I've ordered a spacewood wardrobe from your site on 9th dec'19 and received the same on 20th dec. While installation process going on the technician opened it and found few parts is broken. And not only that he found and mentioned it is used somewhere else also.
Secondly i ordered "space wood" product but received packaging from "hometown".
I raised a returned request then and there and received a sms that i'll received it by 11th of jan'2020. Till now its showing on the application that i'll receive by "4"00 pm on jan 11".
I received yesterday one more sms that i'll receive it by 17th jan.
On 17th jan i received a small 3' - 1 ft packages and written over there that 3 door wardrobe. Tecnician again visited my place and denied to do installation.
I called hundred times to flipkart customer care but all in vain.
Today morning i received a call from flipkart. The girl named"richa"cannot commit anything from their end and continuously saying we need to talk to spacewood whether i've ordered through flipkart not through spacewood site. Even when i asked for replacement or refund she said she can not commit anything. And i've recorded her call and i'm totally dissapointed. And also after hanging up the call i received sms" issue resolved" but it's not.

Why this is happening? Why the system and shipping process is like that? It's already 2 month over and the money is already deducted from my account but did not receive the product yet. Is it justified?

I need a quick action on this and dont want the product anymore. I've lost all faith and trust from flipkart services and products.
Refund my amount or else i'll take further action on this and take this case to next level.

I have ordered first time something from flipkart and this phone which i got is hanging too much screen blacks out but customer care people are not beliveing the customer..stupid technician comes for 5 minutes and rejects the replacement request when i am eligible to take the replacemnet y the hell do they dont trust customers.. i want to replace my phone or i want my money back ..amazon is far better than this stupid service

I have purchased air condition on 15 August 2019 from flipkart which has been returned after multiple complaint but before returning they assure me to give full amount for installation but now they are dening to pay my paid amount ac was defected not working after so many calls and continously complaint they finally returned the product in december 2019 after promising for giving each and every peny paid for installation they are now giving only half amount which is wrong flipkart sold me a defective product from the seller why should i take loss without any fault kindly returned my money

I have purchased a Redmi phone in Flipkart and phone hangs continuously from day 1 of purchase. hence we have raised a return request.
Flipkart said that they will send their service representative to resolve the issue. however the service representative / technician dint visited our home on 17th Jan and more over we were not at home on that day.
Also Flipkart website states that they will send technician on Jan 20th, but no one came till now. when i checked the status in online, it states the issue is resolved. so i am wondering whether flipkart has any magical wands to resolve issue in mobile without physically visiting or inspecting the mobile.
Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Flipkart has cancelled my order of a phone which i paid through my credit card. They did not even notified me for the cancelation. I sold my old phone for this but today i got sms that my order has been cancelled. Now i don’t have a phone neither old one nor the new one. Please help.

I purchased 6kg ifb washing machine by flipkart. I received the product on 2 jan 2020. After receiving and physically seen i found that machine is too small for my use therefore i request for return or exchange with big one 7 kg or 8 kg ifb washing machine. I was ready to pay extra amount but flipkart is saying it is not applicable to our policy. I am helpless to do any thing and finally accepted the product but still i want to replace by bigger size and i am ready to pay extra amount.

I odered One watch on 16 jan..2020..thn is Shiptd on my city 19th jan & delivery Date 20 jan..Bt now mail recevd Delivry will be 26 th jan...why?tmrw i will left my place fr work..so who recived my oder?i call 2/3 times on customer care for that..but they told me Flipkart working on it..now i cancelld this order..this is harrasmnt with customer..Couier boy having problm thts the reasn..its nt my problm..Why should i suffer..

The product delivered is of lower grade then what was ordered. I have ordered ro+uv+uf water purifier and what i got is ro+uv only which is acknowledged by seller himself. Now they are not replacing it saying take refund the product was wrongly listed/they just want to make money by doing fraudulent activity by sending any product to customer so that if customer accepts it then profit is theirs and if not then loss is of seller. A cheating case should be registere against ffipkart.

