I have ordered this product on 21 jan 2020, and i received the damaged product on 24 jan 2020. I said tha same to deckup team and they promised the refund and they want me to cancel the return request on the last date of return policy (As the prod is of only replacement policy). As i don't want to be in trouble i asked the fk customer care he told me to make replacement request and if they payed you back you can cancel the request. Later deckup team stopped calling me and i asked the fk cc that i want the refund anyway, as i won't be there at the place where the product is delivered. They said after technician visit it will happen, if the technician approves. The promised date of his visit was on 5th, and today it is 8th, i have to move to bangalore for my work, no one will be there to receive the product which is going to be delivered on 27th. I ask the refund because of that, no one is understanding my concern at flipkart. I even asked the cc to forward this call to higher dept they are not ready to connect the call. Thay do recording of the calls of customer they can check with the earlier talks of mine with the other cc representatives at fk, anf i even have the message communication with the deckup team stating the refund.
