I ordered a pair of shoe and want to return those because i have size issue. But they blocked my flipkart account and refused to return my order. Plus they assure me that we will help you regarding your issue for more then 15 days and after that they are saying that we cant help in this issue. Plus they keep my calls on wait for about 1 hr 30 mins.

    Dear sir,

    I am writing with regards to non issue of refund against my flipkart pay later account of amount 512/- for which i had already paid money via debit card.
    As per myntra and flipkart, the refund amount was transferred back to my bank account on 6th nov 19 however my bank has not received any such reverse transaction. I have written n number of emails to myntra and flipkart but they are not replying to my query.

    The amount may be small for them but it is not same for me... They have mentally harassed me and are not returning my money.

      I ordered lenovo ht10 wireless earphones on 20february 2020 and its was delivered on same day. But when i opened it, the product was missing from the box. I made the full unboxing video of it and immediately complaint in their twitter handle including all proofs and i got a call back from their social media tema on same day and they appolozised me and told me that we will call u again within 24hrs with an update.in between that, the seller had cancelled my refund request two times by stating stupid reasons. So, 24hrs passed but still no callback and today at 22 februray 2020, i got an email that your account is blocked due to high return. I think they dont see that not a single return was placed in that account except this one bcoz i got empty box. Now the social media team is not telling anything. I want atleast my money back for my lenovo order becoz i got empty box and its totally a cheating by flipkart.

        I have ordered a product from flipkart with order id[protected] of amount 674/- on 17th dec 2019. I have returned the product on 23rd dec. They send me the msg that amount is credited on 24th dec 2019. But still i have not rcvd my amount. I did whatever they told me to do. I fill the charge back form of sbi and submit it and i have submitted the complaint form but they ask about utr no which is not provided by flipkart. And i shared the issue with flipkart. But neither they provide me utr no nor credit my amount. So request you to please resolve this.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (ARN[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
        I have already checked with bank. There is no issue with bank. And I have already shared the bank response with you. But still you didn't pay my refund. And still not providing UTR No through which I can fill the complaint form to SBI.. Now tell me. what I do to get my payment?

            I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart.

            Have been informed by malindo (Airlines) that they will reschedule the flight and i am not comfortable with the date change to march 24.

            Malindo has confirmed below that they will pay the entire amount along with baggage charges that i have paid.

            However, flipkart is not raising the ra required from the booking agent to refund the flight amount and baggage.

            This has caused so much inconvenience, pure harassment and a way of taking money from customers and not paying back.

            No one to help.

              I ordered the product from flipkart plus ucb tshirt in special deal on 15 feb nd flipkart promised to deliver on 20 feb but due to some technical mistake seller not shipped nd when i complained and cancelled the order.
              Whats wrong with them making us fool to book on special deal nd not able to deliver us and after telling sorry and i told to make me available the same product at same price they tell not possible now the tshirt price increases is this ia my fault

                I am using flipkart from many years. Maybe 7-8 years.! From starting i am ordering products most times for my personal use. But sometimes my relatives, family persons and friends requests me to order things for them. So i usually helps them with ordering products for them.

                This time i ordered 2-3 mobile phones for friends (He shifted to another state), due to some technical problems from flipkart, after placing order i was not getting “””order placed..!! Thanks you””” page so i thought orders not placed. So tried to place it again and agian for 3-4 times. After 10-15 minutes i checked in my order page. I am shocked, 4 ordere placed of same item. So i canceled all the orders and placed 1 again. For this reason flipkart is thinking that i am spamming flipkart. But this happened due to technical error.

                So i am requesting pls help to me unblock my account. I have hardly earned supercoin in my account. I spend to much money to collect supercoins. Pls help me. I just want to login for one time, i want to use my supercoins.

                  I have ordered the below mentioned product in which the quantity written is 100g of the bottle & there will be pack of 2 which means i should get two pack of 100-100g but i received 50ml two packs. This is totally a cheating & fraud with the customers as they are writing something & sending something else, which is not right and they are fooling their customers by writing the wrong description of the product.

I have raised return request and they are simply canceling my return stating i have high no of return request, if i am not satisfied with the product i should return it. Who are they to stop me, and they have deactivated my account so that i cannot do anything further, simply they are cheating and taking customer money. Very worst service. They are cheaters.

