I made an order an order for realme 5s, after lots of try (Because this mobile always shown out of stock) mobile. The first time, it got cancelled,. Yet, without making any further complaints, i proceeded with a second order of the other company product as per their advice and after a day, i contact the support to know the progress only to hear that it has been cancelled yet again because my account failed a credibility check. I have been surprisingly blacklisted, for ordering some mobile phones of the same brand at different times. Now tell me if am i the only one who seems to think that' a totally ridiculous reason? I am blacklisted for being a good customer. The worst part is that i was never notified.. I purchased some gift voucher s for ordering that mobile, but now i am unable to use these gift cards. I have contacted to customer care on call centre (Also on socialmedia), but no positive response received. If that's the case, then it will be my last ever association with flipkart. Else i will make sure to delete this complaint.
