We wish you draw your attention that we had order Real Me 5i (Forest Green, 64B) on 15.1.2020 through your site having order id no. OD[protected] through registered mobile no. [protected].
Which is expected to be deliver on 17.1.2020, but we have not received the product or mobile. Randomly on 21.1.202 I have checked my order history where I shocked to see that my product had been delivered on 21.1.2020 which in effect had not been delivered.
Accordingly, on the same date I have lodge online complaint w.r.t to the same delivering issue and your customer care is delaying the matter that your matter will be resolved by this date to this date.
And know they have provided the date to resolve the problem on 31.1.2020. But as a customer I cant bother myself and can’t exaggerate the issue so longer.
So I have requested to the concern person refund my amount rather than escalating the issue more.
Hope as a customer I will receive the refund within 2-3 days otherwise I will take other recourse to resolve the issue.

    Hey help me please flipkart has blocked my both the id's that have lots of supercoins that is more than 900 supercoins are on both the id's but unfortunately my id was blocked by flipkart, please help me unlock my id so that i can shop more and can use my supercoins, this is wrong you are making fool to customer that blocking the id's if the customers have too much supercoins so that the customer should not be able to use it...

      I have placed order for two pairs of ortho rest slippers of size 9 on 25/01/2020.
      I made a payment of rs.658 also for the same.
      Today i have received the parcel containing only one pair of slippers and i have not received the full order.
      The seller is peeaar industries, faridabad and i have contacted them and they informed that it is flipcart who is responsible for packing and deficiency if any.
      I request you to immediately arrange for delivery of the missing order, ie, another pair of grey size 9 ortho rest slippers for men.

      Please acknowledge and do the needful under advice to me.

        I received a different titan watch. It is not 1734km02 neo hybrid smartwatch (Price-5215), it is titan nh9151bm01 karishma analog watch (Price-2995). So i am very glad for flipkart's services. I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
        I was faced a new problem, my return request rejected.

          I received the phone on 24th january 2020 with order id - od[protected] on the very same evening i observed a severe battery draining issue & call network issue with the phone hence, i'd raised a return request. I received a call from flipkart customer care stating some trouble shooting steps, i followed it. At last the guy asked me to factory reset, i did. Next day technician from jeeves arrived at my place, told me we would be penalised if we do not reject returns for minor issues. He asked me to escalate any issue in future to flipkart & shoot the issue if possible with different phone. Next day the phone got hanged, immediately i shot on alternate phone & raised a return request again. The next technician was very clumsy, but smart enough to reject the request without checking the video & photos as i also took battery draining pics when phone was on standby mode with no apps installed, he told me that company would believe there is problem with the device only if the blanco app test goes fail, he downloaded the app & checked gps of the phone & said the phone is ok. I told him to check the video i made, he denied. He said we are 3rd party vendor, we are meant to do maximum rejections. He also asked me not to buy stuff online. When i requested him to run test for hanging issue, he denied & said the test needs minimum 80% battery & the phone has 20% who will wait for so long? Better you use same phone, don't install any apps. I asked him, if you needed so much battery you would have informed me prior on call i. E before coming, i told him if i needed no apps, i would have brought basic feature phone & not a smartphone. He took a jobsheet, wrote there's no issue with the phone, made me sign it still i wrote multiple remarks on it in the comment box. After all this, next day flipkart is asking me to take my phone to service centre as again the return request is rejected. If the phone needs to visit the service centre within a day that itself resembles there's an issue with the phone. Flipkart is doing fraudulent activity by selling maximum defective products during the sale. What can consumers like us do after spending our hard earned money on product with no after sale service? Products like mi are found online with good offers. Hence, people trusts these online sites. It's just been 4 days, my phone is not replaced under 10 days replacement policy. Every day different person from flipkart's customer care is calling & harassing me by asking what happened from the very first day but, none of them are resolving my issue. I need a refund for my product. I've mailed flipkart many a times but they aren't entertaining me due to which i'm tensed & also facing some blood pressure issue due to stress. They are purposely extending the duration by arranging technician visits from jeeves, who are not even professionals. So that my 10 days replacement policy invalidate.

          Got a call from flipkart, where I asked them to call me later regarding replacement/refund, as I needed to speak to my lawyer through which I had sent a notice to flipkart. I haven't received any call back for the same. This clearly shows that flipkart is purposely delaying as my duration for replacement policy is getting invalid soon. I have sent a notice to flipkart which may get received by flipkart's logistics in day or two. I need refund for my product as I'm facing many issues with the product, as well as flipkart's service. This is not only time consuming but also causing causing me stress. It resembles lack of coordination amongst flipkart management. This case has been the most horrifying incidence, in my online purchasing history. I've never seen any company so irresponsible regarding their customers. These companies hire third party vendors like Jeeves, wherein there are no professional technicians. I wonder how flipkart can afford relying on them & losing their customers data base. Wasn't expecting this from Brand like Flipkart though. My case is still on standby & has not been resolved or given a proper solution to.