                      I was booking the flight ticket from patna to mumbai from flipkart desk, dated - 10/02/2020, my booking got failed and money from my acount rs11262l/- got deducted with reference no igaibkleg0. When i contacted with the flipkart customer services, they said that your money will get refunded to your acount in within 7 working days, but i have not yet received the money, i have been trying to get in contact with the customer service of flipkart since last 2 days, after selecting appropriate option through ivr, they kept on hold for more than 15-20 minutes, and then the call got discunnected by itself.

                        Hi i have ordered opp f11 mobile in flipkart which i received on 29th jan'20. Front camera in that mobile was not working and i requested for refund but they said they will only replace it. So i requested for replacement after several process i got my replacement (Order id od[protected] on 8th feb and i started using it by 10th feb. At initial stage itself mobile got hanging & freezing issue and call were frequently disconnected though i though it might be network issue but it was not the case the mobile got some issue. When again raised a complaint in flipkart they said technician will come and check the mobile. On 17th technician came and checked my mobile by running one app for 30 mins and he said there was no issue in the mobile and solved the ticket. But issue was not solved i face the issue again and i made a complaint to customer care that proper solution was not provided. They didn't listen my queries and again arranged for tech visit. This time technician didn't even touch my mobile and mentioned testing was already done and ticket is solved. I was totally shocked and contact flipkart customer care but their tone was totally different they mentioned that flipkart is just a platform and flipkart is not responsible for the product which they sold it was only seller's responsible. Just imagine how i felt bad for purchasing mobile in flipkart and now they suggesting me to go to oppo store to resolve the issue. I almost wasted 10 more days in requesting for refund for my mobile but they not even trying to listen to they stick to technician's report and rejected my refund request. This is how consumers was fooled by flipkart and consumers have to suffer by wandering here and there because consumers dont have other job except following up with showroom for service. This was my worst experience ever in flipkart and thanks for teaching me worderful lesson for not to purchase any product in flipkart.

                        Hello, I am very frustrated with your response. i have been issued a faulty product and you people continuously rejected my refund request and now asking me to run after brand service centre. This is how you cheat the customer and made them frustrated. I Have lost all my hope on flipkart you people looting consumers hard earned money. Never bothered about their pain and mental agony they have undergone. Selling fAKE PRODUCTS AND SUPPORTING SELLERS is not profession ethics. I going to tag Flipkart CEO, Ops Manager in twitter, facebook etc will question about the integrity of flipkart. Also going to post the open statement given by flipkart customer care executive that FLIPKART IS JUST A PLATFORM AND IT IS NOT LIABLE TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD AT FLIPKART. Hope at least i will get a proper response from your higher official social media.

                            I got rank '1' in flipkart quiztime on 26 jan2020 at 8pm and won a 'samsung a30' which was to be mapped by 15feb, but even after complaining for so many times to the customer care, you guys are making excuses and in order to fool me, you are saying that i came 2nd in that game. Even for that excuse, i am asking for proof which you are not ready to give. It is my request to your company that either you give my prize or do not keep such expensive prizes to attract people.

                                Few months back i ordered a shoes from flipkart it was fake so i tried to return is but due to calling and convincing them 4-5 times they last told me they won’t accept the return and refund and after that closed/blocked my flipkart account i tried contacting them but they dont want to active the account what should i do???

                                    My account is blocked from 3 weeks because i have done high number of returns i am saying to them that i have received large number of damaged boxes and empty boxes so i have returned many items but they are not understanding anything, they are not unblocking my account please help me to unlock my account. And if i contact the customer service they are not helping me in any ways please unblock my account...

                                    I purchased BPL Led tv which was delivered on the 1st Feb 2020 and it is still not installed. Flipkart needs to resolve this asap. I didn't spend 16k to have a box of tv sitting at my home which I can't even open because Flipkart has failed to get it installed as it was promised on its websites product specifications.
                                    This is beyond frustrating and has become a joke, 18 days since delivery and still not installed. I have been receiving 2-4 calls a day from flipkart customer care with no resolution untill today.

                                      I was book vivo s1 pro mobile from flipkart due to delivery time i was received order & i opened the box then inside the box receive 2 soap in mobile box then i was complaint flipkart then flipkart proceed for replacement then 2nd time order arrived at my home that time i was given permission to delivery boy for open mobile box if all ok then i will receive this order but that time delivery person opened the box same thing again happened 2 soap receive in mobile box, i spoke with flipkart & seller, i want my refund because i dont have now trust flipkart & ekary delivery but flipkart didn't give me refund, consumer team request you to please take action against flipkart.
