I ordered a book, i received some other book. I requested to return the book. Pickup boy called me in morning on 22.01.2020 and said i will not come to pick the product. You have to come in our office and give the product. I went there and gave the product and asked for receipt. He refused to give me receipt and throw away my parcel and said, i will cancell your return request. And misbehaved.

    What is happening to me, every time i ordering this item it will canceling automatically, i was trying to order a headset being 3 days please don't cancel my order you are purposely canceling i know im a plus member every time you are saying limited stock but order is cancel then you should put a out of stock in the item ehy are you irritating people like this

      Am a regular user of flipkart
      On november 3, 2019 my flipcart account got blocked without any reason and i called customer care further times regarding the issue, and its been3 months i, am calling the customer care, but i still didnt get any kind of resolution from their side, even i had tried raising complaint thru twitter and they told me i, am ordering too much products, which is against company policy, so they are not ready to unblock

      The main issue is i have a paylater due to be settled on nov 10, 2019 and till now it is not yet settled, i dont have a proper payment gateway to settle the due, even ifthey found any kind of practices which is against their policy, atleast they can get me a mail regarding any kind of actions before blocking me as a warning, how can i trust flipkart and whats is the logic of blocking me for ordering too much products, atleast flipkart should add on limitation in shopping as a caption in advertisements, im also a plus member, and they are encouraging the customers to earn coins and withdraw thru certain brands or websites, they only keep us motivating to do the purchase again and again

      Very pathetic experience, now am getting many sms and calls from the paylater services regarding the due and legal actions will be taken
      Being an active member please unblock my account and i will payback the paylater due

        My name is deven jangir. I have ordered apple airpods from flipkart on 10th of january, and supposed to get delivered on 11th. The order id is od[protected] i have got the delivery on 11th morning. I came to house, and opened the box. There was only apple box in package, but the airpods were missing. I have immediately called flipkart and complained for this. The agents said it's an big mistake we will look into it, talk to the seller, and get back to you with a solution. I have said ok. And then they have created my return request. Then after one day they called me and saud me to send the photos of box and my id proof. I have immediately replied on their mail with my photos of box and my id proof, then the next they they have sent me a mail saying "we have not received your id proof so we are cancelling this return request. I have again called them, so they said sir we will create the rerurn request again. Then i said him to stay on call and sended my id proof on call via flipkart app, he said sir i got your id proof. Now i will asscelate your issue and you will soon get a solution. Then after 2 days no response flipkart sent me a mail.in which they have written that"you have sended us your id proof so we are cancelling your return. From that day till now. I have investes so much of my time talking to flipkart and i have sended my id proof for 20 times. And still they mail me that we are cancelling the return request because you have not mailed us your id. I am really sad and deppressed. I feel i have lost my money, my product, my time.

        Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 30 Jan 20. It would have reflected in your credit card by 31 Jan 20. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank.
        There is not any update from flipkart. They just think that customer is a fool and will going to forgot this fraud thing they are doing.
        Today, again flipkart has rejected my return refund by sending the same mail that i have not provided them my ID proof. They are again doing this same thing and continoisly fooling me. I have called their customer care, they were clueless and just repeating the whole thing. I want my money/ product back. This is intoleleble.
        It's been so many days and flipkart has not given me any solution. I request people thay do not buy anything from flipkart. They will take your money, and will not deliver the product, and then they will take you for granted.

          I placed a order and confirmed my order on 22th January. Order id-OD[protected] after that i complain on flipkart customer support helpline and one executive ask me for reorder. And as usually i ordered this product 2nd time (order id- OD[protected] but same problem, without any reason flipkat canceled my order. And now offer is over so this product price is change now. Flpkart totally cheat me. If flipkart not solved my problem then i'll take a strong step with evidence and media against flipkart. Thank you.

              Flipkart has blocked my account and every time i contact customer care they said that i have to write an email about the problem, so i emailed flipkart for 7, 8 times but no response and my account is still blocked.                       First delivery personnel marked the phone okay for exchange and marked product as delivered. But there was issue with screen lock code. As i wasn't available physically so we had trouble. He arranged pickup in the morning next day. Today 22 jan 2020 a new guy named kamal comes from e-kart and without even spending 2 seconds on phone says battery is swollen. Screen is coming out. I request flipkart to look into this matter. Its condition is close to new and just 1 day earlier the return was accepted with full amount. And in 12 hours phone has gone down as 'damaged beyond repair' as per delivery exec.

