Am a regular user of flipkart
On november 3, 2019 my flipcart account got blocked without any reason and i called customer care further times regarding the issue, and its been3 months i, am calling the customer care, but i still didnt get any kind of resolution from their side, even i had tried raising complaint thru twitter and they told me i, am ordering too much products, which is against company policy, so they are not ready to unblock
The main issue is i have a paylater due to be settled on nov 10, 2019 and till now it is not yet settled, i dont have a proper payment gateway to settle the due, even ifthey found any kind of practices which is against their policy, atleast they can get me a mail regarding any kind of actions before blocking me as a warning, how can i trust flipkart and whats is the logic of blocking me for ordering too much products, atleast flipkart should add on limitation in shopping as a caption in advertisements, im also a plus member, and they are encouraging the customers to earn coins and withdraw thru certain brands or websites, they only keep us motivating to do the purchase again and again
Very pathetic experience, now am getting many sms and calls from the paylater services regarding the due and legal actions will be taken
Being an active member please unblock my account and i will payback the paylater due
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today I visited nearest Ekart hub at ( Sullirpeta).
They told that product already delivered to NAIDUPETA wrong address.
But still I didn't get any response from you since 9days.
This is how you are taking care of your customer.
