I booked​ two tickets of air india from flipkart chennai to varanasi on 15 dec 2019 (Pnr z489y). I also paid to flipkart. We received an email from flipkart after some time and gave me my ticket. But i didn't get any confirmation from air india. Showed cancelled the flight through the news paper after a long time. I contact to flipkart customer care asked to contact air india. We had talked about air india customer care. They said the flight is cancelled and your contact number was not able to inform you due to lack of email. After that i talked to customer care of flipkart, they didn't accept their fault. While being the booking agent their primary responsibility is that my contact and email, they should have available to air india. After that i contact to the supervisor of flipkart on 16 dec. Told him to give me the proof that he had provided my contact and email to air india. He told me that in 3 days i will provide you all the documents. But till date they have not provided me any papers. I threatened to go to court when they refunded my money after deduction rs.540. While air india refunded him full amount. I complained to flipkart many times in this regard, but he never accepted his fault and could not give me proof. And this is totally fraud and the customer has not importance in flipkart.

I sent many emails to Flipkart travel help desk but I did not receive any appropriate answer. Also talked to supervisor of Flipkart travel department but their behaviour is no one more stupid than a customer.

    I kindly inform you i make a transaction on 10.02.2020 amount rs 1050 of quick heal total security. But my transaction fail due to some reason but my amount is debit from my account. Then i inform you costumer care about this problem then say you make a payment again and first amount is credit in your account in a week. But my amount is not credit in my account to till date. I discuss with bank he say your first transaction is satellited to merchant those transaction id is [protected]. I give u this transaction id on dated 18.0232020. Then your side give me time of result till 26.02.2020. The he will not give any status to me to till time and i will call regular to care and he give me 28 to 48 hours time every time and not give me any eject or suitable result through your care and manager service after 1 month. I face very badly situation and service. Pls give me reply also on urgent basis.
    My complain is running from 10.02.2020 to till time.

    So sir pls give a result as soon as possible.

          On delivery day the guy checked my phone and carried out a test which shows 3k off on exchange at last but he told me that i will get only 1k off when told him to check the app he restarted the test and failed a test saying phone does not switch on but that phone is my primary phone and it was switched on but he still rejected the delivery.

              Hello, i am using flipkart game zone from so many days continuously. Yesterday i score the maximum in recent days in sports quiz. My score was 2071 and i was super happy for that. Today when i checked the previous day's score to see my name, the highest score there was 2070 and surprisingly my name was only not there and as a bonus my account got blocked. It's not the i am so desperate to get a prize it's about the anticipation created for it. I have told people about my score and today my name is only not there. It's very disappointing and depressing. I believed that flipkart is a very reputed company which values it's policy's and promises not only in e-commerce but also in gamezone but after experiencing such kinds of acts i feel like i am cogged. Final word is when you cant do something fairly then you shouldn't do only.

                Hi, i have ordered for a 5gm brpl gold coin from flipkart on march 04, 2020. The product has been ordered & approved and shipped from the seller.

                Today, march 07, 2020, i have seen through the tracker that the product has reached to my nearest delivery hub. I have been waiting for the product for delivery. To my surprise, i received a message at night saying that my order has been cancelled and the refund of the amount has been initiated and can be expected by march 17, 2020.
                When i call the customer care executive they say that "the delivery office has been shut down".
                I received another product from the same delivery office on march 06, 2020.

                Cancelling the product as you like is not appropriate. I needed the product not the refund.
                Also inappropriate is blocking the money for more than 10 days (As notified) for no fault of mine.

                  This morning i was supplied with a wrong book from flipkart. I ordered for "the lions of lwo jima' (Order id: od[protected], dated 18.2.2020) but which came out from the sleek packet was"supplement to a textbook of information technology, for class 9, free copy"this book contained a handwritten letter from m/s delhi book store:"sorry for the inconvenience. The book you order is out of print... Please do not return the packet. I will refund you money. Send your detail on my wa :[protected]."
                  I immediately contacted m/s flipkart. But i was really surprised to know that they will consider my request for refund. It looks as though i am returning my ordered book":the lions of lwo jima' (Order id: od[protected], dated 18.2.2020). They did not mention that this false book will be replaced by the actual one.
                  I think m/s flipkart is doing unfair trade practice. They are not surprised at this incidence. They only want to stop my voice by sending back the money, they received from me 18 days ago. If this is the rule of flipkart's game, then let me assure that i will bring the matter to the kind notice of the appropriate authoritries. Let me underline that i want to get the book i ordered for. My net searching revealed that the book is available in the market. I think flipkart is solely responsible for this breach of reliance and truth.