                        I ordered 3 door wardrobe yesterday. After reading some reviews i came to know that back side is 3 mm thick which is not mentioned in the website. Now i want to cancel the order but they are saying it can only be cancelled within 24 hrs.
                        It should be allowed to cancel until not received. It's like cheating not mentioning this policy on website. Nothing is mentioned about it

                            60 days completed but still didn't get my payout.
                            We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                            They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                              Sir, I have ordered a Bombay dying bedsheet from Flipkart on 4th January and received on 11th January. The bedsheet was in horrible condition, full of stains and bad odor. The next day I have called them, then they assured me that my order will be taken back and money will be refunded soon. I have waited very patiently for some days when I called today they are denying for replacement and claiming that compliant should be placed within 10 days. Those people are simply refusing that I have already called and placed a complaint regarding this issue.
                              Sir, This kind of incident discourage us to rely on online shopping. Kindly sort out this issue as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered on Redmi 8A phone for official use on behalf of my company but the order was placed in my name instead of my designation. Now my company will not reimburse me the cost of the phone unless the invoice is in my designation.
                                I contacted customer care & spoke over telephone, sent e-mail & even made 2 chat conversation with Flipkart representative, only to find that for a delivered order, the invoice cannot be changed.
                                I wanted to cancel the order & place another one with correct details but refund option was not available, only replacement was available; that too if done will be on the same invoice.
                                All I wanted the invoice to be in the name of my designation instead of my name. Copy of invoice attached.

                                Thank you for your response. The product that I had purchased is a Smart Phone (Electronics Item). As per the return policy I found that refund option is not available against that product, only replacement available. But according to the chat conversation that I had with Flipkart Customer Care on 20.01.2020 (the day I received the item), the replacement, if opted for, will be in the same name as per earlier invoice.
                                However, I have raised a return request which is under process. I shall update if it gets approved & thus I can purchase the item with the correct name (designation) in Invoice. Thank you.

                                The request for return (refund) vide return id:[protected] was rejected by Flipkart stating the information as follows:
                                "We'd like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as the reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect.Please create a new return request with the right reason so that the seller can assist you with this."
                                Now, the reason as in my case (change of name in invoice) is not listed in the 'Reason for Return' drop down menu nor in 'Reason Details' drop down menu. So, I had to search for an option where refund is available as the Flipkart Customer Care Representative had already informed me that if I choose replacement of the product, the main (initial) invoice details will not be changed & thus my prime issue will not be resolved.
                                So, I provided the details (selecting from drop-down menu) as follows:

                                Comments: Please refund as I have to change the name in Invoice.
                                But this return request has been rejected by Flipkart.
                                However, I have again raised another return (refund) request vide Return Id:[protected] as on 27.01.2020, as the issue has still not been resolved but this time I have provided all the detailed explanation (my requirements) in the comments section for their (including the seller's) better understanding. I have also requested them to provide a prompt reply as the Return Period (last date: 30.01.2020) is going to get over soon. I shall be updating the details as & when available. Screen-shots of Rejection Mail & 2nd Return Request have been uploaded with this comments. Thank You.

                                I have received one mail from Flipkart today (30.01.2020) confirming that my return (refund) request has been accepted by them & by 31.01.2020 they are going to pick up the shipment followed by refund of the amount within 2 business days onto my Bank A/c. Once all the transactions are over, I shall mark the complaint as resolved. Thank you very much to this entire forum team & a special thanks to Flipkart team for their understanding & resolving this issue.

                                The courier person picked-up the phone yesterday (31.01.2020) & with an hour the amount has been credited to my Bank Account accordingly. Thank you Flipkart Team as well as Consumer Complaints Team for your support & guide in resolving my issue. I shall be marking this complaint as resolved now. Thank you.

                                using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

                                  Dear flipkart,
                                  I would like to inform you that i operate only one number. I have used that number for flipkart account which is blocked by flipkart due to reason being that i booked more phones using flipkart account. I can use multiple account for booking multiple phone for my parents and brother but i can't do so.
                                  I don't want to take a new number for my flipkart account specially. Because flipkart is very user friendly that's why it's my humble request to recover my account.

                                  We'd like to let you know as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                  All the phones are booked for my personal use if you want to track any order then verify unless unblock my account immediately. I have been told by your customer care assistant that you are able to login to your account after 2 or 3 months I have also call recording of your customer care assistant.
                                  Please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will File a complaint against Flipkart in Consumer court or Delhi court.

                                    Am a regular user of Flipkart
                                    and my account got blocked on Nov 3 2019 without any reason and i have a paylater due of 7501 to be paid on due date of nov 10 2019
                                    i called customer care further times regarding the issue and i didnt get any resolvement
                                    Kindly consider my issue to unblock my account and iam ready to payback the paylater due
                                    am getting calls and sms daily regarding the paylater due but i dont have a proper payment gate way to payback the amount
                                    Now i have got sms that they are initiating legal actions as of delay in payments and i cant find a solution from flipkart side till now,
