October 2019 we have earned 96, 396 ₹/- approved payment & the amount should be transferred in our account in january 2020 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transfer in my account in april 2020.

November 2019 we have earned 56, 964 ₹/- approved payment & the amount should be transferred in our account in february 2020 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transfer in my account in april 2020.

December 2019 we have earned 1, 08, 110 ₹/- approved payment & the amount should be transferred in our account in march 2020 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transfer in my account in april 2020.

We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complain mail they told us to mail on [affiliate]@flipkart.com we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

    I have received the order one is spotzero milton mop and other is treo cup on 24 feb. I have raised return of treo cup on 28 feb and replacement of spotzero milton mop on 26 feb. Till 2 march i have not received the spotzero milton mop so i cancelled the replacement and raised the replacement once again on 2 march and till 3 march treo cup is not picked. The last date of return for both the product is 7 march. I have also raised the complaint for my orders so many time. But i have not received satisfactory result. The order no of spotzero milton mop is od[protected]. Treo cup's order id - od[protected]. Please make sure that my order will replace and return before the last date of return and replace which is 7 march. Your delivery agent send me message at late 7p. M and cancel the return after 2 hrs regarding the pickup of return product but never picked it.

      Sir/ma'am i ordered earphones on 26tg feb and delivered on 28th feb buy when i opened the package it was empty. I immediately called support they told me to refund/replace of the same. But it got rejected twice without knowing my perspective. And still when i call them they again and again keep delaying the process. Please help me i've already paid for the order of 599rs and still hadn't received anything.

      Today morning I got a call number ending 880 and the lady speaking was flipkart consumer complaints. I told everything to her and she promised that flipkart will surely contact me within 24hrs and resolve this issue which I'm facing from last 6 days. But it's already 13hrs done and I haven't received anything from the Flipkart team. No call/email, this shows that flipkart is least bother about customers complaint. Not gonna shop on flipkart from now that's for sure. I hope to get my refund/replacement ASAP.

      It's 10th of March and flipkart is least concerned on resolving my issue. It's 11th day and no firm resolution. All they're asking is just for my ID proofs and I've already provided them what I've got. I don't know what they're upto. Flipkart if you're seeing this I'm really exhausted and i want to refund/replacement ASAP

        I added two gift cards to my flipkart account for purchasing mobile phone, i tried 24 times for purchasing the phone, everytime they cancelled my order, i contact the cc team of flipkart,, stock availabilty issue.

        After few days feb 29 my flipkart i can't login,
        Cc team informing me you using the flipkart for business purpose,

              I ordered two crocs from flipkart and made cash on delivery rs 6990 for both crocs... I was handed over one package with invoice written 2 quantity of crocs from ekart delivery
              But when i went home and opened the package i was shocked to see only crocs
              And customer care of flipkart is asking me to replace it
              And to my knowledge it's not bout replacing the same one product with another
              Even if i replace that one croc i got i'll be getting that same one in return
              I just want my other crocs asap

                I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart.

                The airline rescheduled the flight so i opted for refund.

                Flipkart has to provide a ra which they are not providing so the airline is not refunding the amount.

                I am helpless and tortured cus of flipkart ixigo and malindo as they just blame one another and are not refunding the money.

                I have ordered vivo u10 from flipkart on 17th Feb, immediately it shipped within one minute but time line given to me around one month of time to deliver. While asking tracking id to flipkart they are saying we don't have right now since 3 days. Technical error. Kindly let me know the status.

                I am also facing the same problem.I just recommend everyone to never book ticket from flipkart.In my case go air has already transferred money to flipkart on 2nd April but flipkart not informed about this.When I called goair on 22nd April, they informed me about refund.I wrote mail and called flipkart and till now 8th May flipkart has not transferred money to my account after follow up 1000 times.Why govt is not taking any action? We have to learn and never book ticket from flpkart

                            Have been trying to return a product since long. I have complaint against it for so many times. Everytime the return was scheduled the logistics team did not pick up because of the false reason provided to them by you. They mentioned "duplicate" but exact reason was "stains on wheels" and i have been giving correct reason since beginning. Now the customer service executive are telling me return period is over. But that's completely not my fault. I have been trying and did my best. Product is in it's usual condition. I really want to return it. Please help me.

                              Flipkart blocked my due to their # reasons that due to high number of exchange/returns which was totally wrong and invalid reason as most of the times they deliver me broken/defective/used items due to which i cant gift that product to anyone.
                              Even i have shared the pictures of these product as received still they are not unblocking my account because of which i was not able to return defective product and they are saying my flipkart account will remain blocked forever. Now i m stuck with this problem as. Money is blocked with these damaged products which i am not able to return.
                              No solution for this.
                              Only harassing customer whenever we call and ask for solution.
                              Only one response as shown in mail. Even they dont provide proper information and they have no policies for max no. Of returns per customer to block the account then why they are doing this

                                  I do not agree with you completely because the reason behind blocking my flipkart account is absolutely wrong. I bought only three orders from my flipkart account and I got an empty box that was my last order, I was very worried, I want to return my missing product, but because my flipkart account is blocked, I can not return my product. I request you to unblock the flipkart account, but solve the problem that the missing product has received. It will be so kind of you.

                                    I made an order an order for realme 5s, after lots of try (Because this mobile always shown out of stock) mobile. The first time, it got cancelled,. Yet, without making any further complaints, i proceeded with a second order of the other company product as per their advice and after a day, i contact the support to know the progress only to hear that it has been cancelled yet again because my account failed a credibility check. I have been surprisingly blacklisted, for ordering some mobile phones of the same brand at different times. Now tell me if am i the only one who seems to think that' a totally ridiculous reason? I am blacklisted for being a good customer. The worst part is that i was never notified.. I purchased some gift voucher s for ordering that mobile, but now i am unable to use these gift cards. I have contacted to customer care on call centre (Also on socialmedia), but no positive response received. If that's the case, then it will be my last ever association with flipkart. Else i will make sure to delete this complaint.

                                      I purchased the said washing machine from flipkart and the product was delivered on 25/02/20, there was no invoice along with the package. The i contacted flipkart customer care and informed that i didn't receive the invoice and, the godrej service people are asking for it. He replied that i will get over mail and i can also download from their site after 24 hrs. Of delivery. As i didn't receive it on mail and could not download, i sent the issue in detail to flipkart thro their site.in the meantime i received a mail communicating that the installation and demo scheduled is cancelled without citing any reason. All my efforts to contact them were in vain and there is no response or invoice. I doubt now whether they sold me a genuine product or not?

                                        Today i came to know that as after online ordering order id od[protected] date[protected] at 07:24 pm a mobile vivo v11 is sold by jay mata di india store
                                        New delhi recieved it as dummy handset which is noted printed in back of my mobile.
                                        I am continuously facing problem of network and internet speed related
                                        So plz change replace it.

Since the product was delivered to you on 31 Dec 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