                  The solution of Flipkart is worse than the problem itself. on 8.3.2020 at 21.30, I got a message fro TX-FLPKRT. It runs something like this: My return request for "The Lions of lwo Jima''(order id: OD[protected], dated 18.2.2020) has been accepted and it will be picked up by a wishmaster on 12.3.2020.The refund process will follow subsequently.
                  I condemn this highly tendentious approach of Flipkart, which is a gross abuse to truth. How can I return a specific book which was not sent to me at all?Nowhere they admitted their fault . The term 'apology' is not in their vocabulary. .It appears that they have all pervasive power to create their own definition of Truth and everybody is supposed to follow it. Why not they will replace the wrong book with the right one? I reiterate that I want the specific book I ordered on 18.2.2020 by depositing Rs.1165/-.
                  I think it's an ideal example of day light forgery and unfair business practice. They are complicating a simple preoblem into a complex one. i think they shouldr work under M/S Amazon as apprentice to realise what a fair busine means in recent past, i bought more than twenty books from Amazon without slighest problem.

                  I sincerely feel that Flipkart is doing fraudulent activity. I reiterate that I want to get my ordered book.They are not doing any charity to me. why after 18 days of placing an order with advance payment, they will pretend that nothing big has happened? Even a local pan & biddi shop will not resort to such kind of malpractice! I want redressal my legitimate and genuine grievance. Flipkart is walking in the reverse direction. But I believe you can fool some people all of the time, all people some of the time but not all people all of the time!

                  Today EKART came to pick up "The Lions of lwo Jima''(tracking id: FMPR[protected]from flipkart.com) from me. I declined as I did not ever receive that book from flipkart. During last few days, I dialled several times at flipkart customer care.Today also I made a call.All the answers were very conservative in nature and they tried to convince me that the King(flipkart) can do no wrong! I feel that Flipkart is travelling beyond the boundary of business ethics, moral value and transparency. I don't know what's the use of such pretension and malpractice? Truth can not be decomposed and packed into a box of LIE for ever.Let's see how much time it takes for flipkart to return back to normal business practice.

                  M/S Flipkart has become a kindergarten student, who is still failing to understand that B comes after A. This morning I received a message from AD-FLPKRT: 'We hope you are happy with the resolution provided'. Let me start from Do-Re-Me, as M/S Flipkart is a crawling baby!
                  An absolutely wrong book 'Supplement to a textbook of information technology, for class 9, free copy'was sent to me in stead of my ordered book "The lions of lwo jima' (Order id: OD[protected], dated 18.2.2020) by paying Rs. 1165/- in advance. After this wrong delivery, I requested time and again for replacement. But they insisted me to return the book "The Lions of lwo Jima'' and the refund process of money will follow subsequently. Naturally I declined as they are playing with TRUTH. Had they requested me to return 'Supplement to a textbook of information technology, for class 9, free copy', I would have returned the book immediately. But they never admitted that they have sent me a wrong book.I am voicing my protest against this misdeed and will continue as M/S Flipkart wants to make omelettes without breaking eggs!!

                  On 19.03.2020, FLIPKART send me a long message. They said that they will pick up the wrong book and simultaneously supply me the ordered book by 30.3.2020. I thought that finally they are correcting their fault.
                  On 1.4.2020, I again got a message from them, which says that due to priority commitment, they are unable to replace my book. I never gave them any deadline for the supply of the book. I only wanted replacement. Probably they don't want to keep any precedence of their wrongdoing as they are very cunning and dishonest.
                  Had I been with plenty of disposable time, I would have taught them a lesson through our strong Indian Judicial System. My only point of consolation is that I was able to unmask FLIPKART. Initially they denied everything but on 19.03.2020, they admitted their fault. Subsequently they were back to their basic nature and became turtle shaped. I am running short of words to describe how much bad and mischievous they are!!

                  Finally, let me admit the fate of my genuine cause:: I am defeated by FLIPKART through their set of cunning methods.
                  On 19.03.2020, they send me a long message to replace the wrong book by 30.3.2020. I thought that finally they are correcting their fault. But fate has else in store for me.
                  On 1.4.2020, I again got a message from them, which says that due to priority commitment, they are unable to replace my book.
                  It appears that a deadly virus has saved a big and dedicated company named FLIPKART, from becoming honest and committed.
                  My only point of consolation is that I was able to unmask FLIPKART. Initially they denied everything but on 19.03.2020, they admitted their fault. But suddenly they realised that it's not fair and created a nice escape route. On 18.2.2020(my date of Order), Corona was an unknown word to most o[censored]s. But on 1.4.2020, this virus is an argument stopper.

                    The flipkart said gift card i used to purchase a phone cannot be redeem back as per policy when i was buying a phone with bajaj finserv and gift money they told me i can do that but they never said if phone didn't return i can't redeem back my gift card so i"ll raise a complaint against flipkart in consumer forum. They said you can do that but we cannot refund the gift card amount back to your bank account

                      Iam ramakrishna one of the customer of flipkart, on march 5 i have bought a vu led smart 32 tv the product got delivered but item missing in the box (Tv) immediately when i see the box was tempered i called to +[protected] which was not responded then i contacted flipkart cc and gave complaint on the same but that executive has taken complaint as damaged product later when i see the update in the flipkart app i called again to cc and informed the same they have raised a one more complaint and told me raise the complaint from my side and i did the same.
                      Finally, today i got the message from flipkart that the item is intact and i called to cc and enquired but lady executive has not responded to my call properly meanwhile my call has disconnectes by the exclecutive.
                      I request to look into this issue on high priority and do the needful.

