It's been three months, I am facing issue with my account and I am not able to pay on flipkart paylater as my account has been blocked on your end. I am ready to pay my money due i.e. Rs 900 but how can I pay if i am not able to login to my account. I have already raised my complaint several times, I am writing you to this again the whole issue -
On 26th November, my account was hacked as someone changed the contact number and mail id of my account and I have raised the complaint regarding that to your executive and told them to not to change the contact number and mail id, but they did. Then i have continuously called your helpline to resolve the issue, I even provided my PAN card and Aadhar card as well. It was recovered in December by your team, but the person who has hacked my account had bought something on flipkart pay later basis and after recovering you have raised the payment of 15000/- out of which I only purchased tarkan foldable table of Rs 900/- only. Again I raised the query to your team. On 13 January 2020, you executive assured me that I have to pay only 900/- and they will only freeze my account for one day to make necessary changes, but since that day i am not able to login to my account nor I am able to pay. I am receiving threats of legal action and its not my fault, its on your end . kindly look into the matter.
My account was registered in my contact number i.e [protected] but after it got hacked you ask me to provide other number so i have given my mothers number [protected], and mail id - [protected]@yahoo.in.
Now she recieves call from your flipkart pay later team unnecessary as i have also told your executive to call on my number i.e. [protected]. I am humbly requesting you to look into this matter and solve it as its been three months and no proper resolution is provided.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