            I have ordered techgear mini 5 1 audio rush digital channel dts ac3 hd audio rush digital surround sound decoder for hd players dvd xbox360 media streaming device on 9th jan 2020, it will delivered me on 18th jan 2020,

            It was an dead product with different specifications and power cable also not fit for the device, so i have complaint on customer care executive to resolve. They accept for an replacement and forward my issue to the flipcart team and seller,
            I clearly told that in replacement there's an defective or different product has received, i need an refund.
            Replacement product approved on 20th jan and it delivered on 28th jan, when i was opened i am very shocked and realized that i was cheated again by flipcart/seller. It is an used old mi power bank with an power adaptor, i think it was an purposely done at an second time.
            Again i was contact customer care executive and share this issue. They calm down me and make a note on it, i hope it will give an better solution and to refund my money.
            In 29th jan 2020 again my refund request is cancelled.
            Customer care executives really do their work or not?.
            Flipcart assured badge sign on that product.. So only i ordered, then why they are not solving my problem for refund? They put 10days return policy, but my return request process for 2 days and it will cancelled.. Very very worst services, i am mentally depressed. I know that there's is an no compromise thing that not given from filpcart/seller side..
            I had an proof of video and pictures if need i will share it..

            This mail is to show how i am cheated and to proceed fast for refund request.. I am very disappointed on flipcart.

              I have cancelled an order from flipkart on 5/01/2020 and received an email from flipkart that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would refelected by 16/01/2020 ie between 5-8 working days, but still i have not received the money. When i spoke with an flipkart assoicated he said i have to fill "charge dispute form" because it could be a problem at my bank side. I allso contracted my bank customer care many time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                I have cancelled an order from flipkart on 3/01/2020 and received an email from flipkart that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would refelected by 16/01/2020 ie between 5-8 working days, but still i have not received the money.when i spoke with an flipkart assoicated he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form"because it could be a problem of bank side. I also contacted my bank customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting the branch.My refund reference number is :5780583880726920204022

And i'm now trying to activate that old account, but it's not working, while i entered my mobile number, it shows that my account has been inactive, & it shows that to contact the customer support. I want now to get back my old account. And i tryied it to recover back but it's not working. Please immediately help me to reactivate my account.

                      I have bought my phone with flipkart's complete protection plan on 26th of march 2019. My phone got broken on 7th of jan 2020 and registered a claim on 8th of jan 2020. The complete mobile protection contacted me and asked me to pay 1000rs as a registration fees. The team then came my home and took my phone on 11th of jan 2020. From that day i have no information about my phone. When i call them to know the status they tell me that they will have to talk with high authorities and a mail will be sent to my mail about the status of within 48 hours, but no such mail have came yet. They have assured me that the phone will be repaired after 10 days of pickup but now its 18 days have over but no mail or intimation from their part about my phone. Please do something about this issue.

                              My name is amal, i had ordered one samsung galaxy smart watch on 22/01/2020. I received the product on 24/01/2020, but the box was completely empty, nothing where in the box. I have complained on flipkart app but they didn't give me a correct reply. I need a necessary action for this. But flipkart is not giving any response, i have spend 18000rs on this. First they told me, they will find a solution on the second day, then told they will give the reply on 28th january before 5:00 pm, till now they didn't gave a reply. Flipkart is asking to wait because they need time to sort this problem, but how long should we wait?.
                              Flipkart is not giving any value for there customer, they treat there customer very badly
                              I can't believe that a reputed company like flipkart is not giving any value for there customer and not even trying hear the customer problems and trying to sort out.

                                Flipkart sanctioned me 30000/- limit against cardless credit i used only 15000/- from which i have paid half amount in the month of january 2020 but my app shows that i have used 30000/- limit.                                   As i have ordered a product from flipkart and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 16.01.2020 at 12. Am and the reference number :30005100030003083667429 and 5780583880726920204022 and 5782137347286878104080 but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously.                                     Hi.. I purchased samsung galaxy a50 for rs 11069 on[protected], which was supposed to be delivered to me by 23rd jan'20. But till date, i have no information and the status on their portal shows 'shipment yet to be delivered' from last 8 days. I'm really shocked to know that they aren't even able to deliver a product in metro city in 10 days in this era!! Whenever i call them, they never give a clear justification. That's not the way a billion dollar enterprise works. I get frustrated by listening the same replies from them every time. The customer care is unaware of the reason for the non-delivery of the product. They asked for the alternate number as they couldn't reach me on the registered phone number but no one ever called me back. It seems that this site is cheating the people out of their money [as apparent from the complaints seen on the internet]. Flipkart has really lowered its standards and is insensitive towards its customers. I have already made the payment by credit card & i have neither received the product nor my money.                                       Today i'm going to recieve my flipkart order and when the ekart delivery boy called me i was in my lecture so wasn't able to attend the call although in middle of class i text on that num. That i'll call him later, and after the lecture ended up i called the delivery boy but he talked very appropriately like an illiterate person which may resemble that he will be
                                      Showing attitude and refuge to deliver at mentioned address.
                                      And it's 2nd time that same delivery person talk in that way as if he is paying my order's payment.
                                      Atlast i requested to please take an action against that delivery boy.

                                        I have only made 3 orders so far from this account
                                        1st order - hp x 304 m 64 gb otg drive= this hp pandrive is fake, so it is refunded. What you are rejecting again and again.
                                        2nd order-sparx mans sandals-those who had come small in size, so put it for refund, then the address was wrong, so it was canceled.
                                        3rd order - puma backpack - whose color and style was the issue, so it was applied for refund for which money came.
                                        If flipkart allows us to ask for 3 items, you can block this id. Otherwise open this eid again. Sir, you can understand this as our request.
                                        You proof my identity i asked for my aadhaar card, and again i am attaching my aadhaar card.