                          This is inform to you that i had ordered 1 phone form the flipkart on dated 27th of feb-2020, and it was supposed to be delivered by next at 11pm, but i had received below mentioned msg, but still order not received. That is disappointing for me as a leading brand today people have a blind faith on flipkart they don't know any seller names. I had oredred for my an employee on occasion of his birthday that was on 2nd of march. So it's my humble request kindly help out here and do the needful.

                          We'd also like to let you know that once the order is canceled the seller will process the refund in 1 business day for Rs.13990/- back to the respective source account & you'll receive another notification to your registered contact number & email ID with the refund credit timeline as per standard banking procedures.

                          Although we can't make up for the trouble you've been through, we'll share the feedback with the courier service provider and put more measures in place to avoid such instances next time around.                           1st you guys given me fake information till date...Now you are saying cancelled the order and place new order...wow..FYI I had ordered for our employees on the occasion of his Birthday that was on 2nd of March...then what about my emotional abuse and my time and what about my money which is with you since 13 days.

                          Flipkart take the money of customer and invested in other sources to earn interest ..or something else.

                          Easly you felt apologize and try close the issue with the general statement.

                          This is not a great service. This type of service spoiling customer experience and damaging brand Image.

                          Waiting for further resolution.

                            I made a transaction on 15 feb 2020 for mobile with sbi card for debit card emi, however transaction failed at that time but payment went to an account number of flipkart and a loan account was created for emi, but order not confirmed, i made another payment attempt with other pnb card and it passed and order delivered but flipkart people refusing the 1st transaction, bank says amount credited to flipkart account. Kindly see the details and refund the payment

                              I had purchased this product from flipkart online on tue, 3rd mar 2020. Received on wed, 4th mar 2020, product was kept unopened used since it was accidentally purchased hence requested flipkart on 5th mar 2020 to return the product, received a call from their support on 6th mar 2020 informed them about the matter and said since i do not have the use for the product and have not opened the box or tampered with the product please process return and provide a refund, however, they kept saying they don't have a policy of return on this issue still continue using it. Hence requested for the manager he said the seller: retailnet will not accept this return hence they would cancel the return. I was a valued customer of flipkart have been kept helpless on this matter.

                                It's been about 5 days flipkart team blocked my account without any reason. I have 1608 supercoins. I am a 4 years customer of flipkart. I ordered a jbl charge 4 speaker which was connectivity issue so i was complained against it to customer care, they are told me wait for 72hours and after 2 days they blocked my account. I was trust them a lot. But they are totally fraud. Now i just hate the company. Now suggest to everyone don't buy anything from flipkart, they are fraud.

                                  I ordered a phone redmi not 8 on[protected], order i'd od[protected], i recieved it on[protected], then i opened the box there was no charger in it and the phone was not working properly phone was hanging camera was blurred. And so i ordered for a replacement on 23 fab 2020. Still now i have called 23 times to flipkart in these 13 days and still they have not replaced my phone. Every time they give me another date but they have not replaced my phone. I have complained even to their executive but still the problem is not solve. They have given me four another date. I am really frustrated with it. I have attached bill and screenshot of different messages sent by flipkart customer care support

                                    I had through my friends's mobile ordered the above mentioned bluethooth headset for my personal use. However, by mistake or error two similar bluethooth headset were delivered at my place. I through my friend had made return request (Return id no.[protected]) of one extra bluethooth headset under order id no. Od[protected], on 22nd february, 2020. However, on 24th february, 2020, my friend received e-mail stating that "return request was incorrect. Please create a new return request with the right reason".

                                    Since my friend was out of station, he could not communicate this e-mail to me earlier. Further, there are very limited options of reason on your website, and i do not understand how can return request be incorrect or closed on the ground of not providing right reason. Flipkart cannot refuse to accept the return of extra product ordered and/or delivered by mistake or erroneously.

                                    Please accordingly, arrange to take return of this extra product at the earliest and accordinlgy, arrange refund of the amount for the said product.

                                      My order id is fmpp[protected]. This delivery is rejected by wish-master due to damage of exchange product. Now i am ready to pay exchange amount in cash by today itself. I am also ready to pickup product from seller hub. Tomorrow morning i am going to native place. So i will unable to get delivery after today evening. Ekart team says we need flipkart mail to handover mobile. Ekart refuse to handover mobile and flipkart refusing to send mail.

                                      Request you to send mail to ekart so i can get mobile by today. Please revert on urgent basis. And also help to deliver my mobile on today positively.

                                        I am unhappy with spf claim settlement done by flipkart to seller bharatha
                                        Enterprises for the below mentioned order id or sku.

                                        The product worth 5555 was ordered by a customer for 2x quantity (Total cost of product is 11110) and had cancelled the same on 22nd december 2019 and later the flpkart had settled amount of 3050 against this order after raising spf claim which is not even the worth of the retailers price of the product brought by bharatha enterprises. I would like to escaltate this to flipkart but there is no channel to do, so seeking help of consumer complaints portal.
