    I ordered samsung galaxy s10 lite on 18th feb 2020 which got delivered on very next day i. E. 19th feb 2020. I faced some problem relating performance issues. {1) finger print not working properly 2) face unlock is not working properly 3) speaker volume is very low 4) auto switch off phone two times 5) phone frequently got hang } hence i raised return request on 26th feb 2020. First time technician visited on 1st march 2020 (Which was arranged by me by putting lots of efforts), 2nd times also i have to struggled a lot for second technician visit and so called technician visited my place and with some futuristic application named balcon he tested my device. He accepted we can see lag in samsung phone but sorry in our application we can't able to see. So they rejected my replacement request. And mentioned issue resolved customer happy. Then i tried to flipkart back-end team they also looked into this matter and they advised me to visit service centre to get a job sheet so i visited. There they told 200% we not give letter for software relating issue, only for hardware relating issue we will provide this letter so what should i do our so called professional flipkart back-end team says to bring a letter samsung service centre says they will not provide... Our so called great technician agree lag in phone but they can't accept because there futuristic application don't show what they see. But i will make sure that it turn to be a big issue in great flipkart. The same issue is faced by me in the month of november 2019 with realme 5 pro and i got replaced from service center and flipkart and the seller is not ready to accept the same. It's not about money it's about how big companies cheat consumers. I will spare my time separately for this.

        On 9th march i order 3 tshirt on on myntra, so after we min i cancel same order on 9th march! Today i got msg from flipkart that i’ve to pay 5401 amount, bt why should i pay that amount? That 3 tshirt total amount is 1048, 1733 plus. I cancel my order bt they says i’ve to pay these amount in flipkart pay later!
        I added pic that they shows that i’ve to pay these much amount! Guys pls be aware that flipkart is fake & do fraud with ppl

          Llyod 1.5 ton ac was delivered, after installation it is found that there is no prompt cooling. After raising return request, technician visited and with out customer concern he updated fine status about the product hence return got cancelled. Then i raised replacement option. Technicians visited twice but no good is done and now it is out of return policy. As you have failed to sort out the issue within specified time, it is not customer fault. Please look into the matter at the earliest or else i would proceed legally.

            I bought a total of rs.5096 in this order, of which three burner gas oven were of two colors of two numbers. The order number od[protected] and order date and cancel request date were respectively19/03/2020 and 19/03/2020 respectively. The credit was supposed to be on 23/03/2020. Today is a bit of credit but it is not complete. One gas oven has been credited and one gas oven has not.
            Secondly i bought a total of rs.5095 in this order, of which three burner gas oven were and airtel tv hd set top box, hp gas regulator and an exhaust fan. The order number od[protected] and order date and cancel request date were respectively 19/03/2020 and 20/03/2020 respectively. The credit was supposed to be on 25/03/2020. Only one of them has been credited to my account.
            Thirdly i had ordered by order id od[protected] on 18/03/2020 and cancelled on same date which still also not credited to my account.

              Here from yesterday night 22nd’s night. I canceled my flight to portblair from chennai due to covid 19 outbreak but they aren’t accepting my cancellation request at all its still showing pending cancellation from today morning around 8:44 when i saw they canceled my cancellation request for my flights booking i tried again but still no response i tried contacting everywhere and everyone
              But no one is helping me in anyway
              If i don’t cancel now i won’t even get my half of the money back.
              And then at the end they will your time is up you wont get your refund back. This isn’t fair.
              And one person from flipkart contact me he put me on hold and hung up the call then i tried contacting again but the call isn’t going.

              Can you kindly please help me out here otherwise i would get any money back.

                    I have created flipkart account with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      I placed a ordered of Redmi 8 mobile phone but the seller cancelled it..But again i ordered the same phone but again they cancel it...And they send me the mail that i was buying a phone as not a personal uses..They blocked my account too that day and I have a Flipkart pending Bill of 3000rs of March months...They blocked my account in wrong ways...The same email they are sending me everyday on other's products on my ordered list which is on the way...

                                I have cancelled my airline ticket from bangalore to new delhi dated 9’th march, 2020. Details are as below

                                Flipkart booking id: ff[protected]
                                Airline: vistara 818
                                Pnr: ts8783

                                Amount paid is 5835 (Base fare: 5326 + taxes and fee: 745 + convenience fee: 280 – saving on super coins: 116 – coupon discount:400)

                                Since the cancellation was done on the same day as my booking, i was expecting to receive the amount[protected]Initial refund amount) + 3150 (Cancellation fee).

                                I intimate the same to airline ‘vistara’ and they have initiated full refund from there side (Reference number [protected]).

                                I have tried to contact their customer care several time and have written several email to [protected]@flipkart.com but have not received any response regarding the refund amount.

                                Now this is getting frustrating, it seems like they are doing this deliberately which need to be reported to consumer court.

                                I have attached the response from vistara and also have attached the invoice.

                                Please help me out to recover my money back.

                                  I have ordered lenovo 130-15ikb laptop (Ideapad) - type 81h7 8 gb ram laptop given in its description.
                                  When i have checked its serial number on lenovo official site and enquiry with lenovo support team. As per this configuration info, this laptop is 4 gb ram laptop not a 8 gb ram laptop.
                                  So it misconfigured by seller and make fraud to me. I am attaching screenshot of configuration and its serial number.
                                  I have called flipkart support many times but issue not resolved.
                                  Why flipkart is not taking action against seller for its big fraud?
                                  Kindly take action and make refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    Online market is that we are buying without seeing lively we are ready to buy because we have return and replacement option, but Flipkart cheating and frauds are more now a days you can see number of complaints daily register in name of Flipkart, they didn't gave a warnings of high number of replacement, , I have asked Flipkart to replacement of my product because of size fit issue, they blocked my account permanently, as I am request you to act on this consumer team.

                                      I placed an order yesterday evening march 21th, 2020 and amount of inr 16000 through emi from my account and i got confirmation email : "hi customer, order successfully placed. Your order will be delivered by wednesday, march 2020. We are pleased to confirm your order no od[protected]. Thank you for shopping with flipkart!                                         Dear flipkart last day i ordered a mobile phone but auto automatically the order was cancelled and my account([protected]) was blocked the main problem is now i have some due in my flipkart pay later now i want to pay my dues because i dont want to get any problems. many times i try to explain your costumer care but did not get any solution. please provide me a link or something that i can pay my dues on flipkart pay later. i attached some proof
