Updated by [email protected] Today I received a call from Flipkart regarding this complaint it is such a disturbing thing they cannot provide me a guarantee when will the product get delivered they are saying on their own that the seller does not have sufficient number of products to deliver to clients then why the hell in the first place they updated the said quantity for sale.
Now they are again giving me a new date that is 10.02.2020 I am sick and tired of flipkarts actions and behaviour, I don't care if the seller has to purchase it from somewhere or grow it or grab it, once I have paid the amount I need the product to get delivered to me.
I was assured I will get delivery by 07.02.2020, I was given a commitment and if such a big company like Flipkart cannot be on its own words then they are surely good for nothing.
I wasted another half an hour today still not getting a "GUARANTEE" that the product will get delivered on 10th they are still using the word "ASSURE". Most of the client might be stupid to enough to take assurance as a guarantee but not me.
I have lost my patience now and I am not getting any help from Flipkart except just a word game of false commitments and promises.
It is illegal to accept an order when you don't have the product to deliver and I will drag Flipkart to court for wasting my precious time and the mental harassment which I have faced.
It feels like I have been robbed by false interpretation and commitment and shady methods of getting clients money, also I am not getting any sort of guarantee in return this is a clear case of violating the terms of contract which gets obligatory as soon as a customer places the order.
I have left all my hopes that this product will ever show up at my door. And I will make sure Flipkart pays for all the suffering and torture that I have gone through
