieved from flipkart on january 18th 2020. I have been facing hang issue, self touch issue and few other performance related issue with the mobile after few days o[censored]sage. I had informed flipkart regarding this and they had arranged technician visit on the same four times but the technician visited only twice. First time he said he did os reinstallation and it worked fine for that point of time, but after 2 hours it started having the same issue along with multiple issues. Second time, i gave for a return request, and again techician visit was allocated but he did not come and gave a fake update as issue is resolved. I had informed this to flipkart but of no use. Again, i requested a return and this time the technician visited and he seemed to have done display test on mobile instead of performance issue testing on mobile. When i asked him what he is doing, he said he is doing engineering test on it. I clearly haven't heard of something like that.

                            Now again, it did not work as expected. I informed flipkart but they did not approve of it and told me to visit service centre. When i visited service centre, they did not take up the issue, saying their chief technician is not available and come after 2 days (Which means i went on thursday and they asked me to come after 2 days. I asked shall i come on saturday. They said to visit on monday). I told them the issue but they said they can only repair but cannot refund or replace it as i had bought it from flipkart and not offline. I had informed this to flipkart but they said they spoke like they are not responsible.

                            Then again i went to mi service centre. This time it was even more frustrating because they said they cannot take the mobile in the evening time, since they finish off any issue the same day itself and asked me to do screen recording and bring the mobile the next day. They had added some software or updated software. I did as they said and bought it but when i went and gave them the mobile, they asked me to show which recording has the issue popped up. I said ok and went on to search for it. Moved those recordings to seperate folder and gave it to them. While doing this one of the video got stuck inbetween and a popup got displayed saying "mi video is not responding."i took screenshot of it and also showed the exact issue to the customer executive. She took it and showed it to the person working on it. By the time the video started to play (Is what they said). They seemed to be ignorant of the issue but later accepted it has issue and took the mobile for observation and they kept it. I asked when to get it back, they said they will call and inform me about it. But they did not call next dy and i informed about this to mi by contacting them through toll free number. I again waited for 3 days without mobile in hand. All thes while i kept contacting flipkart and informing them about the status and everytime different customer executive speaks and i have to explain the whole issue from the first.

                            I literally got fed up with their service. Over 6 times they have rejected my return and replacement request. I had send emails to them since they had asked me for the complaint number but no reply from them. Everytime i call and raise concern, they say my issue will get resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Soetimes even 72 hours but till now. But issue never gets resolved. I have more to say but i am stopping here.

                            I asked flipkart executive that if my mobile has no concerns even after tech visit, then why would mi service centre say that it has issue? I have raised this concern within 10 days of replacement policy and still not resolved. I want an answer for this. I do not know any higher officials to contact to and i hd asked them to help me connect to them regarding this issue but no one helped. I have all rights to ask for return or replacement for this product. I will take this issue to as many people as possible, if flipkart is still not ready to do the refund or replacement of the product.

                              Total poor service flipkart, i m regularly customers of amazon, but this helpless i can say because, flipkart team not providing proper information, after many calls request, they only say sir wait u will receive your order soon wait for one, on 10th of february, i had placed the order a phone which promised delivery time 2days, but on 12th i only received a message by ekart delay delivery 3days late,
                              You know what why this is important to share with you because they was an anniversary gift i plan to give my wife on 12th february, you guys fail it, i waited till 13th february same i raised complaint on your flipkart help department, no issue resolve same i cancelled the order on same day,

                              After few hours again i placed the same order on dated 13th february which promised day to deliver in 2days which mentioned below products, but again same thing repeat on 15th february i received a message from ekart your delivery delay for 3days, how many time i try to contact with flipkart help department to provide my shipment address shipment phone number where my products is blocked so i can take from there, but no chance to get shipment address or phone,

                              This is fun or what firstly your fail my anniversary n blocked my money, better i can buy from local shop where they give immediately,

                              I had never got problem from amazon but flip poor, very poor services,

                              I would request you to revert on my post wait for great revert,

                                Dear team, i have ordered the aforesaid watch (Timex t2n 943) and made a payment of rs 11350.00 on 10.02.2019. I have received the order on 15.02.2020, and to my surprise i found that completely different order has been received, that too in a shady condition. The price tag in the current product received is 2800. This is pathetic and how shameful operation can be on part of flipkart. Such type of delivery and product quality for flipkart customers is not desirable and i can assure that customer trust and satisfaction level is zero. Flipkart from nowonwards cannot be recommend.
                                I want immediate action toward s my order which needs to be picked up and arrange for immediate refund of my money.

                                    Hi i make a order id - od[protected] on 11th feb 20 for a mobile. I used 2 gift card for making payment of value 3997 and 4002/-. On 14th flipkart cancel this order. I didn't receive any refund of value 4002. I connect with customer care. They are making excuses for do wait request you to please look into the matter and help to get my money.

                                        I do not understand why everytime the led tvs from vu or iffalcon and thomson are not deliverable to my location.
                                        My location pin no is 787057. It is a semi urban location and one of the proper city in our state.
                                        It is really unfortunate everytime i try to buy led tv from flipkart, it shows the items is not in stock for my location. But why???.
                                        There are many delivery service providers in our place. I have check the delivery options for other districts of dhemaji also. It's not delivering anywhere in dhemaji district. It's really a big question to clarify from your side. Mere excuses would not work. If you are really doing business then this type of situations are not fair for customers. I hope my complain will be heard and necessary actions will be taken by your company.