I had submitted all my documents for verification in flipkart affiliate on 27th december and the website says that it will take around 10-12 days for verification process to complete, but still there is no reply from flipkart. I did ask the flipkart support on twitter but they only reply is keep patience. I have money loaded in it and i want to transfer it to my account. I want flipkart to complete my verification process as soon as possible and let me know if anything is required.

I was going to order items from flipkart. It shows currently out of stock in this area. When i enter any pin code other than my pin it shows product deliverable.
For many product, it is showing not deliverable. I dont know what flipkart want to do. I asked customer care. They said irrelevant reply. Worst customer. Better to buy from amazon which have more reliability than flipkart. My pin code 110022....

I have ordered a set of 2 sarees named as aksh fashion embroidered bollywood velvet poly georgette sarees and the payment was not showing as confirmed but the amount was deducted from my bank account, later it was showing that the refund would be credited by 16th january but it's 19th january today and there's no refund of the amount. I have contacted flipkart services and they are telling to check the bank confirmation with given reference number bht there is no refund confirmation showing in the bank, there is another product worth rs 509 rs as fashimo lace up for women which was cancelled and the refund was supposed to be credited at 17th january.. Still there is no refund of both.
The company is saying that the refund has been completed by the seller and there is no refund yet.

This is brahmam i had made a payment of, 3999 in flipkart on 13thjan 2020 to purchase a mobile which is displayed on flipkart site on deals of the day but i didn't get the order i'd or any confirmation from flipkart i have done query on the payment but i didn't get any response from them. I have ordered a louis caron backpack in flipkart by using my google pay upi on 25th december 2019 and again i have cancelled the order on 29th december 2019 but until no refund money is not reflected back in my account. For this i have already contact flipkart customer care they told seller is successful refunded to your bank account. So it's my humble request to take immediate action for the refund money 599 rupees

I had ordered a tv from flipkart on 4 th of this month. And at the time of purchase the delivery date was on 9th and after purchase the date has been changed to 11 th and the installation by 13 th and the installation team came to me by 16 th as the package was badly damage i had requested for a return and i had waited for some day for flipkart to accept my return request and the promised replacement d after that the return request has been cancelled from flipkart due to no reason, then again after many calls flipkart has again accepted the return request and now still they haven't given me a refund or replacement

I had ordered a daikin inverter ac with order no. Od[protected]. But the ac delivered is non inverter and the two units of ac i. E inner unit and outer unit is mismatched. Inner unit is inverter type while outer unit i. E. Compressor is non inverter. So the ac cant work as both parts are incompatible. This is clear fraud. I requested for return or replacement but flipkart is rejecting my return request for reason mismatch in comment.
Pathetic experience with flipkart.
Kindly replace and deliver the correct product which i ordered and paid for it or return my amount.

I have ordered a kannada book baa hattara - product code no. B00lcho4ma by prepaid order. Order id od[protected] dt 12/01/2020. Tax invoice is for rs.262/- [ rs.200/- + shipping charge rs.62/- ] but i received today an entirely different book ' hrudaya samudrya ' cost rs.60/- only.

If the ordered book is not available you should have refunded me the amount.

My flipkart account has been blocked because i have purchased many sarees recently and said that i've been reselling which is absolutely not true. I have returned only one item till now. But flipkart has blocked my account and customer care is not providing any solution. Flipkart never stated that there is a limit on the number of purchases but still blocked my account.

I have ordered a product with id no - od[protected] of amount rs. 674/- through flipkart. And i returned it on 23rd dec 2019. My refund id is[protected]. And they send me msg that amount is credited on 24th dec. But still i didn't get my refund till 19th jan 2020. I have called so many times but didn't resolve my issue. They said to me contact to bank and bank said to me contact to flipkart. So request you to please resolve my issue.
